Best dark and and stormy ever!!
Great place to have dinner or a quick bite. Food quality is excellent!
Lower level was great. Bar manager was a great mixologist. Salmon tacos - yum! And it was quieter than upstairs, so I was able to read and focus.
Kind of a secret bar (not intentionally) in that its not easy to find unless you are seeking it (to the right of the Seamores entrance). Unpretentious, and although quite small, not packed; youll have space to drink with some friends (which for a top cocktail bar in Chelsea, thats unheard of). Cocktails (most are rum-based) are made with care, but for that care, youre going to pay top cocktail prices ($16-$22), so just be prepared. Otherwise, the music is ironic 90s pop (or for people like me, from my high school days) and the scene very simple. Not a destination bar, but definitely worthy a stop if walking nearby on a night out, particularly if you have a friend or date you want to wow with your cool knowledge.Top drink for your Instagram is the Cocco Loco, but be sure to ask for it only if they have coconuts in stock (they run out). Otherwise, the dark and stormy is delightful.
