Nice Starbucks location, it has a little more room than most locations in the area. The baristas were nice and our order was correct. Use the app for good deals and points for rewards.

Lady behind the counter was so sweet and helpful. My pumpkin latte was perfect too 💖

I always order a venti here and without fail. Literally 4 times in a row now I get a grande. I’m done wasting my time at this location.

I dont like to leave bad reviews, but must mark this place 1-star now.

Thankfully, East Side Middle School on 91st street has closed for the summer so regular customers of this Starbucks can finally get a seat here midday .The 8th grade girls from the East side middle school thought that it was cool to eat their lunches here and took seats away from other customers every weekday. I was sitting on a stool inside once waiting for my order and when I got up to grab my coffee, one of the girls took my stool to bring it outside to join her group

Is this how you make a Venti size? This is not my first, second or third time having this problem in this store

Optimal Starbucks service. Quality and consistency abound. I had a red eye and it was ready within 60 seconds. The better half had a cold tea and the little guy had a cake pop. Friendly staff. It was not too busy. Clean stations. No complaints.

I was given the wrong order today. They mixed my order up with someone elses.

Another business where they close before posted times, I wonder if corporate can do anything to get people to work the schedule they agree to work. Its a major inconvenience to walk over here to look in the window 20 minutes before closing time. I guess with work ethic like this why would Starbucks need unions?

Things have improved. This site does a huge amount of AM rush hour business. I see a staff that collaborates to get job done. They are even cheerful. My last review was 5 months ago and I am a regular everyday at the same time. So the long and short of it is two stars better and you are at a 3 stars.The place is not always clean and the staff is frantic assembling drinks for pick up. As a result lines are long and noise high, with baby strollers adding to the chaos. SBX needs another location on First what with the traffic increase related to new Second Avenue subway

Worst service ever. Incredibly long wait as the servers keep on chitchatting and don’t get any work done. They also speak behind the customers’ back behind the counter

My wife and I go here often. Sometimes, the line is long, but the service is usually quick and the baristas are friendly. They dont offer any vegan protein boxes. It can be hard to find a seat on weekend afternoons.

This starbucks was very nice! I ordered a water, which I am always a little uncomfortable doing, but I was extremely thirsty. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely pleasant and did not say anything odd about me just ordering water. I love this place, the culture, and everything about it! Only four stars though because the bathroom was very unpleasant. I will definitely go again though!

What’s with the attitude from the Barista yelling at people to get away from the door? The line was literally so long and the orders were being taken extremely slowly, the store is filthy and the drink quality was substandard. Do better Starbucks! What happened to refined and friendly baristas?

This Starbucks is very close to a middle school, so should be prepared to have enough ingredients to make what the customers order. I once ordered a ham & cheese croissant but it was frozen, so I had to wait 10 minutes for it, and when I received it, it was still frozen in the middle. Another time, I wanted an Ultra Caramel Frappe, but they did not have the Dark Caramel Syrup. Finally, today I ordered a pink drink, and rather than telling me that they did not have coconut milk, they just replaced it with regular milk, leaving me with a drink that tastes completely different than it should.

Staff is rude, if they are asked to repeat the order thay shout at us and give cruel looks!!!Too loud music , so while giving the order they do not like if we cannot hear the first time they ask anything and if we ask them to repeat.

Very friendly baristas, quick service! My beverage is usually perfect at this location, they never mess it up. I’m usually not a big fan of Starbucks, but this location seems to be the best of them all

Ive been here 6 times and the staff seems stoic if not cold and theyve gotten my order wrong basically every time but one. Wrong, by either making the drink absolutely different than what I asked for or by giving me a wrong size cup and insisting its right. (and Im not dense, I know what the sizes are supposed to be)

This is a generally​ a pleasant place. This staff is not particularly attentive. Sometimes music is too loud for me. The staff all wear hats a la Brooklyn hipster, but believe me this aint Park Slope.

The order got taken promptly which included a regular and a decaf coffee. Both were handed to us with no explanation or markings as to which was which. The coffee had a strange taste to it that was unacceptable. We had no choice but to pour them out and get some from Dunkin donuts.

Don’t Uber Eats anything from this location. This is the fourth time I’ve ordered a venti drink and I’ve received a grande size in a venti size cup.

I have been coming to this location almost every day for years, but the loud music is driving me away. Other reviewers have commented on the music volume, which seems to be higher than at other locations. Starbucks claims to want to be a third place for people. What kind of third place -- a nightclub? For take-out, Ill give the friendly baristas five stars.

Very rude staff - 3 different people completely ignored me (including one manager) when no one else was in line and I was just asking a very quick question - won’t come back

I was there Monday morning and to be honest, this is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that they treated me sooooooo nice. I don’t know the names of the girls that were there but they were awesome.

The service attitude from one of their staff is the worst I have even experienced. I was holding the drink in the line waiting to be served and the staff said “you should say, excuse me, can I have this drink/food so I know you want to order”, a complete shock and awful attitude, what I am in line for if not for ordering? Good place. Large space to get some rest with a cup of coffee. It is quite difficult to find pretty large Starbucks store like this here in Manhattan.

Paid an additional $0.70 on five drinks for soy milk on coffee drinks. Grabbed the drinks to go and when I got home, noticed none of them had soy milk... a $30 order to the trash as all my family is lactose intolerant :(.

Iove this location, I ordered a pistachio latte and a spinach feta wrap. Really fast service and staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Great energy and nice flow. Recommended!

I only deliver packages there. But the staff is always great when i come in. They even offer me hot beverages.

They take way too many online orders and it takes time to make all those drinks.

Why must people sit around for so long after they are done? Dont they realize that people are wanting to sit and enjoy their latte?

When I told my barista Moriah she had given me the wrong drink she looked at me and sarcastically said “oh did I? Did I give you the wrong drink?” She then proceeded to mock my cleft lip. This is something that has bothered me for years and has prevented me from finding a good woman.I wanted to respond and asked for her pronouns to properly address her to which she replied “that/bitch”I asked to speak to the manager and she said oh I don’t think he could hear you from down there, this hurt. I take my height seriously as my father was the same height and he refused to back down from the kozaks when they came to take his land in ‘76.She then turned to the black gentleman standing next to me and said “go wait in the back of the line” even though he was next. When he refused she just threw his drink at him and said “take that rosa parks”Frankly I was both appalled and scared . The manager warned us to not look her in the eye as she is dangerous due to her experience boxing crackheads on west 4th st for her youtube channel @moriahgothand$.If i had to describe her in three words I wouldn’t be able to but just know I was not happy.

The Extra Mile! - I was visiting from RI for an important job interview. Went to get a Frappacino. Somehow, Eddie got me too small a size. When he realized it, he got be a SUPER size (I think it was bigger than I paid for) and was very kind, hospitable and gracious! Grand Slam, EDDIE!

This place is getting off. Order a brewed coffee and they make you wait ! ! Got a parking ticket dealing with this place . Pay .50 cents for like 9 min and they take 8 min to get it then whole you add milk and sugar another 2 or 3 min and your over the time oh almost forgot have to wait to place order so 95.00 for a cup of coffee. Lucky that I gave them 2 stars. Only good thing for the other star is come in a see Ashley

If I could give zero stars I would. This location without fail is the worst of the upper east side. I usually bite my tongue but I’ve had enough. Last week I ordered two venti drinks and when I picked it up at the mobile pick up I asked for a cup of puppacino. They proceeded to tell me they now have to charge for it. I walked out bc why on earth would I pay for that when I just bought $13 worth of drinks.I reached out to Starbucks corporate on IG and they told me the policy has not changed and it should be free. Great! So I go back today and picked up my two drinks and proceeded to ask hey can I get a puppacino. And guess what the first barista proceeds to just stare at me and pretend not to hear me. The barista next to her says we have to charge you a $1. Hold up $1 for a cup of whipped cream after spending $10 today? So I mentioned I have a message from corporate in writing that policy has not changed and it should be free. They DID NOT CARE. Instead of saying sorry for the mixup here’s one this time. She says I can ring up the receipt and show you it’s $1.So my brulee latte I left the whipped cream out. I should just ask for it to be on the side since that’s part of my order. This location is a joke. Staff is rude on the weekdays and weekends. If I was walking to the 93rd st location I rather go there. Better yet I will make the walk over there even if it means it will take longer for me.Management if you see this, train your team.

Starbucks experience here three weeks in the row.. You always have to wait a very long time and every time they either forget your Drink or will give you the wrong drink or the wrong size of drink, then instead of apologizing they give you this face, its not my fault its whoever took the order fault or blame a each other and keep not making the drink again until you have to really get mad. This fat black lady there is the worst and has a big attitude.

In Starbucks you try each Starbucks and might be yes, same recipe but it is something about love and care of the people who makes yours, I found my favorites Starbucks Baristas, it is about the people not the brand franchise name.

Dont you hate when a place doesnt have an item on the menu!?! Otherwise the service was good and the gentlemen who took my order was nice and suggested other options.

Went in during the evening in the expresso machine was not working and the person who work there did not inform us on when it would be fixed or what was going on. I consider this an acceptable I will never go to the Starbucks again I will start boycotting your products

This SB is consistently slow. It takes forever to get your order, doesnt matter the time. Dont say I didnt warn you.

This starbucks has the best coffee in the area, hands down. Always freshly brewed and delicious.

Not the biggest store but definitely the busiest for the neighborhood. If you are looking for a calm relaxing inviting environment you can sit and enjoy look elsewhere. If you are looking for a quick grab and go coffee thats a delish cup of SBUX with out the sitting and relaxing aspect of Starbucks this is your spot.

Mmm, coffee! Mmm, MORE coffee! This location is awesome. Coffee is always well crafted — not rushed or lacking like in other places. Best baristas ever. Place is clean and organized. You can sit and enjoy your coffee without feeling like you’re in a sardine can. Great place to go if you’re in this area.

The service is getting slower and theres 1 or 2 rude baristas who obviously dont like their jobs and take it out on customers with poor and rude customer service. And sometimes they just blast the music so you cant even have a conversation.

For ten days in August my family and I had breakfast here. What an enormous fortune to have this place near the hotel. Friendly, smiling service. Wi-fi and sockets for charging mobile phones at each location. Bathroom always available and clean. The double espresso is excellent as the double chocolate brownie. There is truly the spirit of Starbucks here: I read that the founder wanted to create a third place between home and work. Here you can breathe that air much more than in all the other Starbucks in New York and, in constant search of coffee, I have visited many of them. Compliments. Well done!
