I had the most incredible dining experience at LE JARDIN BISTRO NYC! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The cocktails were exquisitely crafted, bursting with unique and delicious flavors. The appetizers were beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering, setting the stage perfectly for the main course. Speaking of which, the entrées were divine—each bite was a testament to the chefs artistry and attention to detail.What truly elevated the evening, however, was the phenomenal service provided by Michael. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly valued. He ensured every aspect of our experience was perfect, going above and beyond to make the night unforgettable.If youre looking for a French restaurant that excels in every way, look no further. The food was exquisite. Very flavorful, excellent presentation.Magret de canard and Carre dagnead were tender and full of flavor.I recommend medium for both. With Escargots to start.The cocktails were perfect.Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.very engaging.

Food was delicious, great drinks, great atmosphere. Tried this place with a Groupon promotion that was designed as a 3 course dinner… and let me tell you this place did not disappoint.. I will be returning and recommending others.10/10

Food, drinks, decor, and staff (especially Marc, Leo, and Nixon) were great. All meat was cooked to perfection. The burger, steak tartare, frisée salad, rack of lamb, fries, sauces, and Last Word were all perfect. Everyone at the restaurant was fun, kind, and accommodating starting with security at the front. Everyone was knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide helpful suggestions. The gin selection at the bar was great, and they had Green Chartreuse at the ready. Can’t wait to go back with more friends and family in tote.

This was the best new restaurant we’ve eaten at in a while - and by far the best French food we’ve eaten in the city. Our server Liz was super attentive and personable and made such great recommendations on drinks and food. The escargot was by far the best we’ve ever had - and we also loved the tuna and onion soup as starters. I had the steak tartare for a main - what a treat. My partner raved about the salmon and new French 75 😍 The whole night was so great and relaxed. We can’t wait to come back!

The duck dish was amazing!! Our server Michael was absolutely fantastic. Was so quick to give us the best recommendations and had the best attitude. The cocktails were delicious and the management was lovely, could not recommended more!

The food was excellent 9/10. I got a medium steak, it was prepared perfectly. Our server was knowledgeable and checked in regularly and appropriately. The space itself is very beautiful, I came with a few friends but I would definitely come here again for a nice cute date or another outing with family. Overall I had a really great experience. The drinks are nice and strong too. I had a few ;)

I recently celebrated my birthday at this fantastic restaurant and it quickly became a new favorite. The inviting atmosphere was perfect for the occasion, and the service was outstanding. The menu, featuring French classics, was well-curated without being overwhelming. I had the steak frites, which was cooked to perfection with generous portions. Our group also enjoyed the salmon, hanger steak, rack of lamb, and salad—every dish was exceptional. For dessert, we tried the crème brûlée and chocolate soufflé, both of which were delicious, but the soufflé was a particular highlight for me. We’ll definitely be back, not only for the amazing food but also for the wonderful service and atmosphere. A special thanks to Leo for taking great care of us!

The escargot was absolutely delightful, and the crème brûlée was perfectly crisp and creamy – a wonderful way to end the meal. The main dishes arrived a bit too soon, overlapping with the appetizer, which felt slightly rushed. In general, the staff were friendly, and Melina provided excellent service. The ambiance was charming for a French dining experience in NYC!

Our waiter Michael was fantastic. Very attentive, explained the Menu and answered any questions. The food was delicious. The Manager John also came by our table to check that everything was perfect at our table. A great dining experience.

Amazing food at a new french bistro in LES. I was there with bunch of my friends and stuff from company and I cant tell how happy I was with the staff and food. Staff was super polite and attentive. Food and drinks were supper delicious and to our liking. I was there before when it was an American style restaurant and I definitely will be back. Definitely check them out.

We ordered the escargot bland in flavor but the foie gras was delicious. Food was tasty steak was mediocre but the lamb was great. Up and coming restaurant so there’s lot of potential. Pretty busy for a Sunday night. Service definitely had some delays but I would definitely come back.

I took my partner here for his birthday dinner and we loved the entire experience!The staff, I think, is what stands out the most regarding our first visit. The hostess was very accommodating and although we had been late to our reservation due to a train delay, she honored it and sat us immediately. Our server, Nico, was extremely friendly, attentive, and informative. Even when our candle went out at our table, it was promptly replaced. If given the choice of other options, I feel the staff here made the evening stand out!The atmosphere was classy and modern. I loved the look of the bar, and the gentle lighting and small size of the restaurant made it feel like a very romantic and intimate space. I enjoyed that it was not too loud for conversation and the music was complimentary to the situation, not overwhelming.In terms of food, I was overall very happy. I had a salad, the salmon, and the caramel souffle. My partner had a salad, the steak, and the lava cake. All of it was extremely good and cooked well. The portion sizes were generous and felt like good value for the money you were paying. Even the condiments were clearly fresh and I would not be surprised if they were made in-house. The cocktails all used high quality liquor and the skill of the bartenders was very evident. My partner was very excited by the quality of the vesper in particular. My only qualm for any of the food was that it was a bit over salted for my taste.All told, I highly recommend this restaurant and we are already planning the next time we will visit!

I’m pretty familiar with most restaurants in this neighborhood. I was delighted to find that this strip had a new restaurant to try. I started off with their margarita. Really good. Really strong. Exactly what a Marg should be. Next was the Steak and Frites. I got mine medium well and the steak was cooked to the perfect temperature. Really well seasoned. The garlic butter was an excellent touch to it as well. fries were crispy and was a great portion. Definitely would comeback again for the steak. Lastly I had the creme brûlée as a dessert. It was nice, crispy on top and creamy at the bottom. Accompanying fruits were also super fresh.The decor and ambiance is very lowkey and intimate. Definitely perfect for small groups. Our server was great and very attentive. I don’t think I can find any complaints. Would recommend to my friends for sure!

My wife and I went in tonight based on excellent reviews and were not disappointed. Food was fantastic and to our surprise this French restaurant had an extremely impressive bourbon catalog. Many hard to find bourbons at reasonable prices. Our bartender, Christian was definitely an expert added a lot of value to our experience in his recommendation of food and drinks. We can why this place is so popular and it will be on our list when we return. Never had a Carmel soufflé (cold) before and it was out of this world. Great way to end a spectacular night. Thank you.

Night started off with some issues since I think they were majorly backed up and there was some confusion with scheduling. Had to wait a while despite having a reservation. The food was good enough to make up for it. My first time trying French food and the escargot, mussels, and steak frite were fantastic. I think my steak was a little overcooked but it was still good. Also service is really good loved my waitress.

The restaurant boasts three outstanding qualities: friendly and attentive staff, a warm atmosphere complemented by charming Chanson music, and top-notch fine dining. The escargot was rich in authentic flavor and texture, while the steak was perfectly juicy and tender. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and are eager to return in the future.

Went for the first time last night and everything was phenomenal! Mia the hostest was lovely and sat us right away. The food was spectacular and the drinks were delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place. The ambiance is great and the bar is open late night too which is awesome!

Theres not a single negative thing I could say about this place, from the moment you walk into this place with the vintage decor and chandeliers you know theres love put into it, service was flawless, Nico was one of the nicest servers Ive had in my years living in nyc. Food was insanely good, appetizers, mains and desserts were just perfect. Cocktails were also on point, you can tell theres care behind them and standards are high. To top what was already a great evening, the manager Jonathan came to check on us and showed a genuine interest on how our experience was, even gave us some recommendations on what to get next time. I even learned a couple interesting facts about wine thanks to him.Overall, feel confident when coming here, it WILL be a great experience.

I recently ate here, and the service was terrible. The food was undercooked, and the staff was rude. I’m disappointed!

I had high hopes for this place given the very positive reviews. Unfortunately, we had a very bizarre experience. First, we were only seated 30 mins after our reservation time. I will say the atmosphere initially seemed nice and drinks were nice so we ignored that part.But then 10 mins into our dining, a second new server came up to us and introduced himself and asked if we would like to start with any drinks or appetizers, which was extremely odd as we clearly already had drinks and appetizers. Upon realizing that he quickly said oh would you like any entrees upon which we ordered them.The rest of the night was crazy. The server gave us our entrees without utensils. Over the next hour, multiple servers/bussers dropped utensils all over the place including on my foot and on the table. I heard a sound of a whole tray of glasses crashing in the back. Later more utensils were dropped near the table. Servers were running into each other constantly.To top it off, the entrees were terrible. Two of us got steak frites - the steaks were extremely chewy and bland. Very very cheap cuts not worth nearly $40 each. My other friend also got the one chicken entree and said it was inedible - $25 bucks for three bland drumsticks! When it was time to pay, the server took our credit card & disappeared with it, and was seen struggling to opening some wine bottle for some other table before coming back to our table to swipe our card on his portable device!I have never had a more bizarre restaurant experience. I could not believe how clumsy the servers were and how bad the food was. I think the servers genuinely need to be drug tested. The only plus were the escargot and drinks. We will not be returning.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this charming French bistro in the Lower East Side. The tuna tartare was impeccably fresh and beautifully seasoned, setting the tone for the meal. The mussels were tender and flavorful, with a delectable broth that begged to be sopped up with the crusty bread provided. The gnocchi were light and pillowy, complemented by a rich and savory sauce that elevated the dish. Finally, the salmon was cooked to perfection, flaky and succulent, with a delightful balance of flavors. Each dish was expertly prepared and showcased the restaurants dedication to quality and authentic French cuisine.

Wow! The food (especially the fois gras and the rack of lamb) and drinks (the La Vie en Rose and Melon et Basilis) were as good as those we had in Paris with an added twist. The service was exceptional. special shoutout to Nico who was super personable and Jonathan whose enthusiasm sharing his cocktail creativity and knowledge with the guests was a breath of fresh air. The venue itself is clean and open with huge windows and a high ceiling. We will 100% come back and recommend to friends.

A brilliant homage to the original Le Jardin. The atmosphere was a delightful mix of warmth and fun. The food was great and well priced. The hanger steak, escargot, cassoulet, tuna tartare and steak tartare were to die for. And the frozen soufflé was an unexpected surprise! Bravo!

We had an amazing time here. The restaurant is like a little quiet paradise in the middle of the busy and noisy city. Food was 10/10 . Our favorites were the Frites Steak, tartare appetizer and crème brûlée ✨. They had an amazing rosé as well. Nico was our server and she was very kind and personable! Really enjoyed our dinner here at Le Jardin last month!I was able to make a reservation very easily over the phone months prior, they honored a deal I had for the date. Confirmation was sent via phone and text message, easy enough.The restaurant was very beautiful, and the ambiance is very romantic or intimate, I enjoyed this!Service by Micheal was exceptional, he was friendly and kind and knowledgeable with all the food and drink selections. I would recommend the cocktails rather than the wine though.Food was top-tier and delicious, really enjoyed the dishes including dessert.I would come back for another fabulous French dining experience, thank you!

A memorable experience!! As soon as we arrived, the hostess was very friendly. Nicole, our waitress, was invaluable in explaining the dishes and wine. Jonathan, the manager, came to chat with us and even offered us a coffee-based digestive. We asked for a long espresso/lungo, which Nicole didnt know but was quick to find someone to make it to perfection. Our meal: tuna tartare and foie gras with torchon as a starter, steak and fries and rack of lamb as a main course and for dessert, caramel soufflé. Everything was wonderfully presented and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely go back when Im in NYC❣️
