Always wait,service very rude,A man said he didn’t care costume. I live in here.but this store rude 3 years never change

This place is a little bit hard to find on the corner of seventh Avenue, but once I went in, I wasn’t greeted. It didn’t even seem like they were open as it was still very early in the morning, the lady at the register seemed as though maybe it was an inconvenience for me to order two vanilla lattes, and an iced coffee. Never made small talk, although I get it, its early - but with the vast variety of coffee shops that are local in the area I definitely wouldn’t choose this one again

I came here recently and it was crowded. I do not mind that at all. That Starbucks is also a great stop to stay warm for a little while. I ordered a holiday drink . They made it really delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was when my name was called & someone grabbed my coffee fast.The best tip I can give is to be alert in this Starbucks location . People will take your food/drink if you aren’t putting attention .

Nowhere to sit. 3 chairs for the entire place. No bathroom. This is when we appreciate Florida’s ☀️Starbucks !

The trash was constantly over flowing. I say constantly because we were there 6 days in a row. Friendly staff, great view of Broadway.

The staff was nice and friendly! Really cool different atmosphere, but they had no seating which was a bummer and the drinks weren’t quite as warm as I would’ve liked them to be, however I was a bit on the frozen side so that could’ve been my fault. The drink also didn’t burn my tongue which was a plus. The reason for the bad review is we didn’t want to stay due to the lack of seating and there was a faint smell of urine... I know that New York, but this is a grab and go type of place in my opinion. Don’t plan on staying to utilize their free WiFi for too long here let alone write a book. ;)

A great Starbucks locationEven with a lot of people, they still manage to turn over orders fairly quickly. They also have a sign board with your name to see how far your drink is along with other people, however it is kind of hard to decipherdrinks came perfectly as expected and service talk by our orders was quick and efficientGreat job overall!

I really hate that this Starbucks has turned to a model to get your money and get you out of there. They have no where to sit and eat which is what I like to do.

It took them four times to get my drink right. FOUR TIMES! The thing I ordered was an Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte, which is right off the menu, meaning it was not some crazy complex drink. Normally, I wouldn’t mind if they got the drink wrong the first time, but four is excessive. It’s very crowded, but I should have been expecting it considering this Starbucks is in New York. Music was terribly loud and obnoxious. Coffee is pretty good though

The location was nice but the service was awful. I waited 20 minutes for a brownie payed 6$, but it never came. I talked to the guy, but they didn’t listen to me and in the meanwhile there was a guy near me who was dancing like crazy and staring at me.🍑🖐🏻🤔😫🥹😝🤓🤓😜🫡💋😵🤢

I love the morning crew. From the manager Diana, to the crew itself, Luis, Will, Heidi, Judy. They are so welcoming, they’re friendly. I honestly prefer to order Starbuck rather than bring coffee from home because seeing them brightens my day. 5 STAR CREW, FOR REAL !

It’s safe to assume that with a chain this large, we are to rate each establishment based on their predictability and consistency. In this case, same old.

Accidentally ordered a drink from the wrong store that is really far away, but a very friendly barista named Tyler made one for me. Appreciate Tyler’s kind help and his warm attitude!

The man at the register was super friendly & accommodating, however the girl working on the bar was not. Granted, she was very busy, but I don’t think that warrants treating customers badly. She accidentally made my husbands drink hot instead of iced, and when he told her it was supposed to be iced she rolled her eyes and sighed at him, and reluctantly remade it while slamming everything else down on the counters. I don’t think that behind the Starbucks counter is the appropriate place to throw a temper tantrum, maybe next time she should do so in the break room.

Unacceptable service. Opening hours not respected. It was supposed to open on 29.12.22 at 5 am. I was in front of the store at 7:00 am for 10 mins, they didn t open , neither put a not on the door for apologies or else. One lady came to the door rude and not customer service oriented, like it was normal for us to wait outside on the cold without explanations. I don’ t recommend this coffee shop at all.For me it would have been Zero star if available.

While the staff was very busy and friendly, I received my wrong coffee after 15 minutes of waiting. I don’t think this location is very organized with mobile orders and orders placed at the register. I am not blaming the staff here, I am blaming the three managers that were just standing around watching the staff hustle to get everyone’s order down with a smile. I’m not sure what these three managers were supposed to do but the sure didn’t help in the organization and efficiency of running this location. Needs to be better especially during a morning rush.

What a great little place to pop in and get your favorite beverage and or coffee. Light meals also available at the tills. The top notch Starbucks quality is always discovered in the taste of their beverages. Service is relatively fast. Have a seat at the window and enjoy watching New York Pass you by. There are charging pads built into the counter tops to wirelessly charge your mobile device

I woke up early in search for a New York City Been There Series coffee mug. I hit almost every Starbucks at Times Square until I arrived here where turned out got the last one on the shelf. This was a very small Starbucks but still had a line to order. Beside the mug I got a coffee to go. The barista was nice and friendly.

The people that work here are very nice and get the orders out swiftly.

Good crowd management, impressive how they make one of the busiest places feel normal and easy. Not much seating but great option for picking up a drink and a souvenir mug.

Never going back again.I work around this starbucks. Been there 3 times, here is a summary of my experience:1. ordered tea and banana bread - around 10:30am. No one waiting on line. I waited for 5 minutes, no tea or banana bread was made. I asked and finally got the tea, and it took another 5 minutes for the cashier to realize no one is getting the banana bread, and I asked it toasted, it was not.2. ordered tea - waited, and then was presented with tea that was incorrect. when asked for the right tea, they said they ran out. Why dont you tell me you ran out when I ordered? and the manager said to cancel the order. No apologies.3. I only went again, because my usual tea place ran out of tea. Ordered a grande, DID NOT get a grande. But got a medium cup with a dirty lid.I am so done with this place. Making tea should take 1 minute. If starbucks doesnt want to be in this business, dont. But, I think the service and management here is just appalling.

Very chaotic and they got my order wrong. It also took forever to get my drink due to like what felt like 100 people in that small space.

Relaxed in this Starbucks at night. It was getting to around 11:40pm when they came out to sweep the floors. They didnt make me feel uncomfortable despite staying so late and so close to their closing time --really appreciated it.

The worst starbucks i ve been to so far, in the US or abroad. Really unpleasant waiters (all of them!) , no place to seat and no restrooms. The worst being a waitress laughing when we asked her to warm a sandwich in which it is written : warm meal... Definately avoid this place.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been in. I travel to various cities around the country and always use Starbucks to catch up on work, grab a beverage, potentially have a meal, and use the restroom. This one in particular has unprofessional staff, no customer restroom (seriously!?!), and terrible seating. Avoid this location until they fix it!

Worst customer service. Cant keep track of their orders. They actually lost mine and some other guys. Asked them about my order 3 times and was told its coming. Finally after 30 minutes I asked the manager and he had someone make it. Theres a Starbucks on every corner, go to literally any other one

Stopped by quickly on the way to a show. Three drinks quickly made and employees pleasant. Shop well kept too and drinks great and customized well.

For a p[ace which is located in one of the crowded places, they really do a good job and prevent long lines. All Starbucks are the same, and i love their coffee, but this one is really operating in a professional way.

No washrooms, few tables, staff not-so-friendly. So many better places to spend your money. Skip it. Other locations nearby far better.

One of the worst starbucks in the area. I am in the same building but walk two blocks to another location. They consistently make drinks wrong and have some of the worst wait times.

Theyre fraps taste nasty. I ordered a caramel frappachino and i wish i didnt waste my money. It tasted like straight coffee and milk smh

This is the place I always stop with my family before jumping in the subway... although it is a small store.. it is well organized and Im always well served..

Ordered hot matcha this morning on coconut milk and was very disappointed to get matcha on regular.

Too slow and too many missed orders. Renovated and reopened a few months back, guessing they hired all new people.

A typical Starbucks however I would say given this place location it is super busy and crowded however staff were super efficient friendly and pleasant while under stress. Tip them!

I have never left a review for a Starbucks before but this Wednesday morning I met the sweetest group of baristas. I have literally never walked into a Starbucks filled with such kind people. Abby is the absolute sweetest human and deserves to be promoted immediately.

I waited for a decaf from 1:13 to 1:33 terrible it took twenty minutes and it was cold and expensive and it was not even good 😑

Service is extremely slow and baristas are rude to customers. I grabbed my drink and the barista yelled at me to not just grab drinks however I have had no issue grabbing my drink when I see it’s ready for my mobile orders. She said I should listen out for my name but I hadn’t gotten there yet to hear my name being called. I was not the only one she and another barista were being rude to. Never had such an unpleasant experience in any other Starbucks stores.

The quality/taste is keep on decreasing day by day.

This is one of my favorite places to take coffe and brunch in the morning before i go to work. There is always a line because Starbucks is really popular place but the staff is working really hard and fast so you wont wait a lot. If you want to skip the line just order from the app on the your mobile device. You can order it and it is really easy after that you just need to pick it up and you are going to skip the line. Enjoy.

Its a nice and pretty chill place to hang after a show or just after a days work. I often sit in a starbucks and write or read. coffee was good.

My to-go order wasn’t nearly ready and they couldn’t seem to get the whole order together. Also, at 7:30am there was nothing out or ready for the day. The coffee was okay and my food was correct, but it wasn’t without waiting and instruction.

Had wonderful experience, just make sure you check your receipt they might overcharge you.

Starbucks is Starbucks, but who doesnt put a bathroom in a place that serves caffeine?

This might be the busiest Starbucks in the world. Just blocks from Times Square, filled with people all the time. Lions waiting outside for buses, and just New York busy all around. Be warned, there are no bathrooms available.

Who blasts hip hop and rap in a public location? This Starbucks does. Who blasts hip hop and rap with glaring profanity? This Starbucks does. Most of the staff seem nice but some common sense is needed in certain situations. I was told by a regular patron that this is actually a common occurrence.

In this Starbucks some of the guys are really RUDE for no reason,I don’t know the management don’t teach them how to talk.I order a triple espresso and a cup of ice.I order two time the cup of ice and I ask for it one time.One of them told me loudly I have to order the ice next time like was my false if they don’t write the orders.Finally after 35 mins because was busy I went to next Starbucks to pick up a cup of ice.

Addicted to coffee and so close to the hotel (Crowne Plaza, Times Square) we were staying in so visited this Starbucks cafe almost everyday while in NYC. Good coffee, quick service.

Its just another retail outlet with no personal touch with the customers by the staff....not even a willful welcome greet or a smile...heads and eyes digged in the order screen. My experience in Mumbai based Starbucks outlets where I have experienced all these positively.

There was only one person in front of me in line when I walked in. There were were 6 employees standing around talking, not doing anything but ignore the customers in line for at least 2 minutes. A lady behind me asked the employees if someone was working, one employee explained that someone was clocking in, I guess it was a shift change but that doesnt mean that there should be 6 people standing behind the register not doing anything waiting for one employee to clock in. Thats the first time Ive ever seen such bad service at a starbucks. A couple people behind me in line ended up leaving. When I am at work, even if I am off the clock I make sure that customers are taken care of if they walk in. Also, this is the second time Ive come to this location and the restrooms have been closed but it seems the employees are using it just fine.

I love Starbucks and always give it 5 stars everywhere I go. This shop however doesnt have a bathroom for customers . Sigh.

Didnt put any espresso in my $5 caramel brulee latte, didnt realize it until i had left so basically paid $5 for half a cup of flavored milk. They took 10 minutes to do all this and didnt even get the order right. I need a refund

A very good cafeteria. Maybe I would like there to be more space to consume right there. More tables and chairs. The products are excellent and the coffee aroma is extremely rich and welcoming. I couldnt help but express how much it worries me that everything is disposable today. It worries me to think where all the waste that is generated by drinking a simple coffee will end up.
