I was there for just to grab a coffee employer, dancing, not even taking order finally one person take my order and make me wait telling me sorry coffee is not ready. Can you just wait make me wait 10 minutes music is too loud 6:30 in the morning one guy two girl are working they both are dancing drinking. They don’t even care about Customer. Absolutely disrespectful they act like they are in the bar dancing and finally, I’m trying to talk to one employee because of music. I couldn’t hear too loud music looks like club I asked him where is my coffee and then they give me my coffee after 13 minutes that’s so crazy. Hopefully someone will figure out if the employee not happy to work why this for they should not work keep talking each other. They don’t even take an order absolutely. Worst customer service. I’m never gonna go back.

I love coming here to get my morning coffees and food, service is great, employees are respectful, caring and careful with every order. Would recommend coming or stopping by whenever your near this location to satisfy your thirst or hunger.

Shoutout to Jada and Ann for holding it down on a busy Saturday night. Though the food and coffee is pretty standard, the hospitality was quite welcome on a cold and snowy night. Give them a raise and promotion!

Great customer service! The cooler was fully stocked and the seating area was clean and spacious. My order arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended if your your in the area and need a fix. *especially because the Starbucks around the corner recently closed *

This is my first review of a cafe/restaurant EVER.DO NOT ORDER if you see a shorter girl with glasses making drinks. She measures nothing, works as fast as humanly possible and changes the ingredients in front of you if they are within an arms reach. This is so that she can get back to playing on her phone.When I complained to the manager, they simply asked if I wanted my order to be done again by someone else. NO, I would not like to have to awkwardly reorder the drink every time she makes it! This has happened a dozen times.

The best Starbucks in NYC ! ! The worker so fast and always very kind .You fell so good when you go . I go there every day. Thank you for the great service .

First off 4 employees and it takes them 5 minutes to take my order and Im the only one in line....then.... this happens weirdly.I have purchased a 1000 black coffees at Starbucks and have never had the cashier try to force me to wait at the other end of the counter when for the last 1000 times I purchased a coffee at any Starbucks I was promptly handed my plain coffee (pike place) and then I throw some money in the tip jar.... NO TIPS FOR THIS PLACE! Power tripping while working is a no go at any job.This happened today 8-19-2018 at 9amThis attitude pretty much explains a few of the other bad reviews.

The manager Kelvin is very rude. He needs to take classes in anger management and customer service. The way he dealt with me was very unprofessional. He needs a new profession.

I said I want a Tall Warm Americano , I seriously don’t know which part of the instructions they didn’t get , it’s steaming hot , jeeez

There is an older man that works the counter and he yelled at me because I wanted to use my points for a free coffee and I didn’t tell him I was doing so. Never did that in person before and didn’t expect to get yelled at because he had to go back a step on his computer system. I even apologized right away. I lost my grandmother a week ago and my mind isn’t all there at times and to be yelled at for something so minor is really upsetting. Everyone is going through something inside and being rude like that because he can’t handle a computer system seems to be a big issue. Won’t be going back to that location.

Why the hell does a mobile order get priority over my in person order? Why is the barista making 20 mobile orders before my 2 second drink? It’s ridiculous.

Ok place with nice baristas, BUT one of the senior baristas messed up my order of hot chocolate twice in a row. First he gives me peppermint coffee. Busy place, can understand. Second time he gives me hot chocolate without peppermint....if you get something wrong and youre paid to do it make an effort to fix it the next time.

Good drinks, and great customer service. They were very helpful and I felt welcomed here. I RECOMMEND!! ✅✅

Small Starbucks. The service was good. Unfortunately 1 item took longer to get. 3 people after us got their order before us. No explanation was giving as to why it took so long.

Coffee always tastes burnt. Cashiers full of themselves(youre not an artist, you serve f-ing coffee!). Expensive diabetes.

They had their online system down. When I offered to tell them the order, they told me that I had to wait. Come on Starbucks. Do better; be better.

This Starbucks ALWAYS takes forever or screw up my drink and they just forgot to make my drink. so I was waiting there and had to ask a barista who was training someone. I was late for work .... I hate this Starbucks

Very friendly here and since I go alot they know me and my usual order. Overall vibe is nice and its clean . The environment Gives off a cozy feel

The team here is incredibly warm and inviting. I wanted to shoutout Ann in particular. I come in often before work and Ann always knows my order and takes the time to ask how my day has been. They always go above what their job description is as baristas. Thank you Ann for making my day today!

This WAS a great Starbucks. Very friendly and accommodating, but now they CLOSED the bathroom to patrons. We are drinking COFFEE....hello! Also, there is an old man with a top hat that is just rude and insensitive. A customer asked for a refill and he gave her the third degree when she had been sitting by her computer working and sipping. If I hadnt seen it with my own eyes, I wouldnt believe it. This clown with the top hat held up the entire line staring at the ice-filled drink with residual coffee lying at the bottom. She showed him her mobile order and he smirked at her. RUDE!!!

There are 3 Starbucks within a stones throw from my apartment, and this one is by far my favorite!Pros: Lightening fast service, GREAT staff attitude (they love my dog), accurate orders and I rarely have to wait for my mobile order pickup.Con: I feel like Starbucks load money onto a card payment model is predatory and annoying.. no fault to this location though obviously!

No dark roast coffee around 12 o’clock!! I asked for pour over. They showed no effort to help. They said they couldn’t make it bcuz they didn’t have “coffee filter!!!”

Nice Starbucks, my beverage was great and very hot! Could use my Starbucks Card from Brazil to take my birthday free drink! The baristas are very kind and its nice to see New York through the window! They have available plugs and magnetic chargers! The Wi-Fi works nicely, too. A good place to work or study, or just have a break while walking in NYC!

A girl who works at this location is completely dumb. She doesnt know how to take an order how to speak to customers and picks random person out of line ignoring the order in line. If she cant do the simple job at Starbucks I dont know what kind of job she can get at any other places. Manager needs to pay attention to stuff bc some ppl like her is really not smart at all.

Got a small breakfast sandwich and it wasn’t great. Coffee is okay

Went twice in 1 day 1st time was good got my latte the way I like it, satisfied. The 2nd time was an hour later there was what appeared to be 2 lines on one line there was 1 person on the other line was none so of course I got on that line I looked at the register guy who ignored me for the next 3 minutes without saying a word or even making eye contact (3 minutes is a long time to be ignored). He continued to work on the register while he joked around with his friend and continued to ignore me, finally he took off his apron as if he was letting me know he was no longer on the clock. Again without not even Im making eye contact I left the line and when on the other line. You would think the other guy would say something, but nothing, took my order and walked away. I skanned my phone to pay.I always go to starbuck for my caffeine fix and never have I encounter such bad customer service.I Was supposed to get additional snacks but I refuse to give them my money is since I did not feel appreciated or valued as a customer.Theres nothing wrong with having fun at work but they should stop having so much fun and clean up a little.

Staff could be friendlier, but they have decent enough service, limited seating, and its usually pretty clean.

Not the best laid-out Starbucks - theres a bottleneck to get to the registrar and restroom both so even when theyre not busy they can feel crowded. Service and seating are otherwise fine.

Nice stuff and baristas, always smile. The place is nice and quit as well.

This Starbucks is in a good location in midtown Manhattan. Some mornings it can be crowed but overall I like coming here for my coffee.
