Very tentative servers great nearby recommendations from them for nearby things a directions. Liked sitting in windows over looking street. Wish they had been open Sunday wanted one more day there prior to check out.

They were so close to getting a good review. Our first two nights at the hotel we went to this bar and had a lot of fun.Today, we went for some drinks at 12:30pm. Their sign says they open at 11am. I went to the bar and the bartender said they’re not open. I asked him what time they open and he said 11am. I said well it is an hour and a half after 11am so they must be open. He said no, he’s not ready. I asked when he will open and he said I don’t know...... what.. the.. f***. He needs to be fired.

$22 for chips and queso? When it says it is nachos? And not even good at that. Friendly staff but the pricing is unrealistic. Bad taste left in my mouth, and not just because of the 3/10 rating “nachos.”

Unbelievable horrible service. Ordered 2 drinks, waited over 15 minutes, still no drinks. We finally left, with no drinks

Manhattan is great for walking all around. Starts here where the metro takes you. Here is Grand Central, and just lost of things to see. Really impressive.

Attended a conference in the ballroom today. Venue was clean, modern, and well attended. Food was good. Service was great.

We went to this restaurant today (literally just now) based on the location and appearance, however, when we entered no one bothered to seat us when asked if it was self seating a waiter hastily walked past and said yes. Once we did so NO ONE bothered to acknowledge us once again. Finally we left the restaurant after waiting at door and now table. We decided to take our business elsewhere due to the lack of service!! Way too many staff to ignore paying customers for an empty restaurant

Good food for a good price (for Manhattan).

Great location central to eateries and shopping. Friendly helpful staff and great coffee at the kiosk. Next time in New York we will stay again.

As a hotel restaurant this place does the job. Food isnt fancy and the wines are a little pricey. On the other hand we have always been treated fairly and appreciated the views of 42nd street available here.

Mediocre. The burger was tasteless, staff looked unhappy, the cocktails unimpressive. The only saving grace was the ambience, which was decent.

The restaurant is a little expensive, but the food is well cooked, the view is not bad, the staff is very kind and in case of problems they replace the dish without any reservations. Very professional.

Excellent location for museums and shopping that you can easily reach on foot. Helpful and courteous staff. Excessive prices for drinks and food.
