The place is not that bad. It’s a good place to go if you are in favor of Chinese songs. 100 per hour for a private room including snacks and tips.

Decent karaoke place.Their service is hit-or-miss, and mediocre at best. It would be strongly advised to bring someone who can speak Mandarin, to better communicate with the staff.The selection of songs is good, if not slightly outdated.Also, note that ​they are cash only (which isnt too unusual for the area).Overall, one could have a decent time here, but the price is a bit on the high side, and so Im not sure I would particularly recommend this place.

Very nice place but we felt a little out of place being the only Caucasians there... Not that we cared at all in a rude way, it just felt odd any time we took the mic and played English songs. Debatably the worst KTV spot Ive been to. The songs are outdated and the service can be improved. The table and menu were sticky in my room even though I came early only an hour after they opened. I can only imagine how dirty their rooms would be if I visited at night. When I asked for a pitcher of tap water for 6 people, they came back with 6 bottled water priced at $4 each and wouldnt take them back even though we hadnt opened them because they were already entered in the system. Definitely will not be back anytime soon. You can find other better KTV places around.

If I can give them zero star，I will. They are rude liers. They first said there is no mid size room and force us accept VIP room，but the KTV is so empty，the staff even eat inside a mid size room. The food we order arrived 1hr after we order it. And after 2hr we want to extend the room for one more hour，they lied again，said people booked the room ten minutes ago - 9:20pm Wednesday night for a room for 20+ people，10min before comming - what the odds. If there is no mid size room lie at the first place，I might trust them. But at that time，they are just liers. I want to see their booking system，they said it is private. Then we want to actually see the person. They ask their friend to show up - only one person for a 20 people room，who wait at staff room. Any way，if you just dont offer certain service，just say it，dont lie！They just dont offer switch to the smaller room if you booked a larger one.And dont allowed you extend time if they know there wont be any more charge.Hope the old broken KTV can soon be replaced or out of business.

Changing from 3 to 1 in 2021. The place was never cheap, but they recently just jacked up the price. A bottle of grey goose now costs $249, which is ridiculous, not to mention they just put a 25% tip on the bill without noticing. I’d say go to anywhere else in the city.

OK place to go. It dominates the karaoke market in Chinatown only because lack of competition. Pros: nice service, good food, convenient location, OK price. Cons: very restrict about reservation time. They only hold the reservation for 5 min after. Rooms and equipment are outdated. Some of the couches are worn out. Poor speakers and microphones. Space is a little tight and only 2 bathrooms on each floor.

An okay place for Karaoke. They have limited song options. Their fried wings and french fries are pretty good. They also have touch control options around the room for service, skip song, volume, etc. Some web searches might say their shop is located on the fourth floor but it is actually the third floor.

Multiple levels of nice private karaoke rooms with wide English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) selection and buttons to request services. Water does not come free but venue also offers Asian mixers. Very loud floors due to singing.

Run for the hill! We went there because my friends says it’s good before COVID but apparently the manager changed. Now there are too few songs and he charged me 60 for two tiny snacks labeled as 21 and 8 with 75/hr rate for a small room. Besides HE KEPT INTERRUPTING US which is SOOO ANNOYING. Cash only too for those who mind.

The small karaoke room was nice and modern but we encountered so many problems because the mobile app wasn’t registering on our phones. The song list was hard to navigate so the employee gave us his cellphone for the hour to choose songs, and the selection was not broad (no Adele, BTS, newer Lady Gaga songs). They gave us a $75 drink credit which made our experience bearable but there’s like a 25% tax and service charge FYI. They also shorted our time by 10 minutes.

Really not recommend because they lie to us. We want to change to a smaller size, but they told us all the small room are reserved. However all the rooms are empty!

The karaoke rooms were the most spacious I have seen in New York which was awesome for a big group of people. Our room also had its private bathroom. You have to pay in cash and the only downside as someone who loves to sing my lungs out during karaoke is that the microphones weren’t loud enough/always working

The room was affordable for most public, but minimal alcohol value seem to exceeds the bill.

Severely understaffed, bad service. We made a reservation in-person an hour in advance, and upon arrival, they couldnt deliver until a half-hour later.

Nice clean place, watch the prices. Some things seem reasonable and then you get hit hard with some things you assume would be less expensive.

K-one was temporary closed for renovation, but the google map didn’t update it. It explained why they didn’t answer the phone call no matter how many times I called them. = =

Bar is cash only. There is an ATM located in the 1st floor lobby, however.

K One is literally the best place in the world. The best night of my life occurred at k One. I could not recommend it more highly. The food is gourmet, the staff is kind and communicative, and the bar space looks like first class luxury. It is so beautiful. Im tearing up as I write this. I love K One Karaoke.

Expensive service fee added. Our room’s rate is 85 dollars/hour. We sing for two hours and was charged 201 dollars.Also Inflexible booking policy. Only allows you to book for at least two hours. You have to pay upfront. If you want to leave early before the two-hour mark, there is no refund. Will not come back.

Absolutely terrible. We went in looking forward to a fun karaoke night with the family, and turned out to be the worst decision of the entire weekend. We were told it was cash only $95 an hour with 7 empty rooms, which was inconvenient but we decided to get cash and come back. When we came back, the same guy told us it was now $130 just 10 minutes after we had left to get the cash. Super sleezy, gave us attitude, and by the time we were done arguing with him to honor the price that he initially said we were so turned off and decided to leave. Do not give these people your business and save yourself the trip.

Ive been here multiple times pre-Covid and had great experiences at a very reasonable price (I recall $15/person/hr on a Sunday). I visited recently and was told that a small room would cost $100+ for an hour, so Im not sure if theyve changed management/staff. The place seemed pretty empty when I was there, so I would venture to guess that something changed.

I booked a room 3 days before I went there and that employee told me don’t be late, and that night before the reservation someone called me to confirm the booking. So on that day my friends and I went there on time. Then we found that we couldn’t get to that floor either by the stairs or by the elevator. I called the bar more than ten times in 20 minutes waiting downstairs. Nobody from the bar contact me to tell me what had happened. The next day I called back to tell the situation, the employee named “Hanson” asked me to call back in the night time to complain to the owner, and with so bad mood. I won’t go there anymore. And they accept cash only, even you spend hundreds dollar there. The bar doesn’t deserve any dollar I spend there. And this is not the first time I felt they were with bad attitude!

The karaoke rooms was cool. They could have more song options, and better drinks. Not sure about the service my friend dealt with them.

Place seemed shady, and song selection was difficult because the system they use here is indexed for Chinese text. Asked for a cup of water and received a bottle of Poland spring that I was charged $4(!!!!!) for. Service was poor and it felt like the workers did not want us to be there. Upon paying the check (cash only of course), they did not give change and only reluctantly gave us a portion of it after being confronted. I have no doubt that were we drunk they would have attempted to fleece us further. Would highly recommend anybody considering this place to go elsewhere.

Worst service ever. Don’t go. Flushing has way better service and media equipment.I’ve booked through a phone call two days in advance, however when I arrived they didn’t find the record. It was totally their fault, they knew they forgot but they said I was late for 10 minutes so that room “might” have been taken by others anyway.In the end they found another room for us but we have to leave 40 minutes earlier. You know what, they still charged a 18% service fee. I have no way to express my anger.

I was shocked by one of the servers’ attitude, when I was there and the floor was under construction. The room I was in smelled like paint which I fully understood but when I told the server to switch to another room and he told me “go find another place if you don’t like here” of course I left but I should have requested to change a server instead of changing a karaoke bar.

$50 for small room per hour not including service fee or tax. First $50 counts toward food and drinks but if youre under 21 its not really worth.Go to flushing for better prices and equipment.

Nice facilities and song choice but the staff were extremely rude. They gave our room away because we were 5 minutes late, even though we made a booking. Overall service was lacking and we will not be coming back...

Great karaoke bar..went here for my company outing and we had a blast.

Beware of third floor. The people working there are completely and utterly rude. I’ve never felt so attacked in my life. Any reviews that give more than one star are misleading. This is literally one of the WORST place I’ve ever been to.

Clean and colorful decor, with a mix of Chinese and English songs, though the selection of English songs is a bit limited. A pricing scheme that charges a minimum per room, which includes what you spend on drinks and food, rather than per person like other venues is cool.

This is the same place as KTV. They are trying to get away from their poor rating. Do not visit here. Warm drinks served, badly indexed songs on system due to Chinese alphabet being used for western artists, and they tried to make us leave half an hour early. Cash only.

The facilities are old. Internet was unstable, which resulted in songs being cut off.

The building may look odd from the outside but it is much cooler when you get in. The prices are more than reasonable since you dont rent the room; you just have to spend a certain amount on food and drinks per hour

The staff was rude. Many things on the snack menu is not available and he told us to order everything at once and not to call him to our room. There is a 20% tips by default. Half an hour before our time for the room ends, he sent us the bill and ask us to pay in advance when we we’re the only party on that entire floor.

I would give negative infinity stars if could.We booked a room one week in advance for Sat 8pm. This place is like hilarious. On that day, we had dinner and the dinner ends at 8pm. We call the restaurant at 7:57 and said we would be 15min late. The guy told me to wait and just hang my phone. When he finally picked up the phone he told me he had already given the room to someone else. I told him that I can pay the price from 8pm. He said we cant be even 1min late.The waiters and managers at this place are mentally ill, have no sense of service at all, and treat customers like idiots. I obviously made a reservation in advance and called in advance to say that we would be 15 minutes late, and promised to pay from the reserved time. As a result, this guy canceled the room without saying a word, and then told us that we wanted to come back after 12 oclock.Whoever comes here is an idiot, dont give money to such a manager. I wish you will close down soon😊😊😊😊

The service attitude is very poor and if employees make mistakes, other employees and the boss will put the blame on the customers. If you encounter problems when singing there, if you are afraid of causing trouble, please ask the customers to admit their mistakes, otherwise they will embarrass you. Also, the service attitude is not good but tips are compulsory. The most important thing is to bring a few hundred dollars in cash before going, because they may not tell you that you cannot pay with credit cards.

Good place for hangout, music library is fairly complete and up to date. The song list is quite complete, the chicken wings are surprisingly delicious, and the speakers and microphones are just average. Its okay for a get-together with friends.
