Lovely staff. Usually I never know what to get at Starbucks so I like to ask the staff to help me decide. Please forgive me but the staff there on Sunday evening (I forgot their names 🙂‍↕️) super kind, held great convo and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Came in today it’s a decent size location, great for people watching or catching up on work. It can get crowded between 3p-5pm with students and adults with laptops that linger for a while. Also seems to be a pitstop for the homeless (I have no problem with that, just an observation) the black guy with the glasses, about 5’10-5’11 who says “ I got you” a lot was a great customer service guy

Loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful. I’m just a tourist but it bugs me people just leave their trash on the table. Put your trash in the trash can before you leave!

Very hot inside here, no outlets to charge phone/laptops, they had a full display of snacks and pastries but claimed they couldnt sell any of them because they were display only. Hope I just came on an off night. Otherwise it is very spacious with a lot of seating. I will give it another try soon.

Great products and good service (the medium thee size only needs one thee bag bag not two). But the seating part of the interior, pfff, very spartan and not inviting to sit down at all. the ratio of chairs vs tables is weird, no lounge/sofa area, very large open area, etc. The seating area is in dire need of tender loving care

Was waiting in line 7 minutes (before me were just 2 people). When I finally approached cashier, she told me “can you wait for 4 minutes to brew the coffee”? Are you guys kidding?

Grande apple crisp frappeService is top-notch. Clean Friendly. This location I definitely recommend to anyone who loves Starbucks as much as I do.

I come most mornings. I am always greater with a smile and a kind word or 5.The kindness brings me back over and over.Unlike any other Starbucks, I have ever gone to.Thanks, to the staff and I hope the management that supports this environment.

For the second time I am not happy at all with my coffee and the stuff working there(sad faces). First time coffee wasn’t hot enough the second time no milk available ( whole milk) only half and half and low-fat

Really nice Starbucks. The employees are really nice and helpful. I usually find a seat when I come here. The bathrooms are nice and clean. My coffee tasted amazing and they have a very talented staff. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. Additionally there is a parking lot next door if you are driving.

I opened an app and saw a new drink that my husband wanted to try, so we went to the store to order it. The person at the register seemed confused and asked me to repeat the name of the drink five times. My husband ended up showing him the sign on top of the fridge with the drinks name and image, which he seemed to know nothing about. I guess that was a sign not to order, but it was our fault for still doing so. Since I dont drink caffeine, I ordered a regular decaf iced coffee with cream and sugar. I double-checked and asked if decaf was doable, and he said, yeah ofc. We ordered two drinks, which cost around $14. For two drinks? Insane, but thats the reality of this crazy economy. We waited, and when our drinks came out, we tasted them. My husbands drink was way too sweet, and mine tasted a little off. So, I asked the barista if my drink was decaf. He said no, as they only offer decaf espresso, not decaf iced coffee. So, why did he take the order and confirm he could do decaf iced coffee? We basically wasted $14. I didn’t bother asking for a different drink and just walked out.

The manager Tina is honestly the best employee at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I walk in and I hear her say “Hi Trotter!” From whatever part of the location she’s working in. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is welcomed and getting the best possible service!

The location is nice but, more often than not, my drink is never made correctly and I have to ask for it to be remade. Perfectly OK if you just want a regular coffee or tea tho.Very busy during weekday morning rush.

I enjoy Starbucks but this Starbucks here has poor customer service.

Jazlin is very unwelcoming. While waiting in line she tried to have me to step down to order while her previous customer was still in front of her so there was no space for me to stand so that I can place my order.. then she seemed annoyed while taking my order.. she kept requesting the total due when I wasn’t finish with my items to order. She didn’t even ask for my name for my order or the size of my coffee drinks. So unprofessional..I highly suggest that she stays home if she rather not be at work!!

Very spacious/clean location with friendly staff and quick service.

Says they open at 5:30am, with multiple customers waiting outside the door, staff ignored the growing line.Had to leave to get to my workout on time but after five full minutes past their “opening” staff still haven’t opened.It’s fine if they need more prep time, but don’t state a 5:30am opening time unless staff is actually able to do so.

One of the most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to with wonderful ambience. Excellent coffee shop all around

By far the best Starbucks in the city. The folks are amazing and friendly even on busy weekday morning. And there is lots of space, and sitting room. A great place for an hour of work or a quick coffee meeting.

I was threatened and assaulted by a homeless man. The staff reacted as professional and quickly as possible. They were of more use than the police. Dont go there: the only bathroom was filthy. They forgot to make my order. The environment doesnt feel safe.The only great reason for this place to exist is the young lady that was the on duty manager. She was brave,quick, and she cares about her customers..Just as a post message: The young mgr wasnt attempting to be helpful. It turns out the man that assaulted me was her boyfriend.. He followed me down the street and threatened me again... I think that this Starbucks and The NYPD both need to retrain everyone on their payroll on how to interact with the public....

Plenty of space to work or chat

I think it might have been the cashiers first day or week, which Im fine with. What Im not fine with is rude and arrogant employees and being ripped off. I ordered 2 Venti drinks and paid with a $50 note as it was all I had. Another rude employee proceeds to tell the cashier in the snarliest way possible Next time tell the customer we dont take Fifties right in front of me. I responded with thats all I had at the time, the rude employee looks at me like hes never been talked back to before and I just looked at him. Waited 10 minutes, received my 2 drinks mostly froth and hardly any drink. Avoid this one and go to the one on the corner of E 33rd and 5th Avenue, had a much more pleasant experience with that one.

Nice, spacious Starbucks location. Plenty of room to grab a table and work/study/etc. One downside: outlets seemed hard to find. If youre bound to an old laptop battery, plan accordingly and scout out one of the few outlets.

Comparatively way better pricing, service, music, space, careful touches in cups and they have a clean toilet

Overall I had great experiences at this location but when I asked for my breakfast with no bread due to my gluten sensitivity the cheese was put the outside which would normally touch the bread so it was stuck to the paper totally defeating the point of cheese lol I wish it was inside the egg and meat

Spacious place. Great for reading and working on laptop. Friendly staffs! Tried their new drinks: chestnut latte. Almost identical to toffee nut latte.

Slow service at all times of the day. And stop selling nitro if you’re just going to give black coffee and hope we don’t notice.

Blasting rap music and having attitude with customers is no way to run a business. Everytime I come here theyre always having loud conversations and half the staff (except barista) is standing around when ever there is a crowd. I run a medium size doctor office and you just lost business from the most of us. Keep letting homeless people in and real estate agents in your store without buying stuff.Cant wait until this gets fixed or a competitor comes to town.

One of the largest Starbucks in NYC . Lots of seating although can get rather crowded weekdays from nearby office crowd. Expect line for coffee mid-day. Limited power outlets also. One stop power location for business meetings, job interviews and deal making. Seriously. Bring your resume; you never know what connections one could make here.Also right next to 28th St (6) subway line.

So slow - the employees on staff really didnt seem to care at all about the line. And when I finally got it, the drink was wrong.

Standard decent Starbucks coffee and food however service was a disaster—they expect you to know how they work and they get upset when you ask questions or ask for anything slightly out of their box. Oh well.

I loved the spot on 20th between 5th and 6th but they take a while when they get a lol crowded. Still, its a dope spot to have a meeting if u have time. But if in a rush, not the place.

The staff is really friendly, the drinks and food are good, and there is ample room to sit (and study if you need to). There are also charging stations for your phone.

The Starbucks serves the best coffee and its my favourite spot to have coffee. its cooperative staff , the place helps you feel you relax.

From the POS to the staff, everything is on slow mode. Most of the customers have to try multiple cards and cashiers seem least interested to help. Few people already left, all the bakery stuff is being enjoyed by tons and tons of fruit flies. Not a good experience at all.

The Starbucks in question has a visually appealing look with its typical modern decor. However, my morning experience was tarnished by the excessively loud music at 6 am. This crucial aspect negatively affected the atmosphere, as many customers, including myself, seek a quieter environment to enjoy their coffee and either work or relax.Despite the consistently high and expensive quality of their beverages, the blaring music created a sense of discomfort. Customer service was standard, but the lack of consideration regarding the noise level left much to be desired. It would be advisable for Starbucks to adjust the music volume in the early morning hours to enhance the overall customer experience.

The coffee and snacks were great the place was overwhelmed with people. The staff definitely needed a lot of extra help because the service was not up to par.

The cacophony of noise disrupted what is typically a tranquil morning routine for many customers.The loud environment made it challenging to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or engage in any meaningful conversation. It seems the ambiance was more akin to a bustling market than the inviting coffeehouse atmosphere I usually associate with Starbucks.I understand that mornings can be busy, but the excessively high volume detracted from the overall experience. Big spacious Starbucks. Good spot to work at!

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. The cappucinno is consistently delicious, my fav! Its the perfect spot to grab a quick pick-me-up.

I never know what to expect here. Sometimes, its too loud, sometimes the baristas are playing loud music & I cant hear anything. My coffee is okay, but the person taking my order was trying to multitask by taking two peoples orders at the same time, and I didnt even get to say how I wanted to customize my coffee. on top of this, the homeless people outside were making me uncomfortable.

Theres a lot of space in here which is great. For the food and drinks its nothing different from your average Starbucks... The staff here are really nice but it definitely takes longer then other locations to get your drinks and food .

I was surprised by how big it is since so many Starbucks these days are a counter and a couple tables.Baristas are all super kind and seem to enjoy working.Sat down to do work and didn’t have trouble finding a table for a few hours. Wifi is solid and there’s at least one section with outlets.

This spot is very clean the ppl are very friendly and upbeat. They really strive for good customer service. Music is a little too loud they cant really hear when youre giving your order. Putin certain ingredients in someones coffee is not a good thing especially with we ask you not too. Allergies are real. All in all I do like this spot.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Its spacious with ample of seats and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Overall I have a good experience at this Starbucks. The staff works hard to get drinks out as fast as they can when theyre back up and they have great communication.However today there was an issue.I have been coming to this particular Starbucks for seven months now. Today was the FIRST time I was ever forced to pay for a to-go back by Bray, one of the workers. I have taken bags without issue in the past and have even been handed one by other workers without asking. Wondering why now its an issue.A multi-million dollar corporation harping on a brown paper bag, is a little ridiculous. I was forced to get on a line that was nearly out the door, extending my wait time, just to pay five cents. Because of that, by the time I got to actually eat my food, it was cold. My food also came out about 10min before my drink was even in the process of being made.Maybe there should be an option in the app to request a bag and it get factored into the total of the order. Or, considering how busy it was, (they were backed up 30min in orders per one of the workers) saying hey, its ok for now but next time those are five centsIm supposed to somehow carry four items without a bag apparently. Ridiculous.

The friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the city. Everyone is so happy and nice! Big store with lots of tables and chairs as well.

A great little Starbucks. Same treats and drinks you would find at any similar coffee shop. More pricey certainly, being in NYC. Average, but professional staff, and decent seating. A good place for breakfast, coffee, and WiFi.

Second time this is happening. Store should be open at 6AM and I send a mobile open through at 8:30AM and go to pick up and store isnt open. I understand if you are understaffed and if people cannot open the store can you at least change your hours so people dont order?

I like the frappuccinos here, but they removed all the electrical outlets and now its really boring to go here to just have a sip. I used to go there to sit for hours and do my college homework, now its no longer possible to do that. Its a large starbucks, so its great if you are meeting someone for some time and want to have a conversation. near the subway, also, so its fun.

Wasnt able to find a seat at surrounding cafes but this place had plenty. Coffee is just like any other starbucks location but am glad they have a large indoor area, restroom, and tables for an afternoon hangout with friends.

Ordered a coffee at 655am, only person in the place. Watched 3 employees stand around looking at their cell phones for 5 min until i finally said something. One woman said would you like a refund? I said, no I want the coffee I paid for. Her response, theres a Starbucks on every corner. She made my coffee. These people need to get motivated. Do a job or stay home and collect their stimulus checks. Unbelievable.

I wanted to ask for the menu and if its still open. I got help really quick and the call was really handsome :)

Ive had my order messed up more than actually getting what I asked for.

Places an order via Uber eats from this location which they messed up. My order was missing a latte and the second drink was supposed to be a vanilla latte, instead we got a coffee with vanilla syrup.

They are presumably open at 6:00. A long line of people are outside by 7:00 waiting to be served and the staff are not even ready. Outrageous

Live in the neighborhood and love it. Yet due to the homeless situation and the constant amount of tourist. It would be nice if they provided a code to use the restroom for paying customers. Also great place to get laptop work done, downside is that they really need to replace all the outlets. Power cord keeps on popping out. Definitely could use more outlets, due to the volume of business

This very much depends on the location. Some place a premium on friendly, knowledgeable staff and others, Times Square primarily, just take your order and move you along. Check out the Reserve bar at the Brookfield Place down by World Trade Center.

They were really nice and friendly there but messed up multiple orders. I waited 15 to 20 min for ONE ICE COFFEE. During the wait i saw them miss and mess up few other orders. When i told one of the cashiers i been waiting on an ice coffee, he turns around and makes a hot coffee. Only to then tell me that i have to go to the other pick up section and wait for my ice coffee.

Sunday moring, 10:30, 10 people consistently in line with a 15 minute wait. Slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to, and it just required putting a second person on a second register. They seemed fully staffed with 6-7 people, but most were refilling ice, coffee, etc. Seems petty, but speed is something valued these days.

Ended up as my ‘go to’ place for coffee each morning, speed of service was amazing given that they had at least 20+ customers all the time and the same again for mobile app orders. Staff always friendly and smiled.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks if you need that coffee pick me up and arent close to a local, unique coffee shop. This location is pretty standard, nothing terrible or extraordinary. I like Starbucks in general, so never opposed to dropping in for a plain black coffee or frapp.

The first Starbucks in New York that you feel comfortable sitting in

Overall its what you would expect from Starbucks in NYC. Unfortunately one of the least cleanliest I have been with the bathrooms seem very used and the fruit flies on the food in the pastry case. Not sure if I would order food from here again.

Bought a water bottle here and they ask for additional 5 cents for a bag. Never had this kind of experience in any other Starbucks store.

Coffee is fine, sometimes, but some of the staff have an attitude which is why I simply cannot give a higher rating.Old review:Avoid at all costs.Drink I got had expired milk and they wouldnt remake it, saying its supposed to be that way. I think I know what expired milk tastes like and its absolutely vile.

Great staff friendly and there very quick the only downside is a single bathroom. Theres a few outlets and a bunch of wireless outlets also a good vibe inside

I dont drink coffee but my daughter does.I am diabetic so theres not much in there I can consume without worrying about my sugar.

All around Lake place just to hang out and have a cup of coffee or just sit down and have a cup of coffee play on your laptop or your phone or just sit down to relax very relaxing atmosphere

Actually one of the best Starbucks shop Ive ever been to, I really dont know why ppl complain about, the majority of the time the ppl that are rude are the customers because they dont have patience with an employee that just started working there, and if your going to be late to your meeting or job then you should get your coffee fix much earlier, I happen to like this Starbucks and will continue working there, their customer service is great especially from one particular employee and her name I believe is Sam short for Samantha she was very nice and got my order correct and she was a new employee.

One of the nicest Starbucks in the area with the worst customer service. I have witnessed three situations when one of the baristas very rudely tell people (well dressed, not homeless, most likely waiting for someone else) that they needed to purchase something in less than 5 minutes or leave. I highly doubt Mr. Schultz would approve that behavior. I refuse to go back to this location. There are many coffee shops left in New York.

Ok, so this Starbucks and the Starbucks on 32nd btwn 6th and 7th are the best Starbucks in Manhattan. Why, you ask? Theyre spacious and typically the music isnt at club level like most other locations. If you need to take a conference call or even meet someone, this is the Starbucks you choose.

They have the best Pop Gourmet Sunflower Oil and Sea Salt popcorn.
