The music was good and vibes were fun. but the bathrooms…..so the bathrooms have these doors with a giant cut out in the middle for there to be a mirror. but two of the three bathroom doors didnt have the mirrors in the middle. so you can see into the bathroom where someone is peeing……

Had a great time at this place last night! Music was amazing thanks to DJ Mekhanik ! Bartender Dylan was providing incredible service at the bar. I’m very picky, but he did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Went here for spirits speakeasy. Enjoyable experience, cocktails were $18 a piece. Gabby the bartender gave herself a 25% tip on my card without saying anything. It wasnt specified on the menu either, which makes this illegal.

Pretty cool speakeasy/cocktail bar. A small spot with not much area to sit down on except the bar. The entire place is lit by black light so be careful and come clean (kidding haha)Music was mainly house when I went but I hear they also play some hip hop and latin.Cocktails were decent, nothing memorable. Oh and btw they sell fried chicken sandwiches and the bathroom doors have 2 way mirrors so you can see everyone outside but noone can see you inside (unless they try hard)

Underwhelming atmosphere and vibe. Music was way too loud I could barely have a conversation across the table. I was expecting a chill cocktail lounge and was disappointed. Would not go back.

We went there with friends for the magic show and had purchased VIP tickets. We were in a weird corner with doors blocking the view from the show. The show was quote disappointing unfortunately.Bar was out of wine and champagne...

Terrible customer service and little to no respect for patrons or DJs.This venue has no crowd and begs DJs to come and bring a business to them but doesn’t even know how to treat these people with respect.You can tell they won’t be open for very long.

The venue itself is a vibe! Cozy in the right way, where theres enough room to socialize and breathe at the same time.The door girl was super friendly that night and educated me on the space with a light walk through. Definitely coming back for a cocktail or two

Cool speakeasy with vibey decorations. More of a standing up and talking/dancing spot than date spot.Drinks were pretty good!

Loved the tacos! Live DJ was great, bartender was attentive and friendly. designed of the bar was unique and nice. Drinks were on point especially the Island Boy cocktail. Will be back

I actually really like this spot. The entrance is like behind a bookshelf which is pretty cool. If you know, you know right? Otherwise, its a chicken spot I believe 🤫 If youre a beer drinker, they mainly only have IPAs so you may have to try something new for the night. Dope atmosphere and with occasional reggae/Soca nights, its the chef kiss 💯 Definite recommend.

I went here with a few of my friends for NYE. we had bought tickets a month prior, when we got there, we arrived early, and we’re not allowed to enter. We waiting till it was time to go in to come back to a line. Since THEIR system was down we all waiting an hour, EXCEPT the people who got a table, who were allowed in immediately despite everyone else waiting on line in the rain for an hour. No apologies were made and the manager was very rude. When we got inside it was WAY over capacity, we didn’t even have room to walk. Normally I don’t give reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to leave one here for everyone else to know. - to the venue, do better, honestly.

Went to the NYE event at Sincerely, Ophelia and had a blast. The drinks and bartenders were great and super fast. The DJ was also playing really good music. Would definitely go to another event there!

I had my 25th birthday party here and I had the best time! The service and staff are incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I dropped off balloons and a cake a few hours before my event and when I came back at the start time of my party they had already set up the balloons which was so thoughtful. The staff checked on my and my group multiple times throughout the night to make sure we were having a good time. I ended up leaving my disposable camera at the bar and the manager was so communicative and held it for 4 days for me. If youre considering having a party here, I highly recommend!

Came here around 9pm on a Friday evening and found it mostly empty. There were maybe 2-3 others at the far end of the bar, and one of the staff told me that it doesnt really fill up until the DJ gets going around 10 or 11pm. The drinks were ok, and werent necessairly overpriced, but the menu seemed like it was maybe trying harded to be something that it wasnt. This spot is definitely geared towards the younger crowd, and I could see it being fun later on a weekend night

Everything about this place and it’s people are amazing! Went here for the espresso tini class; Stephen and Ricardo couldn’t have made it a better experience. Education mixed with great drinks mixed with fun mixed with laughs!! All you could ask for and more. The vibes and the art were so cool! Absolutely incredible bar with incredible management. Thank you for a great experience!!

I dont know how people gave this place 5 star reviews especially for a birthday party but they completely ruined my friends party yesterday. It seems they do not know how to deal with people during normal events but when I had to work an underground burlesque event with them they were extremely hospitable. I guess they can only tolerate freak offs or parties of 10.

Do NOT book an event here - got completely overcharged on my birthday and terms of contract were completely ignored.Management admitted all these mistakes and told me they’d come back with a solution - that was 3 weeks ago. Have not heard back from them ever since despite follow ups.

Booked this place for my bday and I was under the impression I was booking a private section, and then when I get here they tell me we’re sharing the space with another party. totally not transparent. very disappointing. don’t recommend.

Would rate a ZERO if that was an option. High key pass on this place and never look back.

I’m giving this place a 1 star rating for making me and a whole bunch of people who got tickets a month in advance on New Year’s Eve event and we waited in line for an hour with the rain pouring on us (all because the system wasn’t working) , just to finally go into a small tiny bar that was so packed we couldn’t Move around or do much of anything. Shame on the management for hosting a party without making sure your system will read the tickets people purchased online. Also you guys let people who bought tables in first rather then letting everyone who got tickets in advance in and we was standing outside in the rain with no proper explanation or apologies.New edit: I think it’s pathetic that you guys paid for bots or people to just give you 5 stars.You still owe us an apology

I will never come back here and advise everyone to stay clear. Bizzare and overtly predatory behavior from the owner alongside a door person who played victim all night instead of properly running the door. I’ll be surprised if they’re open next year.

The place seems nice but between 10ish to 12ish there was a swarm of college kids that arrived to the place. They would go in packs of 5-6 kids to their small bathrooms like clowns to a clown car and probably do cocaine. If thats your scene, thats a place for you. The drinks were ok.. Nothing spectacular

The bartenders are mad chill especially Joey and the owners and staff overall are very welcoming. I love the vibe and atmosphere of the whole place. Will make this a reg spot

The bar has one gimmick: the “hidden” door which was wide open when I walked up. Drinks were pricy, which is to be expected for the area, but the atmosphere was just not it. I went to leave after one drink but couldn’t find the exit, so a staff member condescendingly told me and my friend “babe, it’s where you came in” instead of pointing us to its actual location. Next thing I know two security guards were pressing us as we were already attempting to leave. Terrible experience.

We took an espresso martini class with Steven🤗🙌 it was amazing!!! Steven is a great teacher and gave his special recipe for a delicious espresso martini. My friends and I had an amazing experience at sincerely Ophelia and to top it the chicken sandwich was what we needed it. I will definitely come back to this artsy speakeasy.

We had heard great things about this bar, but when we arrived the bouncer said the men in our group had to pay $50 to get inside. Nowhere on the website was this fee disclosed. Apparently, the money went toward three drinks, but it is rude for an establishment to ask for it upfront. We would have most likely spent that much anyway, but it’s bad business for a bar to do this. We also had some people who don’t drink in our group, so it’s a policy that is insensitive toward people who don’t/can’t drink. The bouncer was also rude and unhelpful when we were asking him questions about this policy.

This review is focused on the mixology class offered here. The mixology class focused on espresso martinis and daiquiris. It was a fun class overall! Steven and his team welcomed us with an espresso martini before we got class going. With a touch of history and some really great drinks, this is a class we had a great time doing!

I couldnt be more candid in singing praises for Sincerely Ophelias - what a sick cocktail-bar-meets-speakeasy. Just went for one of their boxing match events and had a really fun time with the pals.The place is decked with dope artwork, mirrors that switch onto TVs, vast bar selection, and they even get some PPV boxing matches up on the projector.You know Ill be pulling up soon! Oh and that chicken sandwich at Chicken n the egg is a MUST to end the night.

This place severely lacked any shred of decent customer service. The bartenders were rude and unprofessional. They also had an awful drink menu that consisted of items that were out of stock and they couldnt make the cocktails we asked for(dirty shirley/sex on the beach). I really dont know what to say. Also the bartender had zero sense of urgency and they automatically try to tip themselves with their little credit card machines… get real!

This place was amazing! We were just walking 2nd Ave and the energy pulled us in. I really love the decor classic images and modern paintings all around were cool. The music and drinks flowing were flowing all night.

Really neat bar with unique vibes from the hidden entrance to the creepy decor to the bathrooms with the one way glass doors. Kind of an odd beer selection with only a couple of unfamiliar ipas and lagers.

Went for their New Years open bar. It was shoulder to shoulder inside the place VERY UNSAFE. It was really giving astroworld. For a ticketed event it was way too many people and shows that they don’t care about their customers. Would not recommend

Went for NYE and had a terrible experience. Extremely disorganized and poorly managed. Got there early and waited outside in the rain for over an hour with zero communication from management why they weren’t letting people in. It was a ticketed event and once we got in the bar it was jam packed and over capacity which is very unsafe.
