Great location but a small store. No indoor seating but friendly vibrant staff.

Quick service, nice people.

Possibly the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s not huge, but everybody in there is always attentive and polite, and relatively fast with the orders.

Very dissatisfied with the service at this branch. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and over all have had a wonderful service but this time I left a tea bag inside for to long making my tea bitter. I went to this one to see if they can change it for a new one. The manager was so rude and said for me to take my business to the Starbucks where I originally got it and said he doesn’t carry the type of tea at their location, which I found to be very strange because they’re all suppose to carry the same thing. At that point I asked him to just give me any tea it didn’t matter, he gave one of his coworker a look and gave me a tea with so much attitude, he was so obnoxious. I’m never going there again. They need to change the manager and the current staff, because it’s the customer experience that we come for not the tea or the coffee that I can get for a quarter of the price elsewhere.

Good service and professional staff

I waited about 15 min for my drink on Sunday evening, which I understand things happen and there can be a wait. But what I didnt expect was hearing a full rant about how two of the staff members were new didnt know what they were doing, and the 1 girl who came out from the back was frustrated about it. Either way I dont know much about the store staffing situation, but now I feel I know more than I should have. Please just keep in mind customers can hear you, and I felt really uncomfortable to the two new girls who were trying their best.

We enter looking for two coffees to take away and when my girlfriend tried to use the restroom the employee was incredibly rude and yell to her. It was unacceptable and we ended up leaving. It almost make me avoid Starbucks for ever. He was very rude.

The Starbucks at 340 Madison is horrible. I went in the Starbucks to look at the menu, and was greeted by one of the staff over the counter with an unpleasant tone, how may I help you. I said to her, I am not sure what i want, can I look? No reply. I looked and found something. I tried to order from another staff who directed me to the same person that greeted me earlier, who walked away and refused to serve me. I was a white person, they would not have treaytr me like that. That sucks for a black person.

Ordered vt moc cookie frap and I got like 10% less then full. Very disappointed. Don’t go to this place to order. Go to the neighboring Starbucks. They got good service.

I visited this place Tuesday morning and the moment i walked in it felt very inviting and friendly, I want to give a shoutout to rose even tho she wasn’t on bar she re made my drink and it was amazing she’s the best. My drink was made incorrectly was told by the supervisor in charge if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere so for this barista to make my drink over and make it the best I’ve had i would come back thank you rose!!!!!!!

This one NEVER OPENS ON TIME! up the street at 49th, open at 5:30 . Why dont they just change the open time in the app???

Its a Starbucks. That said, you might get your drink the way you ordered it, you might not. Expect to wait longer than you might expect.

My go-to place for seasonal coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks on the planet the staff is so friendly and welcoming, they move fast and the coffee is always amazing. I walk in the spot feeling like VIP every time and never leave disappointed. God bless

Busy, quick and orderly. Line was steady, orders were made quick enough. This place was rather clean and (if Im correct) a decent amount of seats to occupy. Employees were pretty straightforward, loud enough when announcing the names.

Please get that white man new hire out of there, he’s killing the poc vibe and is way too in your face

EXTREMELY poor customer service... The staff made it more than clear that they had more important things to do than worry about the line going out the door. There are way too many other Starbucks to patronize a store that doesnt respect your time or business. SKIP this location and walk down to another store that has baristas who are trained in hospitality

First time ever going to a star bucks. Ordered a large cup of coffee a bagel with butter paid $ 5:10 I had to add milk and sugar bagel was inside a bag with two packs of butter and plastic knife . People have to be out of there minds to pay these kind of prices for half service. That would be like going to a restaurant ordering food and being told you gotta cook your own food. You getBetter full service at dunk in doughnuts.for half the price. Wont be going to Starbucks any more.

Worst service ever

Starbucks is the go to franchise where can get a strong and refreshing coffee. Keep the coffee coming also to mention the staff at most locations are friendly.

Only 8 seats and no bathroom, but they have SIX outlets! Possibly the only place in the area that has any. Oh, and the service and quality are good too. :)
