I love ice cream from Ben Jerrys. Im lactose intolerant, they have delicious no dairy options.

Came here with my grand kids after dinner. Service was on point. Clean. Waffle lovers delight, fresh, chocolate lovers dream with the varieties.

This shop was right next to our hostel and I’m sooo glad we tried it. The employees were so nice and the ice cream tased incredible!

I jump around to many sweet shops but nothing ever compares to a scoop of Ben and Jerry. I change up the flavor on each and every visit. And my son copies me and does the same.

The ice cream is great, obviously. The service is a little unfriendly, and the waffle cones are always a little stale (how have I not learned this as a Vermont baby. This has always been true), but the ice cream is great. I get a kids size in a sugar cone and its two scoops.

Very rude and awkward customer service. Big chubby dude behind the counter has a patience problem and doesnt know how to handle Customer. Ive been in here multiple times and they try to rush you to choose a flavor. Thats not the way things work and if you want continued business you need to start treating customers right.

So the space isnt huge but its Ben and Jerrys. Friendly staff and when their lines are down the block they are giving away ice cream cones for a dollar. Bought a cake for a birthday and it was a huge hit! Love so many of their flavors, NY super fudge chunk my favorite!

Used to always travel down to Times Square, but found that this location closer to Harlem is so beneficial! Always a great experience. Friendly and fast staff. Small, but big enough for four table settings. My weekly go to!

I love this place. Nice and cozy little ice cream shop. I hand the Brown is special and it was fantastic. My fiance loves Ben and jerrys and you cant beat the 3 for 15 deal on the pints.

I ordered an ice cream cake for pick up here. The cake was both great looking and tasting. The service was fantastic. I will come back and would definitely recommend.

Such a gem on Broadway. I came in and was met with sweet smelling aromas of sweets & treats! The cashier was super friendly & I ended up getting Cookies and Cream w.Reese’s Pieces. I really had a nice afternoon treat waiting for my Uber. Will return soon with the hot weather approaching for a nice chill spot with delicious ice cream.They even had my favorite flavor, Milk & Cookies in stock.

My absolute favorite ice cream & this location has the friendliest staff ever.Coffee coffee buzz buzz is my go to ice cream flavor when I go or when I order pints for delivery through grocery shopping!

I think the atmosphere being unwelcoming was the worst. A person I was meeting there ended up waiting for me for an hour because of transit and as soon as I came in, the woman said thank goodness you got here. I was ready to kick her out and I said okay and she replied Im serious I am unsure of the response she wanted from us. The store was empty. If my friend needed to buy something, a polite thing to do would be to tell her that instead of just berating me as soon as I walked in.We would have ordered ice cream to eat there and then more to go, but she made us uncomfortable, so we just left. Not to mention the fact they are fairly disorganized just trying to order as each worker seemed to be doing their own thing and not paying much attention.I thank the owner for replying to my post. This happened on Saturday night (7/6) around 8:30pm.

They sell half melted ice cream in the summer. Its sometimes a little less clean than I wld expect. I dont know what it is, but I think something about this place is not up to the usual B and J standards.

Good ice cream, but why pay $5.50 for a scoop (OK a nice size, and tempered to an edible consistency, but still) when I can buy a pint for around the same?

Really wanted my fav malt shake - mint chocolate chip with cookies and cream. Alas this location didn’t have any mint flavored ice cream the Saturday I visited. I chose my back up recipe - cookies n cream and cookie dough. Not the same at all but I had to make do :/.On a side note, they have these cup cones if you don’t want to get a cone for spillage reasons :)

The staff were very unprofessional... one in particular very big male mid-thirties to mid-forties was watching something on his device very very loud and obnoxious and I asked him to lower it and he gave me such an attitude. He was downright nasty and rude. I grew up with the knowledge of the customer is always right and when you are disruptive and distracting the customer from enjoying their experience then you as a staff member are 100% wrong. He is the reason that businesses are going downhill he is not an ideal employee doesnt care for his company doesnt care about the clientele.

What can you say. Its ice cream. Its really really good ice cream. The shakes are amazing and so are the flavors.

There are no frozen yogurts except in pints. The standard flavors are available in cones or cups.

I absolutely adore this franchise. The ice cream is amazingly delicious. Awesome!! Very satisfied customer.

If you like Ben and Jerrys, this is the place. Its a small but cozy shop. Nice service.

I had my order cancel on me 2x in a row. The manager acknowledged that it was canceled on multiple occasions however failed to provide any customer service for a repeat customer.

Not the best run B&J scoop shop. Cake order wasn’t ready at scheduled time; staff couldn’t find it. Cake itself wasn’t prepared according to instructions. I think they just grabbed something else last minute. Good-natured, but inept management.

So happy to see this Ben & Jerrys near my rehab center. Well done with COVID, all I kept thinking about was an ice cream sundae.How disappointing when I finally got one!Same delicious ice cream however, I could not enjoy it because they gave me a flimsy spoon instead of a hard ice cream one. I couldnt even get to the bottom because it was a short Chinese takeout spoon.! That Sundae required a parfait hard plastic spoon. I wont be coming back to the store

I must be living under a rock because I had no idea they had a storefront. Needed an ice cream cake same-day, and this was perfect. Quick, easy, and delicious. I was beyond happy and birthday boy was elated.

I wish I could give more stars but the place was closing before time when I arrived and I was denied the entry even though it was still in working hours, the store had at least 20min left to close.

Went here about two weeks ago. Ice cream was decent, but when I ordered a milk shake, it had too much milk, the person behind the counter decided it was too difficult to scoop the ice cream and instead added more milk. On top of that, another staff member decided it was a good idea to start sweeping the floor an hour and a half before closing while customers were standing there on line. Overall a great selection of flavors, but probably needs better management to instill a sense of service in its staff.

Good for what this small shop is. Prices are more than I expected, but the selection is pretty decent. Good to grab takeout when your girlfriend wants a treat. Staff was very friendly.

The kids really enjoyed the selections of ice cream of hand. I believe the price point was a little expensive but, a different experience for the kids. The place is small (two tables). We decided to stay. It was tight being the table we has was right in front of a storage room. The guys at the front was very nice and helpful. I didnt recall seeing a bathroom. But, okay to grab and go.

Best place for a lunch snack to flip thru a few documents while you slowly enjoy their amazing selection of ice cream. Ooh and let me not forget the wonderful smell of fresh waffle cones made by the crew, yummy.

I am not sure how this place usually is because I do not live in the area. Service was fine and the place was clean. But the milkshake was terrible. I got the cookie dough one. It was very disappointing.

Expensive... But good...customer service is weak...young people... Do they do anything with some form of professionalism? Cashiers laughing and joking over my Ice cream...dont need anybodys spit in my Ice cream or smoothy.

I was a regular here for a few weeks because they got the new Ben and Jerrys vegan flavors before anyone else. They still have the best deal in town on them, theres rarely a wait, and the staff is always super friendly.

Had a good amount of flavors, most of which were really good. They didnt have that big a selection of toppings though.

They dont let you use their sink.
