First time at this location, we were greeted when we first walked in, and our order was immediately taken and repeated back to us to make sure it was correct.It took no time to receive what we ordered, and it was just right

Every time i entered this Starbucks everyone is Polite and attentive. I love this location… I also believe I left a hat there I will be in the area on Monday to see if someone put it away… Have a great weekend!!

Racist. Racist and racist.I asked the staff for a straw, she rolled her eyes. It was 8:30AM not busy no people waiting in lines. What was that about?Also, cuz my order name is obviously not from the States, they only gave me half cup. I had to made my Americano with company milk so I can have at least a full cup. Nice job Starbucks.

Mobile ordered. Notice around the end that there was a hair in my drink and I’ve been drinking that. It was supposed to make my day, but ruined it. Just disgusted and grossed out now!

Management obviously changed as posted as they deleted bad reviews. Morning was awful. They clearly only greet anyone they recognize, ghetto Attitude. Just people who behave their wage, the service has gone down.

Nice place, some seating inside. Star was pleasant but unfortunately they got my order wrong again and the woman who made it just said sorry that’s not what I was told and walked away to finish other orders. Not exactly what I was expecting and there was a line so I just left. Never had that happened, usually they fix it if it was wrong. It’s too bad but it’s not the first time.

Not enough sitting space. Location is good. Staffs are okay. But not enough sitting chairs. On flip side, good for using WiFi.

Ive been to a few Starbucks round NYC and I have to say this one is hands down the best Starbucks in the city. I almost wanted to gate keep this Starbucks all to myself and not post this review but the employees at this location are just so GENUINELY NICE. Thats not normal for NYC lol. Theyre almost TOO NICE. lol.Especially shouting out the Starbucks worker that handled the cash register on 10/15/2024 around 8:30 AM (wearing a black sweater and blue pants). She was so friendly and and made every single person smile even if they came in with a stank, nasty face. I swear these people do not get paid enough. Thank you for making my day.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and had a wonderful experience. I walked in unable to talk but the staff was super friendly and understanding about it. I wrote down my order on my phone and the person on register without hesitation took my order and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for it. The other barista that handed out my drink was also very kind. Great staff.

I was standing there waiting for the barista to finish her conversation and then asked if they had ginger tea. (I had a mask on when I walked in) To which she told me they had mint tea, I then asked if I could get it hot and then I asked if she could put extra honey in it. To which she started calling me buddy and started being very rude. I work in customer service so I can tell she might have been having a bad day. But then when my order was ready she started yelling very loudly that my medicine ball was ready. And yelled it so loud that everyone looked as I got my tea. It was probably the rudest most unprofessional experience I ever had at that place.

This was my go to spot for 4 years and the customer service has gone down. SOME ( there are actually a few that are amazing staff members) staff are very rude for no reason. You could just be standing there and they catch a whole attitude if you don’t come up to them right away. Especially if you have a online order!Most of the time, i’m just waiting for them to finish what they are doing first and then I’ll give my name for the mobile order. I never have a problem waiting. Patience is a virtue!If I was in a rush I wouldn’t order anything at all.

Good service and nic selection of teas and other food

Nice location with pre-host that takes only your order and name. And at the counter you just need to pay. It makes things going faster.

Lady Barista got our order wrong twice. Went up to counter to get my sandwich and shes like, what do you want. The store isnt even that busy.I can understand an employee having a bad day but dont give me attitude when you get the order wrong multiple times.This is def an oddity because most staff are usually very well trained and accommodating. Either way we will avoid her at all cost next time.

I find the staff very friendly and good at what they do! Terrific Iced Green Tea Latte with Toffee Nut syrup! Also like that they take your name and print it out on your orders, so theres no mix-up! I will be returning.

I was just in there about 1:30pm. I order my drink and went over to wait for it. 1 person, 2 people, 3 people, 4 people got their drinks. I asked, is my drink coming up? The young man stated, Yes, its coming!!! 5 people, 6 people, 7 people 8 people, 9 people, and finally 10 people that were behind me online, got their drinks. Finally, the LAST drink to be made was mind. And it was made by a young female, while that particular guy was now cleaning the countertops. Is that the policy, that that Starbucks follows? Do the easy drinks first let the other drinks that take more time or effort - WAIT! If it is, then it sucks. If not, you need to get those employees to follow the guidelines, if they cant do that, get rid of them. I come in there every day. If this happens again, I will pursue my complaint to higher ups.

Its good as most Starbucks are. The one thing I dont like they dont have a restroom. I dont know if they were telling the truth. I can honestly say I did not see one. Its a small place.doesnt seem to be too many places to hide a bathroom. Come on every Starbucks has a bathroom. You know,you hang out,have a few coffees TG they run right thru you. Its no fun running down the street desperately looking for a place that has a restroom. You sit so long thinking of course all Starbucks have a place to go. Its easy to become desperate when some guy that works there says no no bathroom here. You immediately think hes lying.. Then he tells you to go down the block to five guys.Wow. Where do they go. You cant help thinking I spent a lot of money in here. I have to run down the street to use the bathroom. Not a good experience for anyone who likes to drink coffee.

I ordered a Venti size, they give me Grande in a Venti size cup. Every time.

I dont know the rules for using bathrooms in the Starbucks store!!!!But when you are a customer and you sit in the store more than an hour, they have to allow you to use bathroom!It is not acceptable!

One of the more efficiently run Starbucks Ive been to. I never have to wait too long for my drinks. The only con is the local college students who take up space.

Products are always sold-out, even if the app says otherwise. It is also randomly closed during operation hours. Overall it is an extremely unreliable location, which is consistently frustrating.

This is one of the smaller Starbucks with limited seating, conveniently located near the 14th St and 6th Ave PATH and subway station.If you download the Starbucks app and place your order for pickup, you can get in and out OK but this isnt a Starbucks for enjoying a quiet breakfast coffee, meeting a friend, or checking your email at.

Terrible service and I think overcharged. The staff cant be bothered to even clearly speak with customers. Ill never set foot in that location again.

My latte was served with no whip cream and no sprinkles. This location has no chargers so dont plan on charging any devices here.

I work in a medical office right around the corner and for the past 3 days, EVERY order placed was wrong. Very disappointing.

We bought coffee and they said you have to be a customer to use the restroom.Its amazing....

I rotate the starbucks I go to but the service here is the sweetest of them all. I love the staff that works here. I wish I can remember all of their names (name tags are not clear , rarely) but Olga is the best. I believe her name might be Olgavy? But its definetely the first 4 words Olga, shes always with a smile and staring the day with that good energy is always sweet!

Love Starbucks Pumpkin scone is delicious and addicting.

The staff are very fast at this location, and most of them are very nice and cordial. This location is always super busy with walk-ins and online orders. Theres limited seating here, and only two registers. There are, however, plenty of staff at all times. I recommend everyone try the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Its amazing.

Not great this time. Asked for a tall and got a grande. Not sure what I was charged for. Asked for extra hot and it was normal temperature. Maybe too much Halloween excitement. Oh well.

Ordered their peach flavors green or black tea but I requested with no ice and it came out half cup. Even when I asked nicely, they won’t even fill up some water or tea for me. Just have me half cup of tea that’s it. Say that’s what it suppose to be. The attitude the employee gave me was bad too. Won’t come to this location anymore!

Pretty good starbucks, my drink was made fast so I cant complain. Staffs are nice and friendly. Atmosphere feels comfortable. I try to use the WiFi but for some reason it didnt work. Please fix that problem. Overall pretty good place for fast service.

Manager Jennifer refused to give me my refill. Also had a nasty attitude. She claimed since I purchased a snickerdoodle hot choc. That I could not get my refill?? Claiming that it was not policy. How are you a MANAGER and you don’t know the refill policy? They just put anyone in the management position huh? Refills are on in store purchases when you stay & it’s regardless of first drink. Anyways Corporate put $ on my SBUX card & District Manager will be in contact with me.

The service was good and the staff was friendly. It would have been great if the coffee was hot.

Editing this on 2/14/22: I mobile ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and when I picked it up, it was filled to the brim with ice. I did not order extra ice at all. I tried getting a baristas attention but they didnt listen. Never coming back here again.

So I went into Starbucks this morning like I usually do in this location and I ordered my drink and the barista Olga lee was not very welcoming she had a attitude with me and the customer after me. I usually always have a good experience with the staff

Fair prices for basic fresh brewed coffee and for tea. Having toilet access in NYC is good and not to be taken for granted also!

Nothing special, relatively quick in-and-out Starbucks. Do not pick this location for camping out with your laptop, there are few tables. Better location nearby would be Union Sq East.

This location always keeps the AC on blast purposely to keep customers from staying long. I work nearby so when I get off work, I come by to work on my laptop for a bit before heading home. I make a purchase every time (sometimes 2-3 purchases per visit), so Im not just coming in just to loiter. It was so cold today that my hands were freezing and my fingers were actually hurting. This is disrespectful to customers and makes me feel unwelcome. The staff also has the music blasting so loud that I can hear it over my headphones. So much disrespect coming from this location.

Last time my mother came to this Starbucks and one of the coworkers flipped the middle finger at her just because she told him if she could get her coffee lighter. How can you treat customers like this.

Ive come here almost daily during the work week on my way into the office and I have to say overall the staff are friendly and have a decent memory... but there are 2 ladies that are exceptional. One usually takes my order and remembers to give me the stopper/stirrer for my VL (if I forget to ask)...and she seems pretty personable. The other preps the drinks and her lattes come out perfect every time and always has a smile on her face, what more can you ask for?I did have 2 issues with my order taking to long with the sandwich (must of forgot) & receiving the wrong sandwich, mistakes happen and it in totality, Ive had a decent experience here and will continue getting my VLs :)

I wish theyd stop selling food that slows everything down and just focus on quick coffee.

With all the money in the world, why is it the store phone system could not relay the news of its location being closed today?! Walking through the snow blizzard to use my starbucks card, instead of walking to the even further atm machine, was the idea. The phone system was filled and no one picked up. I risked the walk hoping it was just busy with others trying to get coffee and cocoa to stay warm. Apparently, the manager at the store doesnt know how to leave a simple notification, so that people like myself dont waste time walking. My BODEGA was able to leave a message notifying people of not opening up today. What the hell was starbucks excuse?!
