Mostly good, for cart food it’s pretty pricey but I didn’t mind because the service was good and quick. Still quick just no longer good, was literally ignored, staff was too busy on a call, left without receiving what I asked for, and got a mouth full of coffee grains today which is was awful surprise.
Staff was lovely and very helpful. The selection of food and beverages was great.
Most convenient food carts in nyc. Reasonable prices and everything is made with love and great taste. Amazing customer service too.
Great coffee spot in the neighborhood. Coffee and food is delish, the staff is friendly! A variety of food options - burritos, sandwiches, soup - I usually go for the eggs and bacon which is always tasty. Wish theyd stay open a little later with the happy hour offerings - hoping biz will pick up to allow for this! Im here in the mornings probably 3x a week. A perfect stop on the way to Javits.
Coffee is good, just need to train your people to SMILE more. Lady look at me from the corner of her eye, look like I disturbed her quiet moment, I asked couple of questions about pasties, answer like she was bothered. I decided to only order coffee.I did told her that it was too early to be grumpy, she should smile more often, its good for the soul.First impression matter to me. This was a first...and last.
We LOVE our friends at Paradis! Catered an event for about 50 people and everything from the coffee to the pastries were PERFECT. Ive also attended an event in Bella Abzug Park catered by Paradis and the food and beverages were flawless. A true asset to this growing neighborhood!
Decided to drop by here today after reading that Paradis was famous for thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies. There was only one cookie left and it looked dry and thin. I asked the person manning the cart if this was their popular cookie. He asked “what?” back to me - it was obvious he couldn’t hear me cuz he had AirPods in his ears. I repeated myself and told him I heard about how thick and chewy they’re supposed to be, and he growled in an annoyed tone at me, “it’s a cookie,” then looked down to go back to whatever he was doing. This was my first bad experience at a Paradis location, and I certainly won’t go when that guy’s around.
While worker Maggie is wonderful, kind efficient and nice, the other person named Veronica which she said to work in the office was not so nice and made me feel very uncomfortable. I come here every morning since I work in one of the store in Hudson yard. I never asked for a discount since I dont take for granted and I didnt know they offer discount for who work in Hudson yard but Maggie was so nice to allow me to use it from now on since I am an Hudson yard employee which buy breakfast at Paradis every day. As instructed today I told so to Veronica and she laughed and looked and me like if I was lying and said that they dont offer any discount at all. I said : no a problem, than she changed the version of the facts and said we usually offer one for who works for Hudson yard but they need to collect an ID. People that work in the stores of Hudson yard do not get an ID but they are still Hudson yard workers. Her attitude was very abrasive and not nice, clearly she does not know how to handle customer service and she could have handled the situation in a different way. You just lost a regular customer thanks to Veronica.
Great little place and wasn’t crowded at all. I got a breakfast sandwich, but I put it on a bagel. The bigger was too hard. I would just recommend. They had great service and filled up my water for me as well.
Lovely place and service. Woman who attended me, greeted me with a warm smile while she prepared my matcha latte.
Great food, great coffee!
They speak Spanish and their service and food was tasty and flawless!!
Ordered sangria and got what tasted like beetroot and cranberry juice..
Very slow service, cup of coffee taking more than 5 minutes, it’s New York City .
Delicious tacos, great atmosphere…”Pa La Calle”
Great food and very nice location in the park
Really solid hot coffee especially on a cold day. Convenient and quick service!
What a wonderful addition to the park! Their food is phenomenal. I love the spinach burrito and thick peanut butter cookie. Its also fantastic for happy hour. The rose is prefect for enjoying in the sun. Great cappuccino too!
We went to a very busy convention and it was getting a little overwhelming in the Javits center, long lines for everything so we decided to take a break and walk to find a bathroom and some food for lunch. We lucked out when we found this place just a short walk away! Quiet nice spot, and the food was delish! We both had yummy sandwiches and even an adult beverage. Plus, clean public bathroom attached to the building. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want the secret to get out for other convention goers! It definitely was our secret little find, and we will be back!
Love having this so close in my nabe. Good fresh food and delicious treats! The turkey/brie is a fav.
Such a cute cart with a friendly, helpful barista. We enjoyed the delicious coffee and blueberry scone
Great food, great drinks and even better service.A little oasis away from the limited options of the Javitz Center and the insanity of the Hudson Yards choices.
Convenient and tasty for lunch and breakfast
Delicious and fresh sandwiches. A great place to stop and have lunch in the park.
