Usual Starbucks. I needed to grab a quick bite and grabbed the turkey sandwich which I asked to warm up. The cashier was lovely.

Staff is very rude, they were treating very bad an old lady. They weren’t doing nothing and took them like 5 mins to take my order.

Delicious 😋 spinach feta wrap and hot chocolate. Lovely staff. Matcha Latte and egg bites are so good.

The Whisky Barrel aged cold brew coffee has to be one of their best creations! Smooth, sweet with a complex fruity taste..Its a huge establishment and even more considering NYC. Great choices of sweet and savory items which I do not see in other Starbucks. Must visit for anyone visiting NYC

Nice store. Still weird without all the seating, but conveniently located right next to the Q and F trains at the Lexington and 63rd stop.

Most Starbucks locations in Manhattan are pretty atrocious, but this one I like. I always find a table, and the coffee here is somehow better than in other locations. This ones just better. I also need to thank Mr. Ant, who was very pleasant and generous to me (small acts of kindness and a customer never forgets).

To my amazement. First, Sturbucks without loud music early in the morning. Thank God!!. Everything else as any other Starbucks cafeteria.

This Starbucks had lotta of space, I high table and a shelf of books!I’ve never seen that before.

At 9:05 Am, I ordered two bagels, a croissant, a medicine bawl, and two coffees. The waiting time was ridiculous. I also needed to ask secerals time for the coffee because the order was incomplete. I finally left the store at 9:29

No surprise, large offer, quick delivery, kind staff.

I ordered some beverages from this store today and the service was abysmal. I ordered up at the counter and the cashier was totally uninterested in doing her job and obviously wasnt listening to a thing I said. I asked to order one iced drink and the other hot. Both drinks came out iced. I politely asked that they re-make one drink iced, and the worker just went off. She was yelling, complaining, and being completely and utterly rude. I don’t understand how a simple question of “Can you please remake this drink; we ordered it hot.” became such a spectacle with a worker being nasty and rude, audibly complaining and using profanity. All of it was totally unnecessary and inappropriate. I unfortunately did not get her name but I ordered around 3:30 today, Saturday the 16th of November.

Such an awesome Starbucks!! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Extraordinary service! Nice vibe and great music! I have had a Caramel Macchiato and it was delicious! Made with love and expertise! Heading back to London today and will be dreaming about this Starbucks experience! Great send off! Thank you!!

This Starbucks feels like a sanctuary.Its filled with locals, has a calm atmosphere, is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional.

Its a Starbucks, theyre pretty much all the same. Cant spell Meredith though.

Great Starbucks location. The staff is friendly and fast and efficient. They take the time to spread happiness. A. B. rocks as he gives great recommendations. I wish all service employees were as professional as A.B.

First time going to this location and I have go say that I really enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich and the mango dragon fruit lemonade.

I work nearby and for the most part, i always had a good experience here. my coworkers avoid coming to this location because they claim to have bad experiences. i never had a reason until recently i decide to go after my shift (evening time). i forgot to tell the cashier to add coconut milk instead of regular milk. i realize right when i got to the barista so i quickly told her if she can hold on making my drink. i explain my reason and told her which drink it was.. she sounded annoyed and told me to talk to the cashier. i manage to have the gentleman at the cashier to charge me the extra for it & then i hear the barista say “i already made it with regular milk”.. i didnt understand why she would do that when i wasnt rude about it. i work in the area and get how nasty some clients can get but i was being very nice about it... anyway, the gentleman had to get of the register and make it himself. i also heard another girl say “be nice” to her. YES, be nice indeed. now i understand why all my colleagues go to 66st and 3rd or 63st and lex because the way they train the employees here isn’t well at all.

Worst Starbucks ever. No customer service. Cant get a drink done right. Bad attitude from employees. Refuse to give extra warm milk to customer and demonstratively pour it in the drain. No sugar or cinnamon/ chocolate powder available. Getto service.

I ordered pumpkin spice latte but they gave me normal coffee .. thankfully they changed it ..sorry for 2 star though I love starbucks... this is 2nd time they did mistake over here

Workers might be races. Served me last when I came in before several customers. Cashier kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my order.

Its Starbucks. Bring your dogs, bring your laptop, stay all day. No need to even purchase anything. There are no rules any more at this massive chain.Heres a tip. Ask for espresso with flavor of choice over ice. Then pour your own milk at the straw counter. You just saved $4 on your iced latte.

20 min for order. Simple 2 drinks on a very slow day. I waited 15 min to ask if they had my order and the guy with dreads snapped as if I was inconveniencing him for asking.

Very fast and friendly customer service. The cafe was not crowded or busy, and clean. Not much places to sit. Took my order to go.

Bathrooms are always closed and prices are higher compared to other Starbucks locations.

Nice atmosphere. Theres plenty of seating, yet ownership should make improvements like electrical maintenance and supply stock - They were OUT OF LEMONADE!

Horrible service by Esteban, who looks completely stoned at 12 PM. You go to Starbucks to get your day going, you cross ways with Esteban and your day is suddenly much worst. He is just there... is it a coffee, is it a croissant?!?!.... he doesnt know beacause he either doesnt care, or he is so out of it he cant remember 5 minutes ago-his words,not mine! Keep it up Starbucks! You should give Esteban a nice Christmas bonus!

I just stopped in to have something warm to drink and had some hot chocolate that was really good. I have been a Starbucks customer for many years (since 2000). So I enjoy a visit to any of the locations

Always some error in my order. Bad attitude, exhibited by almost the entirety of the staff. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient location for me on my way to work, but enough is enough, I am making the effort to walk a different route now.

Lovely welcome from the staff to us a family of 5 from the UK. We stopped in a few times to Starbucks on 3rd, the staff were always helpful and polite, great service nice food and drinks.

Fast service. Bagel cream cheese served with a spoon. Only available table. Cery dirty. Herea half hour. No attempt to clean. Cream cheese didnt seem real. Very watery. Dont understand the hype.

Always a perfect cup of coffee and the food is delicious. Just sampled the new summer mocha with cookie crumble and it was delicious!

Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in Manhattan. The seating is spread out nicely and not too crowded in the earlier mornings. In my experience with the morning staff, I’ve always been greeted with some of the best early morning energy. There is a bathroom in this Starbucks which, well as any public restroom goes, you get what you get.But overall this is one of my top picks. The morning staff also work FAST I often order while getting off the train at the station right next to the doors here and my drink is ready by the time I’m walking up the stairs. Little things that make the morning better.While my experience here is mostly exclusive to the mornings I still recommend this location above the 57th and Lex location which does not have seating for example ☺️

Definitely ruined my Starbucks experience here. My sandwich was absolutely embarrassing when it comes to size and quality. The drink that I got was okay at best

The Baristas are always VERY sweet. They are always very very courteous. Its always nice to stop in after a long day.

Very home_like*one woman was hard at work on her computer which was pluged in with a lengthy extension cord ;under her table was a rather large dog napping o n a blanket with a cup of h2o next to him (or her).

Just a regular Starbucks. I got ground coffee, so cant comment on the food. It felt like a licensed store, although thats simply a guess.One server had a sense of humor that I didnt find funny. When I made a comment that its an acquired taste, they toned it down.I got everything I needed without incident.

This is a small Starbucks in an excellent location. The staff here is quick and efficient and they really put a lot of love into making their coffee and coffee drinks. Clean, busy constantly and a lot of energy, this Starbucks is a lot of fun and a great place for coffee refreshment every time.

So sad to see how much the customer service has gone down over the years. The person taking my order was rude and looked annoyed while I was ordering. I came during non peak hours so there was nobody else waiting on line. The same person was rude and unfriendly twice in the 2 weeks i visited. Clearly she does not want to be working there and takes it out on the customers. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many years and the service gets worse. If anyone in management cares please address this rude behavior from your staff.

What a disgusting behavior from the stuff, they are rude, they dont care, and they make you wait because they are talking to each other or texting. They behaved so bad and rude with a couple of customers that I was a step away from asking to speak with the manager. There are so many other, better coffee shops to go to.

I was tired from walking and a little hot. Upon entering there was A/C and the environment was fresh and clean.I ordered a cold seasonal coffee that made me regain my strength, I remember how delicious it was. There was alcohol at the entrance and a key in the bathrooms to enter.The staff was enthusiastic and friendly.The surroundings are very beautiful
