I live in the neighborhood and Ive been coming here for awhile its small but really nice and the service is always amazing plus they have really good music .

I am so happy this Starbucks location is open early on Sundays. I got a medium coffee w/ the perfect amount of half&half plus sugar. My ham & cheese croissant was heated up w/o my even asking. It was a really good way to start my morning. Great service!!!

I decided to get off the No. 1 subway train at 125th and Broadway and after descending the escalator to the street level (at Broadway and Tiemann Place), the first thing I noticed was a modern Starbucks on the corner. Upon entering, I observed its spacious square design and saw that it was not crowded. I was able to place my order within 30 seconds and then I sat down in one of the four comfortable cushioned seats in a corner with the sunshine streaming through the large plate-glass windows.This place looks like a good addition to this area and afterwards I plan to walk several blocks south to visit Grants Tomb on Riverside Drive. But I will say that despite the pleasant modern decor, the music, while not at the highest level, is a distraction and not to my liking.I have encountered this sound annoyance problem at another Starbucks in Manhattan, at 92nd Street and Broadway, where the music (or noise) was so loud you could not talk on your telephone or to anyone because it seemed to he at an excruciatingly high volume.

No bathroom, coffee is just ok but overpriced

It was time to visit The secret life of Walter Mitty (2013) locations. At this corner Walter (played by Ben Stiller) exits the burning building rescuing a three legged dog in his day dream.On star less since the shop at the corner changed into a starbucks.Btw. Starbucks experience as usual.

Very friendly staff they greet you as soon as you walk in by name. Its a great start to every morning

Beautiful Starbucks, but new employee at front register made it a miserable experience. Couldn’t order a drink because it was out, but visibly available on the shelf. Wasn’t allowed any substitutions despite visually seeing all options available in the shelf. Very bizarre experience, first time happening since going here for 2+ years.

I went in for a coffee. Server didn’t know what an Espresso was. So I ordered a Small Latte. There’s no sugar or stirring sticks out so I asked the girl serving “can I have some sugar, please” her reply “uhhh” Sugar! Throws 3 sachets on the counter.Coffee was terrible. Just lots of milk. No taste of coffee. I just threw it in the trash. A waste of $5.75. Never, ever again. For a $1.50 I can get a good coffee at the Bodega on the opposite corner. Terrible manners, terrible coffee.

I spent 35 dollars in this place and when I wanted to use the bathroom they told me no. They dont have a bathroom for their customers but you pay pretty well for a coffee. Dont go there, you cant even wash your hands to eat.

The Dominican kid at the register has amazing customer service.Love this place

Clean store always busy in the morning. My hot chocolate with coconut milk a little disappointing just doesnt have a deep chocolate flavor. Im a dark chocolate fan lacks the richness I crave. Funny thing is I usually request less flavor pumps in all my other Starbucks drinks for instance Chai latte 1.5 pumps. Not a big fan of sugary drinks.

Great costumer service always clean. They practice safety every day and social distancing. This specific location needs to be acknowledged for all their great work. I truly love starbucks at this location. The staff are amazing friendly kind and work very hard to please their costumers. The best costumer service EVER😇😇😇🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗

On the day of our visit, the staff was polite and the service was fast. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a baby changing station. There is a code lock on the bathroom handle so make sure to get it from the staff. The space was airy and inviting. Lighting was plenty. Entrance has a wheelchair access ramp. We enjoyed our time there refueling, studying and hanging out with my 19 month old.

Theyre coordination with uber eats needs to improve. On multiple occasions Ill order drinks and food, yet the food never arrives.I just got ubereats delivery bag with a receipt showing the full order, except the food was missing. If theres two bags, please indicate there are two bags. Tie them together, use a bigger bag, color coordinate them or something.....Communication goes a long way.

I am a regular at this Starbucks yesterday morning on 8/20 I came in for my regular drink but the cashier wrote the drink wrong. I explained this to the girl on bar and she just dismissed me instead of apologizing and making the drink over. The next morning 8/21 @ 6:30am when I came in she noticed me and profiled me I feel very discriminated towards. She made me wait then got another guy started whispering and making faces and told him to make my drink while she stood there. Things like this is unacceptable if I wanted to be mistreated I would bought a 1$ coffee off the street.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend it. Just went there for a cup of water but one of the staff was kind enough to give me a green tea for free without me asking for it. Would definitely go there again!

Just left the store after waiting a few minutes for my coffee and snacks, which they left sitting in the counter without calling my name.This was after they let me stand in line, only person (in line mind you) waiting two minutes before someone even acknowledge me. There were more people behind the counter than in the store. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can you guys open back the toilet I can’t remember going to any coffee shops and they don’t have access to toilet. I will remove my review if you reopen it.

When it opened last year I was very happy because there was no coffee place near my office. I buy coffee as soon as I get off subway in morning. Sometimes they are slow and coffee is not that tasty as other Starbucks. Thus 3 starts. Overall it is good place.

No thanks to gentrification if Starbucks is not going to CLEAN UP the garbage it generates. Call 311 and report the filth. Request a larger disposal can. Never seen 125th and Broadway this junky!

Love this neighborhood Starbucks!!!! The vibe is always relaxed but busy and the baristas are super chill and down to earth. I wish there were a few more tables tho for seating even tho there’s quite a few but I feel like I’m never here when there’s an open table to sit at! Love that it’s right next to a train stop. Right off the 1 on 125th if you’re ever In need for a pick me up along the way your commute

This is a good Starbucks. Clean, spacious, good customer service, convenient location. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they dont have outlets for you to charge which is supposed to be the highlight of a coffee shop.

My coffee wasn’t even done after 10 minutes of my mobile order. I had to wait for it to get brewed, for it to be cold anyway. To top it off my sandwich fell out of the bag from the “ closed end” because “ our bags have been bad”So overrated!!!

Background music is too loud. It might actually be at considerable noise pollution level.

The gentleman who served me was awesome but $3.45 for a tall regular coffee, OUTRAGEOUS! Plus a women going from table to table asking for $.

The Birthday Cake Pudding Pop made my girlfriend throw up for hours. Apparently it had eggs in it and was undercooked. As a regular I expect higher standards. And this has never happened at any other Starbucks.

Their playlist is hands down amazing. I don’t even want to put my earphones on.

Come in and enjoy the WiFi. Drink coffee and eat snacks after youve paid dollars for them. You dont need to pay dollars if you give your soul away. Be good and good will come find you.

Sometimes you dont want only coffee, and you have questions if you do not goes there frecuently... So the cashiers rush you on your decision, because have a line! And respond so bad to you like hellooo you dont know nothing

Its like every other Starbucks. This one is on Broadway and 125th Street. So, you pay 10 bucks for small coffee and a cookie and they kick you out. Into the cold snowy Street. ️: ( :(I know its Covid and all. But other places dont do that. And lots of room in that Starbucks. Plenty of possible social distancing.

Went here to get a beverage for my manager and I, door was closed. There wasnt any signs indicating they were temporarily closed in the afternoon at 3pm. Terrible location, poorly run. Employees drinking beverages couldnt care less about the customers. This location should be shut down

Please for all that is holy in this world, let Amaya teach all your employees how to make a shaken brown sugar oatmeal espresso. It is a layered drink. The barista today loaded it with a ton of ice, left a big gap on the top and very little layer. This drink is NOT cheap.

The location of this shop is very convenient for me, so I have been patronizing it all the time. But today is really a terrible experience. Without being told, I asked 3 times why there are no strawberries in my pink drink. The guy who made my drink had a vey bad attitude, just shook his head and didnt even want to say a word to me. My boyfriend wanted more almond milk for his coffee, but he ignored him and just pointed to the other staff. This is really unbelievable. By the way, the gentleman who helped me take the order is really nice and patient. Wont come again!!!

Quick service, nice interior. Sometimes the stuff is playing loud annoying music...... and ignore long waiting line

Okay location. Not crowded, but I asked (and paid) for almond milk but got regular milk instead. Barista replaced my drink.

Very clean, and the barista made me a wonderful drink. It was just right!!

My go to place for specialty coffee

They play nothing but annoying RnB music. With the bass too loud. WE DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT MUSIC 24/7.

This Starbucks is close to family but I have had bad coffee here twice!! I wish they would fix this. Both times I ordered regular coffee with milk.

Nice meeting spot near the subway. Tables for large groups and oversized chairs to relax.

Whoever manages this locations needs to use a different method/strategy for the environment and the business over all. Half of the employees at this location look like they don’t want to do their job and it shows on their face body language and customer service they provide . Please do something about your employees nobody should be feeling this way

Everyone is so friendly here. I’ve never waited for more than 10 minutes for a coffee, even with an extensive line, as it’s busy in the morning. Tried mobile ordering this morning instead while I stepped off a nearby train and my drink was ready by the time I walked in. Quick, friendly service.

I placed my order for delivery and one item was missing. The order was checked off and completed as if the item was in the bag

I always go here for morning coffee and take train to school. Very friendly staffs.

The shift on May 12th at 10:00 am made me wait 30 minutes for a single drink. I have reciepts to show that I am not exagerating. After telling 3 different workers I was waiting 20 minutes for an order, all they can say is we are busy as I watch people that came in 10 minutes after me get their order first. I then proceed to watch them do other chores, such as refilling pastries knowing that I am still waiting for my order. By far the worst service I have experienced at any Starbucks that I have been too. I recommend people place their orders online and show up 30 minutes later, if you are ordering your drinks on a friday morning. Only person I didnt have an issue with is the cashier. Its just the drink makers that wouldnt aknowledge me.

I loved this place when it first opened. It had been nice during the pandemic too. However, after the recovery from the pandemic, it has somewhat changed... the shop closes very often without any prior notice; they close early very often; many of the items are out of stock; order ahead is not available very often, which is extremely inconvenient. Not sure what happened...the staff are mostly friendly and nice, though.

Love the location the seat layout and the coffee. Free wifi but gets crowded in here at times.

I go there daily for a coffee or breakfast. The store is great in terms of space and design as well as it is not super crowded. Furthermore, the staffs are super nice, specially Simon. You can ask them anything you want and they will respond immediately in a very nice manner.

I work locally and this place is NEVER open when they say they should be. If they open at 6:30 dont go till 7. Its like they use the first half hour as prep time instead of coming to prep before it should be open. Time was 06:47 am doors are locked and I can see people preparing, was supposed to open at 06:30 am. Normally they make good drink but clearly they suck at opening.

Its fine. Its Starbucks, so the drink is probably too hot and the coffees flavor is understated. This one is a bit bigger than others, but hard chairs and tables make this better for studying with a computer than for relaxing with a book.

Service is a bit slow but everyone is friendly.

Order a few drinks from here through delivery and let me tell you, I had put special instructions on the delivery notes and clearly they don’t know how to read or they just can’t follow simple instructions on a coffee I paid $8 for. Secondly, my order took 50 mins to be delivered and I only live about 20 blocks from the location.smh!! Lastly, my step mother was drinking her coffee when she took a sip and spit out a sharp piece of metal which looked like a broken paper clip!!! Like what!! How does a sharp piece of metal end up in a coffee. It’s a coffee shop not a freaking office max!! I suggest they start paying a little more attention as their lack of focus when making the drinks could have resulted in my step mom swallowing a sharp piece of metal! ridiculous. Will never order from this location again!

Good morning!This was the king of the worst coffee ever. So dissatisfied and disappointed. Is my 3rd day home from surgery and have been craving my Chestnut Praline Latte all week. Placed a mobile order for 2 venti Chestnut Praline latte and when I got my hands on it what a turn off.

Staff is awesome! Drinks are okay. Can be quite noisy with big young groups trying to fit at the small tables.

My stop for weekend on my long way on Broadway or sometimes for and after work work meeting. All great but watch out for your battery life if you are planning to work because you will not be getting any plug in which we got used to in almost all other Starbucksl ocations. Friendly staff. Usual menu.

I recieved my Starbucks reward for my Birthday. Went to store to redeem on my way to work at Starbucks on Broadway & Tiemann Pl. But the barista said its not valid. No reward. Starbucks changed their policy. What is going wrong with them.? Also staff is rude and sent me on my way out the door. Its ok Most of the time this store forgets my orders and I end up standing and waiting for my order for over 15 minutes or they will take someones order behind me in line. Disgraceful
