I would say that the place is more of an arcade and or bar, space was indeed an issue like the booth of the lanes cant hold more then 4 people on each side. The pins are on strings. The lanes arent that bad seeing I could use my bowling balls with little to no issue, the console for the bowling was very limited only allowed me to put bumpers up or to add someone not like a true bowling alley. But overall not bad.

It’s a nice place, you can definitely have a great time here. The food is good although the beer tasted a bit water-down.

Excellent experience with a reserved 2.5 hour lane, well-staffed even among a panoply of kids’ parties. All clean and nice plus arcade was fun after. Food and drinks reasonable prices and they waitstaff the lanes so you don’t have to wander for food.

What a fabulous looking establishment! I loved the energy of this place as soon as I walked in! I was here doing of my son to participate in Paul Rudds All-Star Bowling Benefit for SAY (Stuttering Association for the Youth), and the smiles were flowing from everywhere which was nice! My son loved the food!I see they have $30 bowl all day prices!

The ball return system is extremely close to the foul line except at the secret set of 8 Lanes in the rear private area. It can feel very crowded trying to throw the ball next to the return, make sure you pick the orientation that works for your dominant hand. Lanes are dry plastic and the surface varies greatly lane to lane, but they are fairly clean. Balls are double sized/drilled but they are in pretty rough shape and weighted in two pound increments, so no 9,11, or 13 lb options if thats important to you. The pinsetters use strings but oddly enough dont operate very quickly, the strings definitely effect pinfall, and I think they tend to boost scores by up to 5%. the lanes and balls are reasonably clean and will not blacken your hands. Ive bowled her about 10 times and the shoes here are consistently the worst rental shoes Ive ever experienced, soggy, missing insoles, untieable laces, . The pricing here is not great. Instead of hourly, they usually charge $12pp per game, there are however reasonably priced 3-4 hour unlimited sessions available during certain windows of time on off days. Food and drink service is very slow, but it can be decent depending on the server. There are a few air hockey tables, a laser tag area, and two arcade areas one of which has a 4way basketball derby. overall, a fun time with family and friends or coworkers, not cheap. Verdict: good enough for most people

I recently booked the birthday event for my birthday and Asia and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make the whole evening feel so catered to and special.Food was good, drinks were strong and delicious, bowling was great, Laser tag was SO much fun, and the arcade games were the cherry on top.My only regret was we didnt stay longer. If you care remotely about a quality bowling experience do not come here. Pins on strings are frankly awful especially considering these lanes used to have normal pins. The lanes are too close together and the ball return gets in the way of bowling. Fine for a casual social gathering.

Had my birthday here last week and reserved through the group event reservation and we all had the best time! Laquana was our group coordinator and she was absolutely phenomenal, we all could not praise her enough. Really made the day feel special - thank you! Also the lasertag was such a blast.

Its not gourmet, but as far as bowling alley foods go, it will suffice. Price is Manhattan level, but nothing exorbitant. I brought my entire family and the experience was very good, our server was very friendly and the vibe is very good for families there to bowl and have fun. If you are a serious bowler, this is not the place, the floors was quite sticky and didnt have the proper cleanliness applied, you basically stuck to the lane on release.

I had high hopes and average expectations when booking and we were blown away - what a fun party!We threw a 21+ adult birthday party for 12 people. If you book through corporate events, you’ve got the steal of Manhattan. At $99 a person we enjoyed open bar, bottomless food of our three selected items, 2.5 hours of bowling in 2 lanes, post bowling enjoyment in the arcade as we finished our beverages, and top-notch hospitality from management and staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this place again.Extra credit to Laida and Jazz for providing dynamite service.

Did not enjoy my visit. Super expensive, $81 for 2 drinks and a sampler app. Poor service, had to go looking for a server when we got there. Server never brought the waters that we ordered only checked on us once after delivering food. Had to go looking for server to get bill.

First & last time coming here. everything was soo messy & there was no where to sit & eat because all the tables had dirty dishes on it & the workers were just walking past like nothing, we literally had to clean the table ourselves , what a shame. We also sat at the tables by the bar & it took a while for someone to come to us that my friend had to go to the bartender & ask if someome can come to us,he said okay but no one ever came so then i went back to the bar & asked if there is any server available to serve us, the same bartender tells me i dont think so i believe all the servers are serving the lanes.... okay so why couldnt you tell my friend that when she went to the bar the first time??.... We ended up having to order at the bar & then go back to our table. The drinks were tooo sweet & I had ordered chicken tinga tacos but they brought out shrimp baja & I didnt notice but i did tell my bf that it tasted weird when i took a bite and when he tried it, he looked at it & seen it was shrimp. that was why it tasted weird lol. but I didnt complain because I like shrimp so i did eat 1 but on a serious note.. if they gave that to someone who is allergic to shrimp...SERIOUS TROUBLE...

Celebrated my nieces 18th birthday here. The staff were friendly & efficient and the food was good. The place is tremendous besides bowling alleys there are video games, laser tag and a bar.

Great time here for a corporate event. Food and drink service and taste were solid. Pretty modern tech for the bowling lanes. All in all was very satisfied. Their Buffalo chicken slider was very tasty.

Awesome place to play games and hangout with friends or coworkers. Always a good time.

It was amazing. We just went there for bowlling with our friends to celebrate my Dughters 7th birthday.. i was at first disheartened when I saw an event tax on the reservations.. but after arriving, I realized that we were provided with a host/event assistant Brittany she made the experience so relaxing and stress free. I brought my cake / supplies.. and she took care of the rest. Brought in the cake at the right point of our event. Then the kitchen staff cut and devided it amoung the guests. Thank you Britney and all other bowlers staff that helped this experience be wonderful.

Its been a while since the last time Ive played here. Its still a fun and vibrant place to bowl but I just have two comments: (1) the service got slower compared back then so Im not sure if theyre understaffed since it wasnt that busy anyway, and (2) you might want to refurbish the floor since its not that slippery for the shoes anymore. But overall, still good!

Birthday Girl in the pink with her friends they all had a fantastic time there. I must say we felt welcome since we got there, I too enjoyed everything I was pleased with the service which I planned on going back there this time it should be a ladies night outing.

It was dope only went for a celebration, but would I ever do it again Naaah!, drinks wild expensive and honestly its to be expected since its the city. Vibe was dope for sure, waiters and bartender was elite.

Have been bowling here for years. Recently went to bowl for the Monday mayhem special and found out it was no longer a special they had. Now the “special” is 3 games and a $10 arcade card for $40 including shoes. Arcade card doesn’t help you can only play one game.The changes that have been implemented have not been for the better. First they took away the happy hour special which would allow you to get some drinks for $5.50. Then they brought up the price for the Monday mayhem from $26 to $32, now the Monday special is gone altogether. I am not sure why they took it away, but it wasn’t for the better. Need to bring this special back.Used to be a regular here, but no longer will be because the cost per game is too expensive.

Great customer service. The employees and manager were very helpful. I hope to have an Inform Your Community staff social here at some point. My family had a blast. We went when they were younger and then when they were in late teams and they still loved it. Bowling and tons of arcade game including my favorite.

The wait was almost an hour or so but worth it. The place has nice ambience with pretty lighting and welcomes family crowds with kids to enjoy. One of the few places in NYC where kids are welcome. They serve alcohol and snacks as well, good for office parties or in general any parties. Has some arcade games as well. There is a $5 fee for renting their shoes and u cannot not rent them no matter whatever shoes u are wearing. Sunday evenings are the cheapest as they have different prices on different days of the week.

I visited this place the night of april 3rd for a friends birthday. This place is super fun and to me the lanes seemed easy to bowl on. Im a terrible bowler but I did well here. The food was good and girl at the shoe stand was super sweet and helpful. And the bartender was nice and helpful. The table service was terrible as was our waitress who seemingly didnt want to be there. We(16 ppl) made a 2 hours reservation to celebrate my mother’s bday, a week prior to the event I was offered to order the food in advance, but I opted to order on site, so my guests would be free to order whatever they wanted to.We arrived 15-20 mins late, it took them forever to take our order order anything, and another forever for the food to arrive, our order didn’t arrive probably 20 minutes before our time was up(sliders, wings, and nachos, nothing crazy.) BEFORE the food even arrived I was questioned if I wanted to extend the time since the food had not arrived by then.They brought the food but didn’t bring silverware, I had to get it on a party beside us, I had to go after clean cups, the soda was done and nobody would come to ask to refill (myself, for example didn’t have a chance to drink nor even a cup of soda), I asked the girl who came to take our order more and she said she wasn’t the one responsible for our lane but later on she came to ask if we wanted more food(???), I had to clean up the pile of empty dirty dishes on our table so we could sing happy bday and cut the cake, after going to the bar area to grab napkins(you would expect they would have common sense and bring it once you order wings), silverware, clean cups, go after the waiter to order more food(we had to cancel bc the extended time was up and they didn’t bring the pizza on time) and soda, cleaned up our table they still charged us $163 for EVENT FEE when I had to do the staff’s job and $177 extension time that was forced since they couldn’t deliver the food within 30 minutes, and on top of that I had to deal with my family asking where was the food we ordered since everybody was starving.I requested a refund for those 2 items but the manager said we didn’t complain on that day(even tho he never came to our table to ask for a feedback on the experience and to not end up the night “fighting” I preferred speaking to our host) and since we arrived a 15-20 minutes late, which I did questioned the waiter, so since the lack of complaint is an issue me and my family will make sure we will be heard so it doesn’t happen to other people.It has the ambiance to be a fun and memorable night, the staff was friendly but EXTREMELY unprepared which made our experience very unpleasant and the food was ok.

We went for the Behemoth Burger and split it three ways. Yes. About 3,400 calories per person in one meal, not very good for the body. Bowlmor has Laser Tag, A ropes course, and a full bar. Its generally a good place to have fun, but I think theres more to do in the Penn Station location.

Huge venue, but difficult to get into. Very odd entrance. They let us in early and we were the only people in there for a couple hours. The bowling was great. But the arcade games despite being half price were extortionate, pretty much $3 for one game of air hockey, and that was Half Price!

Tough guy over here on some kind of Vendetta. Came in to the spot my friend was 22 and had a real id present on him with 4 credit cards to back it up. We were a group of 9 with reservations and the night started off terrible thanks to this dweeb with a bullet proof vest on a power spree. Not only did he deny my friend that was 22 for supposedly having a fake ID, he undermined the supervisor of the place uaiasha i think her name was (the only one that actually understood the situation & even sided with us ) but couldn’t do much because they were ( private security ). This guy had the Audacity to refer to my friend as “ the fat guy “ had a fake ID when I asked him why is there a situation then said no pun intended which I thought was funny. Very disappointed on how things went down that day, don’t care about the money wasted but very upset with this smart guy & how things went down. Management needs to do a better job on who they bring to there facilities.

Supposed to be 30$ for unlimited bowling after 7pm. Cause of labor day tmr they said not this offer doesnt work today. Came here all the way for nothing. Update ur website to reflect your policies so u dont waste peoples time

Very harsh and terrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. It has harsh and unnecessary security is if it’s a high end club. I’m so disappointed I would rate zero stars if I could. I travel so far to this place for nothing. I came all the way from Brooklyn to be apart of a birthday celebration. The family hosting the birthday celebration contained children ages 13-20. I am 20 years old and they wouldn’t let me in because I came in after 9:00pm (9:18) without my ID. I understand that IDs are important, but considering that there were literally minors present, my attendance should’ve never been denied like that honestly. I didn’t even plan on drinking I just wanted to celebrate a family friends birthday. Never in my life have I experienced something like this. I came in with three other people and literally had to leave by myself. I wasn’t even aware of these ridiculous regulations as I was invited to a child friendly party. What a hot mess.

Great spot but the big burger is made with cheap ingredients not so good don’t get fooled by the size of it after we started eating it was falling apart it made me nauseous never ever eating that nasty thing but the pizza is sooooi good a++++and if I come Sunday it says it’s 6 games bs it’s more expensive than ever woooow!!!

Fun, comfy, but the arcade games were honestly pretty pricey. Also the bowling was a bit pricey also, $12 per person per game plus $8 shoe rentals. $10 is equivalent to 24 arcade credits. Considering most games are 5-7 credits per person you can really only play one and a half multiplayer games for $10 which is wild. Overall though, it’s a cool spot in a nice area of Chelsea Piers. Food, car, comfy bowling area seats, and entertainment. Even with the priciness it still gets 4 stars for me

Great location for a hangout spot/party. Very spacious lanes for bowling and easy to play unlimited laser tag whenever its open!

Shoutout to Leyda who took care of us. We were in NYC for a Company Bowling event and Leyda was very attentive and hospitable. She deserves a raise. My cup was never empty and she gave great advice on the city too. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This place is great and the food was amazing

Great place to bring the kids or a date night, after work meet up or any casual gathering for some fun! The food is decent, typical bowling alley dishes of wings, fries, burgers, pizza and you can get bar drinks. There are plenty lanes available for fun. There is also a laser tag section and an arcade section. My kids and I had a blast! I hope to visit here again

Havent really been to many bowling alley but this place is always fun over the top and has laser tag. Surprisingly decent food and drink options and if you take advantage of their specials (which always seem to be running) is pretty good.value for money. Have never had to wait long for a lane to open up and the place is clean and well mantained. Overall great spot to take a break from the sun.

Great service have nothing to do with the workers or food . I remember this place back in the days and let me tell you it was way better than today. One thing I don’t respect about business like this is the drinks on the menu don’t look the same way when it comes out. This was very upsetting for me and my girlfriend we returned our drink to make it stronger. There’s hardly no fun arcade just some good ones like air hockey, laser tag and bowling. The bowling experience was amazing and expensive and the food was delicious. I wish there was better arcade and the drinks that looks the same way as the menu. Then one thing is when you’re done playing bowling they rush you out from your seat for you can leave fast cause other people reserved the seats. Me and my crew was talking about the waiter good work for we can give him a nice tip and boom you just start seeing more workers trying to rush you out. I noticed the waiter got upset about it I saw it on his face. The experience is definitely not like before this business change so much!! won’t come again!! I will definitely not be recommending this place at all!!Only 2 stars cause the bowling and waiter was great.

Best bowling experience ever. If you have money and are looking to plan the best birthday party for your kid this is the place for you. Arcades galore, pool tables, even Lazer tag! And of course bowling. Its as if youre bowling at a club its amazing. Try to go to the back room on the left its a bit more private and has its own bathroom. They got some food options which are decent too. Lots of drinks available too at the bar. My one feedback is its Hella expensive but try Groupon sometimes they git deals. Otherwise this place is wicked!

Staff is very nice and friendly. Quite a long wait but as expected since youre in the city and Im here on a Saturday afternoon. But the drinks from the bar are bomb! Got a Berried Alive Lemonade 😍💕 so good and dangerous. Ok for a one time experience, and music is good, but if youre a regular bowler...these lanes will kill you. They are so short and close together. I knocked into our table several times trying to back up as much as possible to get a nice swing. Also...this place is way over priced. But again, as expected since its in the city.

Great place for team building with your colleagues and get competitive with the smack talk. Laser tag was an amazing game where we got to see which of our colleagues seriously needs a rage room. It was a good time to let loose and just enjoy reconnecting with colleagues who you havent seen in person for some time.I highly recommend it.

Server complained about us sharing a drink that had NO ALCOHOL and said we couldnt do that because my friend didnt have an ID on him. But the Guzzler drink didnt have not one drop of alcohol. They simply shared a drink.

Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in a place that is supposed to be “fun”. This so-called manager Mike Marc Mitch, whatever his name is, is racist as the day as long.Highly suggest people of color never going to this establishment and experiencing horrible customer service.DO NOT SUPPORT!

Horrible customer service!The security at the door had a nasty attitude towards my sister and apparently thought they were protecting Fort Knox or something. Then the parking is ridiculous its first come first served which is cool but if finding parking takes a few minutes and then you have to make your way to whatever space you are trying to get to if there is any missteps or anything else like not being able to be accommodated they have a 20 minute cap for parking or else they will try to charge you full rate for the parking, which is totally ridiculous.

First time here with my family and the lanes were sleek and bowling balls aplenty. We ordered the sampler and some nachos. We also ordered two buckets of White Claw. They only have two options--cherry and mango and there were 5 cans in each bucket. Our food and drinks came out to $140 but we barely ate any of the food. It was just too salty. The nachos were like the nachos you buy at 7 Eleven except 7 Eleven is cheaper and you can put chili on more of your nachos. Our nachos had just a smattering of chili, cheese and jalapeños on them. 70% of the nachos had nothing on them. If I had to pick a food from tonight I would maybe pick the cheese sticks or mozzarella sticks (to save my life). We were also still eating when the cleaning lady asked if she could clear away our plates. We said no and she left. Then, while we were bowling, she came back and took away all our plates and forks. Maybe she had nothing better to do but clear tables but how are we to eat anything if our hands are dirty from touching all the greasy bowling balls? We then asked for plates and another worker came back with 10 plates for our party of 4. That was bizarre and kind of funny. I would come here again just to bowl if I was in the area but beware, the food is subpar and everything is expensive.

Had an awesome 10th birthday party at the laser tag portion. The team there was fantastic and accommodating. The kids had a blast which is all that really matters, but they really went above and beyond.

Amazing food and drinks! Pretzel was very warm and very soft - it was exactly what I hoped itd be.Didnt think there would be much crowding on a Sunday night (8p-10p) but there was. I didnt care for it but we had people on both lanes next to us. Regardless, still had a good time.Courtney gave us fantastic service. She was friendly, professional and quick. Her timing was punctual and she was always cleaning up our table (removing empty cups and napkins as needed). She honestly made the experience for me.Definitely coming back.Thanks!

We had an incredible time, bowling until we couldnt bowl anymore. The experience was fantastic, the food was delicious and satisfying, and my kids had a blast. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the place was impeccably maintained, clean, and spacious.

Just had a birthday party for my daughter and 9 friends there. The food was decent, the fruit was good and fresh, and the staff was awesome. It was well run, the kids had a great time, and the arcade cards at the end were terrific too. Thanks guys!

Lovely time. Hated waiting around while so many lanes went unused because they were RESERVED. However, in most case the reservation were no-shows! But my group of over 15 had a great time after waiting over 2 hours!

I love it just make sure to reserve a lane or atleast call before you go to see if theres bowling lanes open... Has an arcade, a bunch of games and decent food..... We loved it for the bowling fun and games

First off, Jasmine and Desire were amazing. Jasmine blessed us. I accidentally booked it a week ahead and Jasmine took care of us and hooked up last minute. Gave us 2 lanes and had food already getting cooked on our bday celebration. Desire catered to our group, helping with drinks and whatever we needed. Both were so nice. Now, as of the experience, our kids had a ball. They definitely enjoyed themselves and asked when can we come back. We had 2 hrs of bowling and then played arcades. We definitely going back for other bday parties. Amazing experience and amazing customer service. Friendly and super helpful. I totally recommend going.

The bowling alley is one of the best .The package provided for office holiday parties is just too good.. great service.. very pleasant and helpful staff..Waiting to get back and visit the arcade some day..

Was excited to be here. Other than the nostalgia of it being on the west side, the pricing is not worth it; well maybe NY pricing is okay.Was annoyed they charge $10 for guests not playing; which by the way due to limited seats, really have no where to sit.No food or alcohol served at the Bays. They have a restaurant first level but was not serving or staffed the Monday afternoon we were there.Eh, not sure Ill go back and really believe they dont care since people have no where else to go in the city.

Visiting NYC came for 2 hours of bowling. Check in was easy. They walk you to your lanes. Area is clean with a server. Full bar and a lot of pizza burgers chicken fingers you can order. Everyone was nice and we had fun.It’s pricey but it’s NYC!

We went with 3 kids it was crazy!! Suggest only using one player per lane because they charge $$$$$ we were three kids and four adults it cost us $295 just for bowling!!! The kids loved it though they were bowling with 4 balls at a time down the lane. Oh and they have good Moscow Mules!!

Not a bad place for fun, but we felt scammed because they have a sign right in front of their bowling check in desk that says $1 = 2 CREDITS (photo included), but they DONT accept arcade card credits for bowling! After seeing this sign, we paid to add credit to our arcade card specifically for a couple of rounds of bowling but couldnt use that credit and had to pay again for bowling with cash. They should accept credits for bowling, or put up a clear sign that says they dont.

The food was great. The drinks on point. Plenty of arcade games. Wish they had a happy hour but groupon got me some arcade games for less. Worth it with groupon to save money.

This place is absolutely amazing. Celebrated my son’s 10th birthday here and the staff exceeded my expectation. From the bowling to the Laser tag, the hospitality, the birthday package was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Definitely had a good time with the family. We did bowling on a Saturday which was $50 for three games, shoes and a $5 arcade card. The food was regular bowling alley food however I do recommend the big pretzel it was so good. Arcades was fun and cheesy.

My sister and I came to this area by taking the M14 select bus played one or two games and had a lot of fun there. The bowling alley was busy and some people were playing games.

Security were unreasonable, was not able to even see the place

Went for a friends birthday, great place. Drinks were well made and well priced. Only sadness is no food policy, even if it’s your snack for the train ride home that you 100% wouldn’t eat in a bowling alley in a party of 13 lol. RIP my spicy salmon $9 sushi roll.

Was here with coworkers on a staff retreat. Definitely had a great time !!! They check for vaccination cards & ID before entering. Our host was extremely nice .. thank you so much Desire . Shout out to Desire. Every time we ordered a drink or food it came out reasonable time. You were amazing thank you . Shout outs to Carl and his coworker as well. They were in charge of the laser tag when we went. Carl and his coworker were extremely nice and patient with our group. It was amazing. We had a great time!!! Just wish we were told in advance about the event fee of $200.00 . But overall we had a great time. Loved it so much that I’m planning on having my daughters 10th birthday here in April!

We held a birthday event at Bowlero and had a wonderful experience. From the planning to the day of service, the Bowlero team made our event fun and memorable. Jenna made the planning experience seamless, Emma and Lamar were on top of everything during our event. They were all so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. All the food our group had was great (spinach & artichoke dip, boneless buffalo wings and the sliders). From our group experience, I would highly recommend hosting an event here.

Decent food (cheesy tots, chicken tenders) were standouts.The bowling software is decent, some bugs with thinking the turn was prematurely over.

The worsttttttt customer service. Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. I went to bowl for my brothers birthday had a coffee and was feeling sick. I asked my brother to ask if there’s a dirty bucket because his sister is sick in the restroom and they said no which I understand. But unfortunately my stomach was really bad something I couldn’t control. One of the ladies made me open the restroom stall door because I got sick on the floor while sitting on the restroom and made me open the door telling me I had to clean it up now and threw napkins at me and towels to clean it up but I was feeling very ill like I was passing out. She continued making open the door and telling me to clean while I said I’ll make sure to clean it up not to worry. She called the officer telling them I needed to get out as if I were an intruder or a criminal and they did nothing for me. I was feeling them that my husband had a seltzer water outside but they did not bring it in. Another waiter was kind enough to do so. This was the most humiliating experience and they made sure to let me know that I had to leave repeatedly while I was still using the restroom. It’s so humiliating and should never be tolerated. People can get sick and go to the bathroom because they are sick but hey I guess not.

I only went there for a high school field trip and I had a great time there. I wasnt expecting anything out of the field trip. It was a bowling alley so u shouldnt expect anything amazing. And the food there was very good. The laser tag was probably the best part about the trip. It was my first time playing and I had fun. The staff there was to nice. Well I didnt really interact with the staff a lot but the staff members I did interact with was very polite.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service at Bowlero! My boyfriend’s nephew had his 10th birthday party here and had many of his other friends come. We had rounds of laser tag (parents and kids) and it was a nice experience for us all.The staff handled all the kids well and kept them in line when they were all rowdy.We had a set up of food for the kids and parents of wings, salad, fountain drinks, and pizza. The chicken parm wings were crispy and delicious. Pizza was not too bad either. Unfortunately, while the kids were playing arcade, the servers removed our fountain drinks so when they came back they were thirsty. We also had leftover wings that we were hoping to pack up, but they removed.

Jadira was absolutely phenomenal. The best person I have ever dealt with with an event. She was phenomenal did a phenomenal job and we are so thankful to have had her as our server.

Food was decent. Arcade is fun. Pinsetters are on strings.

The security staff is great! Not that Im pro-vaccine but they did their job. Some people think that they get to run in and out for two seconds, that theyre to be excused. Security put them through the paces again. Good job.They do body scans and check vaccination cards and I watched them turn someone away. A woman said, my group doesnt need cards, I have one. Its my daughters birthday. All of the kids are 11. (The cut off to show vaccination cards is 12). There where 3 more adults and 7 kids with her. She was denied. The parent left very angry. Great job in that regard! Enforce the rules for safety.The lanes, bathroom facilities and play areas were clean. The wait staff was decent. They may want to write down the orders. I noticed a few mistakes were made through the night.Theres no health food on the menu. Nachos, Hot dogs, fries, wings and pizza. Milk shakes and soft drinks dominate the drink menu. But the food was tasty and the portions were sufficient. Meals range on average from $12 - $20 each. You can rent shoe or bring your own. There is a bar for adult drinks.Parking can be tricky. There is very little parking on the Pier unless your attending a function there that requires valet parking. Otherwise youll have to use attendant parking. Plan on spending about $40 - $50 for 2 - 3 hours to park on site or at garages in the area.Weekends of course are a lot more crowded than week days. Overall, a good facility.

We threw our daughter 4th bday party here. Staff was fantastic. They were polite, attentive. Great customer service from setting up, checking in and checking out.Kids had a great time filling up on the pizza and juice that came with the package. If your party is for a young child like mine then you should make sure to remind parents to pay extra attention when the kids go for the bowling ball. Make sure the assistant ramp is set up for the kids lane.After the party a few of the parents stayed for some adult time at the bar while the kids enjoyed the arcade.A good time was had 👍🏽

Had a bowling birthday party for a 10 year old boy here and had great fun. The place is perfectly designed to host parties and does so very well. We had pizza and drinks and after bowling we had some fun in the arcade. Would only suggest to add more arcade games.

Staff is friendly & the gentleman who work the floor are super attentive when needed. The groupon deal is usually when we go & it is always worth it. Lanes are clean, food is good & prices are decent. The arcade area is a tad bit pricey but worth it in the end, as well are the prizes! Always a fun time. (Sometimes smells in the common areas… like wet mop, but kinda bearable)

STAY AWAY!!! They treat you as if they are an indispensable establishment!! Spoke to person who picked up phone then asked to speak to manager. Was left on hold indefinitely, 20minutes and counting no one came back to the phone. On to the next, we also used to host for my companies holiday party 100 plus ppl at now closed Bowlmor and now even though they are the most comparable they are now forever out of contention.The arrogance to leave a customer on the phone without checking up is incredible. It’s not the first time I had a bad experience here but it will absolutely be the last.

Bowling a little bit expensive here, $14 a game plus $9 for shoes. You can get a deal for $42 for 3 games and shoes. Theres a bar here and a lot of kids celebrating their birthdays. You can also get arcade passes here too. Convenient if youre just waiting and wanted to watch some football or relax with a beer while your kids are in gymnastics or other sports at Chelsea Piers

Stay far away from this place. I went there in May with my family. At arrival the girl assigned us a stinky aisle in the back, aisle 16, then she changed it to aisle 14. Couple minutes after we sat another employee told us that the aisle was reserve for a birthday party that we have to move to another one. Then again we had to go back to the front register after changing to aisle 14, because the name wouldnt work on the screen 🤦🏾‍♀️. On top of that, I only brought a bottle of water which cost $4 almost $5 but then after 2 days I saw a charge of $172.75 from bowlmor. I called 5 times requesting to speak to someone about it, how did they manage to charge me that stupid amount, the 3rd time, the girl took my phone #, my email and said the manager will contact me. As I am writing now, NOBODY ever called. If you dont wanna fight with your bank for unauthorized transactions from this place, Im telling you, stay far away.

She helped me along with Anthony understand the way this place works. It was a bit pricey but after all being explained to me it was so worth it. This place is a fun spot to go bowling. They have a full bar, and staff available at all times to order food. I actually appreciate the staff, they’ve always been attentive the times I’ve been there.Prices are affordable compared to Lucky Strike & Frames (which are also in Manhattan), but compared to the bowling alleys in Brooklyn it’s definitely a bit higher.I would like to add a few bonuses from this place are they have plenty of arcade games available, and it is located at Chelsea Piers so there are other plenty of things to do aside from bowling.I’ve also been here for events they host, one time I went to a Halloween Open Bar and that was actually very fun and a good deal (just don’t get their house tequila).

Service was kind of lacking. Kept telling the waitress for the company event to bring us a picture of beer, took about an hour and it wasnt even the right beer. Apparently they were all out of the first beer that I said and instead of letting me know to choose another one they just avoided our table. They also shut down our bowling lane 10 minutes early which sucked because I was on my way to get a turkey. Cool vibe, cool atmosphere. The lanes are crowded if you have to share the seating area with another party.

I was taken to this place to celebrate my birthday and I can honestly say that I had so much fun. There were many bowling lanes, and the atmosphere was really exciting. After 8 PM, only 21+ can enter this place though. I never got to play on the arcades since it was close to closing time so I cant review how that experience was. But at the time I went here (10 PM on a Saturday night during July) it wasnt crowded at all. Neither was the bowling lanes but the place was lively and not dead. The food and drinks tasted amazing! I personally recommend the Boarding Pass drink if you want something fruity. Im definitely planning to come again!

We had unlimited laser tag and bowling for an event. The drinks are really good and so were the nachos. Ill go again!

Today we met here for team building. We played basketball, relay races in the sand , escape root and so much more. Great instructors. It was a fun day.

Really disappointed and feel like my friends and I were scammed. 1) the service was terrible. We had to go up to the bar to order food because our server was no where to be found. Took way too long for that food to come. I asked for water later on by someone who said that they were going to be our server and they were rude. They continued to run around not bringing our water to our table to the point that I had to go up to the bar and ask for water. Then I was just ignored by everyone behind the bar. After an hour, another person in my group went and ask for water after I gave up and they had to wait mad long as well, but finally my friend brought it to the table. Our server never showed back up. 2)we played arcade games and couldn’t even redeem our points for prizes because there was no one at the counter to help us. We waited 10 minutes for someone to show up, then asked for help from a staff member and they called someone up, but no one ever showed after another 10 minutes of waiting after asking. 3) we decided to bowl at 9:30 and we said that we wanted to play 3 games. Prices were so unclear that we thought we would be paying only $60 for three games ($12 per game for three games). After starting our third game, it was shut off because the place was going to close. That would be understandable if we were given notice that they were closing soon and we wouldn’t even start the third game. When we went to the counter to complain, the staff member behind the counter was being super hostile even tho we were being super nice about it. We asked to be charged for the two games that we played in full, and for the third game to be free since we never finished it in the first place. At the same time, two other groups were complaining about the same thing. It took 20 minutes for the manager to finally show up. They ended up charging us for the third game anyway and told us to leave so that they could accommodate the two other groups. The staff only paid attention to people who paid to have their party there and screwed everyone else. Never going again. Total scam. I wish they were more clear about their closing times and their prices and I hope that no one else experiences the same thing. All in all, if you want to bowl, go somewhere else where the staff is actually helpful and doesn’t Scam you out of your money while being hostile to you for complaining

We went in here to eat. The food wasnt bad, and the portions are quite large. The drink prices are however outrageous. I got a cucumber lemonade and it was over $13 for 16 ounces, most of that was ice. I suggest not ordering alcohol here but other than that is ok for the money. Our sever was friendly and prompt, no complaints there.

Good space/terrible group sales experienceReserved for a daytime event for a public high school group of 65. Staff on site were excellent -- SO responsive and helpful with everything! The space was large and students enjoyed the bowling, arcade, and laser tag. The reservation came with a slice of pizza and unlimited drinks. I cannot stress how hard staff were working to make sure the 3 separate events in the space all had good service.Too bad it was SO frustrating to reserve through the corporate rep, who kept revealing more details as the process went on:- theres a base fee, but also an event fee, whose amount/% kept changing and was not clear- the space was automatically booked for an hour and a half without asking how long we wanted it for- the laser tag was only a 15-minute game, which wasnt revealed until 2 days prior to the event, when money was already collected & paid- the rep said food will be available for purchase, but the location only had the pizza that was pre-ordered with the reservation, as the full kitchen doesnt open until 4... And more.We originally decided to take our group here compared to Dave & Busters due to the laser tag option, but D&B were much more straightforward about their pricing menu and we will probably just use them next time. The staff on site were all super knowledgeable and could replace the director of sales in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, theyre stuck working for a terrible organization.

They definitely created an atmosphere that is built for fun.This is where I feel Bowlero has disappointed me; The service. Im not sure if its because we went on a busy day (which really isnt an excuse), or if there are short staffed, or that they only cater to a larger crowd. Its VERY difficult to get anyones attention for some help unless you were a company that came in for happy hour or if made arrangements to bowl. To add to that, The floors were sticky, the tables were neglected unless someone wated to use them you needed to track someone down to wipe the tables. I see so many people running around, but nothing looks organized. We had get a bartender to order and run our own table 😵no big deal, but its the experience. I dont know if it was the time we went but it was soo disappointing.We made the best of it however. We ended up going to laser tag and had the whole room to ourselves and that kind of mafe up for the whole thing.Update: 8/7/22 - we went back to laser tag and, again, got the room to ourselves!

Very trendy and humongous alley! Amazing music and very low prices. There’s a full bar, arcade and table games on the ground floor. On the second floor is a lounge. Lighting and layout is very innovative.

Went on a Saturday. Very crowded. Best to RSVP a lane, although if you walk-in theres a lot to do while waiting for a lane. Games, laser tag, bar with multiple TVs. I was 29 on the list only waited about 45min. Drinks are not that strong and you pay tourists price (+$13/drink) for so definitely pre game lol

Came here for a work event. It was very easy to set up the event for about 30 people via email. The person I spoke with was very communicative. When we arrived they set up the space and it was decorated very cute. The food is really great too.

I sent this review directly via the survey link that was emailed to me but Im now pasting it here since I didnt hear back:The server was very nice and pretty attentive but it seemed like she was not trained on how to handle a birthday. It was just my husband and i celebrating his birthday and I had a cake delivered and handed it immediately to a staff member so that it could be taken back. After the server introduced herself, the first thing she said was “you guys brought your own cake right?”. Which immediately ruined any element of surprise.Then when it came time for the cake, instead of appearing at the table with the candle lit, she first walked out to the table, made it known she was there with the cake and lit the candle in front of us. Then after my husband blew out the candle, we had to ask for a knife and plates. Also we noticed the cake was not placed on any serving plate, only the cardboard that it came on. She then brought us out just a butter knife to cut the cake ourselves.I worked as a server in a restaurant for 10 years and a birthday cake delivery was not a complicated thing. Usually we would have gotten a few staff to come help deliver the cake together to make it more special, make sure to place it on a serving plate/platter, have it pre-lit as we walked up to surprise the person, and then we would usually cut it for them.We enjoyed the bowling but the birthday experience was kind of sad and i wouldn’t do it again.Again, the server was nice and attentive, and i genuinely think she was just not experienced and was not taught how to make a birthday cake delivery feel special.

This place is built for fun. Besides bowling, it has a pretty cool arcade, laser tag, and bar. I was here for a private (kids) birthday party once a while back, where we were in a segregated bowling room, with its own bar - that was totally cool. And Ive been here for open bowling many times. Generally, its clean, decent food, and with lane/table services, these guys really step it up. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I was a bit disappointed with the rental shoes. While the shoes are in great condition, the soles are totally filthy. I had to take one pair back because I was literally sticking to the lane floor. The second pair was better, but not great. Others in my party had the same issue. For this, I remove one star, but would definitely return.

This used to be really fun but the organization of the place and management really takes an impact as well as the social distancing that is taking place. Between the lanes there is a plastic clear tarnish thing to divide the lanes which are pushed up right next to each other to the point that other peoples butts from the lane over will be resting on your table. The dividers they put up are so flimsy and honestly dirty. There was food on the plastic hanging tarp divider which only comes to like the waist up. Additionally when we went there on a sunday night. We arrived at like 7 maybe just a little after, we were told we had to wait 40 minutes. We waited 2 and a half hours. We stopped to check in at the 40 minute mark the hour and a half mark and the 2 hour mark. There was no real explanation given as to why the time was so different than what we were told. While we waited the 2 and a half hours, we played games in the arcade in the front. Which was very sad because we spent all the money we put on our game cards not knowing there was a whole separate back room arcade. It would have been nice to know.

Great place for groups. Ive done a few parties here and its so much fun. Its a bit pricey but you get what you paid for. I did the kingpin package which comes with the liquor package and selected appetizers of your choice for the time that your there. Food was good and drinks were ok.

Good venue, but caution when planning an event. We planned a birthday party and ended up having five less people than originally planned, which equated to about $500. We were told they would not refund us, but that we could use the $500 that night on other services such as laser tag or arcade games. We told them that we live in the neighborhood and would happily take a credit to come back another time and bowl again, but they said we had to use it that night. This is an incredibly uncooperative and shady policy that is opposite of customer-service friendly. We would have happily returned and become repeat customers, but now I never intend to do so and will warn others to do the same.

Place has really gone down hill. The back area smells like vomit. Staff was kinda into it but not really. They felt over the whole thing. Bowlmore was better and cleaner. Floor in playing area was very sticky and the pins are on strings. Could be better.

This was my first time here and I’m so happy I came because I’ll be hosting my son’s bday party there soon because of them. From when we arrived to when we left all 12 of us felt taken care of. Great place to chill. Arcade is kinda boring. Bar wont let people sit on bar if under 21. Had 2 friends sit with us and one was young. we just ordered cokes and water and we told we couldnt stay.

Ive gone to the one on 44th street and I think that one is awesome. That one I would give 4 starts. The one at Chelsea Piers is the worst. They only cater to birthday parties. Not one time did a server come to us and the fact that we had a birthday party on each side of us so the kids from both parties kept running in front of me while I tried to bowl and parents are oblivious. But it would have been might fault if one of them got hit by my ball. The food order was wrong and I couldnt find the server to fix it. I had to take it back to the bar myself. If u are going to cater to parties on the weekend then do that or save a section of the alley for people who just want to bowl and that are not part of a large party. This is been the most frustrating visit and will not be returning

The scenic views of the Piers especially at sunset are amazing and that pretty much makes up for the place. The staff at the establishment werent attentive should you decide to bowl at a lane. One would have to look for staff on more than one occasion. Otherwise, once they are aware of you, the food is pretty good and the equipment is clean and functional.

Ive gone a couple times for work events and the occasional kids birthday party. Service has always been good and the place is clean. Laser tag and bowling are both fun. My friend that was throwing a party for her seven year old said the staff was great and she was very happy with the overall party package.

Poor poor service. Cashiers tell you when you checkout that they dont know how to swipe credit cards if it doesnt have the chip, and are reluctant to get manager to do so. ALL of our food orders were WRONG, and they did not want to take it back. We let them know we were not going to pay for an order we did not make and manager agreed to redo the order. Then, tried to charge us for things we never even ordered to hike up the bill. I will NOT go back lest I go under duress

They sell you a coupon, u cant make appointment with the coupon and Everytime u come waiting time is like 4 hours scam

If I could give this establishment a zero star review then I would. When we visited the bowling alley, they charged our party of 2 people for 24 drinks when we received our check. I tried reasoning with the manager and mentioned that if me and my wife both had 12 drinks each, then we would be the ones on the ground instead of the bowling pins, and therefore it was impossible for their drink count to be accurate. Please keep in mind that this was not even counting the few drinks that we had while waiting for the availability of the bowling lanes to open up which we paid for separately. They refused to acknowledge that they were overcharging and a larger discussion ensued. By the end of the night, they tried charging us over $250 for alcoholic beverages and over $250 for the total games of bowling. To be short, you should be prepared to review your check thoroughly at this location because they will be eagerly waiting to overcharge your at their earliest convenience.

Very fun, bit expensive but definitely fun! Many choices of games, great for couples, family and groups! Laser tag is recommended, the drinks are kind of bad but we had no expectations

Vanessa the Manager is empathetic, unprofessional & unprofessional. Whomever hired her as a Manager, perhaps should re-evaluate her. The bartender is another one. She made me feel rushed and just off-putting. I dont recommend this place whatsoever.

We were really excited to go but while the atmosphere was pretty cool, we ended up leaving before we had a chance to bowl. It was during the week, tons of lanes had no one playing, yet we were told it would be over an hour before we could bowl. We tried to wait but got bored and ended up leaving. Wasnt worth it and we got stuck paying for parking just to sit inside for an hour and do nothing. Big let down in the end. The place is cool but maybe with a little more organization, it could be a lot better later on.

I held my daughters sweet sixteen birthday party @ Bowlmor Chelsea Pier, and we had a blast. I would recommend this place to host parties at. The party package is the best way to go with large groups. The food is great and whats included in the packages is even greater. I also checked out the details for adult parties and it is just grand. Gwen the event planner is awesome!

We had an awesome time. Never saw crystal the lady in charge of our party she never came back with the receipt or to see if we needed anything. But Camry, Sid, and Yenrri not sure if thats how you spell it took care of us. They made us laugh helped us everytime we needed and always with a smile. Gabrielle helped us settle the rest of our bill, super nice. Loved it we definitely will be back. Thank you for giving my son a very happy birthday!

The service was not great and the pricing is too expensive for what it is. Some of the arcade games were not working and I had to keep asking then to refund me credits at one point I just said forget playing the arcade. The only reason I put three stars is because had fun with Family bowling.
