Really cool, cozy spot! Comfortable couches and great sound system we enjoyed a small concert in here!

Very nice live music and cool atmosphere ! The cocktails are very nice and would recommend the petit cheeseburger (the portions are tiny). Better if you come around 10pm when the music begins to enjoy the space better. Service was very attentive and friendly. Overall very nice experience :)

I heard good things, and wanted very much to have a great after hours anniversary cocktail and dessert with my boyfriend here. I made sure to make a reservation for 9 PM about a week in advance and I couldn’t stop talking about coming here. Unfortunately this turned out to be a waste of money and time for us on our special day. To simplify my experience please see the flags below.🚩 hostess told us that they need the table back (even though we had a reservation and showed up early) but if we wanted the table for the whole night it’s $75/pp. We responded by saying we were only there to listen to a few songs and have a cocktail or two. She said no problem, and seated us🚩 it’s a piano bar but no mention of “off nights” where there are random performers (which if fine, we weren’t picky, but would have been nice to know ahead of time)🚩 waited nearly 2 hours for performance to start, resulting in 4 orders of overpriced, sugary drinks for $100🚩 once performance started, people migrated from the bar to directly in front of the stage blocking any view, and resulting in the poor man next to me with a man’s buttocks in his face for most of the night🚩 waitress forgot to enter our order, came back 15 minutes later saying “I forgot, did you need something?”What is the point of having a low light table that a reservation was required if you allow people who walk in to stand in front of the stage, blocking the view of people who did what is necessary to secure a table. Management did nothing, and didn’t even apologize for their staff forgetting the order. Overall disappointed with the drinks, the staff, the management and the entire facility. Do not recommend, will not return.

Good time! Very nice place, great professional service. Staff is super nice. Show was great. BUT I got 3 shrimp with the shrimp cocktail I ordered. Like really, that dropped the experience, are u guys trying to cut corners and save money and put that in the customer, that is cheap and drops the class of this place

Very middle of the road experience for a piano bar from New York’s premiere hospitality group. Sushi tastes like it was out of yesterday’s batch from Sushi Hana. Burger was good. Very talented singer.Staff seemed very slow to refill drinks, couldn’t get water on the table, didn’t quite know how to arrange the food and weren’t knowledgeable of the drink menu. Again- just not up to expectations of Friday night in New York with a 100pp spend. They were nice enough, and the door staff was helpful.Will probably come back again to see if it was just an off night.

Stayed at moxy came in and sat down for 20min with 3 friends at the silver lining bar. We entered through the hotel lobby entrance and they made us go back to a side room entrance to check ids… which we did. Then we proceeded to sit at a 4 person empty table which they allowed and waited 20 mins for service at which point we walked to the front to ask for service and they let us know someone will come to the table. No one arrived so 10 mins after that we approached the front again and they said someone will come… finally someone came only to let us know that we don’t have the table reserved and need to move to the bar. Is this NYC service at its best? Lower East side? You mean lower east standards?

I do t have enough great things to say about this place! My wife and I have been to it many times x it never disappoints. It’s so incredibly beautiful. Do not miss the caves, they are a load of fun!

I went to silver lining lounge a few weeks ago and have been back a few times now and have had an AMAZING time. My bartender was Cole most of the time and he was an absolute BEAST. Made my drinks quickly and tasty and always had a smile on his face while serving me. Cole was the BEST. The atmosphere here is so intimate and luxurious and I would recommend coming here to anybody. I had an amazing night in Silver lounge! Great atmosphere and service, delicious food, incredible cocktails and fantastic music! Band which was playing that night rocked it! Everyone was dancing and just had cool time.Definitely will come back again ☺️

We came here after Sake no Hana restaurant. We just wanted to get a drink and listen to maybe few songs. The lounge was almost empty. We set at one of the empty tables. We told the waiter we want to get few drinks which she seemed to be ok with. Few min later the hostess comes and tells us all the tables are reserved and if we want to stay we can either sit all the way in the back or stand by the bar. We told her we will only stay for a bit and there is so many empty tables I don’t see the reason why we have to sit in the back. So she went back and forth with my friend on their place “strategy” on seating ppl which made no sense. She couldn’t explain herself so she just angrily walked off. I saw whole bunch of people coming from the Sake no Hana restaurant and standing by the bar meanwhile the lounge tables remained empty. We left in about an hour there were still 2 tables available that nobody were sitting at but so many people had to stand like sardines packed by the bar. The guy who played Tim Young if I’m not mistaken was amazing. If not him playing we would of left right away with this nasty attitude the hostess was giving us.

I went here during the day to a private event. I can say this much, the space was beautiful, clean and neat.Now the event I went to. Omg. Worth every penny.

So rude and unbelievably unprofessional. Gave us 45 min to join our friends who were in for a drink and tried to charge us $75 per person minimum. When we said no one told us and they gave us a bad attitude. Chris the manager refused to call the hostess claiming “she’s busy” and “will not go back and forth”. Never ever will step in this place again and will make sure to share this story to anyone I know.

Tim Youngs performance at Silver Lining was absolutely incredible. Playing the piano with remarkable finesse, he brought a soulful energy to every note. His group was equally impressive, with each musician delivering standout performances that complemented Tim’s piano playing beautifully. Together, they created a seamless blend of sound that filled the room with a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. The chemistry among the band members was evident, adding depth to the performance and making it an unforgettable night. The mix of skill, passion, and artistry made this show a true masterpiece.

Will the LES think there’s a silver lining to the new piano bar? Cool place but a little sterile.

Absolutely beautiful experience! My best friend got us a table for my bday and the drinks were delicious, service was impeccable and the artist playing was so so good. Vibe got weird later in the evening but we left by then :)

Awesome throwback lounge that harkens back to the crooner days. Great crowd and overall amazing experience.

The restaurant had a pianist scheduled to play starting at 9 pm, which was disappointing since the restaurant accepts reservations as early as 8 pm. This means that we had to wait around for an hour before the live entertainment began. Additionally, we were charged a fee per person that was not disclosed when we made the reservation or upon arrival. It was added to your bill at the end of the meal. This lack of transparency can be frustrating, as it made us feel like we were tricked.To make matters worse, the table we were seated at didnt provide access to the full show, which was another letdown. So we ended paying a fee for a fraction of the show - And on top of all that, the service felt rushed, making it difficult to enjoy the meal and the overall experience. (E.g. the waiters took away out water glasses while we were still there waiting for the next order to come)Overall, the visit to the restaurant was disappointing due to a number of factors, including the delayed start time of the live entertainment, undisclosed fees, limited access to the show, and rushed service. These issues detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable experience

This is great fun, the music on both nights I went was great, super relaxed but premium seating and just a cool crowd, we had dinner at Sake No Hana before and then headed to Highlight (same building after) loved it

Basement bar below the Moxy Hotel. Quite cool design, friendly bar staff and live piano music, which is a nice touch. Music system was a bit too loud to hold a conversation, even sat as far away from the stage as humanly possible, so more of live music venue than a cosy night cap spot. Pretty decent whisky collection, with Scotches and Japanese whisky options. Large enough to take a group, but cute as a date location too.

Excellent drinks and music. Really good atmosphere, no pressure from the staff to order more drinks or food but someone is always on hand if you need them. Wonderful selection of cocktails and very good quality. We prebooked on Open Table but there appeared to be some walk-in tables available. Would definitely go back.

Pretty lounge, drinks were fine. Piano was beautiful and everyone was looking towards it. Really dark inside

Nice spot to hear very talented musicians. Was very quiet the night I went, but picked up around 11pm.

Epic! Live music, great sound, low lights, the band and the singer where just outstanding. Pricey drinks but no cover, worth every dollar.

Good music, good drinks, good vibes

The atmosphere is fun here, the only thing that ruined it a bit for me was a standing group situated right in front of my table that didn’t move. The service was quite nice they just don’t come by too often as they have a ton of tables to run about to, I’d recommend just running up to the bar if you find yourself waiting a bit. The drinks were good, definitely on the stronger side.

Hard to find, but worth it. It is a beautiful space, great cocktails, classy, and amazing talent. Service was a bit slow, but it has also recently opened so it’s a bit understandable. We will definitely go here every time we are in NYC. Thank you!

Music was great but food quite mediocre and service rude and pushy.

We came here with a reservation for 3 on a thursday night. There was a $75 minimum spend per person - which we were fine with. This isnt the best place to be with people you want to talk to - because the music is so loud, in the front and in the very back. The band is decent though - they were covering early 90s-2000s alt rock and indie songs (which isnt my favorite).The oysters and the fries were good! The chicken nugget bites were a bit dry. The espresso martinis and other drinks were also good. The servers were super friendly!

Came here on New Years Eve. Super small venue and very crowded. Staff is rude, bartenders were ruder. The live band that was playing was absolutely awful. The music and vibes only got better after the band left and the DJ took over after midnight. Also no diversity. If you aint white, it aint the right....place for you!

Beautiful lounge, great music, good cocktails however service needs improvement

Decor is a bit cheesy and the band seems to have just met the day of the show and didnt really have enough time to rehearse. Martini olives were a bit stinky and the bar occasionally smells like bleach.Hard to justify going to this place when there are so many better piano / jazz bars in NYC

The pianist is incredibly talented creating an amazing atmosphere! The food and drinks are also nice.

Very disappointed. I wanted to love it here but the service was horrible. I was given a glass of wine with lipstick marks, i kindly asked the waitress for a new glass and she brought back the same glass that still had lipstick marks on it. I wasnt checked on at all during the night. I ordered a margarita and it was $46 because they made it with casamigos which i never said i wanted. I really wanted to like this place. Wouldnt come back.
