Its really surprising how bad this hotel is despite the price tag and the pretty pictures. The staff and the service couldnt be any worse here. No one seems to care or take ownership of anything that happens at this property. We were informed that the lounge and the restaurant are all separate businesses, have nothing to do with the hotel, and carry zero responsibility to the hotels guests. My friends card got charged twice for a breakfast at the hotels restaurant - good luck trying to figure out why or getting a refund. The restaurant is not part of the hotel and no one can help you find out what happened and why.We forgot a tripod one night at the lounge. The next day, no employee of the hotel or the lounge seemed willing to help find it. They suggested the issue was made up and behaved in a pretty disrespectful and condescending manner. When requested to call security and produce video footage from the previous night, one employee just pulled the tripod from behind the corner with a straight face, like nothing happened.Getting a drink at the lounge takes forever, I had to wait half an hour just for the waiter to come by, despite asking for them, and then another twenty minutes to receive the drink. Getting the check was mission impossible so I ended up hounding someone by the bar and stood there until they finally gave me my check. Its really disappointing as we were hoping to have a good experience but the horrendous behavior of the hotels staff and the employees of the lounge and the restaurant make the associated stress of staying here simply not worth it.

What a gem! Beautifully designed small hotel in a great location. I appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was on the weekend compared to other locations in NYC. Access to public transit from the hotel was excellent so you can take the subway everywhere easily. Also, it’s an easy walk to the ferry so it’s a great spot for accessing Governors Island or Staten Island. The service was superb. Check-in and checkout went smoothly and the staff were always available to help and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. Breakfast was yummy and staff handled the guest overflow during a busy period really well. Overall, we were very impressed and can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is perfectly located on Wall Street, within walking distance of popular attractions. The room is clean and cozy—I almost didn’t want to leave to explore! The staff are incredibly welcoming, especially for guests visiting from other parts of the world or busy cities. Visiting from Vancouver Canada, chose this spot to be closer to the water and it did not disappoint. Quiet area in relation to upper and mid manhandled we looked at, which was nice to get a peaceful sleep! Beautiful rooms, luxious bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the wall street were very friendly and quick and responding to any requests we had. The doormen were always kind at helping me when I had multiple coffees in hand. First and foremost I would like to say Eddie the doorman is the best. From the moment you enter he treats you like family. His service is impeccable . All the doormen are next level. The restaurant, lounge, and rooftop bar are all top tier. I can’t stress enough how excellent the service is. From the doormen to the front desk to the room service. All 10/10. Perfect location, close to everything. Next time you plan on going to New York, I highly recommend staying here. This place is one of a kind.

Our first stay at The Wall Street was so great that we decided to bring our families for our second stay. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, and new - a fresh contrast to many of the tired hotels in the city. After a busy day in the city, this is exactly the home you want to return to.On top of the nice rooms with high ceilings, the service was excellent, the location is convenient (right near the subway), and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend the duck fat hash browns with your meal. The waffle was also very nice.We stayed through the Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts program, and all benefits were graciously honored. Thanks to a Betty, David, and their team for another great experience - well be back soon!

We stayed at the Wall Street hotel for a long weekend to attend a local wedding. The hotel was first class, the room was great and the location allowed for fast and easy access to the wedding reception venue. One of the doorman, a gentleman named Eddie, was extremely helpful with our luggage, hailing taxis, providing advice on eateries and attractions, and giving us a local flavor of the surrounding area which really added to our stay.

This most recent weekend my friend and I had a wonderful stay at The Wall Street Hotel. Check-in was a breeze and the staff, especially, Eddie, door attendant, were wonderful. He provided us with excellent recommendations as well as hailing cabs for us! He was truly a blessing during our stay. The room was spacious and they were able to accommodate us with two queen beds (which is rare for NYC) and the maids and other service people were so attentive. I would absolutely stay here again and have nothing but positive things to say about The Wall Street Hotel!

Amazing Stay at The Wall Street Hotel - Highly Recommend! My husband and I recently spent four nights at The Wall Street Hotel, thanks to an Amex travel deal, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the Financial District, making it easy to explore NYCs iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a peaceful, luxurious escape. Not to mention near the tin building and Pier 17!!!The staff were incredible—friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips on where to eat and what to see. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was stunning, combining modern luxury with classic style. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a cozy bed and a beautiful bathroom stocked with high-end toiletries. We even had a lovely view of the city streets, adding to the whole NYC vibe.We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the hotel, and the bar was a great spot for evening cocktails. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center, which was a nice bonus.Overall, our stay at The Wall Street Hotel was exceptional. The combination of great service, beautiful rooms, and a prime location made our NYC trip truly special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city—were already looking forward to our next stay!

Hands down the worst FHR property I’ve stayed at, across 5 countries. No upgrade, no early check-in, and zero communication from the front desk staff. They didn’t even bother informing us when rooms were ready until I asked. Took over 2 hours just to get our bags delivered to the room once we got into our rooms. The lack of staff and the service is very nonchalant. Also heater in rooms does not work in the winter. We came up to NYC for a weekend getaway with our 18-month-old and were a little apprehensive about selecting a family friendly hotel in the City. The Wall Street Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The room was small but still very comfortable and luxurious, exactly what you wanted to come back to at the end of the day sightseeing. The restaurant La Marchande had a wonderful breakfast. The chili oil on the avocado toast was particularly delightful and my husband, who doesn’t normally eat breakfast, ordered it both times we were there. But what made The Wall Street Hotel the perfect addition to our short trip was the service. From the bell hops to the front desk service to the restaurant waitstaff, every single staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming and helpful. The waiter at the restaurant wrote down the chili oil recipe for me because we loved it. When we needed to get milk for our 18-month-old, they dispatched someone to go pick it up and drop it off to our room and they remembered us at the front desk almost every time. For a hotel in the Financial District, it was surprisingly very family friendly. We really loved this hotel and will certainly be coming back to stay again on our next trip later this summer. Thank you!

They have mastered the exceptional boutique hotel experience. The level of good manners and kindness here does not make you feel like youre in NYC. Im a New Yorker and I know how direct and even rude we can be, this does not show itself at the Wall Street Hotel. It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to give is a great room upgrade and sparkling wine complimentary. The restaurant is amazing 👏 We truly cant wait to come back. The bed was so cozy and the rooms are quite, granted we stayed on the 14th floor. The location is great, with the ferries near by you can avoid using the subway your whole trip.If I could give the hotel just one suggestion to stay ahead of the competition:Try and invest more into the boutique luxury by having dyson hair-driers or increase the breakfast credit as 30$ per person really isnt enough when you want to give the staff a good tip.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. As a guest you pay $400-$1000 a night and this hotel will nickel and dime you for taking your own toiletry products you essentially paid for. The labo lotion and soaps were half way filled when I checked into my room. For the amount left that I used and ended up taking home, I was charged $80 per bottle.....a full price for a bottle that 75% already used by me and previous guests. George was the manager I spoke with the reverse the charges. He was unsympathetic and tried giving me a smart response of why the charges were valid and justified for taking an already used and 25% full bottle of lotion. If a hotel tries to justify a $80 charge for a used bottle of lotion where you paid so much per night, its just not worth the stay.

This was probably the most 5 start 5-star hotel experience Ive had in ever(?) that I recall. The staff is so super polite and friendly and extremely helpful. They knew exactly what benefits we had based on our reservation type through Amex. They were ready to help with some troubles we had with the phone and even called us to check and make sure they were resolved. The food was AH SO GOOD. I got the oatmeal repeatedly for breakfast and my partner tried the egg white omelette and the 3 egg omelette and both were just delicious. Would recommend La Marchande even if you arent staying at the hotel. They have great complimentary services and it really has an overall posh vibe. They dont try to charge you for silly little things like water bottles and basic amenities, the room service, housekeeping and turndown service are just way above and beyond. I LOVE LOVE pillow chocolates so thank you for having those. For any friends and family visiting nyc I will be highly recommending the wall street hotel. The whole experience was made extremely memorable by the staff, Im very happy.

What a fantastic hotel - my partner and I both agree that we found our New York hotel. We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel for 1 night in August during a layover, and arrived after a red eye into New York. We got the hotel around 10am just to see if we could store our luggage there. Luckily, the front desk staff were able to get us a room early (with no extra cost) and we even got an upgrade. The room was fantastic and roomy (especially for NY) and the bed was comfy. The shower was especially nice as the water pressure was high. But the real winner were the amazing staff. We were greeted in the afternoon by cannoli’s left by the team, and we even got turn down service in the evening. There were small things that the room service team did that made our stay wonderful. The bar cart in our room was kept well stocked (the prices were not too bad by the way.) And the staff in the bar downstairs were so kind, and the drinks were great as well. All in all, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at recently. It may be a bit pricey, but it’s well worth everything, as you will be treated well at this wonderful hotel.

Concierge needs polishing. After spending a decent amount of money staying, wining, dining, using the valet at this 5-star hotel, we were charged incorrectly for multiple items from the mini bar, including a $75 candle. Saying “I’m so sorry I’ll have my manager sort that out right away and we’ll get back to you” instead of “we’ll have to check with housekeeping and then get back to you” goes a long, long way in terms of customer satisfaction (even if from a staff standpoint, it’s virtually the same). Hopefully this improves with time as the hotel just opened its doors in 2022. We, personally, would wait a few years before trying again.

My fiancé (now husband) and I (along with my parents) stayed at the Wall Street hotel for our wedding at Cipriani Wall Street. Hotel is beautiful aesthetically, clean and it’s a GREAT location if you’re getting married at Cipriani - just a quick 2 min walk away… I do have to say however, the hotel stay was disappointing (besides the day-time doormen staff… they’re FABULOUS - shout out to Eddie). As a 5 star hotel, I’d expect them to maybe do a bit more to accommodate their guests celebrating special occasions like a wedding. When we checked in, there wasn’t even so much as a note in the room to welcome us to our wedding weekend. No welcome champagne, nothing. Our parents had even requested with the front desk to have a bottle of champagne and dessert in the room for when we got BACK from the wedding that Saturday evening and they forgot/didn’t complete the request? When we checked out we mentioned this and they said “oh, sorry about that…” and just gave us a bottle of champagne - but clearly that wasn’t the point of why we mentioned it. We didn’t want or need a free bottle.. just disappointed that the special moment had come and gone and the staff didn’t do anything to celebrate it. Sad.Not only that, but the shower was broken the entire time we were there. Every time we showered, water was leaking all on the outside and flooding the floor. Had to use towels to keep the floors dry. Even called to have it fixed and they said they fixed it, however problem was still occurring…When we came back in the late evenings the night time door man was sleeping in the chair up front not paying attention. We had also asked if we could take just a few pictures at the hotel for the wedding considering we were staying there all weekend and they charge a huge fee if you want to photograph their space at all. So just keep this in mind if you’re getting ready here for your wedding. Our weekend was special because of the wedding, but the hotel staff could definitely improve on making guests feel welcome/celebrated. This was the low of our weekend unfortunately.

The Wall Street hotel was a perfect choice for my family of four on our three day, two night Spring Break trip. After a subpar hotel experience in Philadelphia two weeks prior, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness, and offerings. The doorman who assisted me with check in was very welcoming and helpful. It was great to stay away from the crowds of midtown. I loved the special touches in the room with the design and decor. My only critiques are our room was next to an alley in which loud trucks came in the wee hours of the morning, and the cleaning person broke one of my bottles of oil. The value was $10 so I can overlook it. Overall, I would choose this hotel again.

This is a new hotel in the heart of Wall Street with larger-than-average rooms for a NYC property. I cannot say enough about it. Every detail was thought through the timeless room design: muted neutral colors, heated bathroom floors on a timer, high-end mini bar alternatives, Evian waters, a clothes steamer, luxury bathroom products, gorgeous window treatments and a very comfortable bed. The bed had four pillows total, and two were softer and two were firmer--loved this because I prefer softer and my husband prefers firmer. We explored the rooftop space and deck which would be a wonderful place to hold an event and provided great views. The fitness center / gym had two Pelotons, a treadmill, extensive weights and a large space to stretch and perform other exercises. The lobby bar was the kind of place that you want to stretch out and read for a bit, or have a drink and socialize. And the coffee was quite good. I didnt feel the need to explore options outside of the hotel which is rare for me. We had a drink in the restaurant bar but didnt have a meal. I did speak to people who ate at the restaurant and everyone raved about the food and service. All of the hotel staff were attentive, professional and very personable (big shout out to Eddie, the doorman). Last, but certainly not least, the property is located in walking distance to many downtown attractions such as the Piers, Stone Street, the Freedom Tower and World Financial Centers and to the subways to get to other spots in the city. The food at La Marchande is exceptional and the lounge on pearl is a beautiful place to have a few libations. Will be returning soon and often.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at The Wall Street Hotel. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The space itself is unlike any other hotel Ive ever experienced, with impeccable attention to detail and pristine accommodations. It was the perfect combination of feeling welcoming and homey while also being a complete escape from everyday life. The amenities in the room were lovely – they really thought of everything one might need! The Lounge on Pearl is one of my favorite rooms in all of New York and an absolute must-visit. I would definitely recommend The Wall Street Hotel to someone visiting New York, or anyone in the city that is looking for the perfect staycation. I cant wait to go back!

Room service is quick, pretty good, and friendly service (ordered twice) and the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. Otherwise, the hotel provided terrible service itself from start to finish here. Expect good service if you’re a boomer or mid-life crises, golf polo attire type. Otherwise, I suggest showing up with very low expectations; and suspect this place won’t weather the upcoming decades very well.Certainly won’t be back.

I stayed at the Wall Street hotel last weekend for a romantic couples get away trip with my partner. Checking in was a smooth and easy process. The front desk staff were attentive and very friendly. The room we stayed in was exceptional. They had a mini fridge readily stocked for us as well as a cart with chocolate, snacks, face masks, intimate supplies, alcohol and the materials to make our own cocktails. Essentially, we had our own mini bar in our room. My favorite part of the mini bar was the champagne that we used to make mimosas one morning. The bathroom was spacious and had starfire glass, double shower heads and double sinks. In addition, they offered robes, slippers and had heated floors which gave it the spa like feel we were hoping for.The Decor inside the entire hotel was beautiful. It gave the hotel a sophisticated and elegant look which was great for taking pictures. There were so many places to eat that were walking distance including a restaurant/bar inside the hotel. It was also conveniently located near popular museums such as the color factory, places to shop and a nice river. This is definitely a place I would recommend. We were very happy with our stay here and we hope to visit again.

Absolutely LOVED our recent stay at the Wall Street Hotel. We booked through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts and this was by far our favorite property we’ve ever stayed at in NYC or through AMEX. Michael, the bellman, greeted us as we arrived and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. We were traveling with our 8 week old and loved the brand new crib they outfitted our room with. They were also able to store my breastmilk too which I’m so thankful for. Breakfast was delicious each morning and close proximity to the subway made getting around the city easy. We love staying in this part of town because it’s so quiet and can’t wait to come back.

Just had a wonderful stay at the Wall Street Hotel! The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious for NYC and the showers were amazing!! Awesome location if you are looking to enjoy downtown as it is steps away from South Street Seaport, Battery Park, and World Trade Center Memorial. Plenty of dining options are also within walking distance. The staff was incredible and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Id give 10 stars if I could; fantastic experience from the moment we arrived to the unfortunate moment we had to say goodbye to Eddy (until next time). Every single staff member made our experience memorable, the location was ideal, and the design elements throughout the hotel were nothing short of fabulous. The lobby bar was simply stunning, we felt fortunate to spend sun-lit afternoons there entertaining our friends. We will exclusively be staying at The Wall Street from now on - thank you for your hospitality!

There are tons of restaurants and bars within a short walk. My experience was a 10/10 and I recommend The Wall Street Hotel

The Wall Street Hotel is the epitome of hospitality! The hotel is beautifully designed with an exceptional lounge, bar and restaurant. It is elegant but still warm and welcoming. The room was huge by Manhattan standards with a plush king size bed, full stocked mini bar, and heated bathroom floors. But my favorite part was the staff — every single person I encountered was super friendly and helpful! There was a small hiccup at check-in but it was resolved with the utmost professionalism and care. From turndown service to accommodating our late check out, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend it for your next trip to NYC!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, wonderful decor. Loved it. Thank you.The only improvement id suggest is to offer later hours for room service food, for travellers who may land + check in late like we did. There wasnt enough food in the minibar to cover for a meal, so we kinda went hungry.Apart from that we would definitely stay here again! Excellent experience and the staff were 10/10.

The Most Luxurious Hotel in New York City!I cant say enough about my stay at The Wall Street Hotel! I travel often, and after just one stay this has become one of my all time favorites. The hotel has spared no expense to make the decor and detail of the lobby, bar, restaurant and guestroom absolutely beautiful. Heated bathroom floors, amazing bar cart offerings and a Bang & Olufsen room speaker?! Incredible. The service was beyond 5-star from the moment they met me at the curb to help with my bags until checkout. Every staff member was knowledgeable about the area, offered me plenty of options and were a pleasure so speak to. The food in the restaurant and cocktail lounge was amazing (Michelin starred chef), and room service was prompt and delicious. Financial District has come a long way and between Fulton Market, the Seaport, 9/11 Memorial and Westfield Mall just steps away; theres plenty to see, eat and do. Subway trains get you to midtown and Central Park in 20 minutes. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends & family and have already booked my next stay to see a concert at Pier 17 just steps away!

We had a phenomenal stay at The Wall Street Hotel! The decor, amenities and service at this new hotel are impeccable! It was quiet and the rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. This would be ideal for business travellers visiting the financial district but was also a terrific spot for a tourist visit. It is within walking distance of the 9/11 Memorial and we also walked to the Staten Island Ferry. It is a short subway, cab or Uber ride to Times Square and in a neighborhood that is much less crowded. Eddie and David were exceptional at assisting with anything we needed and all staff members with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Was using AmEx travels FHR, list and came across the Wall Street Hotel, I think they were even running a promo. We were in town for an interview and wanted to spent the long weekend somewhere nice. One of us was headed to midtown and the other to Brooklyn this place worked out great. It’s just off the red line. The restaurant was good. And your FHR credit works for the bars and restaurants on site which was great.Room was perfect size, big by NYC standards and had everything we needed. Very clean and a great room.THIS PLACE HAD THE BEST MINI BAR IVE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME! Very nice selection of beers, drinks, nips, flasks and full bottles of liquor, chips, forgettable items, and even super classy WSH mementos. In addition to the decor, this really set the mood and took us back to a time where things were provided just as a convenience instead of an up charge. I’m talking $3 beers and $10 mini liquor bottles. Their bar card described it perfectly the “guilt free mini bar” seriously these items cost the same at a bodega or corner storeZRoof deck was really nice.Due to “room service demands” breakfast at La Marchande took almost three hours, even though it wasn’t busy but I assume this was just an unlucky accident, but it put a small dent it our day.Check for weddings and events during your stay they could affect your experience. If you’re staying with FHR, I think a room upgrade is only likely in special occasions.Overall we had a lovely few days here.

Even the bathroom was spotless with beautiful lighting and heated floors. Everything about this place was 5 star and I enjoyed being away from all the touristy crowds of Times Square. So much going on in this area…9-11 Memorial ,Oculus, Seaport area is close by and I enjoy walking so it was a very nice walk over to Meatpacking District, The Village SOHO and the 2/3 train was super easy when I did want to go to Times Square.

Where do I start? … Its a new hotel with modern rooms and amenities and by far the best hotel experience Ive had in quite some time. I booked this as an early birthday getaway for my husband and I. I was not disappointed at all! This hotel is more than I expected. The room was ready upon arrival, absolutely spotless, a great view, and cooled as soon as we arrived which was amazing since these summer days have been pretty hot! The bar was set up with all different kinds of liquors and goodies, my husbands favorite! The bathroom was delightfully beautiful with heated floors, which was my absolute favorite! The location was a plus! It is in close proximity to some of the biggest attractions in NYC I.e., The World Trade Center, oculus and charging bull. A big plus is they provide you a bicycle at no cost, and you can ride the city !The Wall Street hotel truly has world class staff that is accommodating, friendly, attentive and cares about guests in a way that very few hotels do. Think of old New York attentiveness! They truly care about the guest and strive to make it pleasurable. I’ve got to say that Alan was incredibly attentive every time he saw us, he even gave us a few suggestions for dessert which we were looking for. From the moment you walk in you can feel very welcoming atmosphere, everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Check in was very smooth and quick, Alan at the front desk was amazing - he would greet me by name a few hours later, and when I asked something brought to my room, I didn’t even have to give him my room number, and sure enough when I got back to the room the item was delivered. It felt nice that he remembered me. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was huge and the shower was great. The mattress was super comfortable and I usually don’t like the hotel blankets - this blanket was so good I didn’t want to get out of bed. Staying at the Wall Street Hotel was a treat. I get around New York City by subway, and the hotel is one block from the 2 and 3 express subway. This is a critical requirement in my travel planning. I get cranky if I dont get a good nights sleep, and the key to that is a comfortable bed. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable. The sheets, pillows, and towels are plentiful and pristine. The hotel is completely new on the inside with elegant, high end furniture, and fixtures. Cooling system very quiet, the shower room has two heads, one for hand held use by folks those who need that. Great shower water pressure. All kinds of amenities in the room including a full size umbrella in the closet in case of rain. I had dinner in the hotels French La Merchand Restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious. Staff was super friendly. Got a very welcome delivery of complimentary, fresh baked SMores shortly after check in, and beds turned down with chocolate on the pillow in the evening. I am a very heavy reader, and many hotel rooms disappoint with insufficient lighting. The hotel room had great lighting with options for bright lighting (great for reading) to more subdued choices. Although I did not visit, the Wine/Cocktail lounge area was well furnished and very busy with Wall Street professionals at 5 pm on a Wednesday evening. Great hotel, great location, happy guest. Made a slightly last-minute decision to spend the night in the city to avoid a long trek home after dinner with friends, and boy am i glad we did! not only is this new hotel conveniently located (especially for any downtown adventures you may have), staying here was such a treat. in fact, it reminded me of the boutique hotel i stayed at in paris pre-pandemic and still dream of returning to!the staff is lovely and helpful, the decor in every square inch is immaculate, and the room itself makes for a perfect crash pad after a busy day. my only wish is that each room came with large, cold water bottles -- the 8-ounce room temp box water just wasnt cutting it after a long night out, and it was my mistake in assuming our room would have chilled water. other than that, i wouldnt hesitate to stay here in the future!

It’s chic, elegant, intimate and with one of the best customer services that I have seen in a long, long, time, at EVERY level. From room service, to housekeeping, to Front desk to the restaurant, everyone is committed to ensure you have the best experience ever. Everyone is fantastic but special kudos go to Shelli Manzoline, the walking definition of customer service. She was literally “omnipresent’ - while a manager, she delivered room service to cover for some weather-related absences, was later helping at the bar, and I encountered her again at the absolutely fabulous “Le Marchand” restaurant -/ where she is a sommelier with exquisite wine taste. She is truly a gem.Recognition also goes to Jorge Morgen, manager at the front desk and Helen, another super nice front desk assistant. The restaurant deserves special praise as well- highly creative and extremely visually engaging courses with very interesting flavors. The Wall Street hotel amazes at all levels and leaves a lasting impression.Kudos to whomever us behind ensuring everyone plays from the same sheet of music.

Stayed there on Sunday 9/1 and loved it. Waited to write a review to see if the $150 deep cleaning in the email was accurate. I’m glad to say the $150 hidden fee was not accurate. Maybe it’s only charged if you have pets? $80 for valet parking with no in or out provisions. The cart bar and refrigerator had drinks with decent prices. Think $3 beer, $2 sparkling water, etc. the prices were not outrageous at all. If you booked through Amex Platinum they will honor all of the benefits such as free breakfast, $100 resort credit, etc. I think it’s pretty rare to get a room upgrade at any hotel chain regardless of tier since there are so many elite members. The hotel staff were all so accommodating, nice and helpful. The room was super clean and beautiful. We didn’t hear any noise outside our room and the fire truck outside with their sirens running were barely audible. Sound proof or very well sound insulated room. The heated floors was a nice touch

I recently stayed at **The Wall Street Hotel** for over 10 days, and while the location is ideal for those wanting to stay in the Financial District—everything is within walking distance—the overall experience left a lot to be desired.Unfortunately, the **reception** was below expectations. The concierge was unprepared and, at times, quite rude, which did not make for a welcoming experience. Additionally, the hotel lacks a parking garage. They charge $90 per night to valet your car, and you need to request your vehicle at least an hour in advance, which is highly inconvenient. On the positive side, the **cleanliness of the hotel** was excellent, and the **rooms**, while cozy, were a bit on the small and dark side. That said, they were comfortable enough for a short stay, but the size and lighting could be improved, especially for those staying longer.Another issue I encountered was when I decided to extend my stay by three nights. Despite being there for over 10 days, the hotel was unable to accommodate me in the same room, which made the process a bit complicated and disruptive.Overall, while the location is great if youre looking to explore the Financial District on foot, the service and logistical challenges left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t rush to return based on this experience.

Recommendation from a friend sent me to the Wall St Hotel. I must admit that for business I dont usually stay downtown but this hotel was excellent and 5min from the 2/3 and 4/5 line. I stayed for 2 night and dealt with all the business I had in Brookyn and downtown and then moved uptown, it made for a great break. Just have a look at the room, great natural light, gym had everything and throughout the whole hotel there were great artifacts of the Paspaley owners. See the photos for how luxurious it was. Plus the bar and nibbles are very reasonable.. not the usual hotel rip off

The gym with cold towels and state of the art equipment. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous. The location could not be better. It is one block from the ferry and one block from the train. One block to a fantastic dog park. Traveling with a service dog that was pampered with a beautiful dog bed and bowls to use during our stay. The Le Labo shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner was such a treat. The roof top, gorgeous and amazing cocktails. FABULOUS!

I have never given a 5 star hotel review before, but this hotel!!! Wow. From the moment we walked through the door, we were absolutely blown away with the true 5 star level of service and amenities one should expect. The property is stunning, clean, cozy, and no detail was overlooked. The rooms are so cozy, and fully stocked with anything (I mean anything) you could possibly want or need during your stay. The location on Wall Street is quiet, almost nothing is heard in the room and there are TONS of yummy restaurants and attractions just footsteps away. I could go on… the staff, food, ambience… absolutely perfected. The only “con” I have is the location. If you plan on doing things from midtown to uptown, it’s definitely a trek. But that’s also personal preference, not a deal breaker. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one truly put them to shame. Just excellent.

The food from room service was inconsistent and not great for the value. We requested board games as listed on the website, but they no longer offer those. The beds are very hard. I had to sleep on top of a pillow to lessen the pain. Bar cart prices were very reasonable, and the turn down service was excellent!!

I chose this hotel for a one night stay in NYC, my first time in US and NYC. The hotel has a very pretty interior and the rooms are beautiful and made to make you feel very comfortable. Beautiful views as well. On the personnel side, valets are really welcoming and nice, the bar and reception staff not so much. Having a hospitality background, I expected a high standard of service here but all I got at the reception was pretty much what I could have done through a self check-in: get the room key. The reception staff does not want to get to know their guests or make them feel at home even if it‘s for one night. The first few minutes at the hotel totally missed the hospitality and warmth one expects from a 5 star hotel. I did not receive any information at the check-in, such as an overview of hotel amenities, when the check out time is, what is there to do in the vicinity or in the city in general. This made me wonder: what is the purpose of the reception here? To conclude, pretty interior of a hotel is nothing without its people and does not justify the high price of stay on its own.

Stayed at The Wall Street Hotel last Saturday, and while the room was a bit smaller than other FHR hotels Ive stayed at, everything else was top-notch. The minibar items were the best Ive seen, all reasonably priced. The attentive front desk staff explained their strict 24-hour valet rule and my options for street parking on Sundays, which was very helpful. Thanks to her, I learned that I could park almost anywhere on Sundays in NY.The heated bathroom floor was pretty awesome, and I appreciated the nice collection of Le Labo products, which were not locked to the bathroom like in some hotels (looking at you, Hilton Vogue Montreal). I like to enjoy my lotion on the bed, not have to walk to the bathroom to get it.The welcome pastry for FHR members was delicious, and the chocolate was a delightful touch. The valet service was a bit expensive but understandable, and I was pleased that they let me charge the cost to the $100 credit from FHR, unlike the Langham in LA where I stayed a few days ago.We were given $30 per person for breakfast from the FHR benefits, which was great and enough to cover breakfast for two people. Breakfast was nice, and the eggs Benedict came out perfectly—its my wifes favorite breakfast dish, and a hotels rating could drop 1 or 2 stars if they fail this as a 5-star hotel. The Langham in LA also failed their eggs Benedict, which was disappointing. When we finished breakfast, our car was waiting outside, thanks to the efficient valet service. Overall, despite the smaller room, the exceptional service and amenities made our stay at The Wall Street Hotel very enjoyable.

Lovely hotel! The hotel is clean, well maintained, spacious, quiet, and nicely designed. It was a treat to have Le Labo Santal 33 products provided in the bathroom. The hotel felt luxurious and is definitely a 4-star.My only issue with the hotel is the front desk attendant. I didn’t catch her name; however, she was young, seemed inexperienced and was extremely condescending. When I checked in she failed to go over hotel basics, such as amenities. When I went out for dinner I stopped by the front desk to inquire about such amenities (i.e. checkout time, the hotel gym, restaurant details, WiFi, etc.). Then when I checked out she didn’t understand how the deposit return process worked. Instead of conferring with a senior manager, she told me the wrong answer. I knew it was wrong so I probed more. Then she said “since you don’t understand let me write it down for you.” I was appalled by her audacity, blatant disrespect and lack of humility. As a result, I cut her off and asked to speak to a manager. She told me the manager was unavailable. But, the manager overheard and came out of the office. The manager was able to set the record straight pertaining to the deposit, apologized, and wished me well on my journey. The manager circumvented what could have been an awful exchange.Despite my unfortunate encounter with the “green” front desk girl, I had a great experience. I think the girl needs more training, as she works on customer service fundamentals. Overall, I recommend the Wall Street Hotel and hope to stay here again!

A Refreshing Stay at The Wall Street HotelI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Wall Street Hotel, and it was a complete turnaround from the hotel we had previously been staying at. This place is a gem, especially if youre looking for a modern, clean, and bright hotel in the southern end of Manhattan. We were lucky to get a corner suite, which was not only spacious but also tastefully appointed. The attention to detail in the rooms design and amenities was evident. The room service was amazing and thorough and the quality of the food was impressive. Its worth noting how exceptionally clean the rooms were. The housekeeping staff even left a lens cleaning cloth for my glasses, which I thought was a thoughtful touch. The hotels staff, particularly in the bar, were outstanding. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, enhancing our overall stay with their attentive service. My family and I felt at ease in the bar and had great time connecting and chatting because it was conformable and not loud. While the hotel isnt close to many of the typical tourist sights, theres a certain appeal to the peace and quiet of the area. Plus, with the 2/3 (Penn Station) and 4/5 (Grand Central Station) trains nearby, you can be uptown in just 10-15 minutes, making it a convenient location for exploring the city and quiet down after a long day of crowds. The gym is clean and well designed. The only knock I would give the gym is that it doesnt have any machines (It does have treadmills and two Peloton bikes) but if you want to do exercises like pull downs or extensions, youll have to use free weight instead. Like I said, this hotel is so good that this is the worst thing I can say about it. LOLI highly recommend The Wall Street Hotel to anyone needing to stay in this part of Manhattan. Its combination of modern comforts, exceptional cleanliness, and top-notch service make it a standout choice.
