I love this Starbucks, the staff are always super friendly and I never find them to be slow.I dont do mobile ordering so I cant speak to that, but I have a hunch that everyone complaining about mobile orders havent ever worked in the service industry and dont understand that when a store is busy it is BUSY- Just because you ordered on your phone doesnt mean you magically jump the cue.I Stan this location so hard- I will go out of my way to give them my business even though I pass two other bucks on my way to work. The employees have wonderful cheerful attitudes even on days when I witness them dealing with the most entitled of Karens. Love them!

It is frustrating when a mobile order is never seen until you arrive. This location of Starbucks is hit or miss. Sunday morning at 11:50, all employees are in the back. No one saw the mobile orders come in. Employees were slowly moving and distracted by something in the back of the store. They were all very nice. The food and Bev were expected quality, good as usual.

Quick service. Employees are sweet.

Very cozy place, got my drink quickly and were compliant and relaxed with my illiterate party. No seats, but the Christmas decorations are good.

I was looking for a Starbucks with seating, so Ive read reviews and checked really quick photos, ok, seating is available is confirmed, however when I got there no tables or booths just tiny table-shelves were attached to a wall. Hum... Pretty confusing.

This is worst place ever not because of starbucks,but because of this one mean person named, Lala. She must be very miserable person. The way she speaks to you and gives you an attitude.She doesnt belong there at all. Should be fired. Is all about costumer service. The rest of the stuff is nice.

Cool, clean small Starbucks, probably the smallest Ive ever been. Barista was courteous and nice to explain me certain stuff. Fresh pastries!

It was late, but they were already prepared to leave and cleaned up the seats already. There were not many people and the seats were pretty windy because the door was beside the rows of tables.

The people working at this store really cared about the customer. No doubt they will run or own their own place in the future!

I ordered a coffee in mobile app when i tasted it its not what i i ordered never came back again...

After trying oh so many of the Starbucks places, still dont get how can anyone appreciating good coffee, think that its coffee what they serve here.

Bathroom has bin out of order for over a year. But!!! It works fin for the employees. I go every morning and Ive asked to use it and have bin denied.

Super friendly and polite crew. Shaquanna is very upbeat and energetic.

I could order anything on the app, it was ready as soon as I stepped in the Starbucks. The barista team is pretty kind and friendly! Love that place!

Great place until I pad $6.80 for hot milk. I ask for a chai latte it was made cold at first. I kindly ask for a hot and he gave me hot milk. In other words he added hot milk to the previously made cold chai latte. Please do better.

Im giving a 1 star today. I ordered a Cafe Mocha. I taste only hot milk, and normally the price is under 6 dollars. Today the price was 7.02, why? Did prices go up? Consistency is important Starbucks!

Hi, I don’t go to Starbucks often but just wanted management to know I was impressed by this particular location. Staff seemed very efficient and went out of their way to make customers feel welcome and appreciated, even during the morning rush. Well done!

Friendly baristas and they are usually quick (morning Rush is hit or miss between 8am-9am). Mobile orders tend to move faster than in person so if you have the app, use it. Overall, great location given its been newly renovated but note, no seats! This location (47-48 Sts./3rd Ave) is designed for quick service, standing counters only. Food and other cold drinks available but limited selections.

This is a great location with super friendly staff who remember your name. I come in maybe once every other day. Theyre always very busy and manage to be friendly and get orders right.

Good location. Not too many seats available. Does not seem laptop friendly. Service could be faster and the only time I was there they forgot one thing in my order.

The slowest service ever. I have literally left while online so I would not be late to work. No one was at the register they were ignoring the line. I ordered a venti the girl repeated a venti. The person who served my drink gave me a large I said I ordered a venti she said thats what they charged you for with a nasty attitude not even trying to help. Will never go here again and dont recommend going here avoid at all cost.

Very rude staff. I was going to buy a coffee there because I saw how nice it looked and then I wanted to use the restroom so I asked one of the staff members if I could use the restroom he said no absolutely not I said really while he said there is one next door in a shop called bread and butter Im sorry but I will not be going to Starbucks ever again!

Tasted good needs more tables

Great staff but they have been out of white sugar for over a week. In a Starbucks. Why cant a manager just buy some from the supermarket until you receive your delivery? Something is a miss...

Tried it once ,coffee its ok. But the prices, sorry ridiculous. Would never spend that much on a cup of coffee. I can buy 3 packs of coffee, for that price. Sorry just being honest.

I stopped here twice in 2 weeks. It was quick in and out both times and I was happy with my drinks.

The barista are friendly and attentive.

I didnt buy anything there, and just did work or study, and thankfully nothing bad happened to me. Then, I went to do something else, elsewhere, then I went to buy food and eat at another place.
