Rudest barista I’ve ever encountered. I understand that you’re short staffed, but no need to take out your frustration on me. I nicely asked for my espresso after it was obviously forgotten and waiting patiently, and was met with disgust and slamming of tools. Clearly unwelcomed. Thanks but no thanks.

Uh... Slick interior. But not worth the visit. The coffee sounds good but either the barrister or the roast did not make the cut. One roast on the grinder only and espresso in PAPER cups??? Really?

Best peppermint matcha latte and friendliest staff! I love coming to this place to study or for a quick grab and go matcha fix. Caroline is wonderful and the sweetest barista. I definitely recommend this cozy cafe near NYU area.

Good coffee I come here daily. Knocking one star down because of their POS system. Defaults to $1 tip so it’s easy to accidentally pay an $1. It’s happened to me enough times that I’m writing this.

Cute interior, i like the space. Came in April 5, Wednesday around 2-3pm. Gladly one table is vacant so i can stay for a little bit.They have discount for students.

The best coffee in the world can be found here. We went for a special coffee bean that really tasted like strawberry milkshake. We loved it so much that we bought a bag home. The coffee fragrance is really like strawberry. Love it love it love it !! I highly recommend this place. If we have a chance to come back, we will surely will !

A little out of the way, but the cold brew for $3.50 was very good. I only got it because the coffee was from Ethiopia but I ended up making a good choice. The barista was friendly, and the fact that they serve donut plant donuts gives them an extra star. The artwork was beautiful.My only gripe is that there is no public bathroom here. I understand that it is a warehouse and coffee roasting plant, but a bathroom is pretty necessary in a coffee shop.

Got off a 21 hour flight, dead tired, and this was the closest coffee shop to where Im staying right now. I ordered coffee, drip or whatever you have already brewed. Just needed a jolt of caffeine. To my surprise, that pre-brewed drip coffee was one of the most delicious cups Ive ever had. Low acidity, while being ridiculously flavorful. If thats their basic offering, I cant imagine how good the fresh brewed stuff must be. I will definitely be back everyday Im in this neighborhood.Also, the lovely barista refused to let me pay for that first cup because I mentioned my too-long flight and he said I looked like I really needed it. He was correct because it took 3 tries for me to comprehend what was happening while I tried to give him my credit card. I was so tired I literally did not understand the concept of this coffee is on me hahaha.

Great coffee but high-priced. This is down the street from me and their latest upsell is for half-caf coffee order which I ended up paying a for because the barista could not figure out how to make the drink without having to throw away a shot-baristas and bar tenders over the world dont hold your sides laughing. I just paid the extra dollar in lieu of a tip-but no more. Many people order half-caf due to atrial fibrillation. We can drink coffee and appreciate the best, but really have to cut down on the caffeine. Perhaps pre-blending, customizing, and above all tactful customer service, would result in regular customers by those who live on the block. You really do have excellent coffee and it should not be more for haf-caf. The prices are high enough already

Baristas are friendly and very good at their job.Ive never gotten anything other than their cappuccino, but its just the right amount of acidity and frothy sweetness for my palate.Doughnuts from Doughnut Plant are an indulgence. Sometimes they have gluten free vegan salted chocolate chip cookies (which are tasty, but the salt dries them out), and rarely have gluten free vegan peanut butter cookies - which are amazing.I end up here about 5 times a week. I should really just buy their beans and pick up some milk and make my own at home. Great coffee, pastries and small working area. Service was friendly. But there isnt a customer restroom--which the space doesnt have enough seats to legally require--so take your coffee to go.

Had the drip coffee, imo tastes the best at a lukewarm temperature. Friendly enough, but -1 star for several cups and plates that werent cleared despite it being slow.

Love the coffee here. Chill vibe, great beans, and good atmosphere, you should stop here if youre on the go or you want to relax and finish your coffee the warmth of shop.

Causal coffee house with their own brand of beans. A large bar for working and socializing but its on the cozy side.

Go to this location if you want your coffee served with a side of attitude! There are ways to say no to something a customer is requesting without serving up attitude and sass alongside it. Left a nasty taste in my mouth for sure! Rudeness should never be tolerated. It was a barista btw, not the manager.

Tucked away in a quite neighborhood two blocks away from St. Marks Place, this place is a hidden gem. I dropped by this place around 2PM and the place wasnt crowded. Coffee was great and I liked how they offer a number of seats by large windows.

I live a few blocks from their spot in Brooklyn, which is dangerous because the lavender agave iced latte is a dream in a cup. Not sure why its 25 cents more at the Manhattan location but who cares! Theyre so nice! The spot is nice! Someone take my wallet away before this becomes #summerofCOSCR2016

Very friendly, in an airy but cozy space, making pretty good coffee. They pull their espressos fairly long by todays standards, and honestly this works better for some beans than others. If youre looking for intense flavors in your espresso this may not be the best spot for you. Ive had some subtle and pleasing floral elements in some shots, while others were overextracted.The baristas seem to be skilled with milk. Perhaps their sweet spot (so to speak) is the cortado, because the latte has enough milk to overwhelm the long espresso.Ill be back!

Excellent atmosphere, wonderful smells, and expertly-crafted coffee at a reasonable price. If thats not enough, they have decent taste in music, the staff is friendly, and theres usually enough room to work from while watching folks walk by from your seat. The only downside is that there isnt a bathroom, but I can imagine more people would camp out here if they had one.

No difference between cappuccino and latte. No sweetness to the foam, actually, barely any foam: just steamed milk and espresso.Better than Starbucks though.

Love their coffee and the ambience- its not too small and not gigantic like a La Colombe - just the right size though Ive seldom managed to find seats. They stopped serving the pourover which disappointed me a lot because their pourover was especially nice. Most importantly though they have great beans and the baristas are well trained.

Staff is chill, coffee is great, outside benches to enjoy the sunshine while you sip.

Its cold outside and inside they have the air conditioning on full blast... impossible to stay inside. Mocha good, but the small one costs 8 dollars, too much. They dont have cups, just paper cups. No wifi.

I ordered drip coffee, but of course they didnt make it on the spot, but it still tasted good. The store is not very spacious. When I visited, most of the customers were local.
