Came here w my sister. we had a good time. chill vibes music is bumping. we came during the day the server/ bartender was so nice she’s so cute!!

First time coming here and they have square coals so It already had my heart. Hookah was smooth and the mojitos were so tasty. Server was such a sweetheart too. Would definitely come back!

To start the staff are all very friendly.The hookah is smooth and the actual hookah set ups are extremely clean.The drinks are delicious & the food is always fresh.I enjoy spending my time and money here .

Kazuza is a dope lounge, they don’t charge for more coal like another place would, the hookah hits amazingly. Mia gives great service! Very attentive! I’ve been here many times and will come back! Deff recommend

Aye all I gotta say, THE DJ IS WHY THEY LOOSING BUSINESS. THE MUSIC WAS TERRIBLE, speakers are out of tune. Just loud distortion. DJ WENT FROM KAROL G TO RIHANNA THEN TO GLORILLA. THE PLACE HAS POTENTIAL. BUT MUSIC AND SERVICE WAS TRASH!

Second time here and Last time I come here .I come for the hooka which is great, got the BMW for $50 the first time . Then my second time, order the BMW again and was charge $70.The reason I only gave two stars, they need to do better with the bar . The drinks are not good, I switched to Casamigos Pineapple. Something simple, easy to make. Well, they pour less than 1oz of tequila and the pineapple is from the gun( extremely sweet). We only stayed for 10 min for the hooka and left.

I come here once or twice a year with a dear friend. Never really disappoints, its a relaxing place with finger foods, great drinks and ofcourse hookah. It had been 2 years this time and for some reason I found the hookah to be different, it wasnt as smooth as before, I could feel the coal burn quickly/cheap and had to keep asking for refill or adjustments which wasnt the case before. Ill definitely go and try again cause the place is good but its a hookah lounge and unlike uptown fake hookah places this one I expect to always be superb.

Super cool spot for hookah. Pair it with Turkish coffee and its a bliss. Reasonable prices in a great neighborhood. Could get a little packed. Do NOT get a table by the door when its cold out . Dont be shy to ask for recommendations, staff is very knowledgeable.

One of my favorite spots in the LES. Kazuza has a great vibe and relaxed setting. The drink menu and bar selection is good and if youre hungry they have a surprisingly large section of food. Their Halloween decorations are awesome at the moment.

This place is absolutely incredible ! ! I’ve been going here for years and they never let me down ! ! We arrived at around 1:30AM , stayed until closing and had a blast ! ! The music is great , the lights are fun , and the seating is very cozy ! ! I love all the drink options , happy hour is from 4pm to 7pm which is amazing and the food is delicious ! ! I always get the tuna avocado panini ^_^ ! ! The hookah is great and the workers are super attentive and make you feel special ^_^ ! ! The owner and all the staff are so kind and sweet , just so very welcoming that we never want to leave ! ! I will always recommend Kazuza , I just really love it here

This the place for hookah lover. 8-9 years back when I was new in NYC this was the place I used to go during my college days. I again went here during my birthday celebration. I love their hookah, services and belly dancers. I recommend this place for fresh fruit head hookah. Their servers were okay burning past they had amazing servers and crew, I noticed it is been changed. Their drinks are average. If you change the head it is less price thn ordering whole new hookah. Good think was we all were not into too much drinking and they did not force us to buy drinks during our stay.

Love this place! The food is always good, the hookah is always good, the music is always good and the staff is great. We even went on NYE and had an awesome time (they had comp prosecco for the countdown, noise makers and festive hats and crowns). Used to go to some other hookah lounges in the area but official made the switch and made this our go-to spot.

Our new favorite hookah spot! Came here on Valentine’s Day and the vibes were 💯 the owner is super attentive and friendly, and he gave us a flower :) the place was decorated for Valentine’s Day as well. Will definitely come back next time we’re back in the city!!

Went here on a Thursday night… called hours prior asking if there would be Arabic music/dancing etc and they said yes and that there would be a dj. We live about an hour and a half away so these aspects were important for making the drive. We get there, they got our food order wrong, the drinks were watered down, there was no dj or Arabic music AT ALL. Our waitress was rude, especially when explaining the dinner options (probably because they already add a tip to your bill) and the food portions were very small for the price. Atmosphere is ok, it has potential. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

The staff is always friendly, and the hookah flavors are so creative and good! Perfect spot to relax with friends after a long day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back yet lively place!

UN-DER-RATED... Yes, people may find this place to be a little expensive for the hookah experience, but when I tell you it is a chill environment, I do mean it. The hookah can burn all night, the drinks at the bar are delicious, and the music played here is On Point- Check it out if you just wanna relax with a few friends.

Ive been here so many times over the past few years times and each time I loved it more than the last. They have a great seating scheme -- comfortable, too -- and it doesnt get too crowded on Friday and Saturday nights before 11. Every now and then I see belly dancers and I love that. They also play really great music. The drinks are great, especially the teas. The food is good if just a bit overpriced.Late night on Fridays and Saturdays they turn down the lights, turn up the music, and the place becomes more akin to a dance club. If you want a more relaxing hookah experience you should probably avoid this. But, as I said, in the early evenings things are pretty nice.As for the Hookah, I have never been disappointed. The flavors are quite good (try the blue mist), they last a good long time, they dont charge you to replace the coals, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable.Highly recommended if youre looking for a respite from the places over on 1st ave.

So I wasnt impressed with the food at all! The hookah was a little too weak for me, but the ambiance was very nice. Cute place to go to after work, on a date, or just to chill and relax. I would consider in the future. Definitely a place to consider checking out if your in the area.

The hookah was nice until it died out on us. I know how that sounds hookah died well thats exactly what happened it burned out and the flavor become utterly disgusting wasnt long after that till the top leaked out a liquid from the pineapple top.The fries there were nice and crispy, I wouldnt get the wraps though the chicken one I ordered was wrapped in foil and where they cut it there were bits of foil inside the wrap. My friend goes there a lot and he says you should stick to the burgers theyre usually on point. The staff is really nice, pretty chill environment and the prices are reasonable Ive been there a couple times but that one time our hookah just had to much pressure on it for trying to be perfect.

They include tip in the bill but my last 4 visits conveniently did not show it when Im signing the bill, there was simply a Total and line for Tip. Only when you ask for the itemized receipt do you find out. Super sleezy business practice. Drinks and hookah were fine.

Been going here for years, but came back for the first time since the pandemic. Probably my favorite hookah lounge in Manhattan.They have desi flavors available, so I would recommend getting a mix of spiced chai and paan masala. That’s my go to combination when I smoke at home and they did it well here. They also have tons of other options too depending on your taste.They have a solid bar and made a good frozen pina colada for my friend. Decent amount of beer and cocktail options too.Also shoutout to our server Farez! He hooked it up when we went and made sure we were well taken care of. He even put on some music requests we had, which made the night even better. Make sure you ask for him if you get a chance!

When you go please ask for Mia! If she’s not there please come back when she is there! She’s the most attentive person ever! She’s so sweet and accommodating and makes every visit there wonderful!!! The food is bomb, get the chicken cabbobs and ask Mia for the dusse mule or appletini!!!

Horrible service, disgusting food. I went with a few friends on a Saturday and we waited to be served for a long time. There was only one waitress that night which made the experience even worse. The food came out super late, it was cold and had no taste. Drinks were super watery and small for the cost. I dont smoke hookah but my friends did. The bill ended up being close to $400 for the table. They charged us a ton for gratuity. Do not come here. Terrible experience.

We had a bad experience at this place. The food is not expensive but its also not good. Ive had better Arabian food in other bars in the city. The belly dance show was supposed to last 1 hour as per what I was informed, but it only lasted 25 minutes. I can safely say that she only danced 4 songs.The show itself was pretty good but very short. It said on a sign outside of the place that it would start at 11.00 pm but it started almost midnight and before 00.30 it was over. Disappointing!I usually dont give bad reviews so Ill try going there again.

My girlfriend suggested this place for our NYE celebration. We arrived late (at 1am) and missed our free-champagne-for-a-group-of-singles-deal and were forced to abide with their $20-minimum-per-person-rule. There were 12 of us but not everyone smokes. Matter of fact, 2 of them was a virgin! Hookah virgin, I mean!The bouncer was very nice and easy. The waitress was inattentive and pushy. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and tight. It was so dark (and dark enough) that my friend had accidentally hit me in the eye with his hand! I was tearing up and cant find any tissue/napkin to wipe my tears! OMG!Not happy with what had happened on the first day of the year and wouldnt wanna go back!

Horrible service. They first said my card was declined. I showed that the charge was appearing on my card and they said it would go away because the charge didnt go through. I wasnt going to pay and another member of our party tried. His card was also declined. Then they say their machine is down and we have to pay cash. I still have a charge on my account from them. Overall, the server was very hostile about the situation and they clearly dont know how to work their own credit card machine. Plus, the hookah wasnt that great and the drinks were weak.

Bad service and one of the servers there is really rude(shes brunette with wavy hair and has an accent). When I asked for a manager she stated that the manager wasnt there. I asked for a split bill and the server made me and the group split the bill total ourselves. Also when I tried to order or request something the servers would constantly walk away when I wasnt even done making an order/request. Lastly, there was a lot of obvious attitude. I was expecting a good time and was disappointed. There is also a service charge added, when they dont even serve you politely. Btw the food here is mediocre and the hookah is weak.

The ambiance is cool and the seating and decorations match the theme of a hookah bar but the hookah itself was pretty weak and they said that on Friday and Saturdays that you MUST order a drink while youre there. I wont be going back here. Im not sure why it has so many stars.

Well first we were welcomed by a very very unpleasant man... Asked for the IDs we showed him with no problem at all, but he still asked for our birth year, isnt it supposed to be written on our ID, then we kindly answer, seems the guy didnt like us, he asked to my friend to remove his cap, but obviously a lot of customer wear cap and hat, no need to precise that we were correctly dressed. Once we order a hookah, we waited 15 min before the waitress came again to ask what was our order. 20 min later we finally got it... I highly disadvice that place, worst experience during my stay in NYC.

Worse hookah bar experience by far. Had a rum and soda water, it was just water. I told her it was flat and she said well i dont taste that, whatever that means. The sangaria was hand made in a white wine glass, intold her no ice or liltle ice and shake the second time around. Is she a waitress or bartender, invest in a real bartender. She people skills, asked if im paying cash or card after i asked for check, only when i said card she gave me a check. So cash was no check maam? Mind u its 8 pm and the only people here is 1 table is a party of 4. We went toldnof no hookahs or offerend any. She needs to spend more time off her phone and smile, get a real bartender fyi. I counted when she made the sangaria, she used absolute and it wasnt even a 1 count...if u dont know what that is sorry, then a 1 count of triple sec and oeach snapps.Its a rip off sorry and in a white wine glass .Smh..

Fun place. Service is a little pushy and they were out of pretty much everything we asked for whether it was food, drink, or tobacco flavor. But aside from that, this was a nice chill place where we could hang out for a while and not feel rushed.

This place blatantly lied to us and told that they do not take big groups (parties of 4) and then let groups as big as 8 pass us. The food is unseasoned and overpriced there was a bug in my sprite.

Hookah was good enjoyed the belly dancing, but the seating was just to bunched up didnt like that I felt crowded, and no good circulation of air it was very warm and all the different hookah smells at once overwhelms a little.

IDK why they only have 4 stars, but I had a 5+ star experience.I went on a Sunday evening for hookah and drinks.The staff is amazing. The waitress made sure my tea drink was always full and the hookah sir (whats the official title tho?) made sure our coals were changed when needed.We ordered the blue mint flavored hookah and tbh wasnt my favorite.I also ordered the Moroccan mint tea which was yummy and perfect to sip on a cold NYC evening.The décor screams Im doing hookah somewhere in the Middle East but add flat screens playing sports and This is Pitbull music.Tbh the hookah flavor wasnt all that, but 5+ stars bc the service was on point and next time Ill try a different flavor.

My husband was looking for a shisha in NY and we found this, and i was suprise by the decoration and the quality of service everything was good and the shisha too. Every Saturday they have a bellydance show.

Good place to try a hookah. They offer many flavours with mix n match. Price is reasonable. Starting $20. Ambience is okay but much better than other places that offer hookah. Community workers are quite generous and provide hospitable service.

I’ve been going to kazuza since 2013 and it’s always been my go-to spot in Manhattan. I’ve seen it improve over the years. It’s a comfortable space with good hookah and a wide variety of drinks. The vibes are chill and sometimes they’ve got entertainment on weekend evenings.I can’t vouch for their food because there are so many great food options nearby that I eat prior and then hop over to kazuza.Overall, always a good time here. The waiter during my most recent visit on 02/18 was an absolute gem and so friendly (tall guy behind the bar).

Went here with 2 other friends to chill, and we received everything and more! Good environment, nice workers, interesting belly dancing, and decent music. The music they were playing when the belly dancers were around was more traditional to hookah lounges (my cup of tea, personally), but they played 21 Savage, which also matched a good vibe. The hookah was huge and totally worth the price. Only concern was that I wished it was a bit stronger. 100% recommend

The vibes are immaculate, everyone super friendly, great music, great food and great hookah! All my experiences have been a 10/10!!

Went there for taco Tuesday because of a ticket I found on eventbrite, manager told me the reservations didnt exist and charged me full price for everything, and than tried to bull me into paying a 20 dollar gratuity, never coming back here again.

Fares was amazing. I’ve been here several times but this experience was different, just what I needed. He took great care of us, very attentive. Thank you Fares!!!!

The worst hookah i ever tried. they didn’t ask me how strong i want from scale 1-10. spent 70$ for really bad hookah which doesn’t really smoking. do not recommend this place for people who love hookah and understand in it.
