Great location. Batista are slowest on UWS. Came in and ordered a single Peppermint Mocha and it took 25 minutes. Please be better.

This Starbucks is not nice. My MATCHA latte taste like just milk. Even I added extra scoop, I don’t taste any matcha. When I order matcha late at other store it looks more green. Here, almost white.

The typical high Starbucks quality coffee, with somewhat higher prices than elsewhere. This store has a lot of seating on three different levels.Restrooms need improvement on cleanliness.

I walk past this starbucks every single day! I go in a lot and have gotten nothing but the best service. The staff is super friendly and helpful!The service is mostly quick, on busy hours it takes about 5-8 minutes to get the coffee, but they apologize for the wait and make sure the drink was perfectly made.

Love starbgucks, however my gift card was stolen along with the receipt and of course I am out flat nothing...

I haven’t had starbucks in a long time, and I was scared the drink wouldn’t be as good as I remember, but the barista Melvin made it per-fect! It was fast service, a great drink all served with a smile. Truly one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had !

I went to buy the coffee 6:28pm, 2 mins before closing but they didn’t take my order. I was informed coffee finish and the manager was rude to me.

The guy with very curly hair and braces saw how busy it was and he was moving at a slow pace. One worker started to help because he was very slow paced. With all the people there he didn’t even call out names when he placed the mobile orders out and after waiting for 20minutes when I placed the mobile order way past that time I asked politely if mine was being made by any chance and he held it up with attitude it’s here and then placed it on the other side of the counter when I was right in front of him. Almost was late to work . Don’t see the point of ordering a mobile order. At this place I suppose you have to place it an hour ahead when he’s working the mobile orders. No need to be rude if you hate your job. I work in heath care we all have stressful lives no need to be rude for a job you picked.

Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Extremely spacious, with about 19 seats. Staff working efficiently, while being kind & courteous. There’s a bathroom available & of course WiFi. I don’t drink coffee, but I did have some tea, wasn’t anything special. This’ll be my new spot to work & chill in.

Very interesting seating arrangement. There is a second level where theres seating. The tables are small, its quiet like a library, and there are nearly enough outlets for everyone.I recommend this if youre alone and want to do work, or with a single person. It may be hard to find tables for larger groups.

Now I’ve been here twice both times they missed heard me, and there was no large line so there should be no rush to push my order to the assembly line. Don’t rush because how come the person behind you heard what I said and not you? But whatever we are all not morning persons

Google maps says they’re open at 5:30. I got here at 5:40 and they were still closed.

Coffee is always burnt and orders are not made as listed on the ticket. It’s extremely annoying considering how expensive Starbucks has gotten. FOR THE LOVE OF COFEE, STARBUCKS, HIRE MORE STAFF. These mistakes can easily be preventable if you had more competent people.

So expensive for nothing that great and no restroom. For these prices a restroom is the least you can do.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided at Starbucks. I made a purchase, I asked the young lady to make me a Venti caramel frap. I patiently waited for around 15 minutes, and more orders were given out that were placed after me. I asked the barista if he had an order for a caramel frap, and he seemed lost. Another barista approached me and asked me if I ordered a Macchiato, to which I kindly replied that no and that I ordered a caramel frap. The young lady came over and apologized, said she entered the wrong order, she then said that she did not have venti cups but continues to pull one out.She proceeded to give me a venti iced drink, (Don’t know what that was), I reinstated that I ordered a caramel frap. She then goes to make the drinks, and her and e barista are bickering that he asked me what drink I ordered and I said I did not know. I replied to him that I did know what I ordered and that I said I never ordered a macchiato, rather a caramel frap, and she proceeded to shush him. I told him that what he needed to do was pay attention! They all do. Lately the service there has been unpleasant, I purchase almost everyday there and so does my co workers (who you will be loosing service from). If I could give 0 stars I would!Sincerely,A very angry customer.A very angry customer.

Went in after rush hour, only person there. The barista was pretty shy and quiet, ordered my drink and scones. He gave me my scones, I went to the bathroom expecting my drink to be prepared so I could leave. The man was cleaning the floor, I gave a second and he still was cleaning. Had to remind him about the 1 drink I had ordered. Remember, Im the only person waiting looking at him for atleast 5 mins.....

Every time I go to this place, I get reminded why walking in there is a bad idea. Today I got a nice $4.50 hot chocolate. Its cold out, so I thought this would be a treat. WRONG! my water bottle has better stuff in it than this starbucks whatever I was handed. I will never purchase from there again. Yuck!

Love Starbucks but this is the worst one ever. Completely incompetent staff that does not even know their own pricing. Tried to charge 3.65 plus .70 for a Regular Grande coffee with soy (as creamer not a 4 oz portion). When asked if they are sure, they lied and said prices went up! There is no regular Grande pike for 3.65 in a regular store (not airport or resort).

Had it not been for the barista who shouted loudly, OH WOW! 40 CENTS! THE WORLD IS GOING TO END!, when she overcharged me and I enquired about it, they would have earned a higher rating.This is certainly a perfect example of when zero stars would be appropriate.

Im quite surprised that you are reading a starbucks review. However, heres a tip: if you like tea with milk, get a medium tea in a large cup, with one tea bag on the side. They charge you for two tea bags, but one is enough, so you get to take home the extra bag. Also, you can fill the medium cup with milk and get a large for the price of a medium.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks ive ever seen. Dirty floors, litter everywhere. Surly barista just says they were out of the drink my party ordered and then walked away without even helping us order a replacement. For a drink Id already paid for.

This location has tables and chairs. Yay!

Music is way too loud. Difficult to get any work done or have a conversation. Ample seating is available but not an idea work environment. Would prefer quieter coffee house style music, not club rave.

Pleasant baristas couldnt get my simple order right or made in a reasonable amount of time. Come on, regular coffee, Splenda, with room for cream?????

4th Starbucks I walked into looking for a bathroom - this one had a working restroom that was pretty clean. Cute couches and tables as well.

Google has asked me whether Starbucks or McDonalds coffee is better... To which I say you must chill period of course Starbucks is better

The guy with braces and curly hair today in the morning had a nasty customer service I had my drink but didn’t had my sandwich mind that I leted them know instead of making it he helped other people behind me when I ask for refund he said the sandwich was going to come out of the oven and didn’t gave me a refund .

Im not a fun for Starbucks even if “everybody love that” everything so overpriced quality ugh .But because it’s a fashion they can sell it anyway .. Bagel getting smaller and smaller now I can spin around on my finger, seasoning for everything bagel looks like a plan one , It’s not toasted, maybe I can say warmed up …Only coffee whats good in there ! The “plastic” food egg whites with 2 pieces of spinach etc. go head enjoy Service in this location horrible I read it in other reviews one of the workers screamed with the costumer. Today same thing happened I don’t know it was a same guy but same situation actually he screamed with 2 costumers (onlythe morning) I’m wondering how he handled later on his shift .Unbelievable someone behind the counter behave like this at the early morning! Truly don’t understand what goes on at this place. every time i walk in, there’s at least a dozen ppl waiting for drinks coupled with a dozen employees standing behind the counter doing everything BUT making drinks and/or taking orders. i sat at the register for a good 3 minutes today waiting for someone to acknowledge me (spoiler: never did) before i left.

Extraordinary seating areas. The lighting creates a nice mood for conversations to happen along with your favorite drink or snack. This location I do recommend.

Friendly staff but not enough seatings

Visited during the morning rush, took a table and ordered with my app to get a for here order. App stated 3-7 minute wait. After 15 minutes my name was called for my breakfast sandwich which was cold and had to be reheated. Another 15 minutes passed and I got my (simple) drip coffee. All napkin dispensers were empty. The only good thing was plenty of seating in the upstairs area.

Excellent service and a great place to keep cool during the summer. You can stop by for a nice cool drink then sit on the first or second level. Plenty of room and quite so also a great place to get work done.

Two levels with a ton of seating. Music is way too loud!

Seating is at a premium but I really like the upstairs portion. Its mostly single people sitting at double seated tables too small and intimate to hold the items of two complete strangers. Its a lot of wasted seats. And because its kinda tight, other people have no choice but to be in your conversation. So bring headphones if you want to keep your sanity.Maybe corporate bought a clue but the music volume here is at normal levels. Thank God.Theres a unisex restroom behind an unmarked door. There were two unmarked doors so are there two restrooms???Maybe Ill luck out again and find a seat the next time Im here, but Ill need to be prepared to take my coffee to go.

Can’t get the order right or doesn’t seem to understand how to make it. Asked for the pumpkin foam cold brew, got a cold brew with cinnamon powder instead. Notified the barista about the order he replied that the foam had sunk, when I clearly saw him place the drink on the counter and had no foam. No problem. Barista then instead of creating the foam, replaced it with a liquid mixture. Mind you the whole point of the drink was for the foam. Now I understand if you can’t make the drink or the foam, that’s okay, notify me and I’ll gladly pick something else. But don’t try to play it off and say the drink was sitting there for some time when it wasn’t. Never had a problem before nor am I the person to write bad reviews but this was something else.

They closed at 3 p.m., IT is not good to do that.

The coffee was good 😊 but I waited 10 min on the line, I ordered travel coffee, I waited about another 15 min to receive it, I told the manager twice Im in hurry but he did not help.

This location is ridiculously slow, especially on weekend mornings. Always a long line but rarely more than two people working to manage the consistent crowd. If you have the 20 minutes great, otherwise consider the 86th and Columbus location.

This is a decent location as there is quite a bit of seating (you can also go upstairs) and of course free wifi

Really friendly baristas and lots of seating but the music was TOO LOUD and intense for first thing in the morning -more like a.dance club. A little variety in music and lower.volume (perhaps upstairs?) would be great.

Coffee is OK but waiting time is usually 15 minutes only for one coffee even if you order on Starbucks app plus only 2-3 people there. And worst thing is if coffee is ready they dont say anything. You have to ask. And not matter if they are busy or totally not. Thank you for this location but not gonna buy anything there. and few of my friends too bcs they said exactly the same what I wrote.Good luck

Good service, but a problem with people sleeping in the upstairs area. I have been in here multiple times for coffee and to try and get some work in, but the tables are constantly occupied with non-paying sleepers.

Awful service. Two baristas bickering over who gets to leave first. One runs off, the other hops off and has the next cashier step in. Tells the cashier to take my order next as I patiently waited and was next in line. Next cashier proceeds to take the order of other customers. I took my patronage elsewhere.

This was one of the most disgusting bathrooms Ive ever walked into. To think this was an upper west side Starbucks I at least expected soap or toilet paper but nah thats not important to the nearly empty location. Management should be appalled at the condition of this location. Absolutely disgusting!

Even though its small you can a always find a seat, even when packed, try. Bathroom usually always available and service is good too.

Worst customer service in the city! Talk to customers like to a prince of nothing! Would give a bathroom code until I order... what am I supposed to go to the burgeon with my coffee? Instead of everything bagel with cream cheese they gave me everything croissant and instead of regular small coffee overcharged me for capuchino! They can’t even take a simple order!!!!

Are you serious? Thats not enough even for a single shot... and would also be laughed at by a ristretto. Plus the sticky tables and the location - Starbucks, you can do better! At least the wifi is nice and fast here - so the New York planning can now be completed easily...

Ive been to many Starbucks, but this store has the worst service. In particular, the gesture of picking ones ears while ordering to indicate that one is not understanding...
