Good shop with lots of choice, staff were ok but had to ask for help while standing at the counter while they were talking. Once I had their attention they were good, polite and helpful.Location was a little rough with a few homeless and beggers outside

Its somewhat a small shop, but for its sir it has a decent selection. The prices arent too terribly high, — for being in Midtown, that is — so, if youre like staying nearby, have a bit more extra money to spend, and want a smoking utensil/device quick, its a rather good option.Being a NYC resident, (& not one of the rich ones,) If I need a piece/accessory, Id MUCH rather travel a bit further South down to the Astor St. Station, & walk to St. Marks Place.Not only are they the lowest prices Ive found (in Manhattan, Brooklyn, & the Bronx, that is: not familiar with Queens, or Staten Island,) -& you can even get it cheaper, if you haggle for price, - but the selection is MUCH larger, as you have MANY vendors to choose from.

I wanted to place a very big order and do too rude customer service. I will no longer be shopping here and before I even got to say what I wanted he said we are not interested

I have purchased 3 big items from this store and it was the cheapest price throughout the city! I have been helped by Sam, who the best. Honestly 5 stars hands down. Theres no other shop that can compete with their prices!

This place is a small little smoke shop that does not seem to jack up the prices of the most popular items like other smoke shops Ive been to in Manhattan. The guy behind the counter in the morning is a very friendly guy and remembers me when I come in.

I had great experience, thanks to my friend for recommending Midtown Smoke Shop and Vape. I needed a gift for my boy friend and didnt know what to buy. I didnt want something to expensive and was on a budget. The staff showed me many items, without making me feel insecure. In the end I got this beautiful lighter which works on battery. My boy friend loved it!!! he is also a fan now of Midtown Smoke Shop.

Best prices in NYC. I wouldnt recommend someone who dosnt know what they want to go here, of if they dont know what they are doing. But if you know what you want, they probably have it, and at the best price

Clean nice stock good presentation with a wide variety of products. If your in midtown this is definitely the shop you want to hit as it will probably have everything you want.

I have a very young face and I was treated as a kid. I asked for a certain Cigar and I was casually gestured to the location of the cigars. When another patron came in the other person asked for help the time was completely different. My product was dropped on the counter instead of handed to me and I currently have two bags in my hand. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SHOP!!!! Customer service goes a long way and its a shame I had to deal with that

I recently quit smoking and want to try vaping , googled vape shop and find this spot . Very knowledgeable stuff , great selection and fairly priced .

Item marked five dollars. Rang up as five. Jerk took 12 of my 20, and refused to give me correct change or give my money back to go elsewhere. Never again.

It was pretty good , theycwwre very knowledgeable on the flavors and able to help direct me to what works for me and my partner.

Pretty bad service. The guys are super greedy and lied to me on occasions. The older gentleman makes jokes and huggles with you. Withholds change. Overpriced too. And forget about asking for a refund. The place used to be a convenience store but now they phased out everything except subdtance because they make a killing on it. They give a hard time every time I show up because 1. I dont spent enough money there 2. They prefer new customers who arent likely to come back. Because they dont want to deal with you, just want your money and send you off. Next one. These guys are from India and their customer service is likenitnis in India, I didnt feel like they uphold American business or customer service values.

Attendant doesnt really know his way around vapes but they carry alot of name brand juice and a small selection of vape mods, tanks, cottons and coils.
