The Pineapple Club is a vibrant oasis that effortlessly blends tropical charm with urban sophistication. From the colorful, lush decor to the lively yet laid-back ambiance, it’s the perfect spot for a memorable night out. The cocktail menu is a creative delight, with standout drinks like the “Pineapple Chili Margarita,” a bold and refreshing mix of sweet pineapple and spicy chili with a perfectly salted rim. The food is equally impressive, offering a thoughtful menu of globally inspired dishes—don’t miss the crispy pork spring rolls, which are packed with flavor and paired with a tangy dipping sauce. The staff are friendly, attentive, and passionate about the experience they deliver, making The Pineapple Club a must-visit for anyone seeking fantastic drinks, delicious bites, and an unforgettable vibe.
Nice place to spend time with friends. The ambience was warm and the decorations are lovely. Came here with a large group, and the servers were very catering to us. Interior decoration were so cute, and it was very spacious inside. Drinks were pretty decent and fairly priced. The I’ll Never Lychee Go was a delicious cocktail. For food we got the Pork Bao Buns and they are a bit expensive but tasted well for a drinks place. Overall a good place for a relaxed vibe out.
From the Deco to the nice music playing. Perfection!! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Perfect for big groups! Food was amazing. Service was incredible. Good things happening here, 100% recommended.
This is a fantastic place! We reserved a large table for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a great time. Matthew, the owner, was amazing to work with - he is really pursuing his passion. He was so responsive and really knows his business. The service was great, the drinks (especially the espresso martini shots are delicious), the decor is cool, and it’s in a great location. Overall, you can’t go wrong. We will definitely be going back.
Hands down one of the coolest spots I haven been to in New York! The food was incredible and the drinks were divine.Matt, one of the owners and his crew were attentive and took such great care of us when we were there. My friends & I absolutely loved the atmosphere, we will definitely be back!
The ambiance is very nice, cute decor. Service was pretty good too, the waitress was nice and gave us lots of tips and info, tho she was busy at times and we had to try a bit harder to get her attention. The food was good but seemed like a very random combination of fried foods, without a unifying culinary concept. Avocados, yuca, bananas, you name it ...they fry it.The drinks on the other hand were quite underwhelming. My first drink was served half full in a small glass ..it was okay but nothing to write home about. My second drink got confused with one of my friends.. and it wasnt really a frozen margarita like I thought it would be.The chili shots were ok, they burned a lot and were fun to try, but not anything crazy good. Also wished there was water on the table. My favorite part was the flamingo🦩 lamp 😂
Came for drinks and was happily surprised by the food! The fried chicken is super crispy, the yucca fritters were enjoyable, the basil fried rice is very flavorful and slightly 🌶, the pork buns were soft and tasty but the the bun was a bit moist. The drinks were great, and the restaurant has a chill lounge vibe. Overall this East Village spot is definitely worth a try!
Found this location at the last moment. Happy hour drinks were surprisingly high quality. The background music selection are excellent. Enjoyed the vibe and decor. Waitstaff and bartender were great.A great place to burn time, drink, snack, and chit-chat.
The space is very happening. Attracts a young crowd who look like theyre having fun. The happy hour drink menu is minimal and the pins colada from the regular menu was small and not strong. The food sounded more interesting than it was although the thai fried rice was tasty. Much of it was under seasoned. The wings were straight up boring. Its a shame because its so easy to make good wings and these were not.The yucca fritters could have seriously used some garlic or alliums or peppers inside the filing. Its a very starchy vegetable that needs to be broken up.The potatoes bravas were very weak. If youre not going to make it classically then they should be amazing, but they werent.Avocado fries really needed some sort of pizzazz including salt or soy sauce or something.
Pineapple Club is now our go-to boozy brunch place for large groups (6 or more) people. The restaurant has two floors ordering lots of space for seating in a very fashionable salon-style setting. Theyve got a great selection of brunch classics, and we usually end up ordering one of each and sharing family style. I particularly like the steak and eggs - the beef is always cooked just right to keep it juicy, while the terikayi glaze gives it a nice sweet-savory flavor profile. The avocado fries, chicken and waffles, and Pineapple Express were the other standouts on the menu. The cocktails are equally great - my favorites are the Frozen Aperol (perfect for a hot summer day) and the La La Land.
This was a beautiful space!! It is massive and has an underground space that became a 2 story situation! I love the pineapple club and our server was so friendly!!! Highly suggest making your way here for drinks, food and the vibes!!!
Mediocre $24 impossible burger, extremely expensive drinks, and—on top of it all—a 20% mandatory large party gratuity for service that was inattentive (probably because the tip was automatic) and nowhere near worth 20%, which is traditionally the tip for stellar service. They also charge $3 (three dollars!) for ice in a cocktail. Good heavens!
I loved the interior, the wallpaper gives you a very hip vibe, the plants and the lighting are all amazing. The food and drinks were great as well.. a little pricy, but worth it. Espresso Martinis to die for. Staff was simply amazing.
I came here while walking through the neighborhood for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! It was a lively, fun and filled with good vibes. It is a great place to have drinks and something to snack on. We had the oysters and the skirt steak for meals. The oysters were really fresh and the steak also came with their version of patatas bravas which were really good. Both meals came out quickly and we enjoyed our time there.I would recommend this place for a happy hour or to catch up with friends over drinks and food and it can also make a fun date spot.
Came in for happy hour on a Thursday. Half off certain wines and espresso martinis. :/ I started with the Strawberry Feels. A little sweet, but nice overall. I opted for a wine after. We had the tuna tartare and the pork belly bao. The tartare was good but I’ve had better. The bao was lacking. Didn’t love the music and killed the vibe. Service was good, but probably won’t be back anytime soon.
They didnt have any warm drinks as their espresso machine was broken. No tea either. Brunch was average. Disappointing / waste of money in my opinion. The Avocado toast tasted very basic, theres just so much more they could do with their menu, presentation and flavours. Its like theyre not even trying. Which is a shame since I think they have some great servers and interiors.
Glad I can come to the restaurant right after it opened indoor dining. We dined in the beautiful greenhouse garden inside the restaurant. It’s like sitting under the starry night with all the beautiful lighting decors. They have a wide cocktail selection (a lot of the cocktails are featuring the pineapple theme). The food is also very delicious. I highly recommend the salmon! Perfect texture paired with a refreshing flavored sauce. The dinner food menu is kind of small at this point. The waiter explained it’s because of the current situation. I’m looking forward to trying more food when I’m back:)
I love pineapple everything so naturally I had to check out this bar. From decor to drinks, it sticks to their theme tastefully. Two levels with many room separations make each are feel pretty intimate. This place is definitely worth a day time visit due to the large skylight in the back. On the drinks menu: I suggest the Pinapple Manhattan and Mezcal w pineapple and ginger.
Great time for grabbing drinks! Noise level is louder than expected but would still come back for another drink. Ordered avocado fries, seasoned fries, chips and quac! Not a disappointment!
Fun and casual bar with lots of drinks options. We tried their roulette drinks thing which was fun - the spicy one is VERY spicy. You do not want to drink the whole thing in one go.
Please note: I did not have the food, but I did have a soda with the gals! The locale is convenient and the service was top notch!
Such a hidden gem!I came here for Sunday night drinks with my friend and was pleasantly surprised. The space is HUGE for NYC and the décor is so cute and fun.Its feminine-mod vibes with high ceilings. Think pink, spacious and comfortable plush/velvet seating with the pineapple theme tastefully sprinkled throughout.I ordered the thats bananas and it was strong at first but you have to let the giant ice cubes melt a little, sip on it, and youll appreciate the banana and coconut cream flavors later on.My friend ordered the pineapple chili margarita, and she also at first thought it was too spicy, but ended up loving the spice mixed with pineapple. We both agreed its a great place to come with a group of friends, the music is pleasant indie-pop-ish but not too loud.We sat in the middle area but theres options to sit by the bar in the front, in the tables/booths by the front, the middle, then theres a whole downstairs- equally cute décor and spacious, but it was closed due to COVID.Also the service is A-1. The waiter sir was so nice and friendly- like happy to be there, which I noted and appreciate.
Fantastic experience! The Manager and our server Diana were both excellent. Food was outstanding and the Espresso Martini deserves its second place in the city according to Yelp. The Espresso Martini was better than any of their neighbours.
Good vibes for a classy and fun night out! Lots of space to gather if going in a large group. Sangria was amazing!
Overall rating: 4.8One statement only: top 3 espresso martinis in NYC. So good.Only reason, we’re not at a 5 is because this is the only thing I ordered. It would be a disservice to recommend the food since I haven’t had any. That said, order the drink & you’ll be happy.
Awesome vibe...great server who was very bubbly, dutiful and giggled at my Dad jokes... and very good food & drinks. Visiting from Mass. to the East Village. Cool.
Such a great spot! From drinks to food to service-- 5 stars. I had a reservation here for my birthday and the staff was just so attentive and accommodating. My friends were all incredibly late so instead of giving up my table they gave us another table downstairs, almost as if we had a little bar all to ourselves. It was better than my actual reservation haha. ALL of my friends kept asking me, How did you find this place?! Not to mention the ambience is so cute and fun! Will definitely be coming back here!
Great food & cocktail program, great atmosphere, and great service! Highly recommend for a meal, a drink, or any occasion.
Great vibe, friendly professional sevice had the best expresso martini and pineapple old fashioned was great
Probably the best espresso martini i’ve had. the blue drink had aloe in it which definitely made the texture super interesting
My absolute favorite bar in the east village. Come here, trust me!!! Never disappoints
Great food, amazing service, delicious drinks that pack a punch!
Amazing drinks, music, food, vibes, and service. What more can you ask for? Overall good night. I ordered the skirt steak (flavorful) with a beet and gin cocktail (delightful).
We had a reservation for a large party and it took about 10 minutes before any staff or host greeted us. They got our table together quickly and our waiter was great and attentive. He was well-versed with the menu and quickly able to answer questions for our vegan friends. The food, cocktails, and mocktails were delicious and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be coming back here!
I love coming to Pineapple club! This is my go to for date night or to catch up with friends. The staff is always so hospitable and the drinks are so delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the East Village.
I’m obsessed with the Pineapple Club. It’s reasonably priced with delicious food and drinks. The vibes are also on par with great music and intimate ambiance. Would definitely come back here again.
The atmosphere and vibe is great. There are tables for large parties, the restaurant is sectioned off and doesn’t feel like one big room, more like 4 rooms. The service is good and the people are nice. The drinks are strong and delicious. The food on the other hand has seen better days. The menu is very limited and I expect the main entrees to be better. The starters are small portion, the guac is very small size. The chicken tenders is like frozen tenders. The Thai fried rice is decent, a bit salty. Most of us ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was a let down. The bread was like school buns, they should have used brioche, the chicken was small but the sauce was good. The burger was apparently better than the chicken sandwich. Very pricey place for food and drinks especially when the food is not that great. But the vibe is good and you can reserve for big groups.
Amazing place. Drink menu and drinks themselves our unique. The place is beautiful and different. Kate our server was the best. She gets 5 stars. I gave 4 stars because of the Bao pork buns lacked flavor and had a not fresh taste. But everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place.
This was a really awesome vibe. All the servers and bartenders seemed to enjoy their job, were very attentive and stylish.Definitely a great place for young adults and getting drinks and dinner with your coworkers.
Never reviewed a restaurant before but I’ve never spent so much money for such an underwhelming meal. I went to pineapple club with some friends and although the service and ambiance were solid enough I will never return here, due do the overpriced and terrible quality of the food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was the the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. The tomato paste jam they serve with the sandwich was actually very tasty but everyone who ordered it had barely any on their sandwich. A few friends also ordered the pasta Limone which was the saddest excuse for an entree I’ve ever tried. The entire entree was equivalent to a buttered pasta that had lemon squeezed on it. I could not believe the quality of this entree, it was terrible (legitimately was like a $5 pasta you would order for a toddler). I did not try the chicken burrito but according to our friends it also left much to be desired. It appeared to be a burrito filled with dry chicken and hardly any other ingredients. To my surprise the fried calamari and the burrata were decent. My fiancé ordered an appletini that tasted entirely of sour mix but aside from that all of the other drinks were made well. The only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars is due to the kind and attentive wait staff. The food and drinks were also served very promptly. Conclusion, we spent about $750 for extremely low quality entrees, good service, and a nice atmosphere. Chances are I will not be returning.
Danny the bartender was amazing. He treated us with such warm and friendly hospitality on a rainy Sunday. He brightened our day with his muscles and charming personality. Come here for some fun and smiles ♥️
The ambience is great but the food and alcohol were terrible. The staff was really nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Food was great, atmosphere is cool and drinks were bomb, but my server felt the need to clear my plate while I still had my burger in my hand. To be clear, he cleared everyones dishes the moment they were done with their food. Placemats and all. Felt like we were being kicked out
Danny at the bar and our server Tim were the best!! We had a birthday dinner here and they took amazing care of us! The food was great and the drinks even better! We loved the ambiance, perfect for big groups!
Loved hosting a private event at Pineapple club! Matthew is extremely accommodating and flexible when we wanted to change the layout and took care of all our needs. Will definitely be back for that espresso martini 💖
Beat cocktails in the city. Amazing food and great staff. This definitely my new place.
Went for brunch and the food was delicious, came out quickly for a large group, and the service was wonderful
Pineapple club is a great spot for casual drinks and food. The bartenders are excited to take care of their patrons. If you’re lucky, you’ll have the bartender “Danny with the mustache”. He’ll be more than happy to provide great service and great quality drinks. A must see spot.
Love this place! The Beets Bears Battlestar Galactica cocktail lives in my mind rent-free. Servers have always been dope. You cant go wrong.
This to me, is a staple. It’s casual but elevated. Service is good and the workers are kind. Solid bites and great espresso martinis.
Loved Pineapple Club! Had a great vibe! The food and drinks were fantastic! The burrata and pork buns were outrageous!!
Had dinner at this restaurant with two friends. The decor is cute and the staff was polite. I ordered the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and arugula salad with skirt state for dinner. Shrimp was cooked well with a nice crunchy coating. Salad was a little over coated with dressing. Leaving the arugula a bit mushed together. The skirt steak was seasoned well. For dessert I ordered the lava cake. The lava was far from warm. My friends ordered the bao buns and Korean fried chicken with Thai rice. They had no complaints. Overall decent, nothing too memorable though.
We were juste celebrating a party there yesterday everything was amazing and the woman waiter so kind but some guy another men waiter was so rude, He complained about us because we we were laughing.
We were here for a group business dinner, it was recommended by a fellow co-worker which has very high standards (just like me). The place is nice, cozy and VERY loud. We were not even able to carry a conversation with people sitting right across from each other. The food is just okay, nothing terrible but nothing fantastic either. I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the burger and it was just okay (Five Guys has a better burger -- for comparison purposes). Nobody really got too excited about this place but it isnt terrible either. Not a place I would come back to, but that doesnt mean it should be avoided either.
Staff here is so great. Cocktails are also very tasty. It’s bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. 10/10 recommend
Great friendly service! Sat my group quickly for drinks - great espresso martinis and did not rush or pressure us to order more.
The staff was great but good god was the food so painfully subpar. Hands down the most basic (and smallest) chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten while simultaneously being the most expensive. It looked like it was pulled from a school cafeteria. The burrito was ok but just ok; for a twenty something dollar burrito and sandwich they should be much much better. The apps my friends got were laughably small; I really thought we were getting pranked at first. Split a burrito and chicken sandwich with my partner, a drink each, and with tax and tip was almost $100. No thank you, never again.
Adore this place! Amazing cocktails and such great food. Gorgeous presentation & staff!!
Great bar with great cocktails! You can tell that there is a lot of love in every drink. So much fun to come here for indoor dining after many months at home or outside. The decor is great and the place is very spacious! We felt comfortably distanced from others.
Cute aesthetic. Love how casual it is. Service is attentive. They play good music and the cocktails are strong. Food is their weakness: the menu and atmosphere promises a lot but the kitchen just doesn’t live up to it. The burger is small and dry. The chicken sandwich is reminiscent of fast food. The oysters are low quality, but the Bloody Mary shooters are STRONG.

Really enjoyed the pork belly hash for brunch. Crispy potatoes and pork belly pieces with a banging drizzle of green sauce. If you just want drinks, the cocktails are pleasers for sure!Cute decor! Good for groups.
Bad experience. We were given water when we arrived but had to flag down random employees throughout the night to get any service whatsoever. We took our own water glasses to the bar several times to get refills. We watched our drinks sit on the bar for over ten minutes before the waitress could be bothered to bring it five feet to our table. The food runners were the only ones that actually seemed to be working. They noticed we had no napkins, silverware, etc.Avoid this place. The food was fine.
Excellent cocktails and great service with a fun atmosphere, don’t miss this little (big?) gem in East Village. Go downstairs for movie screenings!
Highly recommend the French toast and burrata. My eggs Benedict came with runny white egg which threw me off. Drinks were okay. Cute spot.
Had so much fun here with the bf!!! Our waiter Matt was awesome!! All the staff were super helpful and friendly! Also their espresso martini is very tasty. Their food is very good too, we had chicken wings, a burger, oysters and octopus. Oysters were sooo good.
The food was solid, and I particularly liked the burrata and the avocado fries. Its just a shame that the prices are what they are these days (paying 20 dollars for what is basically an appetizer dish is gutting)
Wonderful time! The restaueant was packed at 530 when we came for our reservation. Everyone here was very friendly. The place is beautiful. The drinks are delicious. We ll have to come back for dinner!
Emmet and Alex took such good care of us. Really had a sense of family tonight. Emmet treated me like a king
Fantastic food, drinks and atmosphere! Such an unassuming place from the outside and the interior is so cool! Our server, Kong, was incredibly accommodating, nice and hilarious! He explained the menu very well and made our experience even better than it already was! Will absolutely recommend!
SUCH a lovely place. The atmosphere is so great, and the staff certainly knows how to share the pineapple hospitality. I went here with a small group as a walk in, but they were able to seat us! I love the unique cocktails, the decor, and the vibe. We were seated downstairs, but upstairs seems better suited for a date vibe, I think it may be a little less noisy. Definitely will be revisiting again!
Came in for brunch and had a blast. I love all the little details of this place and the decorations. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly.
Went for a disco brunch and was a little disappointed! The place was smaller than i thought it would be and disco music was barely playing and kept pausing. Nothing else besides the soft background music was disco themed. But the food and drinks were okay! A tad overrated.
Great cocktails and also a nice food menu! Will be coming back.
Three of us came in for drinks and food on a Saturday evening. We ordered two cocktails each and some food and were only there for about an hour when the host started hinting that they were trying to get us to finish up so they could have the table back. This is exactly the overly-pretentious, expensive-for-no-reason, over-hyped sort of space that smells like Millennial desperation wrapped up in an overworked wait staff and a God-tier level of basic Instagram aesthetic. The second the host dropped the hint, I was so turned off I just paid for the $19 (very mid) cocktails and chicken sandwich (reheated, sad) and got out of there. The 3% fee for using a credit card was a cute little cherry on top. Incredibly annoying that so many of the places that used to make this neighborhood so great all went under post-Covid, but places like this continue to rake it in because they have pineapple wallpaper and flip those tables, baby.
Was there mid-June... trendy hangout for the folks in their 20s. We were there only for drinks, had the Piña Chili Margarita and the Mezcal Ginger Margarita. Both were very good, its a new place and everyone wants to go there so make sure reserve a spot even during the week! The decor had a bunch of pineapple/tropical themes. The owner and I chatted a bit, friendly guy and the staff in general were attentive not intrusive. Great hangout place but I guess I raised the average age by 10 :)
Fun atmosphere and amazing food and drinks
This place has an amazing at atmosphere! The cocktails are insane I have got a negroni and their version is insane! Have to come back soon!
Thats a $25 burger and $6 coffee 😂 Jesus Christ this place was made for insta models. The interior is sick but the food is like… ugh. Pics speak for themselves. Also - not vegan friendly at all. No oat, soy, or any alternative milk. The waitress also thought vegan meant gluten free. Kinda bizarre for someone who lives in NYC.
Excellent cocktails and food! The yucca fritters are fantastic and the Thai basil fried rice was very good as well. I got the Lala Land cocktail which was very easy to drink and delicious. Also loved the decor and ambiance :)
Was my first time there and it was great! The inside is awesome with two totally different vibes between the upstairs and downstairs. Great food and they have avocado fries?! Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely come back.
This review is long overdue but last summer when I was planning to eat here, I called in advance and the manager was so incredibly attentive and helpful toward accommodating my severe nut allergy (including making dish substitutions and thoroughly looking into all the components of the cocktails). He made sure all his staff knew and once I arrived they were extremely diligent about making me feel comfortable and safe. On top of that the ambiance, food, and drinks were amazing!
Great food, fantastic drinks and really attentive staff. The ambience is nice too (we were on the lower section). Their seasonal clarified pumpkin drink is especially nice.
Best service. Best staff. Best vibes. We were at three different places this night and we saved the best for last. Lychee martini is dope.
Food and drinks were okay, I had to wait for my rosè for 40 mins as the waiter kept forgetting to bring my drink. I liked the ambiance though.
Bumpin restaurant with good food and drinks. dance music blasting throughout. good spot to grab a meal and drinks before going out to get you in the mood to party
Amazing ambiance, very cute and nicely decorated, would definitely recommend coming here for a drink during happy hour, however everyone at out table came to the same consensus- it is a great venue for drinks (their espresso martini was AMAZING) however not one person in our 10 person party was happy with their food, they offer extremely small portions especially considering the prices, and all were bland. I promise you the arugula salad was just an old bag of arugula from the grocery store, very frustrating. If you do visit, I’d suggest just for happy hour!
The ambiance of Pineapple Club is elite, great level of music, energetic and fun staff, and to top it off the food did not disappoint. I can not recommend enough The Thai Fried Rice and the Beyond Burger. Thank you again Matt for the experience!
Good fox and drinks. Espresso martinis are the way to go here.
The drinks are amazing ! And the food was hot as fresh. The service all the way down to the hostesses was very exceptional. The music and ambience was super vibey and relaxing. I’d come back here again!
Their happy hour deal definitely made me happy!!! THAT is how you do a happy hour. Can’t believe this place isn’t constantly packed… Oysters, fries, and wine were all delicious - only complaint was that service was kinda slow
Really cool drinks and vibe.
Drinks were so amazing. Vegetarian options are available, the burrata was the star for me, everything was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is always very cute, low lighting for pictures.
Love this place! Its my second visit and it didnt disappoint 🙌🏼 amazing cocktails (espresso martini specially) fast and friendly service and yummy food! The music is super fun as well! Id recommend it for a group of friends but make a reservation. Hidden Gem really 🔥
The vibes are 💯👌🏳️🌈 the staff is so friendly and welcoming, the drinks are delicious and affordable, and the decorations are cozy and fun. Its more of a lounge than a bar, which is more relaxing. Cant wait to visit again!
Great spot! Aesthetically so cute, and the service was phenomenal. Our bartender, Joel was great! The food was delicious, and I think that the restaurant week menu items should become part of the permanent menu 😂 the ceviche, the poke bowl, the papaya salad (that calamansi vinaigrette was perfect and refreshing). And the Mango Man Gogh drink! And the dessert! Were definitely planning to make this our new regular spot.
I came here very drunk on a date. I dont remember much but I do remember the bar tender was very nice and the cocktails were memorable even in an inebriated state of mind. I dont think you will be upset if you give this place a try.
Lots of competition in the area, and although Pineapple Club has potential, when we visited this weekend, we were underwhelmed. The outdoor space doesn’t make you feel as sweet as a pineapple that’s for sure... in fact, you wouldn’t even know you’re at their establishment based on the lack of branding, color, vibe and decor outside, (plain, brown wooden tables) - it simply doesn’t exist. All the fun appears to be inside. Cocktails range from average to good but again, nothing sprucing these cocktails up... just ice. I’d hope that Pineapple Club steps their game up and treats the outdoor space as special as the indoor space. Would consider visiting again if that’s the case.
Ambience was awesome, great re-debut into indoor dining. Lots of plants, chill vibes, and great music. The Fight Milk was an amazing drink, would highly recommend! Seems to be a house favorite!
A M A Z I N G !!!!!Stop by for a drink before a dinner and stay longer than I should....everything was so inviting and beautiful, staff super friendly and helpful l, everyone smiling, the light in the patio was so elegant the drinks........Ohhh my...the everything peachy was so delicious 😋 strong and sweet! The happy hour snacks ( avocado fries, guacamole and sweet chicken) just dreamingCant wait to comeback again for more!!!!
Nice setting, delicious drinks, and we ordered the oysters!
Went here for a friend’s birthday brunch and it was cute until it wasn’t. Our waiter was absent very often and when he sent someone to bring a birthday ice cream to our table, the deliverer gave it to the table next to us and the girls at that table told him it wasn’t there birthday. The deliverer shrugged and walked away, and the group of girls at that table said to us “Ask the waiter for another one because we are eating this”.( -_-) In addition, the chicken sandwiches were tiny and mid. The music was great tho and the lighting was even better! The food and drink menu’s are also very limited, but the strawberry drink was so delish🥂 However, I probably won’t come back on my dime
This restaurant space is stunning. Highly recommend for an eclectic experience. Travis and Chrissy took very good care of us. 10/10 for the service and 12/10 for the venue. We ordered the tuna tartare which was incredible. Thank you!
Service and drinks are both stellar. The decor is so fun and spunky! Just the tropical getaway you need in quarantine. What a fun spot - will be coming back here many times!
I’ve been hanging at the Pineapple Club since they opened and I love it. Great food, the frozen Pina Coladas are PERFECT. Travis and Emmett are great bros and soul brothers. Keep it up, dudes! And Dane is awesome. Sun’s out. Gun’s out!
I paid for a Pina colada at 14 dollars and the next day Ifound that I pay 21 dollars for it. Then I pay for a whisky sour at 14 and I found out I paid 22 dollars. That’s sad honestly.
Found this place by accident and what a great one it was. Staff was great, drinks were top-notch and before people at the table all ordered something different and loved it. I think the top choice was the fried chicken
What a bday I had here ! Owner Travis great dude really made it special !!!
Came on a Saturday night around 7:30, after making a reservation earlier in the day. Was very happy with the service and especially with how much the followed COVID protocols (masks, social distancing, and the waiters even wore gloves!). Had an array of their mixed drinks throughout the night, but my favorite was the pineapple old fashioned.
Pineapple club had a great atmosphere. Very unassuming from the front. Outside it looks small but inside it is huge with two floors and an atrium in the back. The food menu is just okay compared to their wonderful cocktail menu. I highly recommend the fight milk. I could drink a whole jug of this! highly recommend for great cocktails in a great atmosphere. I wish the food options were as interesting as the cocktail menu
It was my first time here. Drinks were really good must try drinks lychee martini and espresso martini but food was not great.
I highly recommend brunch takeout from Pineapple Club. The choices for food are unique and well crafted (I did the pork belly hash, but the Polynesian french toast looked equally interesting)We also got the new kiwi bellini kits.. total hit! The kiwi puree is very flavorful but not too sweet. Thanks Pineapple Club!
The burger for 10$ on happy hour is a hit. Also the bears, beets, battle-star galactiga drink tasted like a mild kombucha, i had to get a second one just for research 😜
We enjoyed brunch at 1:30 on a Saturday. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. She made excellent recommendations for both drinks and food. The menu created by the chef was very creative and provided interesting choices. The food was fresh and served hot. I will defibe going back!
You are missing out if you don’t try the hottest new spot in East village. Their cocktails are to die for. The 1/2 fried chicken is the best chicken I’ve had at a restaurant, since ABC Kitchen on a good day.
Legendary establishment with great drinks, staff and fun spaces / layout. Get around it!
Gotta say for the price, Ive had way better cocktails. Food is just ok. The service is great though. This place just all about the ambiance.
Such a beautiful space! The drinks and service are great also, both at the bar and tables. If you’re thinking of going, definitely go.
I love it here!! The decor was dreamy! all of the food and drinks were SOO amazing! and customer service was incredible, everyone was super nice!!Will definitely be coming back!
Very nice atmosphere with fun drinks. Great place for conversation with groups or on a date. Reasonably priced drinks with various spirits. Would recommend the Glen Coco cocktail and the Piña Chile Margarita.
Came here for cocktails and definitely was not disappointed! The espresso martini was amazing and the pina chili margarita has the perfect amount of spice ! Also ordered the burrata so fresh 🤩🤩
The atmosphere and drinks were great, food was disappointing. The spicy salmon tartare was not spicy and our chicken and rice bowls were tasteless.
Hands down one of the best places for cocktails and food in East Village. Must trys include their Pineapple Old Fashioned, Fight Milk and Stay Golden. The service is quick and the staff is super nice snd very accommodating.
Happy hour kinda short and only at bar, pricey
Layout/atmosphere*Animatronic Santa in a Hawaiian shirt near entrance; clubby vibe/music; bar area with wall counter spaces; tables in the back; enclosed “backyard/garden” area downstairsFood/drink*Food menu*Pineapple Old Fashioned (Aged Rum, Pineapple Rum, Demerara, Bitters) - OK
Danny is literally the best, hottest, most gracious bartender I’ve ever encountered!! You’re lucky to have him 😍
Very tasty. They have tamarin for my gluten free girlies 💁🏻♀️ however plates are very very small. Had to stop at a diner an hour later. Our service was very nice and on point.
As a person who has Celiacs, I was excited to see that they offered gluten free options. I talked to the waiter and they assured me that everything would be gluten free. However, they ended up poisoning me after a lot of assurance that I would be fine eating there
We happened to chance upon this place while waiting to get in to another bar - drinks were amazing!!!! will defo be heading back if im in NYC again :)
Pre gaming before NYE main stop. The vibe was on point. Music ON POINT !!!!I’m a 70’s babe so shout out to the DJ and the Bee Gee’s. Legends!!!! Classic music for a lifetime. IYKYN. Only had drinks. Must try the muddled WINE.Even bought some swag 😎
Cool upscale bar with great cocktails.
Nice decoration and music. Drinks are so-so. Tortilla chips with tuna tartare is fair. Food overall is lacking. However, nice hang out spot.
This place is great. Tropical vibes and strong drinks will make for a lovely evening out in the east village. Highly recommend for big groups or date nights.
Great ambience.Great cocktails! Fun place for a relaxing night night with friends
Such a fun atmosphere with awesome drinks for a birthday celebration. Pineapple club was also super accommodating for our group of 8! Would definitely come back again.
We had a team dinner here. Food was spectacular. Margaritas - even more so. Tia - our waitress - ensured an amazing experience.
Ask for kong. He is the best. The drinks were so good and they knew how to take care of us for our party of 8. The food was really good. I highly recommend coming here.
I had really been looking forward to dinner here, but it was a huge disappointment. Based on the description and some of the other reviews, I was expecting much more of a tropical, tiki vibe, but was very underwhelmed. Seemed like a bland, generic space where theyd thrown up a couple bits of tropical wallpaper.Went for dinner on a Saturday night and they were playing loud club music (not a tropical vibe at all, plus it was so loud it was difficult to talk to others at the table). Our entire party of four found the atmosphere so unpleasant that we were happy to leave and didnt even want to linger after the meal to finish our drinks.Service was fine if a little unattentive. Food and drinks were fine, but not stellar. The table next to us got a round of the roulette shots, and that was the coolest gimmick of the whole place. It looked like a genuinely fun thing, and based on the reaction of the person who got the Carolina Reaper shot, the spice level in that is no joke.
Great frozen pina colada combined with a cool sky light and natural light make this a great spot. Decent prices on drinks as well. Free shots with 5 star review!
Loved the food and the drinks, the service was just average, for example we ordered a bottle of wine and it arrived in glasses (didnt show us before). The food also arrived all at once which left no room on the table at all.
Dan the bar man with the awesome mustache deserves a raise! Great service and overall amazing charisma.
Website is very user friendly and restaurant is full of character/very lively, with the food to match its greatness! the drinks aren’t the only spicy thing, the host is very easy on the eyes.
Great cocktails, fun vibe, cute decor, good music, nice staff. But it was very loud/shrill inside so difficult to hold a conversation-it was more comfortable at the bar than at a table.
I wanted to love this place..don’t get the Thai fried rice it was so dry and flavorless. The food is mediocre at best. The service was good but everything was just OK. Piña colada came in an amaretto glass definitely wasn’t happy about that lol it’s ok if you’re looking for an Instagram worthy spot but go else where if you’re hungry.
We came here after a full day in NY. The service was great and the drinks were even better. With awesome decor and overall vibes.
Dinner on a weeknight. Jerk chicken is not jerk chicken, God knows what it was. Wings tasted like like had been boiled.. Way overpriced for the quality. Better places nearby.. Fries were great though.
Food was good, drinks were great! They were a little too busy to get us plates though somehow 😂
Good brunch selection!
This place is such a vibe, highly recommend the Chile margarita and all the food. Star jewel for the night were the banana spring rolls.
Ube Frozen Pina colada and a pineapple old fashion. 😻
Quite possibly the nicest staff Ive encountered ever coming into the city. Drinks outstanding as well. Stop in if in the area. You wont regret it
Total vibe 💯. Friends and I had a great time. Drinks, food and ambiance were nice. Definitely recommend!
Enjoyed my cocktail and avocado fries. Cute place and friendly staff. Very on board pineapple decor inside, in the bathrooms and staff shirts. Will be back for the frozen Pina colada.
Incredible experience - such a large and beautiful establishment with a team that truly cares about their product. We took our server’s word when it came to ordering and were very pleased!!! Will be back :-)
Best staff member @josh. Brings light to me life, I would be lost without him. The drinks he brings are amazing but the emotional support he brings is better
Had a wonderful time! We made a reservation and were seated with the outdoor seating. Busy but still options for seating on a Saturday night. The waiters are incredibly nice and the cocktails are very exciting to try. I really enjoyed their penicillin.
We just stopped in for drinks and enjoyed the cool vibes. Cocktails were great!
Very nice place for a small gathering or just hanging out, meeting new faces. Just had calamari but it was delicious and tender. Highly recommend!!
The atmosphere of this place and service was really good. I enjoyed my time coming here. The food, I would rate it an honest 8/10, maybe it was the food that I got. I didn’t really enjoy it too much. Other than that, I love the ambience of this place. Great service; I’ll be back to try other things from the menu. If anyone is wondering I had the chicken and waffles, I didn’t care too much for it, personally. Next time I’ll try one of their chicken sandwiches or burgers.
If they spent nearly as much time on their food as they do on their Instagram appeal, perhaps Pineapple Club would be worth visiting. My partner and I went here for dinner where we had an extremely inattentive waitress. She could also barely hear us over the absolutely blaring music at 4:30pm. We ordered drinks and my partner ordered a soda and received an alcoholic drink instead, a really egregious mistake. We also ordered food. My partner got some vegetables which she enjoyed. I got the buttermilk fried chicken which was extremely sugary and overcooked. It was quite bad.I cant recommend this place for food, drinks, or conversation. Unless youre hoping to get selfies, there are literally hundreds of better restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Very good food pairs well with their cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Some of the cocktails are a bit weird without a food pairing.
It was surprising I mean blow my mind I walked past this place and never thought much of it but finally walked in and WOW the place is amazing. Drinks are good food is good service was GREAT
Good food and great service. Creative decor and the conservatory concept at the back of the restaurant is great. Loud music and very packed with no mask mandate.
I give this place a 5 star for service, drinks, food and the hosts. Highly recommend it. My fiancé and I shared the burger and chicken waffles. Simply yum !
Never fails to impress. They constantly add new creative drinks to the menu - the sad boy tears was out of this world. Also recommend the avocado fries for food
Good space, a bit loud but at least tables arent awfully close like other bars of its type
Great vibe and amazing cocktails! Definitely will be coming back soon.
Cute spot for drinks and catching up! I was invited here last week and the drinks were very diverse and good. Only downside had to be the appetizers, as they weren’t too tasteful but other than that I’d come back.
Great food and drinks. Best of all was the service, super friendly and highly attentive. Highly recommend the double burger.
Excellent service and fun cocktail menu. The espresso martini is very well done. Vibe is lively but you can still have a conversation- perfect for the mid 30s + crowd.
Cool bartenders. Great vibes. Surprised they close so early though. Definitely try the Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica as a shot and the frozen Pina colada 🍍
Recommended for a good brunch and cocktails.
Absolutely phenomenal food and drinks! Was at a work dinner and the table shared multiple dishes. I highly recommend the grilled octopus, barrata, skirt steak, and the beyond burger (it was prepared in a way that made you question whether it was a meat substitute). I also sampled each of the three desserts. My fave was the banana spring rolls. The coconut ice cream on the side was the star of the show.
Great espresso martini! Loved the service!
I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place deserves it. Great food, awesome drinks and even better service! Love it!
This is the coolest spot in NYC. Great food, amazing drinks, and the friendliest owners and staff. Missing out if you don’t make a trip here!
Great atmosphere and excellent service! The bartenders are great, Kevin was a delight to be served by.
Mezcal Ginger Margarita was 🔥🔥🔥
Expensive but worth it
Nope, would not come here. No high chair?! They said they had one and it was stolen. Huh, just one? Food options and portions were small and mediocre. Everyone raves about drinks butthey are not that special. I sent back my mulled wine as it was too bitter. Frozen margarita was small! One person in my party wanted tea and they said they dont have. How do you have coffee but not tea?! Service was slow with our waiter. Once food was brought, no cutelery anywjere. We asked and took another 5 minutes for cutlery to arrive. They had a coolish vibe and music but also think it looks better in pictures and needs more upkeep. We had burned toast with food, we asked for a new toast and new toast was also burned and tuna was tiny! Sorry I dont get the hype or reviews and will not come again.
Great drinks and atmosphere
Food is out of the world.Make sure to order the green curry mussels, the steak and tuna tartare, and the jerk fried chicken (make sure to ask for a side of their home made hot sauce). Drinks are outstanding. Order the Stay Golden if you like a spicy cocktail.
Aspiring cocktail menu, a MUST try if you’re in the east village!
Espresso martinis are the best in the city. Vibes make me wanna dance even though we are in a pandemic. Hands down one of the best bars in East village!
Amazing dinner, Matthew was an incredible server! On point with our groups absurd orders and very hospitable and charismatic
PLEASE GIVE DANNIEL WITH THE MUSTACHE A RAISE !! Downstairs!! He’s really friendly and accommodating And he makes amazing drinks 🫶🏼👍
Omg! Such a hidden gem in plain sight. Myself and 8 friends/family came for an impromptu dinner and had a wonderful experience. From ambiance to service to amazing food, this is a must for large and small groups. What made it even better, we had the best table in the place with an open air feel.Cant wait to come back!
Hidden gem. Great service, music and vibe. Cajun chicken sandwich was outstanding. Will absolutely go back!
Great love the place the service was outstanding food was incredible definitely will come by again.
Cocktails and oysters. Honestly what more do you need?
Great atmosphere, great cocktails, amazing place to kill a couple hours in a fun vibe
Came here for cocktails only. Friendly bartender and great drinks. Highly recommend doing the surprise spicy shots!
Good drinks + fun music. we enjoyed the atmosphere! we got the tuna and the oysters - yum!
Great cocktail spot with a lot of cool tropical drinks. I love the beet martini
The staff was great, the food was delicious and the dank shots are a bonus. 10/10 would recommend.
Love everything about this place - the food, the cocktails, the atmosphere...and the service is great! Cant wait to come back
The food is terrible but the cocktails are great. Great place to grab a drink.
Nice spot with good energy to get some tropical drinks
Had the best time with a group of friends. Music was bumping, drinks were great! Would recommend!
