Just had the BEST time at this joint in downtown Manhattan. Fantastic service, the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating and the hookah is incredible! The place is really inclusive which is always a plus! Low lighting with chill, relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is the best hookah because the taste is very rich and smoked for a long time - about 1 hour. Cheap prices and high quality. The cocktails are incredibly tasty and all the staff is polite and professional. The room is clean, I give it 10/10.

The ambiance and service were amazing. The hostess was very attentive, caring, and ensured we had everything we needed. She kept checking up on us. The music was great, and the vibes were awesome. We didnt have much time there because we arrived just before closing, but she still let us sit and enjoy the hookah and atmosphere. We didnt get food because it was so late. Definitely recommend this place, and we will be coming back soon.

Yo, if youre lookin for a chill spot to vibe with your crew, Cozy Lounge is where its at. First off, the atmosphere is mad cozy—dim lights, comfy seats, and the musics always on point. They’ve got a crazy selection of flavors, too—everything from the classics to stuff you’ve never heard of but gotta try (Rose , vanilla and paan). Service is tight, the staff knows their stuff and theyre quick to hook you up. Perfect for kickin back after a long day, or if you just wanna lay low with some smooth smoke. Prices are fair for the city, too, which is always a win. Definitely hittin this place up again.

I went for hookah and I tried many different places around different states. They are amongst the ones I recommend if you are visiting specially and want some good hookah with good hospitality and respect. I got the pina colada flavor and it was nice. Absolutely a charming and cozy/relaxing place to not only do hookah but to chill and do your work as well. I was looking for a nice place to work with my laptop and I came across this place and saw so many good reviews and thought I would give it a shot. And no regrets at all! First of all, the atmosphere is verry nice and relaxing. Good soundtrack as well. And the HOOKAH! The smoothest hookah I ever had! Here they use an ice bucket which makes the hookah smoother and its free of charge! The owner and the server are super sweet and kind and so welcoming. Also, the chicken wing is SUPER GOOD! MUST TRY!! I dont usually write reviews but this place is so nice I had to write a review at the spot! Absolute gem and definitely coming back again!!

Went here with my boyfriend for the first time randomly and the guy was really nice and hospitable. We had the passion fruit hookah--which had a good taste, I had the mango juice and my bf had the pineapple juice. We also got chicken tenders. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere where we could talk and cuddle. Very good experience and felt like we were in a different world than NYC.

Cozy cafe has been such a vibe!!! The host has been running this place for more than 15 years and it’s because his attention and warmth to his customers is so genuine. The host has been so kind to my guest and I! He has fixed our hookah as many times as needed without the slightest sense of annoyance. His aura is so welcoming and you can feel it as soon as you enter! It’s great here, you can control the music & the ambiance is really cozy and comforting. Truly the name is befitting.

Didnt recieve an itemized bill. Staff brought pizza for one child and had to wait 10-15 min for chicken tenders for the other child. Missed some items on their own but did eventually get them at the table.Not once was asked how the food was however, when asked for ketchup cause the honey mustard was more Dijon flavored was told would have to pay extra for ketchup. Overall probably would not bother visiting here again. Staff did not provide a welcoming atmosphere.Bathrooms however were clean the thats a plus.

Let me tell you my experience about COZY CAFE. The moment you walk into the cafe, its cozy for sure.I had a chance to meet with an owner, Sharif. At this point, I was not aware that he was the owner. He served my company and served our requests. Then he came back to ask how we were doing, and we mentioned a couple of issues he fixed them right on the spot and gave us a couple of accesses for music requests.The cafe has wide range of flavors and hukkah options. They are open till 2am.I hope your experience is going to be as good as mine or better.

Do NOT come here under any circumstances!! Unless you wanna leave with a sour face.Hookah joints aren’t known to be fancy or specifically visually appealing. We know this as the baseline for almost every place we go. This place started giving us red flags when it was the same 8 songs being replayed for the entire 1.5hrs we were there. We never got our coals changed until we went to ask the lady (WHO WAS LAYING DOWN AND ASLEEP). The bill for 1 hookah and 1 juice was $56. They failed to mention the service fee was included (in their hand written receipt) and had the audacity to pressure a tip out of us. I felt the need to ask for an itemized receipt where she then casually slipped in that there was an $8 service charge.The Shisha being dry and harsh wasn’t even the worst part of this whole experience. WHAT A RIPOFF!

Came here on a whim after googling hookah bar, and Shareef was very welcoming and accommodating! We got a mint and watermelon - $35 hookah was decent priced. The music was middle eastern so very authentic. It wasn’t too crowded. I would recommend if you want a low key hookah spot to here where you can still have conversation! They also have food but I didn’t try the any. I would recommend this place for a low key vibe + also has a lot of seating for big groups!

I’m warning everyone now. DO NOT COME HERE! I was literally charged $80 for ONE hookah and TWO glasses of wine. Mind you, I had to get up each and every time to request for my drinks. The waitress didn’t notify me that there would be a “service fee”. And while I was ordering drinks she didn’t even know what red wines they had to offer. This place rips people off and overcharges. They don’t even cater to their customers. I’ve been here for two hours and a half and only had my coals changed ONCE. Attached is a picture of our waitress, smoking her hookah and just relaxing without even attending to customers. DO NOT COME HERE. Anywhere else, I would have gotten better service and have paid cheaper. This place is a joke! I’m pretty sure the owner hasn’t even approached his/her workers about this. TERRIBLE VENUE! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

So I was charged $71.79 for a strawberry hookah ($35) a margarita ($15) and a can coke (4) which equals $54 with Tax $58. When I mention it to the hostess she took my receipt ran to the back and came back with a handwritten itemized receipt where she charged me $40 for the hookah $5 dollars for the can coke and $17 for the margarita where she said the extra two dollars was tax then another tax charge of $4 and a service fee of $8 when I told her that didn’t make sense she then ran back to the back and came back with another handwritten itemized receipt. This itemized receipt stated that the same she priced me then added $5 in tax and a new service charge fee of $10, not to mention we had to walk to the bar ourselves to order everything. After that I was never given my receipt back I had to ask for it back which was crumbled and thrown in the trash as you can see in the pictures. When I originally ordered, I only wanted hookah and I felt a little forced into buying the drinks. Also the customers next to me was over charged and we conversed with them and they told us they were charged $220 for two hookahs and 5 drinks. My friend was denied water to end off the experience. This was by far an horrible experience overcharged and changed receipts in front of my eyes. Throwing my receipt away.

This is a MUST visit if you like hookah. It’s a smaller cozy place but lots of seating and comfortable couches! The hookah was perfectly made and delicious flavors. My friend and I got the pita and hummus and chicken tenders. SO DELICIOUS. Also got a few drinks which were delicious too. Sherif took care of us and he was super awesome. Super attentive. Customer service was 10/10. Will absolutely be returning!!!

First time coming and absolutely loved the experience. I come very often to New York and never been to this place. The hookah was amazing and everyone here is lovely. The owner especially was very nice to talk to and extremely friendly.I come from Florida and have my usually spot for hookah but I’ve never had a better hookah than this place. Ive been coming here for YEARS, before Google reviews were a thing (now Ive gone and dated myself). This place has been a haven for me and my friends and weve always received the best hospitality, like family. Sharif is always friendly and accommodating and since our last visit has upgraded the hookah to make it even more pleasurable. Didnt even think it was possible to make a great thing even better. We always feel like VIP here and since moving to NJ, its still worth the commute. Thank you Cozy for being a neighborhood staple!

Highly highly recommend Cozy Cafe! I went there for my first time on Saturday and absolutely loved it. I dont like hookah lounges that have a club vibe. Cozy Cafe was exactly what I was looking for. It definitely feels very cozy and intimate, there are couches and sofas in the back area, tables near the front. Prices are not bad and they take card. The owner Sharif personally introduced himself to my friends and me and gave us a round of beer on the house. Thank you Sharif! We also ordered fries and hummus and pita, all delicious. The price of the hookah also isnt too bad, $35 for a wide variety of flavors and $25 for the refill.

I loveeeee this place! Shereef is an amazing host. Recommended a mild blend of mint, gum and cinnamon hookah because I was a newbie. Amazing conversation and the mint tea was freshly brewed. The accents and details in the restaurant are a blend of Moroccan and Egyptian. We shared travel stories and I would recommend staying here at least once if you’re in the area.
