This place has so much potentially but their staff lacks unity and a strong leader. Their app doesn’t work, making it very difficult for people who pay for membership to do simple reservations.
This is the place in midtown to be for any sport event there is.Thanks to the crew, but specially to Coleman (my server) for creating such nice, warmful and happy eviroment! 10🌟
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our walk-in on a Saturday night. The ambiance was spectacular. The pork belly and popcorn was delightful. The drinks were tasty and aesthetically pleasing. Colman was the consummate professional. It is a bit pricey but so much fun for groups.
This was a 10/10 experience for me and my team. We had a private section in the back with our own personal bartender, Leonardo, who had extensive knowledge of cocktails and made a phenomenal whiskey cocktail. Our server, Ana, was incredibly attentive and ensured my team was well taken care of. A huge thank you to Essence and AnneMarie for making sure our wait time was minimal. Lastly, Dwayne set the tone for the evening by starting us off with our first round of cocktails. I’m thoroughly impressed by this team and can’t wait to book another event here!
Really not sure of what to make of this new sports bar located in the old bank my dad used to work in. I think I was here the day it opened. I saw a bunch of video gold booths and duckpin bowling near the front. My draft beer was warm. The guy sitting next to me seemed upset about his food delay. They are hopefully working out some early kinks here.
Wouldn’t recommend. Service was super slow we had to search for a server. We booked Darts for 1hr and was sat 15 mins late and then the last 20 mins the computer wasn’t registering the throws so asked for help from 2 different people and no one came. Had to then ask for our bill to reflect The fact we weren’t able to actually play.
I started coming here about a few months ago and automatically fell in love with it. I was coming from work and decided to stop by one day and sat at the bar and the service was amazing. I’ve been going there ever since and have brought some of my other friends there as well. The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and lovely. The drinks and food are amazing especially the oysters!! I definitely recommend.
After the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade we wandered around looking for a place for lunch. Every place had lines. T-Squared Social had tables. The food was good. The service prompt and efficient. The location is convenient in mid-town. They have activities available, bowling, simulated golf, and basketball. I would definitely go back.
Buffalo chicken slider meat was so dry. The game system is slow, constantly lags and freezes. The games are poorly made and have long loading times. The vibe is kind of sterile and boring. Good amount of bathrooms though
Great bar to watch the sports. The food and cocktails are both very nice. Watched the soccer final game here. The vibe is amazing with the large screens! Will definitely come back for other games
Took almost 15 minutes to get service. 30 minutes to get our drinks. 42 minutes to get our food. Wasn’t even busy. Great atmosphere, but won’t go back.
So many activities!!! The darts is really fun and the simulator area was fun too. For sure a LOT more fun if you are there for a corporate even and it feels perfect for that. It is a bit expensive. However the beer and wine selections are top notch a wonderful selection of micro and macro brews. The food was also top notch. It’s also New York so complaints about price are kinda expected. 100% would go again. A little bummed neither Justin or Tiger were there. Maybe next time
Had a corporate event here. The catered food was amazing. Absolutely impressed. But it just felt weird to be eating near a golf simulator, thus lower starts on atmosphere. The noise from the simulators are right there next to the tables...
Feb 2024. Had a 16 person gathering at the golf simulator near the bar with food and drinks. What exceeded my expectation was the customer service that we received. Kyle was our golf host and got everything set up with a great explanation of how to use the technology. Continuous checking on our food and drink and they even brought a portable coat rack for our group to give us more room on the couches in our area. When our allotted time was up, they let us keep all of our leftover food and drinks, and moved it to a different area with tables to continue the conversation. It was really above and beyond! Great experience. I don’t do many reviews but I thought this customer service was elite. Thank you.
Excellent cocktails, dazzling atmosphere loaded with amazing activities, 4 golf simulators with multiple sports to choose from, darts and duckpin bowling. The food is a perfect fit high end pub fare paired with great service to match!
Great place for afterwork gatherings with colleagues. An inviting space and always accommodating service!Chanel helped our large party throw a beautiful corporate Happy Hour event and was involved in the process all the way from planning to execution. Everyone enjoyed themselves and look forward to returning for either Lunch or Dinner.Friendly bartenders Jessi, Carlos, Duane and Tonya always hooks up the delicious cocktails. The Smoked Old Fashioned is a favorite!Give this spot a try if you are in the area. Call in advance to book your party for activities like bowling, sports simulator and darts! Highly recommended!!
If I can give this a zero star, I would. The waiter was great, but they have a security guard who is crazy! We just ordered our last round of drinks before the bar close, and this guy came by giving us 5 mins to finish our drinks. I tried explaining to him that we were not aware that the entire place was closing and he did not let me finish my sentence and threaten us that he has other measures to get us out. Extremely rude and unacceptable. Management needs to know how to manage their guard who was out of control when we were speaking with the manager.
Mets watch party was amazing. Food was so good. And reasonable drink prices for Manhattan
Its loud and noisy as any bar should be!Junk Food was tasty!Like the High Ceiling.Great for people looking for a usual bar experience. Convenient location to Grand Central.
I was about to leave a 1 Star review of this place. While the atmosphere and location are great, it took 1 1/2 hours for a burger. However, I was just informed that my last beer and the burger were comped even though I asked for nothing. Mistakes happen, especially in new restaurants, and they handled it well. The food is good and they have a great attitude when mistakes happen. You can’t ask for more than that. I’ll definitely give TS Social another shot. And, they have golf simulators! 😀
Good Day,I have visted last Friday, 4/19/24, my daughters and I had an great time. Your team was amazing. Social Security Manager - Lawrence, his hopitality was extremely professional. Bartender/Know How to Work & Entertain the Audience - Dwayne, kept us laughing and engaging that made us definitely want to return and bring more family and friends along. Thank you for an amazing and entertaining evening that was well deserved, especially after such a tough work week. Couldnt be in a better place to unwind, relax, and laugh all night!Thank T Square!
We had lunch at 1:30 on a Wednesday. Plenty of available seating. Great vibe and delicious food! I had the vegan Beet Tacos, my brother had the T squared club. Good size portions you wont leave hungry or broke. Great beer selection as well as other libations. Will definitely be back!
They appeared to be having some challenges with staffing. Had to go find a waitress. Asked to register for bowling but they never got back to me so we just went up when a lane was open and then it took time for them to register us on a lane to bowl. Good environment for watching a game. Lots of TV options. Food was OK. Nothing special, just bar food.
By far the worst experience we have had in NYC. We visited for lunch on a Saturday and it was not overly packed maybe 75% capacity. The hostess put our name down on a piece of paper and came back over to us 20 minutes later and asked if we were waiting for something. Other patrons put their name in and waited as well. Some patrons took it upon themselves to go find a table in the bar area to sit at. No one mentioned the tables were or were not open seating. We saw multiple people come in try to buy memberships but turned around after the two employee’s at the host stand had no idea how to sell them a membership and told them they weren’t sure how to do so.The manager came to the front of the restaurant and acted very rude to the hostess and announced to the patrons waiting that the hostess had to do something for him and to be patient. It was a complete disaster. We ended up leaving and saw multiple other parties do the exact same!Atmosphere is great! Tons of TV’s and the simulators looked like a hit.Seems like management has some work to do….
My buddy is a huge fan of both Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods. So when he found out they did a collab on a restaurant, there was no question he wanted to check it out.We stopped by around 8PM on a Wednesday and got dinner first. They gave us a menu which was primarily drinks. There was a small section of food where it was just boneless wings, sashimi, or fries. I later found out after doing some research that they did have a full food menu. So Im not sure why they didnt give us the food menu, unless they close the kitchen super early for some reason? We ended up ordering 1 lbs of boneless wings ($19) drenched in spicy kung pao sauce. The wings appear to be just chicken breasts that was torn up and called wings. The sauce was sweet and not too spicy, but enjoyable.Since we decided on this last minute, we werent able to book a reservation as it said they were fully booked. There was no one using the golf simulators or the bowling alley, so we asked if we could play for an hour. The bowling was $65 and the golf simulator is $95. They also have darts, which was priced in between the two, but dont remember exactly how much. We decided on bowling and that was quite the experience. The lanes are shorter and you use a bocce ball. The bowling pins are a lot smaller and more spaced out attached to a wire on top. At the beginning, some of the pins would not come down until we played a few frames. Overall, it was pretty interesting experience and we managed to get 5 games in within the hour.I know my buddy will want to come back, so hopefully when that happens I can eat more than just fries and wings and try out their golf simulator.
Had a fun evening with my friends with a few drinks and food, then some bowling afterwards. All of the games are charged per hour, so its best to go with a large group to split the cost. The games currently ranges from $65 to $95.Some of us had the lobster roll which was filled with lots of meat and tasted pretty good. Others had the burger which I was told tasted great as well. Ill definitely be back in the future. Like others mention in the reviews, the service can definitely use some improvement but hopefully that will get better with time.
Was here for a Mets watch party and it was awesome!!! Great atmosphere especially with all the fans!!
Let’s go JETS!So much fun.Daniel our bartender was amazing !The Jake Asman show, good times ! 💚🤍
Dope spot, great chill vibes, friendly sports fans, amazing screens, good drinks, even great DJs!! Will be here Knicks season 👏
Horrendous operations and food. There’s nothing good about this place unless you sit at the bar and want to watch a bunch of games while betting. There is a lot of potential for this place though, considering the amount of space and the number of activities they have available. However, there were a list of issues. The wings we ordered were terrible, it was some sort of knockoff Chinese restaurant quality wings, but even in Chinatown it’s a much better quality wing at a fraction of the price. The sauce was MSG-like and the chicken was very rubbery. It ruined our appetites. Then as we made our way to bowling the machine never worked and our drinks never arrived. We ended up just leaving early and getting a refund for everything except the wings.
Just left. Spent $700. The cost isn’t an issue. The service was beyond subpar. Food was good, the atmosphere was cool, but I can’t get beyond the service. Virtually non-existent. Has to ask for napkins, couldn’t get food or drinks. Bill was wrong. We kept getting asked to vacate the simulator, which we were fine with, but couldn’t get our check. Then they couldn’t get the check right. I’m annoyed that I tipped 20%. It certainly wasn’t worth it. For Timberlake and Tiger to put their name to this is laughable. It certainly doesn’t represent the quality of their brands. And security was non-existent.
Great sports bar. Boneless wings were great. Nice atmosphere.
We had an amazing time with some friends.Food was delicious with attentive service from the staff, The drinks were amazing. The place has lots to do, from golfing to watching a game on TV.We will be back.
Been a few times since they opened and the vibes never disappoint. Great energy from management and staff, a truly gorgeous space, and endless entertainment with tons of TVs, duckpin bowling, darks, and VR golf bays. The food also slaps - as someone who grew up in Maryland, I often refuse to eat crabs anywhere else in the county, but I’ve got to admit the crab-cakes on this menu might be the best I’ve ever had. The salmon reuben is delicious & the turkey club I would also recommend! Great place to kick back and relax after work or gather with friends. Will absolutely be coming back again!
TLDR: Collabo between Tiger/Timberlake. I came here strictly for lunch - so I cant speak to the entertainment aspect of it. Really not bad prices and pretty good flavors for a Midtown sports bar. Im not into any of this screen golf stuff but if I was in the area - yeah, Id drop in for a bite again. T2 Club, youre welcome.Came by with some colleagues for an impromptu lunch. Place is huge, clearly - Sexy Back and Tiger got deep pockets. We grabbed some high tops and had lunch. We got the Chopped Cheese (you have to try it if its on a sit down menu) and Tailgate Sausages along with the T2 Club. All the sandwiches come with kettle chips.Chopped Cheese. Decent flavors but obviously nowhere nearly as greasy/gnarly as the bodega versions. I like the the messier one more but it wasnt bad. Kind of a chopped cheese for a classy fellow or something. Like if you asked your mom to make you one but you needed to cut back on some of the cheese.Tailgate Sauges. One with peppers, one with sauerkraut. I had a bite of one, pretty tasty and quite unique to see it served like this. Nice snappy case on the sausage, good smoked flavor.T2 Club. Basically its a turkey pesto focaccia. This was good, it was crispy, cheesy (not too much though), good herbiness from the pesto. Turkey was moist. All in all - this was a SOLID panini.Kettle chips. Id probably opt for the fries. They were crunchy but a bit on the greasier side for my liking. The screen golf bays are extra fancy pants. This is one of those places that I didnt think I would like but I did.
What a find, great spot to watch sport, play golf, bowling and darts. Great food, creative drinks and friendly staff. A must to and it just opened recently.
Attempted to get a table for a simulator on a Tuesday at 4pm. There’s no wait list? Manger is not friendly, not helpful. Told us to wait, then allowed other people to bypass us. We ended up walking out since no one could tell us how long the wait would be.
Fancy collab place by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake with bar, tv’s, even a place to do golf. Only complaint I have is that our waitress couldn’t split our bills…? Other than that, nice place.
A friend works two blocks away & suggested we try the new restaurant offered by Tiger Woods & Justin Timberlake. Extremely pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness inside. Would definitely return.
A great venue with lots of potential. Would be perfect for groups or team events. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Knocking down one star as heavily overpriced, even for Manhattan.
We had such a great time here! It’s THEE place to bring a group of friends or coworkers for a Friday night. Lots of space for each group. We got a good sample of food - I’m obsessed with the sweet chili cauliflower. The drinks were SOLID too - I tried the indigo G&T (fresh rosemary and anise! Amazing). And the service was above-and-beyond friendly!Definitely coming back when I’m in the area.
The waitress has a bad attitude. Made me develop a bad feeling after I ordered my food. The atmosphere and behavior is pretentious. If you dont mind the behavior and want to see the t.vs and games... then come here. They also have a bad policy where you cannot pay in cash, card only. However after they swiped my card, they allowed me to pay in cash. I wouldnt visit here again. The lobster roll had alot of chunks in it, but the taste was low to mediocre at best.
My boy Justin Timberlake knows what’s good. He texted me personally telling me to go and it was nothing but impressive. Daniel the bartender is the best and his service was impeccable. We will be back. Thanks JT and Tiger!
Great food, great atmosphere and great staff (Kyle and Raj were great servers), but management is arrogant and have short tempers. Specifically, Rahul was absolutely disrespectful towards multiple clients.
All good. The only reason I did 4 stars on food was the Ahi and wings. They were delicious - but hot. Really great venue!!
This place has so much potential - Great location, spacious, clean and a sports enthusiasts dream. We were a bit perplexed when we stopped in during primetime on a college football Saturday and found the place basically empty, but there were some quick indications as to why that may be. Immediately upon entering, there was no one at the hostess stand and no greeting from any staff, despite 2 on the floor who were standing around looking directly at us as well as a bartender who had 1 patron at the bar and was also standing around. We had to initiate the interaction and approach someone just to be seated. This seemed to be a common theme throughout the experience. Staff were constantly standing around chatting with one another. When we asked questions about the menu there was a clear lack of knowledge of the offerings and when we inquired about the cost to rent a simulator bay the staff member was unsure and had to go ask somebody else. These are very basic asks that every person in the building should be able to answer. Its clear that there is a severe lack of Management taking place to keep employees both on task and trained to know the answers to simple questions. Quite frankly, Id be embarrassed as the owner if my establishment was being run in way that seems as if nobody working inside the building cares. Its sad to see, because a place like this that caters to those who love sports should be packed on a Saturday evening with a full college football slate. I will also say that they can greatly improve their signage outside the building to draw more people in. The windows are dark and we just happened to notice the TVs inside when walking past otherwise we wouldve had no clue it even existed.
This is a great spot, TW and JT did an excellent job.The US not winning a single match today in the Ryder Cup was disappointing to say the least, but I’m confident the boys will rally and come back.
This place is amazing! Great atmosphere for sports games, and just generally having an awesome, non pretentious NYC experience socially. Great bartenders, great management team (Steven is on point). Will definitely be back!
Had a great time here with my friends. The games were a lot of fun and the service was outstanding. Would come back here again.
Daniel the bartender was so warm and attentive- he is bringing sexy back to midtown! And the hour of mini bowling with friends made for a fun evening.
Great service. Let’s go Knicks!!
Best Place to Watch the Knicks in NYC!
Great to watch Knicks games and well priced drinks. Loved the juan please!!
Fun place for drinks bowling and golf and tons of TVs and great French fries
Wings were great service A++++ , Knicks watch party had great atmosphere!
Jesse is the best bartender always making sure we are ok very attentive. I appreciate you man thank you definitely making the business grow.
Really enjoy going there very kind staff.
Great space! Really enjoyed the Mets watch party here.
Sports bar with interesting amenities. Darts, bowling and mixed sports on a interactive screen.
Dwayne was AHHMAZING! We loved every second of our time here. He made our time here very special and enjoyable!
Great environment, great customer service. Look forward to coming back here. Danny was amazing.
Fantastic!! What a great experience to watch my Knicks!
Amazing Mets Watch party!!! LETS GO METS!!! 💙🧡⚾️🔥
Drink prices felt high.
Incredible experience. great staff. good food.
Like an upscale five iron. Thought the food and drinks were pretty good. Golfing bays are large with nice seating. Tons of TVs so should be good for games (I was there in middle of the afternoon)
Best place ever! Foods, service and atmosphere are amazing! Thanks to Daniel, Kyle and Rael.
I visited here w a bunch of friends, such a fun place. It’s very specious so lots of ppl can hang out together. The video games are ton of fun, didn’t get to bowl but will go back and try that. Food was great and seafood amazing! Drinks are also me👌🏻but my fave was one called “Lily Blue.” Person helping us w games was so nice, giving tips on how to kill those zombies 🧟♀️we all had a blast so looking forward to the next time!!! PS it might also be a good spot to meet cute guys😜😂
Great place for a jets game! LFG!
Best place to watch the knicks!
Murray is an amazing server and customer service overall is amazing! Great shots!
Top of the line everything, Vegas sportsbook like TV setup is perfect for all sports enthusiasts.
They charge 60/h for darts and the tech to score the dart games doesn’t work. If you are looking to go shoot darts here DON’T!
Beautiful place. The staff is incredible; I like their vibes.
Joey and the staff were amazing we had a great time and they spent extra time with us because we were there for the darts
EPIC party for the mets game to make it to the playoffs.. 10/10
Horrible. It takes a lot for me to review a place but I feel an obligation to help folks protect their hard earned dollars. Do not spend them here, support local businesses
Fantastic bar experience
Went for drinks, big bar, clean space, great staff
Great spot for a Jets game!
Terrible service, mediocre and expensive drinks even by Midtown standards and completely unaccommodating, management was the worst.
The bartender Jessi and Joey and Ahmed they are best and intend and the drinks are fantastic
Great atmosphere for jets games
Great vibe and fantastic atmosphere, very personable staff, and as someone who doesnt usually enjoy bar food, I found myself surprisingly enjoying the food options available. Will come back next time with a bigger party to check out the games.
Best place Ive ever been to!!!
Best sports bar in NY!!
I am writing this 5 star review because of my server/bartender DWAYNE ! My friend and I was enjoying our meal and this crazy guy walked in harassing us and the whole bar !!! He was like oh this place is trash and garbage. He kept asking for a manager. Dwayne did his best and made sure that we were safe from that hostile guy !! He got that guy away from us and did not hesitate to protect us ! He’s a very great guy and they need more people like him. Excellent customer services !
LETS GO METS
Great food and drink
Good for corporate events
Probably best bar I have been to to watch a game. Amazing attentive service, great food, manager came by to make sure everyone was ok. Our server was awesome. And the place is clean and spacious, lots of TV and great visibility from every seat.
Great atmosphere
Stylish sports bar with a great atmosphere. Golf bays, big screens for the games, good whiskey selection, great bar, and even better bartenders. Daniel mixes some mean cocktails and made sure we had a great time. Messaged my golfing buddies to drop what they’re doing and come to join me. They don’t even live in NY but whatever. Highly recommend this spot.
Terrible service with a terrible attitude from the barmaid
I was at here for my Bachelor party and it was the best time ever. Best waitress ever and her name was Courtney if you come ask for her.
Great time. Had very creative drinks and fun games for a group. Shout out to Murray for the great service!
KFS watch party 10/10
No. Just no. If I could rate the service lower than a 1 I would. We had a reservation and asked if we could use the golf simulators. We were told to wait as a reservation was ending, which was fine. The hostess said she would come over and get us once they were finished. After waiting 30 minutes at our table with no water or server in sight we approached the hostess and asked for an update. She proceeded to tell us “it wasn’t her responsibility to let us know the status” which ??? That’s precisely part of your job hosting patrons. Still - no server in sight. We got up to leave after the hostess’ rudeness and a server finally walked up to us asking if we were “ok” and asked me to write a negative review on google since management apparently doesnt listen to staff concerns, which was bizarre. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere because they clearly don’t want it.~~they noted below that 2 servers approached us to offer food and drinks while we were waiting for the golf bay. That’s incorrect. We were getting up to leave the establishment after waiting for nearly an hour with no service and being rudely addressed and only THEN were we offered food and drink but were not interested at that point.
What a beautiful place and new addition to midtown. I’ve visited with a group of my friends. We spent the entire evening playing different games. Food is amazing with elevated touches. Drinks are spot on, servers were attentive! We tried almost every single cocktails from the menu, they all have fun names and the presentation is the most enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting T squared social, if you want to have an amazing time.
I have been back a couple times since my original review with different co-workers. Each time food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. We all plan to be back. The only disappointment we have is that we would like to have a small team holiday gathering but that would require a membership which doesn’t make sense since all of us are commuters. We have also had the same issue with vendors taking us out for events. That aside, still great place for dinner, drinks, and to hang out after work.
Mussels were under cooked. Shrimp cocktail was good. Dirty Martini was excellent. Kudos to Daniel for excellent service at the bar. I always sit at the bar and it was enjoyable.
Courtney was phenomenal and helped make our bachelor party the best it could possibly be. If you’re here, ask for her.
Daniel the bartender is fabulous! He let us try the cocktails before committing to a full one, and then made a modified cocktail based on my tastes. Very personable, friendly, and offered great recommendations! The short rib quesadilla was delicious!
Nice environment but rude manager and scrappy service
I was very disappointed. The ambiance was dead on a Saturday - during playoffs. The order arrived with missing items. After 45 minutes, we asked the manager to help rush the missing items. We waited for another 40 minutes before asking for the check. They apologized and still mentioned the items would be sent and notCharged. After another 30 mins we decided to leave. There was only one waiter for the whole place - and people in the side tables to us were also complaining of the bad service and were annoyed for the lack of attention. Will not be going back - and was disappointed to see how poorly handled the place is and the bad service
Stopped in here Sunday night before the ball drop and they were very accommodating despite getting ready for the night event and had great service! Our bartender was amazzinnggg. I think her name was Lara from Florida. She had top notch service!
We had a great time here. Enjoyed 3 hours of golf simulator, an hour on interactive darts and food with drink. Our server was great. Recommend
The service is awful, especially the waitress who is so rude and makes ordering and paying your bill quite unpleasant.Otherwise the place has potential, spacious and food is good.
Amazing!!
Great experience, chef Jackson is the best . This is one of the best sports bar I went to. Excellent service.
- Food was good for what the establishment is (an elevated sports bar). Our group split some shareables (truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, quesadilla) and all were great. Service at our table while we were eating and drinking was excellent.- We had requested to be put on a waiting list for one of the golf bays, and got one after about an hour and change. While having a couch to watch college football outside the house was sublime, the golf bay games (which also included football and baseball) were pretty buggy, and got old quickly. For the price (something like ~$95/hr after tax), wasn’t super worth it. On top of that, in what I personally find ironic, the service in the bay was much worse than at our table. We had to flag down folks multiple times for basic drinks like water or Diet Coke (and to get our check). It’s a new spot with a ton of potential and great food/drinks, but the “experience” is still working out some kinks.
LGM!
I was very disappointed with my experience at T-Squared.I was initially very excited about the idea of hosting my husbands birthday at this venue. I was even impressed when I arrived 10 minutes early and was escorted to the VIP area to wait until our section was ready...however, that is where both the excitement and positive experience soon ended. My group did not end up being seated at the Sports Simulator section until 9:44pm, and as my contract stated: my reservation was for 9:00pm. To add insult to injury, after the previous group vacated the section, the staff quickly wiped down the area with nothing more than baby wipes. In this post-covid environment, and in the midst of the cold and flu season, that was completely unsanitary and unacceptable.Additionally, not one member of your staff showed us how to operate the simulator, we were left on our own. And while the food appeared very quickly, it was very cold-- as I can only assume that it had been sitting out since our 9:00 reservation. And even despite the cold temperature, some items were very tasty. So I was very grateful that towards the end of my two hour reservation, our server offered to bring out some to-go boxes since there was a LOT of food that had been untouched. Yet, between his offer of the boxes and the arrival of said boxes, maybe a mere 5 minutes, the staff cleared out a large majority of my food. When I asked for an explanation, all I received was an unsympathetic shrug and the credit card machine to close out my tab.I expressed these concerns to the Events Coordinator Zoe. She had Carlesse email me, who assured me their General Manager Steven would reach out to discuss my bad experience. He did no such thing. Considering it was around the Thanksgiving holiday, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent a follow-up email. Again, I was promised he would call me. He still has not.Save your time and money. I spent close to $3000 to assemble a group of my husbands closest professional friends, for what was advertised as a multidimensional and elevated experience, and that did not take place.
Swung by on the afternoon after opening day. Sat at the bar had a couple of beers and some of the boneless chicken wings. Oh my god, they were AMAZING! Honestly could have eaten nothing but them for the rest of our stay in NYC!
Made a 4:00 res for four to watch the SEC championship. After 30 minutes of seating parties in front of us, the WORTHLESS management found us a table with NO VIEW OF THE TV!Sports bar? NOFriendly staff? NOChance of succeeding in NYC? NOPathetic attempt at a great concept.
The food was fine, the service was alright. The problem is that the restaurant charged our friend, Zachary Hutchison $200 extra on his credit card and they have not responded to any of his phone calls or emails. That is a significant charge for service and food that he did not receive. I understand these things happen but they should be rectified. Patrons should be weary of overcharges when frequenting this establishment.
Rude service and mediocre food! It’s too bad because the location and atmosphere is a lot of fun!
Wings very good. But man that’s it. Server worst ever. Talk redhead girl.Spent more time dancing than serving. Food was slow, rung up wrong and frankly if this was a TW Round it would be his worst ever 13-over 85 in the 2015 Memorial. Place is trash.
Food was good. Our server Ashley was very friendly and attentive. Management is terrible.
Great Atmosphere Golf bowling. Food was just ok. But overall a Great Place For a Meetup with Friends
Raj was the man!! Absolutely fantastic service & and great personality. He was so helpful and great to talk to. I wish all the staff were like him.
Mets party was litttttt🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Its big and fun lots of different people probably because they not from New York
GFM GO METS
Be prepared to remind server of your order several times and wait over 30 minutes for a $21 drink. crowded heaven for screamy finance bros
Took the bartender 20 mins to acknowledge me, he then told me Tiger Woods wasn’t actually there. Day ruined, hostess proper fit though.
Had a terrible time , food was good but the management was beyond rude , awful experience purely because this corporation sucks
The food was great, the drinks are amazing, and we had a great time with our friends
0/10. Do not recommend
LFGM!!!!
Worst service ever!! Slow and lazy!!
Daniel was the best!
The good restaurant
🍔 burgers was not seasoned
Good service
Terrible
Beautiful space and great people
Great concept, poor execution.
Fire Place !!
Chicken wings came out freezing and there was no TP in my bathroom which is tragically too much at this price
During a shopping break we wanted to have a coffeeThe restaurant made a very nice impressionSo we went in, after 15 minutes we were served - ordered 4 coffees - waited an hour for it - even after repeated requests it didnt comeWhen the coffee was served it was cold. For $43, 4 small coffees. Paying with a card was only possible with an additional tip - that was impossible
The atmosphere and the super friendly staff were incredible.
I think the concept and the location are sensational! As a sports enthusiast, I get my moneys worth in the T-Squared. The golf simulators and equipment are first class!
Jets jets jets
