Starbucks

Not a good system at all. The girl literally at the register holds up a sign to instruct me how to order. I said all I wanted was a coffee black. She proceeded to say.. it’s still going to take awhile. I said it’s ok I’ll go elsewhere.. the girl. Still at the register says. You sure? In the time she was instructing me how to use an app she could have given me a simple coffee. This is clearly NOT an example of customer service or going beyond in order to help the business. So I went to Dunkin

I love ordering from this location. All the workers are always so nice and sweet. Today was no different, their kindness and service really went above and beyond. Thank you

First time at this location and I have visited many across Manhattan. I have never met such a pleasant group of individuals anywhere. The store manager Bree is excellent and the staff is just so accommodating. Keep up the great work and congrats.

Location was good, however one of the female baristas was really rude to me and my girlfriend when they gave her the wrong drink and my girlfriend asked her to remake it

It looks like this is an app-only Starbucks. I was not sure. There was no one at the registers to help me. I wish they would make this clear.
