Starbucks

My app isn’t working for some reason so I asked if I can place the order in store (I have done it before. They have a hidden register). The girl working told me no and to go to another location. I’m upset I just want to order and buy coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Terrible service. I work down the street and come here 3-4 times a week. I won’t be coming here any longer unfortunately. Can go to Blank street coffee or joes.

The employees at this Starbucks are the nicest! They’re always friendly and the service is fast.

I love the “Pick Up” only concept for Starbucks. It’s seamless process from app to store with no waiting in line or crowded store.You still get a friendly interaction from staff as you pickup your order and they even pick a customer of the week tk be featured on their board in store.This is my favorite location to visit near my job.

Stumbled upon this location because it had the most stars on google. Once I arrived I was informed it was a pick up only location meaning it’s meant for those who order on the app in advance and pick up. The manager Tova was extremely understanding and helped explain the process and I was able to make my large order without being turned away. The staff are friendly and know most of their customers by name. Five stars across the board and a very big thank you to Tova!

The staff at this location make it all worth it. While they are constantly working, they also make strong attempts to perfect their craft to ensure customer satisfaction. I come here once-twice per day while looking forward to making a third trip if possible. Getting to know the staff/staff getting to know me make the visit very enjoyable and insightful. Shout out to the staff members who make my afternoons worthwhile!

I absolutely love the Starbucks on 67th and Columbus! The staff here is truly amazing, and every visit is a wonderful experience. Chris, Juan, and Miguel are just a few of the incredible team members who make this place special. They create such a welcoming atmosphere—it feels like the coffee shop from Friends!What sets this location apart is how well they know their customers. Fast and efficient pick up only location. This store does a better job (in my opinion) than any other store in a 10 block radius. Somehow they have also learned my name and my drink, adding a nice touch when the warmly greet me.

I had to take time out to boost about the staff at this location. They have restored my love of starbucks. I only wish all locations could live up to the energy, kindness and efficiency of this location. I felt stressed out when I go to other locations and basically gave up going until I moved to the UWS. Thank you 67th and Columbus for being the best and treating me like a rockstar! Love you all!

I dunno who needs to read this about a Starbucks.. but this is consistently a positive experience at this location. Friendly beyond necessity. If you don’t like nice people, don’t go here.

Not a normal starbucks. Only for pickups via app. What happened to the idea of a welcoming Starbucks?? Should rename this place.Why would people willingly give away all their privacy and all their information to a coffee app is beyond me. Once the app is on your phone, they can and WILL collect and sell all your data on things you type and say and your every location. Have you read the lengthy legal contract and everything you agree to ince you install the app? Your coffee should be free for all your private data giveaway.

Don’t support these locations they’re an attempt to minimize staff and eliminate a communal space for gathering amongst the community.

The staff always greets patrons whenever they enter the establishment. The drinks are amazing.

Great food & drinks, but the service is what really stood out. Very friendly & outgoing.

Annoying app-only ordering system

Do not anticipate getting your food here in a timely manner. Be ready to wait 30 minutes past your mobile-order pickup time.

The place opens at 6am on weekends. Ordered a coffee at 7:30 and when I walked to pick it up they said sorry we got a late start and it took over 20 minutes to make an iced coffee

Not bad online p/u service only clean small but nice great staff on point so far check it.
