Made an order on December 3rd, I have not received any shipping details, I sent an email on December 5th inquiring and still nothing. The candy I purchased now says its out of stock.

Be careful ordering online. My order came expired and customer service ghosted me. EDIT: I sent three separate emails that were not responded to on April 11th, May 27th and then June 8th, with no follow up response. After I left the review they gave me a refund and that’s the only reason I got a response from them.. Watch out for that customer service

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it hasnt shipped. Its been order placed everyday I check. Customer service doesnt exist. Phone number doesnt work. Ive emailed multiple times and no reply. Ive contacted the better business bureau about this scam artist pretending to be a business

I’m not sure if I entirely trust this company. I placed two orders totalling almost $110 from them on November 1st. Few days later I got an email that a shipping label was created for the orders. A week goes by and there was no tracking available still so I reached out to them three times via email and even tried calling to see what’s going on but there was radio silence from them. No replies, no one picked up the call. Then a day or two later I get a new email that the package has finally been delivered to UPS and is on the way. I received the items in 2 days. Once I opened the box (next day), I saw that two of the items are completely wrong from what I ordered. Again emailed them to know what could be done. It is now 5 days since I emailed them and no reply whatsoever. The items that were right tasted stale and all the chips were crushed (because of poor packaging) and there was some sort of sticky residue on the bags of chips. I was really excited when I saw the snacks on their website because I had had them during my childhood and had been searching everywhere for them. I was so excited that I wanted to place a third order for the snacks with them. But their lack of response clearly shows that they don’t care even a little bit about their customers. Be very careful while ordering from their website. The prices of the items were ridiculous too. It was $12 per bag but I was happy to pay it thinking it would be worth it. Totally regret wasting my hard earned money now.

Wow where should I start this place has everything you could imagine from sodas to chips to chocolate and candy from all over the world!! The prices are great and so are the people that run it very helpful with helping your taste buds get what they desire I recommend this place to anyone you guys should go check it out !!! 10 thumbs up 👍🏻
