Starbucks

Stopped by here a few weeks ago to get something to drink since I was in the area and to also get out of the rain. I had gotten an iced chai latte and it was great, Starbucks has one of, if not thee best ice chai lattes In my opinion. The service was great and the store as a whole was nice and cozy vibes. Would definitely come back again.

I really like the Customer Service here to the point.I wanted to write this review and I don’t mind catching a Metro to be treated with respect and kindness.I have been a loyal customer for years to Starbucks.There and Jamaal kind attitude is greatly appreciated.

Subpar. Super noisy AC blasting. Only seats with charging outlets were occupied by homeless people. Not their fault - but thats why I often go to a starbucks.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in NYC and this one is by far the roughest ones. The older lady behind the counter is snarky and inefficient. This is the first place where I saw the so called “New York Attitude” shine through. The guy that lost my pastry looked annoyed when I asked him about it and they had left it behind a counter 🙁.Drink was good and my food was good. Clean enough

Stopped here today to do some work emails and observed this amazing staff as they maneuvered an unexpected NYC crowd. Kenny stood out to me as one of the baristas that will always make you smile , welcomed you as you entered the store and wished everyone a great day. One of the best teams at starbucks!

This place gets so busy, but the staff stays super friendly. it is a big location and the Starbucks campers really like take up residence, so there is seating that never turns over

Clean venue, plenty of staff to take orders, not so many making the drinks though.

The service was fantastic. The Baristas were very nice. We had the best service there the whole week we were in New York

If I could give this place negative stars, I would do just that. I have never experienced such rude behavior from an establishment. To be specific, I was “greeted” by a very rude man who blocked the door and told my family and me that we could not enter due to short staffing. And to top it off, there were only about 3 people in the store at the time. Highly disappointed in Starbucks for allowing this time of behavior from their employees.

The positive energy in this place was contagious. They allowed me to work in there all day and checked on me often. Initially, they confused my order (matcha for mocha) but quickly got it fixed. Everyone was friendly and polite. I saw a lot of happy customers throughout the day.

I had the best experience at this Starbucks! All of the employees were working as such a team and I especially enjoyed the employee who was standing on the other side of the counter at the “pick up drink” spot. It seemed he was there to ensure customer satisfaction and help with any mistakes etc. his attitude and friendliness was awesome! Highly recommend this specific location! Oh and the coffee was great too!!!

Great atmosphere and spacious spot, something remarkable in NYC. But coffees were non consistent, we ordered 3 identical and each tasted different s ok we had to ask the staff to do them again, then the second round pf coffees came excellent.

I loved Very berry hibiscus refresher so I asked them if they still have it coz its been a while. He said yes, I asked one more time, and he still said yes.When my drink came out, I didnt see the dried fruits supposed to be in there, so I asked the batista, he said its some kind of tea, not the Very berry hibiscus. I told him I didnt order that, and he asked me what I wanted instead, so I got Paradise drink I usually get.And the casher came back later, saw my drink, and asked his coworker why I got the different drink. And the coworker explained him he said Its the same thing! I was sitting at the bar in front of the counter,  heard everything. It was really un professional and no one said sorry to me. It was really unpleasant experience.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a french vanilla latte and after taking a couple of sips I notice that it was a vanilla latte and not a french vanilla,. I went and told one of the cashier that it was not what I had ordered and all he said was that he was sorry that they were out of the french flavor. The person taking my order should had told me. I wasnt offered a credit or another option or flavor - horrible pubploic relation, Edwin.

Very slow service and 4pm only 1 person is working. Above all she is making wrong coffee for most of the customers 😂. Not clean at all

Rudest woman ever who served me this morning. I had to ask about my coffee she one word answered but turned away will doing so. It was dreadful experience and it was empty so no excuses

This 5 star review is for the barista who was at the cashier on the 7th of April at around 4 pm (i wish I knew his name). He is the nicest and was so quick in delivering my order.

I am a Starbucks customer and this is the worst experience I have ever had at one of their stores. Asked for butter, got two cubes, one was rotten, took it back to show them and get another one, lady there gave me two without apologizing and just said throw the other one away. To my surprise the first one I opened was rotten again!!

Great Starbucks location. The employees were very fast and friendly. This location also has a good stock of merchandise. They have all of the new mugs, thermoses, and tumblers. They even have the Starbucks ornaments in stock.

Kinda, the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever been to both garbage pails available in the store or overflowing and garbage was on the floor.

Some stores are better than others, but the products are great. Taste the Cold Brew Chocolate❤️

The guy making cold drinks today (name starts with an “S” but couldn’t see the rest because it was smudged) decided it was more important to talk to his coworker than to provide the speedy customer service Starbucks normally provides. All I ordered was a venti Iced Green Tea with some liquid cane syrup and it took over 10 minutes to deliver with no drinks ahead of me!! He held my cup and did not do a single thing and then paused every step of the way (tea, pause, sugar, pause, water, loooooong pause, ice, pause, shake, pour, even longer pause...) finally the woman at the register said something to him about getting my drink to me, but why should she have to say anything? It is his job to withhold the standards I’m sure Starbucks has trained him to provide. Very disappointed that this is not the first negative experience I’ve had at a Starbucks, but it’s definitely one of the worst. Simple drink... 10 minutes... no thanks.

Poor communication skills or bad attitude at the cashier. Kid asks cashier for penguin cake pop. Parent enunciates to cashier, Pen-guin. At table find a plain cake pop in the bag. Go back up to hear there are no penguins - only the one in the window. Then save us all time by telling me that rather than hand me a different cake pop without saying anything, setting me up for the disappointment at the table and the unnecessary trip back to the counter on a busy morning. And dont get irate at me about it. This is why I clearly said Pen-guin for crying out loud. Plus side: my drink was good.

Worse experience ever!!! Since we are visiting this city the service was perfect! This place doesnt reflect the high level of service from NYC. The employees doesnt deserve to work there .. specially one named by Bree. Avoid this place!

Dirty place, unmotivated staff

Easy in and out service with ample seating. Free wi-do and a good location, throw in your Starbucks favorite flavors and you are good to go here.

The staff is terrible! Dont expect nothing but rude people... At least in the morning! Specially the barista Bree, she definitely doesnt like her job and what she does.

The teller was a tool. The drinks being correct gives them 2 stars. There are 2 seats inside; go another minute or so down Broadway for a bigger store

Absolutely disrespectful stuff!I was waiting 20 minutes cap a regular hot coffee, there was just few people 7:30 pm.Owner change the stuff!

9pm at night, two staff behind the counter no other customers waiting to place an order. I stood waiting for 3 minutes while one made someone elses order and the other complained about a coffee that had been left out for an hour.

New, organised, bright, efficient Starbucks. Space to sit and bathroom. You almost don’t believe it is an Starbucks!

When you buy your coffee here and you decide you need to wash your hands make sure you go to McD down the block cuz they close their restrooms with their bs little out of order signs.

The worst Starbucks experience, they ask for get out of table when we are eating. No senses.

Typical long lines but quick. Nothing much to say about except for the restrooms that needs some cleaning. They are reminiscent of an old Chinese restaurant restroom..

I have no complaints about any Starbucks. The staff and employees are doing a great job helping and serving the customers.

All Starbucks are busy but NY Starbucks are no joke. There was a line of at least 18 people in front of me and it disappeared within 5mins. They were awesome!

Came in here at night it was a slow tuesday but nice place for a quick chat with friends. Right across from where they film the late show...

I happened across this Starbucks tucked in between buildings. It had a cool second story for seating and nice seats downstairs by the window.

They make their Lattes WAY TOO HOT! Scalds the mills and takes 10 minutes to cool down enough to drink.And too much foam. At Starbucks, they should know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. If I wanted foam in my coffee, I would order a cappuccino.

Big space with lots of place to sit inside and outside. Two large single person bathroom/ restrooms available for customers.

Place is near train. In afternoon gets crowded with High school kids who are just loafing around.

Great broadway street view. Was the nearest to our hotel and we came every morning. Recommended.

I waited to order, nobody ever came to take my order, so I left. People working here are the worst. Never happened to me.

My London Fog with oat milk was delicious! This is a relatively large Starbucks with an ample variety of seating options: Chairs at tables, stools at a bar, and one long, comfortable couch along the window for many tables and multiple people.

WORST service Ive ever received. Asked for a tea and waited 20min while nothing was happening. After I saw multiple people get theirs, I went up and asked for mine. It was hard to get their attention, and they seemed genuinely mad and in an overall bad mood. I then waited 10 min more while they didnt know which employee was supposed to make it and they kept saying it was someone else jobI finally got them to make the tea they asked if I wanted sugar. I said yes, but quickly tried to take it back. The employee then got really mad and threw out the tea in front of me.Get better service!!!The coffee and tee is standard Starbucks and what you expect.

Entrance to the store is a filthy mess, garbage strewn in front. The manager should be ashamed to have his store be such an eyesore! He should be outside with a broom, cleaning up …..it’s a very bad look for Starbucks! I intended to go in but was turned off. If the outside is t inviting I could imagine the inside not being any better!!!

I had gone to my favorite Starbucks in my ‘hood. Love everyone there! They seem to always be hit and never a miss. Today was that rare miss.I ordered a grande, brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I was so confident that it was made perfectly I didn’t even taste it until a few blocks had passed on my commute. As soon as I took my first sip, I was shook on how much it wasn’t perfect. I couldn’t drink it the way it was made especially my drink is roughly $7!So I took it upon myself to walk to another nearby Starbucks and hope that I can get my drink remade. Upon arrival to the new location the line was quite long. So I took my shot and walked straight to the barista area. I explained everything to him.Let me tell you when I say this is CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is IT!!!He did not hesitate to listen to me without judgement. He remade my drink correctly and even asked me to sip it on front of him to confirm it’s taste quality! I mean, what?!? He took initiative and delivered beyond expectations!!Please shout this man’s name, ADDISON!! He is wonderful and he perfectly balanced the work in front of him while accommodating me, a walk-in!! That takes a special type of person to deliver under duress and with sincerity!!Please give this man his roses, ADDISON!!!Many, many thanks!!!

I love the coffee! Im just a regular hot, dark roast coffee. Dont care for all the frilly stuff. Starbucks has the best French Roast.

Staff was ok- not rude, not overly engaged. Was later in the day and it was quite busy. Maybe they were just *done* 🤷Got a double shot to wake up before a show. The worst espresso of my entire life, smelled like literal trash and the taste was... Indescribable- in the worst way.The space was filthy and just trashed, literally. Customers are the actual worst... And Id guess the staff couldnt keep up with the bs.

Good service at this Starbucks. My order was wrong at first but was quickly corrected. The member of staff taking orders knew a regulars order by heart, which I thought was impressive in such a busy location. Very friendly staff.

Lili is the best! Great customer service with a smile, refreshed my day. Lots of seating and a small outdoor bench area, very good location in midtown.

Had a gender neutral bathroom in which had a disgusting 🤢 used tampon on display in the toilet.

Yes NYC has a Starbucks every 500 yards it seems, but this one is a very open one, plenty of seating. On north end of Broadway before you get caught up in the chaos. So can have meetings, relax etc. Full service store with core menu and any drinks you might want. Service is quick and friendly. Store is very clean.

Our doctor laughed at us when we were drinking a pumpkin spice latte. “I didn’t expect that out of you”. She’s right. We’re better than this. Starbucks is a lost cause.

Customer service at this location is terrible. They seem understaffed understaffed have two poor souls taking orders and making drinks themselves. Quality was great as usual but the long wait to get an americano was ridiculous.

Dirty and garbage all over counters that nobody was cleaning. Didn’t seem to be short-staffed as There were at least 6 or 7 employees working the store. It was around noon and they claimed they didn’t have change for $100 bill, really? Ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches but they refused the order due to no change. Bad management and business practice for a chain this size to not have at least $100 in change throughout the day.

Less jammed and noisy than most. This Starbucks has a few tables and counter seats. The high ceiling allows it to disperse a lot of noise.

Their bathrooms have always been clutch

The seating area is very small. Cofee is Starbucks standard. But this is at a very lovely place so just take a to-go and sit beside the river .

It is a Starbucks, what is to review? I will add that unlike other Starbucks the bathrooms here are locked, you have to ask staff for the code. Seating was ok, the turnover for seats seems fair. We stopped here to get a drink, use the bathroom and kill time before going to the Late Show which is directly across the street. On nicer weather days, theres outdoor seating. On the positive staff were very friendly and fast. It was staffed well.

Starbucks is just about the same here as it is most places great coffee break service and hey they always have sugar and napkins.

I stumbled into this Starbucks after attending a meeting nearby. It was crowded but I was still able to find seating. I had no clue what to order but the very kind barista steered me towards a chorizo/egg sandwich. It was spicy and tasted great. I had to thank the barista for helping me discover this new treat.The atmosphere at this location is lively and fun. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They worked through the line of customers pretty quickly.The spot has a selection of fresh goods like fruit and meat plates. I appreciate that Starbucks has evolved its game.

In general I like the products, I always find my cappuccino with coconut milk, but it annoys me not to find a place to sit and watch the tables occupied by people who are just using the space to work or stay on the phone while I have to eat at foot It is!!!!

Larger sized Bucks, newer and cleaner than many in midtown. During my two visits, the staff was very good and friendly.

The guy here cannot make cappuccino. We ordered some different drinks. I ordered cappuccino but that came out as a latte, when I pointed this out, the guy yelled over to the server and was grumpy about the whole thing but said he would change it. So, my cappuccino then came out, but the cup was barely half full, it was all thin foam. When I complained and told him every other starbucks wed been to (7-10 shops between Midtown and Nolita) and had been given 3/4 coffee plus 1/4 foam (a proper cappucino) - he told me they were ALL doing it wrong. At $7 a pop, half a cup of coffee!! Really!!? We just didnt go back and recommend others go elsewhere too.

Staff is friendly but the store is poorly designed. If you get a drink and hot food you have to run to both ends of the store to get them and wade through the line of people to pick up your food.

Standard, consistent Starbucks experience - which is what you want when you go to a Starbucks.

I had the Sick Tea for the 1st time. I felt better.

One guy making coffee was singing loud and being obnoxious, but my wife liked it for some reason. Coffee was always good.
