Best Starbucks location! They are so kind and very quick with service in here! The experience for me was wonderful from the greeting to when I left where they gave me nothing but positive energy and positive words to set my day up for success.

The 3 or 4 times Ive come here and politely asked for an iced coffee with light ice and just little milk, saying I like it dark/strong, yet they ignore my simple request and load it up with extra milk and too much ice. It wasnt even crowded, theres no excuse for ignoring the drink order-clearly printed on the cup too. I grab my drink and rush to my appt, and a block away realize I have a weak, watery drink thats very unappealing and unsatisfying, especially when Ive just paid nearly $5 for it. Wont be coming here again due to repeated incompetency.Update after prompt reply from owner: They should listen to customers. I should not have to ask to have a drink fixed after waiting so long in the first place, especially when theyre busy and backed up on drinks as is. This wasnt a one off, its happened before.I ordered a tall iced coffee, the easiest drink there is to make. Customers ahead of me were waiting for 4-5 mins for a more complex drink and apparently staff forgot to make one to match one already served.I wouldve asked for a fix if Id noticed just how milked up it was (most sank to the bottom and didnt look so bad at first, pic is after I stirred it), if I had time Id have to have returned and been willing to wait even longer so it was made right, but still wouldnt go back again due to the likelihood itll happen again and hassle to fix it. I didnt have time, was going to an appt. and already waited too long in the first place..📌 Note some other locations have just 2-3 employees as well and arent this slow and dont screw up orders so frequently. FWIW women here get it right, its always guys who rush and mess up.

I don’t really review Starbucks as one is the same as the next. Not here if you ask for the cup to be full it always has at least an inch to go - yesterday I bought three tall pikes and was able to fill two of them (to the brim) and have an inch left in the last cup.I assume it’s a directive from the manager as it doesn’t matter who serves you it’s always the same - just by holding you can feel it’s light Fill your cups up!

Came in and literally no employees were visible, when 3 of them did walk on they carried on doing inventory rather than acknowledging my existence much less taking my order. Nowhere to sit, literally, at all, and creepy antiseptic vibe. Might as well just go to 7/11 or Trader Joes and save some cash and time.

I arrived at 9:35 a.m. and bought a vanilla latte. At 10: 00 sharp, I didnt get my coffee. When I was waiting in line, all the guests got it. Only I waited for half an hour. I have to go to work at ten oclock, so I didnt get my coffee at last.

The best Starbucks in New York. Staff & manager Nina are incredibly friendly. Service is quick and impeccable. Just a great vibe and energy you don’t find at every NYC Starbucks. Highly recommend going!!

Was really nice getting served by Quay this morning. She was very polite and attentive as a Starbucks employee. I’ve had Starbucks employees just shove the pastry still in the plastic wrap in the paper pastry bag. Quay asked if I’d like the pastry warmed. Thanks Quay, you’re greatly appreciated. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well. Today you guys won!

The ENERGY IN THIS STARBUCKS is everything ‼️ love the guys there they make my drink exactly how I like it, had a horrible morning and soon as I got into the Starbucks my mood completely changed. And I thank you all for that 🙏🏼

Courteous, pleasant associates, who make sure that your oder is just right. My days ALWAYS begin right with a good latté and a pleasant smile.

We went there on 12/18/2017 - around 420pm....Ordered tall latte & Caramel Brulee1st the barista mixed up our order so we had to go back and get our drinks again...2nd time around the drinks were absolutely distastefulVery disappointed!

No big crowded lines, warm helpful cashiers...nice warm cup of Pike w/plenty of raw sugar!

Rude staff with an attitude, that look like dont want to work there. I waited about 30mins for a coffee and a drink, both which were prepared poorly.

Starbucks is the best place to get good coffee with a nice taste and smell. No other place offers this.

Why do they let people bring their dogs (theyre not service dogs by the way) into this place? Ive been in here several times, staff dont ask customers when they bring them in

Always get my order wrong. I never get good service and my drinks taste funny. Not sure it’s because of the workers are over worked.

No restroom for customers....Who decide to do so?Mayby lazy workers who doesn’t want to clean up?

I always try to get a pour over and they all say the same like were out of filters this happens in every Starbucks.

Work in the area and stopped in for an order. Customer service is lacking. I told them my name and waited for my drink. I mentioned I was running late for work. I waited for additional 10 min, just to notice my drink was done. Could of just said my name. I go to the starbucks further up on 3rd ave for better service.

A cozy Starbucks, more intimate than Im aquatinted with and really friendly staff

I purchased 2 days in a row at this Starbucks location and even tiped the barista. After talking a call and waiting for my cab to arrive. The staff member Ciara asked me to step out and wait outside. I walked to the counter to ask for her name and she walked inside the kitchen. She was very rude, ignornant and unpleasant. There wasnt anyone inside the coffee shop only myself. I think Starbucks should provide training to their staff on how to provide an outstanding customer services.

They have no outlets at this location to charge things

Went here today at around 3-4pm, the cashier was either ridiculously standoffish or very out of it; I was trying to tell him my credit card wasnt accepted and he just stared at me without responding like I was an idiot for almost 2 minutes. I dont think Ive ever had such an uncomfortable experience anywhere, let alone when ordering coffee. What was wrong with that guy?

We generally go there as our coffee break from office. Somewhat its not like other starbucks. they need to develop their service.

Same service and menu as every other starbucks. This one has a seating shortage, maybe room for six to sit. I was there shortly before closing, there was no line and nobody buying or picking up anything but there were five people who looked like they were ready to stay for several more days fully occupying the six seats

Did not allow use of the restroom even with a purchase. What kind of company refuses the most basics of needs to their paying customers -even in New York. SERIOUSLY STARBUCKS, you should be better than this. You have lost yet another customer for this very, easy to avoid, negative experience. WHO DOES THAT? Any food/drink establishment, or any business, should provide a restroom for their customers. Common sense, common decency. No restroom access is simply unacceptable.

Tiny Starbucks with no public bathrooms. The chairs and tables were removed; and location was converted into a mobile order pickup or take out.

It was my first and only foray into this pseudo coffee mecca. I realize I am a Luddite where Starbucks is concerned. Id made a pledge never to set foot in one but a friend liked the Christmas blend. It became a Christmas present search. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was especially when Id picked up whole beans rather than ground. They didnt laugh they simply retrieved the correct item, which was on sale, and I was on my way.....forever tainted. 😀

The staff are super helpful in this Starbucks. Had a problem at a nearby Starbucks and the staff at this location were more than helpful.

Pretty average starbucks- they did replace my sons hot chocolate after he dropped it. And that was very nice of them.

Its always a great option to have a hot chocolate and eat something to line your stomach... However, their chocolate has more milk than chocolate, the taste is very weak.

Absolutely rude compared to the others in the chain. There is no bathroom.
