This is a fun spot to do Karoake. Our friend recommended it for the great food. The wings were delicious with a few different options. We had a private room for 8 people. We were in the Beatles room, which was nicely decorated. The karoake system was easy to use, and theres a tablet to enter the song numbers. The only con was the food prices. We had some things off the happy hour menu, but the regular price stuff was expensive.
Very bad Costumer Service. Please be careful for them charging you more than what they say and they included a 20 percent gratuity which is not deserved and when I said if I can add less he showed me in the website that parties of 6 and more 20 percent is included.Very unpleasant moment and the person who I believe is the manager was saying things that I even told him and couldn’t control the situation.I understand is a busy area but please guys go to other places where you are treated nice and not”scam” as we were.Never coming back.Oh plus if you are looking for Latin music they don’t have in their list many almost nothing.Be prepared.
A little hard to find from the street, but there are some elevators that youll take to the 3rd floor and youll be in the restaurant! Itll be worth it too because the beer and the wings are to die for! Such a cool vibes too. It would be a good date night spot.
Came here on a Thursday evening. The place was not busy at all but started to pick up around 7pm. The staff services was average and food was served in a timely manner. I ordered the Lychee Martini which came with pulp, I prefer mine to be strained, overall taste was just average. None of the food my table order really stood out. The Seafood Pancake was not crispy and felt like it was just microwaved. The Soy Garlic Wings had good flavor on the outside but the actual chicken tasted bland.
Turntable is an absolute gem in K-Town! Amazing drinks (the lychee martini is 👌), wings (oh the crunch!) and service is phenomenal. Super cool setup with vintage art on the walls and a great vibe all around. Highly recommend!
One of the unique features of KTown is the multitude of restaurants and bars that are located not on the street level, but on the upper floors inside the business.Turntable is one of those places. Located in the building next to HMart on the 5th floor. Its nothing what you would expect coming in from the street. Super cool vibe and decor.Solid selection of food. Korean fried chicken and assortment of other dishes that are all tasty.Great music, ambiance and service. They also have a couple of karaoke rooms for smaller groups to have fun singing and eat together.Been here dozens of times and always a good experience.
This is the first location ive ever tried korean wings at and i gotta say im a big fan. I preferred the hot wings to the soy garlic, definitely. The seafood pancake was fun and different. The cormeal was really great, but very filling. They were so much lighter than i thought they would be!I did not get drinks or do karaoke at this location. I dont like karaoke so that wouldve impacted the rating negatively. For this evening there was lots of space, pleasant music, and good food.
I came here with a friend and had SUCH a good time. The bar is beautiful and the karaoke is so fun- also amazing prices for happy hour. Bring a big group here! It’s awesome.
This is a decent lounge/ hangout spot- full bar, karaoke, sports tv and chicken. Food was mediocre, a little bland.I enjoyed the lychee soju they have sizes from small, medium (size of soju bottle) and large. A little we pricy but for the taste it was not bad.
Great food, beautiful vibe, music was great as well
The food was great, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Had the whole chicken, the skin was very nice and crispy, flavourful and juicy.
Some of the best Korean fried wings Ive ever had, the pork fried edamame are awesome and the lychee soju is good too. Highly recommended.
Closer to 3.5 stars than 4. I was hoping to get beer towers at this location too. Anyway food wise was better than average but the decor was a big hit.
This place is perfect for any music fan! The decor is fabulous. Nice selection of drinks and few alcohol free options.
The interior design is great, very retro and studio looking space. The food is generally good, but the portion is small for the price. A large fired chicken and wing combo is just enough for my partner and I. The music is good, but a bit too loud for a restaurant. Id recommend this place for occasions but not regular visits.
I visited this bar for the 1st time. I tried the soy garlic fried chicken and scallion pancake. I also tried their lechee Sojo. I hope I spelled that correctly. The drink was delicious. The apple sojo was delicious as well. I didnt wake up with a hangover, and I drank a lot. I tried the karaoke, and that was so much fun. I would come back.
Bulgolgi was a tad too salty for me, but I enjoyed the lunch special: $1 per chicken wing.If you’re coming here, I recommend the Soy Garlic wings! They’re crunchy, tasty, and super saucy. The hot and spicy wings were okay in flavor but spicier than I expected lollll.I ordered bulgolgi fried rice and expected the bulgolgi to be mixed with the rice but it was separate. Good prices though: $13 for the bulgolgi friend rice and $1 per wing (happy hour 12 PM to 6 PM).
Love it here. Food and service is always good and its our fav karaoke spot in the area
Won is a beast. This place is so good. I recommend the sapporo tower. Homemade lychee soju is really good.
Love Turntable!! Their wings, spiral potatoes, and dumplings are delicious and are my go-to’s. Service is so friendly and the atmosphere is fun! Great music also. Perfect for a night out with friends!
Absolutely my favorite karaoke bar. The happy hour is so good and the rooms rule.
The one star is really for the service... Or lack thereof. We waited 20 minutes before our drink orders were even taken. The waiter didnt bring enough napkins, plates, and forks for our whole group (there were 4 of us, so not a large group). My ramen arrived without utensils. Eventually the waiter brought chopsticks and more napkins, but no spoon! My friend got up and walked around to ask multiple employees for a spoon, but to no avail. Finally, when I was mostly done with my ramen, a spoon arrived, but it wasnt even a soup spoon. The chicken was just okay. The ramen was fine. The fries were kinda good, I guess. But nothing really redeemed the experience. Instead of enjoying our dinner, we were spending most of the time trying to track down utensils. We might have ordered more drinks, but there was no one to order them from.
The place where you can eat the best chicken while sitting Philippe Starcks vintage chair. Be sure to try the non-alcoholic lychee cocktail.
The wings were top notch. The service was meh. The bartenders were more interested in the ladies at the end of the bar than serving the customers. The spiral fries came out cold and we sent them back. They microwaved them to heat up. FOH. We told them we need a new batch
Great place, drinks were good, chicken was large and tasty. Well worth the price.
This place was very meh. It had all the ingredients to be great - hidden up a dingy elevator, styled like a Japanese listening bar. But its a cynical facsimile of a listening bar. Chart music was playing from Spotify. The records on the walls were covered in plexiglass. The speaker array seemed to be purely for show. Zero atmosphere.
Amazing spot, great food and music I wanna come back for the happy hour (12-6pm)
Cool place.Spicy was too spicy and the garlic soy one was too salty for me.I didnt like the corn cheese, but the vibe of this place is really cool.Overall, not bad.
We only stopped in for drinks, but the friend who chose the place said amazing things about their chicken. The restaurant is a little difficult to locate because you need to use an elevator, but the bar area had a great vibe! We really enjoyed each of our cocktails. Our only caveat was that we had a slightly difficult time getting the bill when we were ready to leave.
Great place to hangout. We loved the ambience! They have good variety of beers. Loved the rustic vibe of the place. Service was great. We ordered beers. Seafood pancake and chicken wings. Seafood was good. I loved chicken wings with perfect crisp! Could have done better with flavor. They charged us for blue cheese and ranch with wings. That was the only unusual thing. Over had a good experience.
Fun and funky upstairs bar and Karaoke bar in K Town. Great vibe in the bar and very friendly staff. Food is OK, but this is not why you come here. It has a great atmoshpere and feels like a cool, hidden gem. The music is not obtrusive (Karaoke is in private rooms) and would be a great place for a first date, or a date with your spouse. Very reasonable prices, and the portions are generous.
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! these guys know how to host!Jason and David did a fantastic job providing excellent service for my karaoke birthday party - i will be coming back!!
Won is a beast. I love this place and I love Won. Absolutely immaculate vibes. Cant stop coming here
Take the lifts to the fifth floor and you’ll be transported to this hidden restaurant/barThe gyozas and wings are great! When they say spicy wings they are not messing around they’re pretty spicy so if you can’t tolerate hot food I’d say go for the normal garlic lemon wings!Get a side of curly fries on the side , they are epicHighly recommended
Chicken here is on point! The dumplings is also very yummy.
I have gone to turntable 6+ times because they never disappoint!! The karaoke rooms are really cutely decorated and have a large selection of songs to choose from. The staff is also very accommodating, sweet, and friendly and theyre the reason I keep coming back. We brought a cake for my partners birthday and they kept the cake in the back and brought it out with sparklers! Highly recommend!
Won is a beast. The sapporo tower and lychee soju were amazing and fun. Amazing service and food.
This bar has amazing atmosphere. Old school radios are encased in glass lining the walls. The architecture leaves exposed beams and high ceilings your eye cant help but follow. Drinks were great and Service was wonderful!
Great place for food and drinks. Wait staff are super attentive and helpful. Food is tasty and drinks are superb. Love their soju cocktails and also love the dried ice effect on the beer taps at your table.
Restaurant is on the 5th floor, accessible through a tiny elevator. Service was polite and fairly quick. The dining room/bar area (and restroom) are decorated very well and clean. The food is expensive but the Korean fried chicken and hush puppies are worth it! Crispy on the outside, fried to perfection. An experience you dont want to miss!
Love love loved this place! Hidden away Restaurant and Karaoke Bar. Delicious Korean food. Very bustly and busy.
What a lovely surprise to find a Korean fried chicken place on the 5th floor! I came for happy hour (which is a great deal, especially for a Saturday evening!). The atmosphere is a pub vibe, with loud music and talking but its perfect for catching up with friends. The Korean fried chicken was super crispy and the hot and spicy definitely delivered on the hot and the spicy. The twister was also an experience - like freshly fried potato chips on a stick. The dumplings are so good here. The filling was japchae noodles and they’re coated in the same sauce as the chicken wings - highly recommend. The soju for happy hour will definitely be bringing me back in! I believe I’ve found a new favorite restaurant in ktown!
Fascinating atmosphere, delicious food choices. I traveled back in time and had a wonderful time.
After elevator’s open, you will see the different world. Their atmosphere is fantabulous, food is great. They have great beer selections, nice combo with chicken wings! The manager & staffs are very nice and kind. I would deffinately go back for my next occasion! Highly reccomanded!
Very nice space, excellent chicken, very chill vibe
Nice cocktails and entrees, nostalgic ambiance with roomy seating.Prices ok and Happy Hour even better
Been here twice now that I can confidently write about the experience.First one was in May for Happy Hour with friends prior to a friends birthday celebration in a nearby restaurant. We spent 2 and a half hours enjoying the HH deals and more importantly the vibe of the place. Really cool, dark even during the day, and if youre into great music, youll love it here. We enjoyed bottles of soju and wine and cocktails. We loved the Korean Fried Chicken in soy garlic as well. More importantly, the staff and service was fantastic. Everyone was attentive. Special shoutout to Rin who was warm, friendly and really took great care of us. We had a free soju shot offer for Yelp checkin and she gave us a round of lychee soju shots which was good!Fast forward to last night, my husband and I had our monthly spa appointment and after a wonderful couples massage and facial, we wanted to go somewhere with great drinks, food and vibe and we remembered this place so we went to K-Town. Did a last minute walk in around 7:20 PM and the host told us that they were actually fully booked but could seat us in one of the tables we were eyeing as long as were good to let it go before 9PM. We thought we were not gonna stay that long but less than an hour into it, we asked Rin (who was the one who also served us, nice to see you again Rin!) if by any chance they might still have a table somewhere if we decide to stay longer (at this point I was also considering to do my birthday celebration here sometime this month). And her and the host ( who was polite and a pretty nice guy btw) made it happen. Thanks guys! Because of that, we ordered a lot, 20 pc soy garlic wings, fried dimsum, bulgogi fried rice (all yummy!) and of course we thoroughly enjoyed the lychee soju (which we were told was homemade and was presented so pretty, complete with flowers and all. Very cool, not to mention delicious! Also ended up trying the lychee martini, seems it was the crowd favorite as well! Fantastic music on a Friday night and there were big groups of celebrations as well happening, and you could really tell the crowd was enjoying all of it. There are 2 bar areas with TVs as well for those who wanted to follow the games while enjoying their drinks! Btw, since it was busy last night, other servers also checked on us and theyre just all so friendly and nice. Thanks, girls! From one asian to another! ♥️Overall, can safely say this is one of our favorite spots now. Looking forward to getting our schedules finalized so my friends and I can come back again for my birthday celebration! Im eyeing one of their fab birthday packages! Thanks again Turntable LP Team for being a really cool place without being pretentious and for really showing what Asian hospitality is! Will be back for more!
Turn table is the most amazing place, the aura, the food, and the drinks!!! I only come when Julia is working. She is above and beyond the greatest bartender in the world. So beautiful and talented. She truly makes the experience❤️
I just enjoy the autmosphere and the foods, the chicken wings go well with the beer. And the owner has a large collections of vintage turntable.
Very nice ambianceGreat serviceGood foodGood vibe.
Best Korean wings I have had in NYC. They make them to order and, if you are patient, order them extra crispy. They are happy to oblige. The calamari is the surprise hit. Fresh and well prepared. Staff is great!
Great fried chicken (wings included)! Oh, and dont skip the chili margherita.
Excellent service, drinks, food, + karaoke! While they have a fun bar area, several themed private karaoke rooms with 2 mics each could accommodate different sized groups (some up to 20 people). Our server/hostess was extremely attentive to my group of 6. She brought us all our food and drinks and taught us how to use the karaoke machine in our room. We could queue several songs and delete ones we didnt want anymore. To drink, I had an excellent Chili Margarita. To eat, we shared potato Twisters which came perfectly crisp compared to semi soggy ones I previously had at their sister location. I guess they were happier to see me this time. For more veggies, their Corn Cheese arrived as a very good and homey bowlful of creamed corn with melted mozz, jalapeño, and lime. Then their Korean Fried Chicken Wings are a MUST!!! We ordered half garlic soy/half spicy and both were tasty af. Then the kids enjoyed their Fried Rice with Chicken Katsu as they serenaded us with songs from Frozen and Moana. What a perfect spot to drink heavily, eat well, and sing!NOTES/TIPS:**Happy Hour: 11am to 6pm with discounted karaoke in the afternoon.**Located at the 5th floor of an office building at 34-36 W 32nd St. which is between Baro and S bar, and near H-Mart, all in Koreatown a couple blocks from Penn Station.**Wheelchair-accessible, including the restroom. Some of the karaoke rooms are not as accessible.**Same menu as Turntable Chicken Jazz on 33rd St.
Reasons for going: Out with friends after workPros:Great prices for good foodAttentive/respectful staffNever had to wait for a tableDelicious cocktails and good happy hourHandicap accessibleClean bathroomUnique/instagrammable decorCons:NoneOverall:Honestly one of my favorite spots to go after work. One of the best cocktails with persistent quality. The wings are also delicious with a crunchy outside and tender inside. Always a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. For more busy nights I would get a reservation. Thanks for the hospitality📷@datasianjan
Really good food, but the staff never checked on us after one round of drinks and giving us our food so that was odd.
Funky decor. Coffee was meh. Not sure how this place fares when it is packed.
Overall rating: 4.4Cute spot, but impossssibbllee to get to. Coming here requires a lot of patience. It’s in a building filled with restaurants and bars & there’s only ONE elevator. I honestly was close to bailing many times, but this place has been on my list for awhile.Definitely come for karaoke, nottt for catching up with a friend 🥲 you 10000% won’t be able to hear yourself think. Also espresso martinis are not good, despite the quantity that you see in the pictures 🙈 this is likely due to a good happy hour deal. The fried rice though was Very good. If there’s an off peak hour, I will be back haha.
Awesome karaoke spot! We had our own room & large eclectic catalog of songs. Meaning yes, we went from Jolene to MCR to Nsync to Britney Spears to Story of the Year(see the pattern?). Service was great, everyone is really nice. Im sure they found our drunken emo duets outrageously hilarious too. Pricing was very affordable, and we def wanna come back asap. P.S. THEY HAVE THE YOGURT SOJU!!!!! Have videos but will not first! Concerts are not free!!!
Went for my bday, we were there for about 3 hours, the karaoke room was so spacious and service was great! Have to mention that their mics and contollers are in great condition , so you dont waste time trying to guess if your mic is broken. We even got a free round of shots. My friends and I enjoyed it very much! I suggest you go here if you want to have fun ...it is a bit pricey so prepare your heart and bank well 😉
Ordered a medium combo KFC spicy and kimchee fried rice for lunch - both delicious. We were the only customer at 1pm, most likely because this place is so hard to find. You cant see it from the street nor a sign. You have to go to the address, take the elevator to the 5th floor.. it took me few minutes to find the restaurant, but it was so worth it.. Chicken was nice and crispy and so tasty. Kimchee fried was better than mine 😐
I’ve always passed by this place but visited for the first time today. The music was incredible and the chicken was so yummy 분위기 좋고 다 너무 맛있었어여
One of my favorite places to eat in New York. These are the best wings Ive ever had in my life. The drinks and atmosphere are great as well. The service is also very good.
Its a little loud to hear conversations and I somehow always end up seated directly under a vent. That said, the food is amazing. Kimchee, spicy wings and the potato twisters are definitely a vibe.
Aww heck yeah, this place has the best wings in NYC. Cooked twice so theyre both satisfying and light. Also, kimchi pancakes were delicious.
The chicken is great, the other dishes not so much. Also the size of the pajeon (pancakes) and the fried rice is smaller than expected.
Great decoration. But, isnt it weird that they actually dont serve much coffee?
Very cool bar, hidden away but nice wings and tasty mixed drinks. Great service.
Best Korean Fried chicken Ive had. Period. Made fresh to order, but worth the wait (try the cheesy corn, hush puppies, or twisters with a crisp pilsner on tap while you wait). Chicken comes out hot, with the right crunch and the prefect amount of sauce. Go with the half spicy/half garlic soy.. the spicy is flavorful, not volcanic. Not as saucy as Pelicana and only has the two flavors, but the balance of crisp skin/sauce/chicken tendernous is just executed so perfectly here. Lastly, the decor is dope and just makes you want to stay till youre hungry for another round. Just go already.
What a wonderful find! Hidden on the 5th floor of a nondescript high rise in Koreatown, this spot had a fantastic atmosphere and amazing music selection. We came mid-day so it was quiet - I imagine it can get pretty lively once the karaoke hour strikes. The food and beer selection was great. Definitely seek this place out if you like fun and funky spots!
Originally headed to the other Turntable restaurant but the kitchen was closed. They suggested to go to their sister restaurant just one block over. Im very glad they did, as it was not very crowded, the vibe was excellent, customer service was great, and the food was delicious. I never had Korean chicken wings, but I will definitely be seeking more Korean BBQ restaurants and will always compare the food to the experience I had at this location in NYC. If your an analog head, this is the place to go to check out some serious analog audio equipment and their insane vinyl collection.
Im a big fan of this location hidden away off the street level. Inside is a great vibe. During June 2021, there are still partitions inside to divide groups to make a safer space. Ive eaten here many times and Im a fan of a 50/50 (Spicy & Soy/Garlic). For two people, it probably makes sense to get a large. We made the mistake of getting a medium and then a small because we wanted more chicken. Their sides are great too.
Won is beast, this place is awesome.
Great food great service will be back again
So much fun! We were a group of 8 in for kareoke and dinner. We had a blast! Great service, good drinks and an awesome private room to sing our heart out!
Happy hour from 12pm - 6pm daily! The chicken wings are a must-try! (6 for $8.95+ during happy hour, with choice of Soy Garlic, Hot & Spicy or Half & Half).Drinks include beer ($6+), wine ($8+), soju ($12+) and shots ($5+).
Excellent fried chicken and the karaoke selection was great. We had the private room and the service was also quick with our drink orders. I would come back.
Hidden gem for non-Koreans / more mature audience in Ktown
This place feels really coozy with all of the decorations and it is usually never packed even during rush hours. However, the food here isnt that great compare to other places similar to this. Their wings and fries are nowhere near as good as mfc, but the services here are pretty nice. I also ordered the bulgogi beef fried rice and it was disappointing due to the lack of taste in everything. I dont mind the small portion of the beef but it kinda sucked and I didnt even finish it.
I was introduced to this place by a friend. I immediately liked the music-focused, museum-like design of the space, of course the Korean fried chicken (soy garlic specifically), kimchi rice, and the fact that its always not super crowded or noisy.
Called to see what availability was like today. I called at 1pm. Host was rude and unhelpful in providing availability for tonight. When asked what other times he had available he hung up the call. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he proceeded to tell me not to call back and denied my request to speak with a manager. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Delicioussss food and fun vibe!
Love this place and its sibling restaurants for the chicken (of course), unique ambiance/good music, and happy hour. They have a few karaoke rooms, too, so you can stay all night. Good for groups too.
Ive been to plenty of kareoke bars in the past and typically you get put into some cramped dirty room where the furniture is falling apart, the wait staff may or may not show up sometime long after you hit the call button, the machine is always in a language no one in your group can read, and your food and drink choices are awful all night. You can still end up having a fun time because youre out with a group of friends drunkenly belting out your favorite tunes, but it just makes those of us that dont want to sing feel a bit left out. You are just kind of there in the corner watching everyone else wishing you were anywhere else. This place is the exact opposite of a typical kareoke spot. The room was huge, the machine was controlled by a tablet that was in English (though I would imagine that other languages are available as its an app rather than a physical remote), the wait staff showed up within seconds of hitting the call button, and the food and drinks available were incredible. Ive never been so impressed by a kareoke bar in my life, nor have I ever had a desire to return. This place changed all of that for me, Id even go back just to hang out in the bar area for dinner and drinks
A bit of a special place in K Town. Hidden, through a nondescript door and up a cramped elevator. And before you know it you have been transported into this cozy space surrounded by old radios, LPs, speakers, and music ads. The food quite tasty, especially the chicken. Just be ready to eat fried food . . .
We had a pleasant experience here. The seafood pancake is good and the fried chicken is also good. The spicy fried chicken is pretty spicy so be careful if you aren’t used to spiciness. The soy garlic one isn’t truly my favorite, but it’s not bad. The staff is pretty nice and the atmosphere is chill. The prices aren’t expensive at all either.
Not too bad for a karaoke spot. The first few songs we sang were not up to speed with the words so it sounded weird. Food was good
Wowowow Very cool feeling place with great ambiance and wonderful service! Rin was our server, she was very warm and welcoming. Also the chicken wings are phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💯
If I could eat at only once place forever for the rest of my life it would be this place. The music is classy and the food is danky.edit: the music is still classy and the food is still danky, but both times ive been now, the service has been very slow and sort of rude.
Love the atmosphere of this place. Their wings are fantastic, both boneless and bone-in. Decent beer selection. Surprised this place is not busier.
Nice Irish bar.
Nice place for drinks/soju. This place is on the 5th floor so you need to take the elevator up. We got the large lychee soju, which was pretty light and tasted more lychee like as well as a few bottle of sojus. Atmosphere is pretty nice, dim lit and just the kinda place to catch up with some old buds.
I like the atmosphere in the place; dim lit. Wings were okay, could use more flavors at the place to be honest.
Place was nice to hang out with friends, love the 80s music and servers were all attentive. The espresso martini was good and strong. Korean chicken hit the spot. Just a note that on Friday nights they get super busy so you cant linger for too long.
Amazing place to be at . Aaron and isaias were amazing bartenders .
Loved the place. Very friendly staff. Look at their retro bar...which is so awesome on top the karaoke they have...had a great experience😄
Fried chickens are good. Cocktails are strong. Recommend espresso martini
Nice ambient. Had so much fun on the karaoke. Food decent with good service. Is a good place to release your hard work of the day. Highly recommended!
Awesome soju. Ordered edimame but it was overcooked. Staff took it off the bill. Great ambiance and decor.
Its great to listen to classic rock from the 80s, an ok selection of food mostly consist of chicken, burgers, salads and soup, although getting there may confuse you but its worth checking out
Great food + drinks + atmosphere
Loads of fun. But room rates are very expensive in my opinion
Absolutely love this place and it feels old school when looking at the records on the wall. Ambience is really nice and the food is absolutely wonderful plus the staff is friendly
Went here with friends for birthday it was super fun and safe for minors
Decent bar, with a cool but chilled vibe. Not too busy and the food was great. We tried the wings and pancakes, which were both great with the wings being a bit too spicy but that was probably what Korean food was about. We did not do karaoke but overall it was worth the visit
Classically fun and oddly situated (but also fun) bar on the fifth floor of the Korea town strip. don’t sleep on the hush puppies.
Pretty chill spot. Love the spicy wings. I just felt weird sitting next to random people on the same table.
Cool ambiance, really good mozzarella sticks, hush puppies, fries, and kimchi fried rice. Good wine, beer and cocktails too.
I really liked this place. Was my first time going there a few weeks ago and I was really impressed. The decor was really unique and warm, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and it was just a great time overall. And the Soju was perfect 🥰.
Great customer service, I would just specify if your wanted a specific selections of songs like English only or international beforehand.
Loved it great pick
The food was delicious! And cool place to go with a group of friends and drink! Good NYC nightlife spot.
Amazing place. Staff is very nice and the food is delicious.I recommend it for a relaxing evening and good atmosphere.
Very nice place but the management should understand that when people from abroad pay, sometimes the tipping system might fail....if that happens dont ask for more...its extremely rude.
The food was absolutely delicious! Staff is extremely friendly, and great vibes here!
Karaoke is in rooms in the back. The food was... Ok. A bit unremarkable. Chicken was cooked well but took forever. Underseasoned a bit.
Had so much fun, was only going there for 1 hr but the time went buy so fast stayed for another hr. Sometimes the lyrics dont match up with the music. We ordered chicken wings and they looked a little funny (like steroids) but that didnt bother me. Food was good drinks were good
Soul food
Turntable has been my go to places for KFC for a long time. I still enjoy their food and love the atmosphere of all the new locations.
Amazing setting and the fried chicken is amazing .. random location tho can be a little hard to find
This place is boss looking. Its hidden away on the fifth floor in Ktown but when you arrive the ambiance hits you. And what wonderful ambiance it is.If the retro radios and advertisements arent your speed, the beautiful wood, dim Edison bulbs and great music will.Onward to the food. Youre here for wings and drumsticks right? The soy wings were delicious and huge. Having been to other places where you get baby wings, the golden brown wings brought here to you look so photogenic you almost dont want to eat em. Almost.Having been recommended the spiralized potato, you cant go wrong trying one yourself. Like the wings, it just looks straight up wonderful coming to your table. Spicy mayo is bae.As far as hidden restaurants go, this place is awesome. You can even do karaoke in the old recording studios when youre done!
Amazing chicken with a super cool vibe! Large combo was perfect for three of us!
Came here for a celebration after a concert, and the staff were extremely accommodating, despite the size of our group being larger than initially anticipated. Service was friendly and quick.Only knocked a star because the kitchen closed at 11:45pm, despite the bar remaining open until 2am. Since we arrived on the later side, I wasnt able to order any food aside from the few items that the first people in our group to arrive had ordered in advance.
Amazing atmosphere & delicious food & drinks! Unforgettable Koreatown experience that cant be missed!
Great place! Nostalgic decor, excellent food, and a fresh playlist
Best chicken wing and drums! Great environment and tremendous friendly service.
Really fun place to have the gathering. However, rooms are very small, the appetizers were fried and an appetizing, and the rooms were very warm for 10+ ppl.
Place is super awesome - great music, staff was really friendly, and the chicken was bomb.com
Total 70s 80s retro feeling bar. But restroom should be improved as all Korean restaurents .
Such nice staff and great atmosphere, they were super helpful about ordering half the chicken without breading and it was so delicious and crispy even without the breadcrumbs. Huge selection of drinks and the LP collection lines the walls, we weren’t there during a DJ set but I bet it’s magnificent. We will definitely be back, we peeked at a private karaoke room and it looked very spacious and fun. Thanks!
Fun place, great bar, friendly staff, a bit off the beaten path which is nice and the only negative is that it can get uncomfortably crowded.
I loved their original place so much more as it was a little more divey with their new places feeling a bit too chain-like. Still love this one, it plays some 90s rock as opposed to jazz and the food is always delicious and the beer cold. Bring outta town friends here all the time. Its a bit squirrelled away so it can be quite empty depending when you go but dont let that put you off or have you concerned about the quality of the food.
Such a fun place for food and drinks. The beer towers are so cool!!
This location caters more to the American palate and more spacious seating compared to the one down the block.
Needed better service, was seated and ignored for a long time and missed happy hour specials
Its a bar with no sound absorbing materials like fabric. So its really loud. But its got this old school, hip vibe to it.
This place deserves a Michelin star
Matcha latte is just ok, but the prices and atmosphere are amazing.
Bad service and sub par food. Appetizers came last, waited 30 mins to just order. first time, last time.
The food is delicious, the ambiance is so fun, the karaoke is a BLAST, but the staff is the most incredible part. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff made us feel like they were celebrating alongside us. Super kind & thoughtful service made us all feel special. 10/10 would recommend.
This restaurant was subpar in all areas. The food was cold. The music playing was just 70’s and 80’s music and got pretty boring fast. The decor featured vinyl records and LPs displayed all over the walls and also featured radios from various decades. The restaurant was way too dark and barely lit up. We waited a long time to be served and the waiter never refilled our water after taking the empty water jug away. To top off this mediocre experience, we were a party of 14 people and also the only customers in the restaurant nearly the entire time we were there for over an hour and a half and yet we waited an eternity to even get the check. The menu is pathetically basic with very little diversity. I order bulgogi and it was terribly cold and had no real enjoyable flavor. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never return here again. There are many better restaurant options on this block. Go to any one of those other restaurants and not here!
Amazing service and great prices! The staff is super polite and helpful and the karaoke rooms are really big and clean. Would go again !
Love the atmosphere, drinks great, food is good
Great spot for karaoke! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is really great as well. I like how they don’t come in constantly before your scheduled time ends to remind you it’s ending. They did get us out promptly , which was totally fair because it was a busy Friday night. Overall great time!
Good food, reasonable prices, excellent service!
My friends said I had to try Turntable chicken. Yeah, its good, but its not that good
I come from CT just to get the wings, usually go to the one right across from the empire state building. Unfortunately closed on Sunday so we went to Turntable LP and Karoke Bar. The fries were awesome, the wings a huge disappointment. The crispness was there but seemed to be missing the flavor. A huge disappointment and I have gone to the other Turntables over the last several years and it never disappoints. This one failed epically.
They have huge themed Karaoke rooms! Don’t sleep on the Beatles themed room. It’s massive big enough for 16 ppl and they let the 3 of us go in for $40 an hour total plus separate drinks. They also have better fried chicken than other joints.
This 2 star is me being generous. Just had a dinner with friends and they didnt allow us to pay with separate credit cards, only from one big bill. They also insisted on pushing their special menu which came with limited items. Only after insisting were we allowed to order from the regular menu. The food wasnt that great. The service was not good. The chicken was moist but everything else was lack luster. Maybe its good prices and deals in their happy hour. I dont recommend but to each their own.
Always good times here. Staff is on point and their happy hour is decent. Paul is a great bartender when I sit at the bar waiting for friends sometimes. This is definitely the first stop in ktown in the many stops that follow after if you know what I mean lol
Assortment flavors of wings were so good
Probably the coolest of the multiple Turntables in that it best retains the Im in Korea Town vibe, where you have to find the non-descript street entrance and then a questionable elevator. That said, the restaurant is well maintained with modern Turntable-y feels.
Sweet & spicy is the best!
The food taste good but its way too soft and too chewy
Great wings and beer, awesome vibes, a go to place in ktown
Amazing Korean fried chicken and really fun atmosphere.
I had so much fun w party of 10 on Xmas at this place. Staff was fantastic & very accommodating. The selection of alcohol & food is generous. The ambiance of the place is something else, just a cool spot. Of course I cant not mention the karaoke rooms which was loads of fun to the point that I lost my voice.
Met with relatives and hadareally good time. Good food, drinks and atmosphere. This is 1 of 3 restaurants
Nice place to catch-up with friends. Music is not too loud where you cant hear each other and they have some nice happy hour specials.
Great times! Amazing price for the food. Fries and the soju were amazing. Pretty good selection of songs for karaoke.
Visited NYC for our mini honeymoon and we found this gem and it was a cozy, quiet place to unwind from all the choas of the city. Unique drinks and delicious wings! The karaoke rooms were very clean and fun. And the atmosphere really took me back in time. The nostalgia was my favorite part!
Not as an extensive a selection of songs as Duet. Food was so so.
LOVED IT! From the time you walk through the door, you feel like you are home. Very comfortable and warm. Vinyl records all over the place. People who come to drink, dont hear karaoke. The karaoke is in private rooms. Their private room rates are the best in the area. Their music selection is however outdated. The staff is friendly and courteous
Very good for a happy hour! Decent specials with great food options
Really loved this place, came here to have some eats and a drink before a game at MSG. Its the perfect spot, not too loud, great food, reasonable prices. Itll be my go to from now on.
We did karaoke for 4 hours for my birthday in a private room; it was amazing. the service is good and the food is fresh. The drinks are fantastic, if you like karaoke and chicken, definitely recommend
This spot is just a good vibe. The decor is dope too. Old vinyl records and record players adorn the location. The food is great. I recommend the wings half and half.
I love the chicken here! Great atmosphere with really friendly and helpful staff! Definitely recommend if youre looking for a simple nice place. Definitely not a large menu, but I didnt mind!
The wings were VERY tasty, with friendly staff and a cool vibe.
Came for a birthday celebration and food was good! Wish portions were a tad bigger. Great space for a larger group
Great spot for the soju/beer/Korean fried chicken experience. Good for groups
Full vibes being served.
Whats not to love about Korean fried chicken wings and retro decor? I dont know if I love the wings more or the old gramophones and records. The food is moderately interesting and well executed (for Korean bar food), but the ambiance is what makes it an experience to remember. Order some beer, chow down on wings (hot or sweet), and if youre on a date, play guess-that-band!
The prices are actually reasonable for food in the city!
Great spot to reconnect with friends.
This is a dope place - truly a hidden gem. You just cant beat $1 wings at happy hour. Love the decor and the vibe inside, plus they have free wifi. Winning!
Not the best place for karoake, especially for a large group. Service can be better
So good! We said during appetizers that we’d definitely be back and still true and will bring friends!
Good good food. Great customer service and the interior decor is very inviting for more visits guaranteed 👌
Great place to watch a game, have some delicious wings and a cold beer!
Great spot for karaoke. It gets packed. Recommend making a reservation if you are a larger group. I had my bday here. Our host service was really good. Food was a 6/10 and cocktails were a 3/10. Wish there were less fried foods. Cocktails were overpriced for what they were. Youre better off ordering beer or wine for the value/price. Would come back again!
I got sick right after eating the food 🤢
Solid fried chicken, the decor was really nice. It must have been 10s of thousands of records. Happy hour till 6pm, 5 dollar draft beers, one dollar chicken wings.
BULGOGI FRIED RICE was delicious, seemed so fresh. The fries were perfectly house made, and the drinks had me twisted. Eat here
Wonderful place to party in midtown. Best strong drinks and good music. Kind servers. COVID friendly private rooms. Lovely musical decor.
Great divey Korean fried chicken place.
Really expensive. Theres no easy way to split payment as a large group. Karaoke rooms are small. Chicken wings are lacking in flavor
Busy place midtown. Lychee mock tail was pretty good. Other folks ordered soju. Finger goods were good. Service was good. The decor is interesting with old Comm gizmos, old newspaper wall papers etc. Checks vaccination card which is good
I liked the place, it was not big but it wasnt crowded either. If you go with your own group you will have a good time. The food was great and the service was also good.
Excellent Korean fried chicken-soju-and-ban chan place. Can get loud between the literal wall of stereo speakers and lots of bro-tastic bros bro-ing...loudly.
Nice ambiance. Yummy chicken. Good happy hour specials until 6pm. Kimchi pancake was great.
We loved! The food and the karaoke was great. They have a lot of music from every year. And is so cheap .the minimum for karaoke is 1 hour , and the price is 10 dollars for hour for person
They overcharged our party of 12 by almost $400... Everyone gladly put in the cards to split things and someone said after we already paid that it seemed a bit high 4 people didnt drink, 3 didnt eat....... And it was too high. We had a great time but WATCH OUT! They corrected the error but we had to go through the the entire refund process etc. Such a long drawn out mess at the end of what was otherwise a fun night. Also there are several songs you would expect to be at karaoke that werent.
Decent food, wings arent good, other stuff is.
Happy hour price are unbeatable. Great food and drinks as usual
Really good atmosphere. Food is great. Chicken wings are AMAZING. Rin was an awesome server.
Had a great experience here. I stepped in last minute to host a meetup since the original host had an emergency. The reservation was for 20 people, of which only 8 people showed. Thank God the people who came were drinkers😏.I got there early and ordered at the bar. After a while a few more people joined us at the bar. Had a few drinks then we decided to get seated and placed an order for 4 half and half chicken since they take 30 minutes.Well no one else showed... The eight of us were able finish the chicken and drank a bunch. I hope our drink bill make up for the lack of peoples participation. Staff were awesome and even gave us a free bottle of Soju. Would definitely go back. Love the feel of the place.
I loved this place. Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Friendly and fast. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the limited menu but the kimchi pancake and katsu chicken is amazing.
Really liked this place. Difficult to find, but worth the effort. Very cool vibe and awesome decorations. Karaoke on some nights, extensive menu.
We are always here and they always give the best service! People are all nice! Victor and Rin are the best peeps! They always take care of us. They have an awesome karaoke room with leather couches and nice lighting. Oh also they have the best KFC korean fried chicken!
