Slow and inefficient service. You have to wait 10+ minutes for your drink in the morning. Then you have to feel inconvenient by asking for straws, then for a cup holders. And then ask for another cup holder because the one they give you is flimsy and won’t hold your drink. Avoid.

Hidden down an Alley, this Starbucks really nails it! Great people behind the counter, reliably quick and dependable coffees & snacks, always clean and spotless inside & out. I spend way too much money here because I love to come by. Stop being so great please, youre killing me.

I’ve been to several Starbucks locations worldwide, including Bali and São Paulo airport, but this one near Wall Street stands out as the best by far. The store is nicer with a great vibe that’s perfect for grabbing a coffee before exploring nearby Battery Park and the Financial District. The service is quick and friendly, and the drinks are consistently well-made. I tried the seasonal pumpkin spice, which was perfect for October, and my go-to vanilla Frappuccino, both of which were spot on. If you’re in the area, this is a must-visit Starbucks.

Drink came out good but there was no one in line and service takes too long for 2 drinks only, must be faster

Nice location, food and coffee are obviously good. Very clearly understaffed though. On the morning of my wedding, I stopped in to grab a cold brew and it took 30 minutes. There were two people behind the counter working very hard. I think there was a third somewhere that I occasionally saw do some cleaning

Its one of the best Starbucks Ive been. These guys really made my morning with my coffee. I like my coffee sweet, and they actually team up to make my coffee great without any complaints. I wish I could remember their names, but it was 6/16/23 around 11 am. Thanknyou guys.

I like this location tucked away on exchange place. Nice size with a bathroom. It has a large boardroom / library feel to it

No restrooms. How can a company take in that much profit and not provide the basics? In the majority of states thats illegal.

I usually order my a coffee drink with Starbucks entire of my experience I don’t know how they made coffee but it always come with sweetness. This time I visit New York I ordered again as usual but it doesn’t sweet and rough coffee I walk back to ask why and I needed it sweet all staff talk to me unfriendly voices and when I told them I come from Hawaii they said yes that’s why it far far away. What????? Is the reason?? Because the distance ?So only Hawaii Starbucks made my a favorite menu sweet but New York didn’t Come with sweetness for this menu????? I was so mad. What is Starbucks standard???? And all staff should talk to me friendly voice I was there standing close to them no need to yell at me make their voice so loud. And it doesn’t matter where I from. It’s your job to make a standard coffee as long as you have the same menu in your branch.

I mean Im addicted and I dont want no help lol. On this day I get my usual Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel because its always a treat for me. And I get the turkey and presto sandwich which I freaking love. But this day she understood the assignment when I said extra caramel lol. I wanted to give her a hug!!!!. Sometimes I want to say just give me the caramel bottle lol

My favorite Starbucks in the city. Staff are always bright and accommodating. They just brighten my mornings.

Anthony is such a joy to interact with! After taking our order, chatting, and finally getting our drinks we sat down. Anthony called out to my daughter by name about something unrelated to our order. She was astonished that he knew her name just from listening to us talk amongst ourselves - the order had been placed in my name! What a treasure you have in Anthony

I had a Carmel frappe. It was very good. Service was good, nice decor. So many Starbucks have distinctive art work on the walls. This one is set way back from Broadway. You have to go down a kind of coveted alley to get to front door. Also accessible from Trinity Place.

I work across the street and literally go in every morning. This place is always great! They always have my mobile order ready! Their employees are always kind, caring, and friendly. One of my favorite Starbucks stores!

After walking around Manhattan I was glad to see a welcome place. Due to covid there was no seating allowed which was very disappointing. Not even one seat allowed to be used. Didnt stir the coffee and it was very strong. Friend got a white hot chocolate and it was very good.

The service was kind, and the drinks were just average Starbucks drinks. The internet was pretty fast for basic internet browsing and watching videos/movies online. The mozzarella tomato sandwich was decent and the overall expirence was pretty average.

Not much in the way of seating, and construction going off everywhere. The staff were alright, but a little grouchy and clearly asking them for sugar in your coffee while the milk is being steamed is too much to ask one barista. Alas, Starbucks is still my coffee destination.

I love the holiday coffee selection at Starbucks.

They close at 6pm but they don’t make some of the drinks half an hour before, because they don’t want, not because they don’t have it. It’s always the same. If the store closes at 6 they must serve until 6pm. It’s annoying !!

If you are a resident of New York, this Starbucks will suit you, but if you are a visitor who does not fully master English, move on.The wait can be long because there are a lot of online orders.
