Horrible bar service. Multiple people and I waited 30 minutes to 45 minutes at the bar just to be served. There was only one bartender behind the bar which made no sense because it was happy hour and there was an event going on. The bartender was horrible as well because she kept telling us to hold on as she helped other that came to the bar after us. I wouldnt recommend this place.

GIVING IT A 1 STAR BECOUSE IT WONT LET ME POST THIS WITH PUT CLICKING IT IF NOT IT WOULD OF BEEN A NEGATIVE 5 Bad Service, Staff is very rude and inattentive. Their drinks are bad their Sangria specially test like dirty water and the pitcher where they serve looks dirty is like they just rinse it and dont bother actually washing it. They come and just get you up from your table and tell you it is reserved for that time for someone else WTH I am consuming your are not serving me for free. After a certain time they come and take your chair away and you have to stand for the rest of the evening. They point of you buying bottles is to have a table and chairs not just a table. They take a very long time to bring your food and then is cold. This was my first and last time in this place and I went because I friend did not do the research this Place does not even have a grade It says grade Pending and then they have it in a top corner that unless you look around you cant see it.HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Usually empty during the evening hours. Reasonably priced drinks. BIG Turnoffs, very very loud music and overpriced food. Food is pretty good but just priced too high for what you get.

My rating is terrible, Im doing tourism in NY, its the first place Ive been to and without saying a word, the security girl treated us very badly. They should treat people with more respect. She told my brother that he had to throw away his cap in a very bad way. rude and poorly educated people are not to blame for their bitterness I do not recommend it especially for people who come to see the city and that is the treatment they receive

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.Please do not enter this place. Bad Service, bad atmosphere, and worst of all the food... The food is horrible, its incredible how in a place they dont even know how to make a mofongo. Its like the food is stale. AWFUL . Please dont go to this place

It was that place and it was totally horrible, the food was totally a disaster, the service was horrible, the truth is that I do not recommend it, a very bad experience, I had never had that happen in a totally horrible place, I cannot see another comment for that restaurant 😡 😡👎👎🤧😤
