They all just need to get re-trained because my drink is never correct, my coffee always taste like milk. I get white mocha only and they never give me my whip cream. They need to calibrate their machine cause the shot taste horrible. Either they need to change the whole team or shut this store down.

The actual food itself is good, but the attitude some of these workers have is just awful. Some of these baristas seem miserable and take it out on the customers.

Ok. My only beef with this shop is that theres not a lot of seating. The interior is like a railroad type of space, so its narrow and long, and if you get a seat, youll see traffic in and out the door non-stop. This location doesnt make me want to sit longer. I just wanted to get out of there with my drink. Staff are great though.

Definitely one of the cleanest Starbucks Ive visited. The staff is always so quick and friendly and no matter how busy it gets, Im never waiting for long. Most importantly, my drinks are ALWAYS made to perfection. Each and every time.

They are pretty quick with fulfilling the order they just do not know how to communicate with customers. This is the 3rd time I have been here where something I ordered off the app was not available in store and it was not communicated to me until I asked. I tried to get their attention 3 different times and was ignored until someone came to deliver the drink and I asked about the rest of my order. I was then informed that they did not have what I ordered and offered alternatives. This is frustrating especially when I order 10-15mins ahead of time and expect to just grab my order and go because I do have to get to work at a certain time.

They take forever. They are rude and they turn off mobile ordering when its most convenient to use before work in the morning. They put 100 workers on the cold drinks but no one does hot drinks. The girl on the register does hot drinks while taking orders which is ridiculous cause if she has a line (which is most times) ur drink never gets done. Every order has been a minimum wait of 20 mins. I have had to walk out several times after paying with no drink cause I cant be late for work. Terrible customer service 😑

Will never ever return. Went this morning the girl talked over my drink the entire time. She also use her filthy hands to touch where I will drink from the cup, gross. The drink also tasted terrible. I get this same drink frequently in N.J. and it is hot and taste good. Waste of my 7 bucks, never again.

This is my second time ordering through the mobile app, the first time I waited a very long time for the ice coffee,The second time today, I was impressed on how fast my mobile order was ready, however the barista added dairy to my ice coffee, and when I asked him to please re do he ignored me. my bakery item of a almond croissant was warmed and full of grease, disgusting.There is one barista who gives a lot of attitude as well, a young man, I highly recommend everyone to walk over to the 2nd avenue Starbucks if needed.

I received a horrible attitude from a worker named Liear. My family and I were standing behind a customer who was placing their order and while we were standing in the “incorrect” spot, I wouldn’t have minded if she hadn’t spoken to us in an uncalled for tone. We weren’t skipping anyone and there was no one behind us. When it was our turn to take the order she gave us an attitude and seemed overall bothered.

Great location of a Starbucks with tons of room inside. The staff is nice and quick to grab drink orders. Several tables in front if you want to stay and do some work on the computer.

Absolutely amazing and fast service. The women are so welcoming as soon as you enter the door. You can hear “good morning, welcome in, happy Friday,” and also “have a good weekend.” The whole crew are keepers. High energy. Friday morning crew 4/5/24. From the west coast and they rival all.

When they first opened up I was so excited to have one close by, however over time they are the worst Starbucks I have been to. Their mobile order is constantly down, and when it is up and running they don’t look at a costumer order and are constantly getting it wrong. When I ask for a fix they are rude and give attitudes like they don’t want to do their job, but if you just looked at what was on the mobile ticket - we wouldn’t be asking to begin with! They are also super slow so be prepared to wait for over 10 minutes. The pro is if you get Bryan you’re in good hands!

I would like to thank Bryan for being such a polite barista. I waited 10 mins realized my order wasn’t ready. I walked up to him and showed him my receipt. I mistakenly ordered my online order at the wrong Starbucks location. I didn’t want to be late for work to make it all the way up town. He was a true gentleman and honored my receipt and made my coffee. Definitely got my long 12hr shift started well. Thank you for being a gentleman.

Got to get it together... there’s always something up. Mobile orders >> is like coming in to Starbucks to order instead of having it ready when you arrive. Espresso machine always down, store hours it opens/closes when it wants to. I miss the old staff, some I considered friends I met. Hopefully it becomes better like it once was when it first opened up.

Update Oct 2022: Now theyre supposed to close at 8pm on Saturdays and theyre closing at 6:30pm.Update Nov 2021: They updated their times that they close at 8:30. When I got there they were close by 7:00 on a Thursday.Hands down the worst Starbucks of all time. This is simply because they constantly close over an hour before their scheduled time. So frustrating going to work and meeting a locked door and seeing people cleaning at 6:30pm when they close at 7:30pm. Also the music is so loud you have to basically scream your order, but sometimes the jams are okay.

Was overcharge for a mango lemonade paid $12 for a medium that looks like a small cup while at the port authority location for a venti which is larger I only paid $6. Idk what scam ya were tryin to pull on me but never again. Sad cuz that location is most convienient for me as a hospital worker but lesson learned. In-house inflation.

A Starbucks is just a Starbucks but they can’t even maintain their mediocre standard when they messed up half of my order from app; my regular foam has no foam, my saccharin, butter and cream cheese are non-existence, and they don’t have the cinnamon bagel as they claimed they have on the app. Also no apology when I headed back for my stuffs.

Enter this Starbucks only if you need to be refused service by rude employees. Rudest, impolite and most arrogant of the Starbucks employees ever work here. If you very politely tell them what you need they will very rudely tell you that they dont have to give you service. Ive been refused service twice now in NYC. Ive lived here since 19 years and this is the only place on earth that Ive been refused service. I dont even know of this concept of refusing service to a customer who is not behaving badly not rude not yelling not abusive etc. Im rethinking about Starbucks and might go off their coffee entirely. I love my self respect more than my coffee. Starbucks is nothing special anyways.In one word - avoid

We just had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. Only when we were about to order did we experience that she who took the order seemed very annoyed at having to take our order at all. She just walked away from us while we were ordering and seemed even grumpier when she came back. This arrogant attitude meant that of course she didnt get what I ordered. when her colleague was going to make the coffee and gave us the wrong coffee, she got even angrier when I pointed out that the one cold brew was supposed to be vanilla flavored. She also got annoyed and threw a cup of vanilla syrup(!) on the table to us clearly annoyed. i dont know why the atmosphere at this starbucks is so bad because the manager sets the tone but this is the worst experience we have ever had at a starbucks
