Amazon Go

AMAZON GO is a high tech futuristic convenience store powered by Jeff Bezos. Never question why their shares are the highest in the market. Upon arrival, scan your application/palm or insert your cc and shop. Nobody checked our temperatures or followed you to find out if everything was going well. Snacks, water bottles and coffee makers were prominently displayed. The entire store was equipped with sensors and cameras to monitor each movement. No tellers on the way out. Instead, you will get a pending transaction when you leave. Kudos to Amazon for developing an algorithmic activation that could ally even more during this period of autonomy. That will certainly enhance the experience of the overcrowded airport.

Bluetooth wasnt working so gate wouldnt open. Love the concept but if you cant swipe and go, not really much of an experience.

Pretty cool. Just grab some stuff and go. Nice but minimal staff (one person). We bought some chips and a meal bar. Wild walking out and not explicitly paying....

Amazing experience, and so easy. Highly recommend for small items, like a normal convenience store. I had samon and vegetables and was very fresh and tasted amazing. Well done Amazon!

What a cool store that has food options (breakfast, lunch sushi, dinner chicken Tikka masala, and much more) that change from time to time. Super reasonable prices that are warm or cold. Starbucks coffee and other espresso options are available too. Dont worry about waiting in lile to pay for your stuff there is no cashier. They have cameras and technology that lets you walk out and it charges your Amazon account.And yes you can set your palm to be let in that way.Seating too!

This is my first time coming here to handle a return. The process is fast and very convenient. It only took me 1 minute to complete the return.

Interesting experience. You have to download the Amazon Go application to get in and link to your Amazon account and card. You scan your QR code to get in, grab anything you want and walk out. Pretty easy experience. Basically just a small convenience store with cool Amazon and whole foods features.

Dont expect anything special. Prices are higher than Targets for food, youd expect them to be lower since their labor and sq ft is substantially less.The selection of food is about the same as your local Bodega, just a lot more pretentious ( a $7.00 pb&j? Seriously?)This is basically a walk in vending machine. Keep on walking and support a buisness that actually adds value to a neighborhood.

This is a convenience store, similar to a 7-11 store. The difference between this store and a regular convenience store is that after you down load an app and put your credit card number in you dont have to stop at the cashier. In fact there are no cashiers. You just get the items you want, put them in a bag and leave.Amazon Go has various sandwiches, drinks and snacks. The prices are in line with other convenience stores . Its fun to try out the store and shows where retailing is going.

Bad customer service, lack of interest in helping customers

Not as great as when it first opened. The floor space for products has been reduced by a shelf/refrigeration or two. Less packaged snacks and necessities.

Clean and tidy. Had interesting mix of chips, candy, drinks and sandwiches. Really easy in and out. Place is really efficient and user friendly.

Amazing technology. Good selection of items. Dont expect a huge variety, this is more like a convenience store than a supermarket.

Small Go store but handy for a quick bite or an essential.

Just shop and walk out store. Well stocked with sandwiches and salads and common grocery store items.

Difficult to get in, you have to use the Amazon app. Once youre in very ready. It is basically a convenience store. You can also bring your Amazon returns here.

It was amazing going into the store by scanning your phone via the amazon go app. I got a bag and just started filling it up and walked out of the store and it was 100% accurate. So excited to use it again!

Amazing technology - Im still trying to figure out how it exactly knows what I purchased! Such an easy and convenient way to shop, with a good range of stock. Still has a staff member in store if you have any questions or need help. But otherwise, its quite an intuitive process that you can figure out on your own.

I utilized the option to return Amazon purchase here with a valid QR code without the need to package and ship myself. I arrived here at 6:57pm and out by 6:59pm. Loving the great customer service, technology, and efficiency in processing returns.

Fully autonomous convenience store. Scan your phone to enter (as you would a subway) and pick whatever you want off the shelf and place it in your bag, pocket or cart. Almost feels like you’re stealing, but once you leave you do get charged. There are microwaves, disposable cutlery and napkins here as well for your take out desires. To g Starbucks coffee. There ARE employees if you look closely enough, they’ll help you if you require.

Unhelpful staff

Stopped by for a simple bagel $1.50 with cream cheese $3.99 .....ummmm a bit too rich for my blood for a simple NYC breakfast. Hey Jeff B! If you are selling bagels please have a way to toast them and some butter and Jam may also be nice. I was directed to purchase $6.00 worth of butter from the dairy case. I know this is a 1st World Problem but New Yorkers want to get in and out quickly (we gotta get to work!) Positive deal: Starbucks Coffee and all kinds of coffee from a machine. They only have one size cup but you can bring in your own cup $1.85 . I may make another pass to see if there

Quick and easy shopping. These sites are very convenient. Some items are a little pricey, but for the most part its average price. They gave a large selection of groceries, necessities, and food.

Food is usually not very good.

Pretty good spot to grab a roll of Sushi without the need to wait in lines to check out. The price is OK consider you are in Manhattan.

AVOID. Charged me 50 bucks for something I didn’t pick. What?
