Overall food are so so, the garlic knots doesn’t taste much of a garlic. The Brussels sprouts were eatable. The best of the lamb lollipop which actually tasted good with a hint of sweet and savory flavor. Staffs are very friendly and they have a very cheerful vibe. It is nice and cute that they have set up individual cover for outdoor seats.
My family and I do not consider ourselves fancy or upscale so we decided on the pizza. Normal pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. The food was ok. They have Pepsi so we got diet. Is it normal for lemons to be served in Pepsi in NYC? Sitting in the mini greenhouse out back listening to the music was great! The service was wonderful!
The location is great. Right in front of the water. There is plenty of outdoor seating but the benches suck. Pizza is alright. Id probably try something different if there is a next time..Salads arent too bad. Drinks are ok at reasonable prices. Overall the selling point of this place is the location. Spent a good chunk of change here.
My family came here for a quick dinner before catching a ferry at the pier. The view from outside is absolutely breathtaking, and our waiter was very kind. The food was okay, but the alcohol is pretty strong. The restrooms at this place have two doors, but are connected (two doors to the same bathroom), but they are still pretty clean and stall walls go from top to bottom.
Nice place. Showed up on a random breezy Saturday. Decided to sit outside in their ice cubes. Good fun.Food came out quick and was great, including a basic but large portioned kids pasta. Short rib eggs Benedict and garlic knots were great.
We had a jetlag so didn’t eat much. Food was good but not amazing. Christmas vibe was great, you each had your own cubicle to sit it and it was heated by an electric heater
I stopped by here recently when I was visiting New York for work because it was walking distance to my hotel and it was a beautiful day. It did not disappoint. The spacious patio has a great view of the water and the people strolling by the water front. I was seated promptly. The service was very good. My waiter was attentive, responsive, and friendly. I ordered the lobster tacos which were phenomenal. The waiter suggested I order his favorite, the bao buns, so I ordered that too, and it was excellent. They have a nice beer selection too, with several local beers including IPAs.This place is also known for its $2,000 pizza which has gold leaf on it. For another $700 you can add some extra caviar! This would be a great spot to meet friends for happy hour, especially on a beautiful summer day.
Just arrived in NYC and found this lovely spot with gorgeous views and banging playlist. Food and drinks were delicious and beautiful presented. Patrick our waiter was absolutely fabulous, gave us numerous recommendations for our time here. Thank you for a great start to our trip✨
Sunday,Great food , service is not so good. They seat Caucasian people in front , and other ethnic groups in back away from the ocean view,Although tons of tables available, also your food comes last, however it tastes amazing ,great job to the chef, Jonas waiter( not mine but very personable, and Latin woman bus girl very kind. During the week the waiter Carlos was wonderful. He was attentive and kind. He also made sure my order was perfectly made to order. ( I will not return, which, prior to my experience today , I would have recommended it to everyone, Unfortunately I got to see another side to this establishment. Definitely could make some diversity inclusion improvements.
Great pizzas and great margaritas. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. It’s a pretty spot, right outside the pier 11 Wallstreet ferry terminal. Nice view and aesthetically pleasing environment. The bartender was so nice and the food was delish! Lots of drink and food options!
Highly recommend, we love the food here and always come back for celebrations!
Food was mid AF. Service was prompt. Atmosphere is great. We got 3 pizzas - margarita, Diablo, pepperoni. Diablo tasted like Taco Bell - not necessarily a bad thing per se but was very mid. Apps were so-so - we got the potato wedges, burrata, garlic knots. Cesar Salad was awful… Costco premade is better. Drinks were decent but nothing to write home about. Photographer dude was a bit weird. Come here for the vibe, not for the food.
Okay, so I love the place. I was hooked the first time I went in. I was hooked the first time I went in. The ambience is perfect Clean and cute atmosphere!!! Very cool scene. The food is delicious! The food is absolutely incredible, very reasonably priced. All filling and affordable. Helpful, down-to-earth, and authentic. Friendly service, great food, and fun area! Friendly and attentive service. Id say its well worth it! Everything we ate was so delicious!! I hope to come here again real soon! Despite the crowded night, I had a pleasant, food-filled experience. Loved It!
Stopped by this lovely restaurant in Manhattan without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised. The food was not only very good but the location is truly pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Considering the typically high prices in Manhattan, I found their rates quite reasonable. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience in the city.
First timer . We wanted to go to Pier 15 and kids were hungry for a pizza . Googled and found this place .. the atmosphere inside was good . Nice seating outside too. Lots of tables to sit in and it was crowded . We wanted to take to-go. Didn’t really see the menu and ordered 2x basic cheese pizza 🍕 and a vegan omelette . And the price was about 75$ 😱😱😳😳🤯🤯 we weren’t able to cancel it too since we ordered ! Ufff prettyyyyyy expensive .. never had 25$ small pizza in my life , but since kids were hungry we ordered it ..One thing I must say is - pizza tasted awesome . Less cheese and perfect NY style pizza . 🍕. Was thin and didn’t stuff up the stomach much . Veggie omlette was very average . It tasted a bit raw . 21$ for it was a little too much . Service was quick. Bar is pretty good . They had a lot of options on the tap. Overall good but might not buy pizza here again :)
It was delicious and nice view, recommend for breakfast✌🏻I definitely back 👍🏻
I highly recommend. Their location is really beautiful, you can enjoy a nice view, right in front of the water. The octopus was delicious.
Very cute restaurant on the water in South Street Seaport! We got shishito peppers, truffle potato wedges and drinks. The peppers could have been cooked a little longer so they were all blistered, but overall the food was pretty good. The drinks were delightful!I went on a cloudy weeknight and we got a table right away, but I’d imagine it gets pretty busy on weekends and sunny warm nights. Many places in the area are closed on Tuesday nights, but we were happy to see Industry Kitchen was open! I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!
Great view and loved the outdoor seating area! The small plates were a highlight, especially the octopus—definitely a must-try. I wasn’t too impressed with the lamb chops, though.I’d definitely come back! Plus, they have an amazing photographer to capture memories during your visit. 😀They have some good gluten free options!
Food was really good. Perfect day looking out at East river
Phenomenal farm to table establishment conveniently located right on the water. Love the ambiance here, warm hospitality and to die for food!!
Expensive Pre-Made Meal. Absolutely not foodies. Even for people who want to eat a good dinner in the restaurant. Our food was delivered within 5-7 minutes after we placed the order before we even got our drinks😱. We ordered salmon, poke, Cobb salad, and Truffle curls fries. Truffle curls fries was disgusting: cold and hard like reheated French fries from the yesterday leftovers. Salmon cold and dry. Poke and Cobb salad supposed to be with lobster, but instead of chunks of lobster it was a tea spoon of the shredded substance 🙄. All the plates looked and tasted like they were pre-made way in advance. How you could possibly cook, assemble, and deliver salmon (and salads too) in 7 minutes? 🤔 Also, they could serve cocktails in the appropriate glassware. Place has a good vibe and a beautiful view on Brooklyn, but in fails with food quality and service. Place for tourists who are in a hurry. Not for you if you like a good food.
I had an absolutely dreadful time at this establishment as the food served was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, they actually charged us $3 for three measly slices of bread that were not only stale but also inedible for my son. When I brought this issue to the attention of our server, he nonchalantly admitted that he had heard similar complaints before but made no effort to rectify the situation by removing the charge from our bill. This peculiar behavior left me feeling bewildered. Additionally, the staff displayed a blatant disregard for the allergies of minors, failing to take them seriously.
Came here because our normal local lunch was closed due to a fire. It was a nice day out so figured what the hell, lets sit outside and enjoy the weather by the water. Best decision we ever made.Service was great. Party of 3 and our third was late but they had no problem seating us, getting our drinks, and waiting till the rest of the party arrived. 2 drinks later, he FINALLY arrived and it was time to eat.We had the tuna taco app for the main course and it was awesome. Highly recommend if thats your thing. The late guy had a salad, which is lame, but still looked good. Truffle fries were good as well. The only thing I would suggest to them is to up their tequila game. Their selection is a bit limited , especially for the better ones (reposado+). Other than that a great place to go. Most definitely Ill be back.
Such a beautiful place with great service. Went on a Saturday without a reservation and yet they were kind enough to spare a table for us!! The spectacular view of Brooklyn bridge with some really nice food choices. And the best part was the cocktails. Good recommendations by our server Emon H.
Friendly bar-service.Food was very good. [Watermelon arugula feta salad was huge chunks of melon and a little sprinkle of arugula - definitely wished the melon had at least been bite sized. But the Octopus small plate was very tender and all the flavours were lovely.]Vibe seemed very “family meets waterfront” but the quality was a lot better than I expected from the outside.I really really liked this experience.
The service quality was amazing, I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for the Dustin for giving a positive energy and the best service. Food and wine was yummy yummy.
The food was good, my bf really liked the octopus! rlly nice place for date night and good views 👍 if you have allergies, don’t sit outside unless they have the covers, i got sick the day after bc of all the pollen and dust i inhaled, not this place’s fault tho :).
Great location, good food, overpriced. I’ve been here a few times as it’s a local favorite among my friends. They have a simple, but well executed menu and nice selection of beer and wine. Service is fantastic. Be prepared for a decent check even if you order modestly. On our most recent visit, my friends and I split a diablo pizza to start. We really enjoyed it and it was the perfect amount for an appetizer for four. I had the hanger steak as my entree, and although I ordered it medium rare, the result was much rarer than expected. It was okay, but really not priced correctly at $26 (better at $19). It’s a quite small amount of steak too.We had a few rounds of beer, and I really enjoyed a Montauk IPA they have on tap. Unfortunately, again the drinks are a little overpriced at $9 or $10 each. The service was really great. Absolutely no issues there, and our waitress was extremely friendly.Overall, I’d recommend this spot if you’re looking for excellent atmosphere. The waterfront views are what sets this apart from other FiDi restaurants. Don’t forget your wallet though, you’re gonna need it.
Great view. Good service. Meh food.
My friends and I came here as a last-minute change due to the weather for a bday brunch. The food was pleasant, and the drinks were good. Overall, it was a good experience.
Food was excellent , only reason I give this 3 stars is feeling rushed from one course to another without any buffer time to digest, and because flies inside the restaurant for a place that supposed to be high end.
Service is far and above what I expect in NYC. Our server was attentive but knew when to check in on us, and when to give us space. The food was delicious and being right on the water is nice, providing a beautiful view... until the sun goes down & the rats start coming out. They mainly stay in the boardwalk & didnt bother us but there were quite a few.Aside from the rats, everything else was great.
We came here group of 7, around 4:30 Sunday afternoon for dinner menu. They have large area for outside patio right beside the water with a nice view of Brooklyn. Like the life vibe here with the beautiful view.We ordered :Ahi Tuna Nachos- 4/5This is not a traditional Nachos with Napa cabbage, jalapeño, avocado, wasabi aioli, sweet soy, micro cilantro, wonton chips, nice and light.SE Spicy Steamed Mussels 5/5big portion, served in a pot, with soup inside which is delicious.Cured Meats & Cheese Board 4/5Tuscan Kale & Brussels Sprouts 4/5With aged Gouda, orange supremes, smoked almonds, lemon vinaigrette, good portionMargherita pizza 4/5plum tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive oil , thin crustDiablo pizza 5/5spicy cheese tortilla crust, chorizo ragu, mozzarella, jalapeño, avocado aioli, pickled red-eye bird chili, 👍 liked the combinationWhite sangria 4/5Service is good and fast, they are very busy, so make sure to reserve before you come.
The atmosphere is great here due to pleasant scenery, friendly and helpful service, and delicious! food. We ordered the octopus & the lobster ravioli. Both were delicious - especially the sauces. The octopus was cooked perfectly as well which made the dinner delightful. We plan to definitely come here again, maybe try the indoor dining instead of the outdoor igloos for a change of scenery. Highly recommend!
We came on a rainy Saturday evening, got seated right away. Our waiter was Anibal G. he was wonderful, very easy to talk and laugh with and was able to give us great recommendations for wine and food. We ordered the duo dips( be aware they dont give you nearly enough pita bread for it but we were able to order more bread for $3, not a bad price), then we ordered the lamb chops and ny strip(both were very good) for dessert we ordered the lava cake and because we were pretty stuffed it was able to feed 2 of us. We highly recommend this place and when we come back we will definitely visit again.
Whether you’re looking for a date night dinner, happy hour cocktails, drinks with coworkers, or need a large space for an event, Industry Kitchen is your spot! The food and service is great. I’m OBSESSED with their ahi nachos and the wood fire pizzas. The Honeybee pizza is top notch. Nothing beats a crispy pizza with some honey on it and in this case, spicy honey. When the weather is great, sit outside. You’ve got views for days looking at the Brooklyn bridge and downtown Brooklyn.
Its one of my fav spot in NY! Great view, reasonable price and nice food!
Five stars is not enough for this restaurant. If I could give ten stars I would. By far the best restaurant in the city. The food is absolutely mouthwatering delicious. The service was amazing.
Love love loved this place! There were very unique menu items in addition to more traditional fare. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant. We had a table along the window and enjoyed a fantastic view of the water. The cocktails were phenomenal - tried the holiday special “frozen peppermint slide” - it was amazing and the pretzels on top were a nice compliment making it a sweet / salty and strong drink 🥤 The “in a pear tree” drink was also delicious - not very sweet and super smooth - they were very easy to drink 🍹 We ordered a “pop candy land” and a “diablo” pizza and they were both incredible! They were bursting with flavor - the pop candy land pizza was like eating a unicorn 🦄🌈😋 Highly recommend visiting - you will not be disappointed!
Must do!! It was raining so we sat outside in the private little domes, they were heated. Such a cool experience!! We werent hungry but we wanted to eat in the dome so we ordered the truffle fries and lava cake, so freaking good! Staff was amazing.
Food was decent, nice variety and great service. But our lunch experience dining inside was spoiled due to the blasting music that made it hard to have a conversation without shouting.
Nice view, relaxing location and fine service earned 2 stars. As of food, they were disappointing. Was expecting the wood fired pizza to have thin crust and crunchy just like any other places but pizzas from here is terrible. Thick and soft crust and very salty makes you want to drink lots of water. And the pepperoni was small that didnt taste like real pepperoni. They used cheap pepperoni on your pizza. If you read other reviews, you would know more people have same issues with pizza.Three of us ordered grilled hanger steak, it was so so just like cheap beef but not steak. The appetite was pretty expensive with a tiny portion. Food experience is very important no matter how nice the view is like, and we were very disappointed. Google map deceiving and misleading that has 3.5 stars but yelp looks more accurate. I saw some bad reviews on Google map but they rate it 5 stars. I bet those ppl are dumb.
Nice restaurant with amazing views. I came here for lunch and was very happy about the speedy and professional service. I loved the outdoor seating as you can feel a nice breeze from the east river. There are plenty of umbrellas so you don’t have to worry about sitting in the sun and getting all sweaty. You do have to make a reservation for lunch if you don’t want to wait. Our wait time was about 20 mins. I should note that pizza is not your typical pizza. For me the crust reminded me more of a matzah bread but it was still good, and the toppings were good too of course. The portions are quite sizable so expect to take some stuff home. Overall, great fun spot for lunch!
We came here twice (both times on Sunday for lunch). Service is very friendly and so fast! Our orders came out almost instantly everytime.Highlights on the menu: meatballs, the lamb lollipops (amazing!!) and the pizzas. I had a bacon and potato pizza (??) that was very tasty. That one can be shared, it is a lot. For dessert, we liked the creme brulee best. The next table had the strawberry dessert and it looked so good too!The blueberry crumble was a big disappointment around the table - no one liked it. Although we are not Americans and cant compare it to other crumbles, just other desserts. It was sour and salty for some reason. The chocolate mousse is beautifully presented and great to share, but also not that tasty.(Pics: pizza, chocolate mousse, the big breakfast, eggs benedict, lamb)
This was an absolutely delicious meal. We got the lamb lollipops, braised short rib bao buns, Burrata, and spiced honey pizza. For me, the star of the show was really the lamb lollipops. The cook was perfect, and that paired with the pistachios, goat cheese, and jam made it have an amazing burst of flavor.I really liked the location of the restaurant right by the water, and the wait staff were all very courteous and helpful.
Relaxed charming environment on the waterfront. Our food was delicious. Loved the people watching and atmosphere. Good for a quick bite or a talkative date dinner
Amazing location right by the water! Really nice atmosphere, good food, & great service! I was extremely impressed by one server/staff member named Islam who brought me water immediately, checked up on me regularly, brought me plates, cleared old plates, brought me lemon. He was so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful and not even my actual server, all while working hard around the entire restaurant! Prices are also reasonable for the location and NYC in general. Such a fun place and the views are really great! 🙌🏼
I went there last week. It was a wonderful experience. Great food. Great ambient. Jonas was excellent taking our orders and giving us a good service.
Wow! What an excellent spot for brunch or dinner. Amazing views of the East River, incredibly attentive staff, and well executed delicious food. The tuna nachos were insane! And coming from someone who doesnt love raw fish, that says a lot! Bao buns were amazing excellent flavor profiles. Other dishes equally impressive and fresh. If you havent hit Industry Kitchen, its worth a visit!
最高のスタッフ、クォリティの高い料理。食べきれなかったら持ち帰り必須。ピザは冷めても美味しかった!We made right choice! Nice & cozy cafe for Saturday branch in NY after enjoyed Manhattan river cruise. Super yummy egg benedict on crispy potato cup with beautifully tasted salad. Pizza was also so good, and enough sized for two (for Japanese it makes three). We couldnt finish all, so take the pizza away for later. Then in the evening, we were close to be late for our Amtruk to Washington, so we had no time to buy sandwitches for dinner. But here we go, we had the pizza of Industry Kitchen! Amazingly, it was so delicious even got cold! That improved the quality! The staff were very friendly and nice! Thank you very much for your wonderful survice! We could start the first day of our wedding anniversary trip to USA because of you. Ill be back and try the pastry next time!
Cool place! We went on a rainy day for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The food was great and service was friendly. The burrata and prosciutto pizza tasted better than it looked and also enjoyed the meatballs, bao buns and gnocchi.
Loved the food, the friendly staff and the very cool, relaxed atmosphere! Very nice views also! The Crab Cake and the Salmon were DELICIOUS and presented so BEAUTIFULLY on the plate!
The lady who served us was absent for almost the entire stay. The service, despite seeing that we had empty plates, did not take them. The tables and seats are tight and it is narrow (outside). The food is good. They served us wine in glasses and they served us food quickly.
Very good place to drink a cocktail or beer with good views of the Brooklyn Bridge. The attention from the staff was good and the service quite fast. However, if you want to try good pizza there are better options in the area, since the dough is not good. Overprice
Yum! We had the fattoush salad, bee pizza, lollipops and lobster ravioli, and everything was beyond expectation, we were delighted! Great quality and fair price for what we got! Thank you!
Had a great time sitting outside in the perfect weather today. Service was prompt and very friendly/welcoming. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just had a couple issues with the food: the bao buns: one of them was just all fat and gristle whereas the other one was full of meat. The sauce was also too sweet. Overall that was really disappointing as they are $18 for two buns so one would expect each to be full of meat and not just a glob of fat and gristle. We had the tuna nachos as well and I think theyre missing an opportunity here by using the fried wonton chips. Just serve it with normal tortilla chips and it will be perfect… we had a pizza that was great and my mother in law loved her belgian waffle. Overall it was great but a couple appetizers as I mentioned just ended up missing the mark.
This restaurant is right on the pier, near pier 17. We went for brunch and ate inside since it was raining. It is a bit pricey but plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. The service was great, and the food came out relatively quickly. We got the big breakfast and a lobster omelet and both were tasty. We also got a hot coffee, an iced coffee, a Bloody Mary and an espresso martini. Would recommend for a date to grab a few drinks and apps during the daytime or night, esp since it has a waterfront view.
JUST DISAPPOINTING.We only came for a sisters night because Watermark was closed for some reason and we saw Industry looked nice. Food is plated nicely. The sauce for the octopus was delicious. The octopus was tasty, but slightly overcooked. Lambchops (lamb lollipops) were tasty and cooked perfectly, but the meat itself was a bit chewy. Lobster pizza was just sad. It was tasteless and their so-call guiness world record is such a scam. Who advertises a guiness world record for most expensive pizza??? It really should be a record for most expensive, but disappointing pizza ever. Seafood Bowl Provencal was so so. The salmon and seafood were cooked perfectly, but most of the pasta stuck together and broke apart. The sauce was so watery and bland. My drink (Salutito $15) was very tasty, so at least we got that. The view is nice enough to still enjoy the night. However, considering the final bill being over $150 for 4 people, with the quality of dishes we tasted, we will not be returning again. Too many good restaurants in NYC worth our money to do this again at Industry Kitchen.
A perfect place to share, excellent ambiance and music at levels suitable for conversation, and good food. The best thing is the view!
This is my first time leaving a poor review. The service and the people are incredible, but the food was bad, that restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear my partner, and our table was incredibly sticky, we had to put our napkins down to rest our arms on top. The food came out very fast but the quality was below par for nyc. The Brussels sprouts tasted dirty and the wine comes in plastic cups. The restaurant staff is incredible though and super sweet.
Good food, delicious drinks and great service. We sat in a mini house which gave us a great view and some nice privacy while keeping us warm. Our waiter, Emon, was attentive and incredibly friendly.
So hubby and I stumbled upon this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised! Not only was the food good(blueberry muffin French toast was amazing ), but a staff member (Aton? ) who had a ponytail and and was both attentive and knowledgeable about the menu balanced multiple tables and was pleasant while doing so. Hubby and I will definitely be back!
Sadly I went the day they changed their menu so they didnt have what I wanted. Im plant based so my only option was the butternut squash soup to go which was really good. It came out super quick which I wasnt expecting. I was given 2 cups. The bartender and host was really nice.
Everyone was helpful and courteous. The Hostess went over and beyond with getting the right table for myself and company. I appreciate kindness. I thank you for that.We ordered a margarita pizza. The pizza was delicious. I also ordered the veggie plate. The garlic seasoning is a perfect combination of flavors. I will definitely go back here again.Thank you for your service.Stay safe.
A wonderful option in South Street Seaport. Had winter lunch in the pandemic. First thing that strikes you is the little “glasshouse” huts, sitting four at a time that stand row after row on the riverfront.Great food and service. The lamb chops were exceptionally good. The burrata, too. Small plates for sharing. Can’t wait to come back. Will be bringing the fam soon.
The location has amazing views by the water and has other things to do nearby. Food was good but a little pricey for what you get. Overall the location is what you go for
Really great spot on the water! The salmon dish was delicious. They have little pretty tents outside with heaters inside and they all have a great view of the water. I got the cocktail called The Potion and it was great. Lana was our server and she was super kind! Really enjoyed my time here!
Mediocre experience. The burrata & beet carpaccio it is really good but that was it. The lasagna was below average made with sausage instead of real meat, and the desserts were boring and not memorable at all. Won’t come back. Save your money and skip this place.
Food were all mid, this place is definitely leaned towards the social media folks who care more for pictures and atmosphere than the actual food(which is the whole point of restaurants!?)
Love Industry Kitchen. Its one of my favorite places to go during summerbin NYC. The food is always fresh and tasty, doesntmatter what I get. Its always enjoyable. The drinks are also pretty good. They are not overly strong but have the right amount of alcohol. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You dont always have to wait on your waiter to tend to your needs. You can call on anyone, and they are all willing to service you.Great place for evening dinner with your partner or with friends. The backdrop of the South Street Seaport is an added view.
Went here for my moms birthday, and the staff was so accommodating and sweet. The food was great
Great recommendation from a friendSituated right by South Street Seaport, it was an amazing find. We caught them right before opening so we had no wait. The food was unexpectedly amazing from a place with Industry in its name. Where there was any lack (not that much crab in the crabcake) rhey made up for it with presentation and subtle side flavors. We chose to sit outside but had to move indoors due to birds nesring above amd dropping on our table
Woow, what a great experience. Sitting outside in the sun overlooking the East River at this amazing location. On top of that, the food (in my case, wagyu tartare and a crème brulé) was very, very good. Service also a clear 5 stars.
Made reservation for dinner here last night. The view makes the experience for sure. We had to walk 360* around the place to find the entrance (on the waterfront side in the middle) which was actually pretty annoying because there was no signage. There are ropes around the outdoor area so you can only get in/out through one very narrow walkway (it was packed with people waiting for tables). We sat inside but I kinda wish we had opted for one of the outdoor sparkly tents instead. The music inside was insanely loud, I could barely hear my fiancé talk. We started with the cheese plate and the pumpkin espresso martini. I’m not sure if it was just the bartender last night or if this is normal, but there was no trace of pumpkin or vodka in this drink. It was tasty… but tasted virgin to be honest. Like maybe there was a single drop of vodka in it. I only got one for that reason and I took one star off for that. The cheese plate was good, nice amount of everything. It came with three small bread rolls. I got the Greek salad and my fiancé got the lamb lollipops. He said they were delicious. My salad was also good and a true Big Salad. Service was slow, our waiter was clearly very busy running food to tables outside. I don’t take that out on him at all. He was really nice and helpful when he was able to check on us. Overall it was okay but I don’t think we will be back unless I want to show off the view of the Brooklyn skyline and the ship to someone from out of town.
Amazing food and atmosphere. My favorite place in fidi. The photography is also such a nice addition, and really captures the special moment. The quality is super great and the presentation is sweet. I’ve purchased on multiple occasions!
Cocktails were to die for, and creme brulee was deliscious. Friends food portions very, very small. Lovely server and beautiful spot by the water.
Gorgeous views of the water and decent food! I think the best thing I had was their feta watermelon salad. Our server (I think his name was Sam) was delightful and attentive to dietary needs, and our food was out very quickly.
Was here on a sunday around 1:30pm. It wasnt too busy today. Got seats right away. Foods are great. Great drink selections too. Prices are reasonble as well.Came back 1/1/23 around 1:30pm again. No waiting. Foods are still as good as before.
Had a pizza and a drink at the bar - both were very good. Beautiful place, fun vibe, lots of outdoor seating on the pier. And our bartender was uber friendly and welcoming.
Lots of disappointments: our friend’s dietary restrictions were not respected after the staff heard his request. Salmon came with a sauce he asked to be left off. Food wasn’t particularly special. Finally, they had a photographer come to our table and perform a Times Square style bait and switch. He offered to give us free pictures on the house. He presents us with the pictures then tells us the group one is free, but the rest are $20. We decline and then he starts to negotiate. What an incredibly tacky way to end a meal.edit: bumped up to 3 stars as I appreciate the empathetic response from mgmt.
Edit: this pizza is apparently no longer in the menu and Im reading from other reviews they have a new Head Chef! Awesome! Cant wait to get back soon and try the new options! Keeping the review only because the staff was really great and the view was sublime, especially at night.Arguably one of the best restaurant views in NYC, but based on the meals our group shared, some of the worst food. I hate to say this because every one working there was so nice, but I but what I ate was just gross. Inedible.A BBQ chicken pizza smothered with what tasted like Franks hot sauce, sour cream and shaved carrots. It was like a frat boy whos mom used to cook all his meals used the happy hour snacks to whip out a pizza. The only thing missing was celery (dont get any ideas). Interestingly, the crust was really very good.Maybe I should have understood what I was ordering a bit better, but my coworker ordered the same and he was just as shocked at what arrived. The pasta ordered by another co-worker was just as disappointing. Maybe we just picked the worst items on the menu.Spectacular view, though, and wonderful staff.Get a better chef. Please.
Food was dry and came out way too fast. Seems like they make a it ahead of time and leave it with the heat lamps. Food was mediocre at best. The Ahi Tuna Wonton was pretty good though
Great! Absolutely fantastic! The only downside would be the steep prices. However, the location is amazing, and the cocktails were delicious. I would highly recommend the charcuterie board. It comes with a blue cheese, a brie, and (we think) an aged white cheddar. It also has almonds, sausage, mustard, and olives. The wait staff was all very nice and made recommendations for us, which was appreciated. The views were nice, and the doors were opened, allowing for a nice breeze!
Nice igloo dining. Friendly attentive service. Hanger steak was excellent. Vegan pizza got 1 nay and 1 yay. Cocktails were very weak in alcohol.
Food was yummy! No issues there. the service was friendly & polite. Very efficient. I wouldn’t recommend for people who get overwhelmed easily by noise or crowds. But the vibes were buzzing, maybe it’s more calmer in the fall & winter
Grabbed some drinks before heading to the ferry. Quick and friendly service
I give Industry Kitchen a high rating solely on the location. The whole restaurant faces the water, with both and inside seating. The outside seating is perfect for those warm city nights. The prices are average New York City Prices. Reservations are recommended as it is NYC and Industry Kitchen is popular for happy hour and work events. The only disappointment was that the restaurant ran out of all their draft beer by 6:30p on a Tuesday...
Nice place with a nice view. Very busy though. We didnt have a reservation so we got the option to wait for an hour or to sit next to people we didnt know. Took the latter. Apparently that means sitting at a big picnic tabel. Carebear. Went for some pizza, wifey too. I got the Hot Apricot, Wifey the Margherita with salami as an extra topping (will cost you an extra 6 bucks.....). They were great. Beers were fine too.
Excellent location, los of mini iglús and nice staff. Gnochis delicious and root vegetales w/salón but found the salmon greasy. Seafood bowl need improvement though thr shrimps were perfectly cooked! Ordered to take out due to covid.
This place was nice. The tables are set up kind of like a lunch room. There was a visible wood fire stove in the kitchen which had an appealing look. The restroom is co-ed, which Im trying to get used to, but its still a bit uncomfortable to me. I was able to capture some pictures of the food my friends and I ordered, which was very tasty. This place is located literally right under the FDR highway, at the South Street Seaport, just in case you need help locating it.
It is near the wall street and next to the river. Amazing place specially when it is sunny. We ordered buffalo pizza but it was too jot. Please do stay away from it. They were kind to changed the pizza for us when we couldnt it because it was too hot. I would not have ordered only if I knew how hot it is, considering that I normally eat spicy food. So we ordered something else which i am sharing the photo. They are nice and the food amazing. I do recommended you to go there for brunch, inside of resturant is also amazingly decorated. Thanks to the manager and Iman for be so thoughtful.
The views are incredible, food is mediocre. Service was wonderful. Lots of outdoor seating.
Went to Industry Kitchen for a work event and the food was really good!! Drinks were amazing too! Had a great time!
Food was pretty disappointing as it looked and tasted quickly thrown together. My pasta was somehow cold too even though it was ready in about 10 minutes. However, the atmosphere and view was definitely notable and I would maybe come back for drinks and possibly some quick bites.
We had a great time dining at Industry Kitchen! Beautiful dining outside in their igloos during the holidays set the mood. Our server Kevin was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, and the music set the vibe just right.
The lamb lollipops were on point, lobster ravioli was to die for, and Waikiki pizza was good also.
So good! Would suggest booking a reservation for an outdoor hut the day before. Had a seafood bowl, honey pizza and pistachio crusted lamb chops. Everything was very good. Cant wait to go again!
Eitan was the best bartender and server the environment is so beautiful and tranquil. He went over and beyond to make sure my experience was the best and he’s not too bad on the eyes (in a non sexual harassment way) and he is great conversation. Very knowledgeable about menu and the bar. Would def recommend for tourist and nyc locals
The food was aight. The only time we saw the waitress was when she took our order and when she came back for the check. She never came to check on us. I wanted to order something else but decided against it since she never came back. For $15 each, the drinks were way too small. I would also say that the portion sizes are too small. Its a shame when you spend $100 and youre still hungry afterwards. The food tasted good, though.
Diana, the young lady who was my server, was fantastic. Lobster tacos were super tasty, and I never thought Id rave about a brussels sprout but here we are exploring new territory. Cloudy warm and windy day and it was perfect for food by the river watching the ferries come and go.
I love the diversity of their menu, and being an outdoor waterfront spot makes it all the better! They have a great selection of guilt free, GF and DF eats. Both the food and drink menu are innovative and delicious. We dined on their GF vegan cauliflower pizza and the mango gazpacho served with a popsicle. This venue can get very crowded so reservations are highly recommended.
Industry Kitchen was such a fun experience! They had outdoor seating with these clear patio rooms (with heating)! The service was great and the food was delicious:)
Late evening at the bar Cocktails and beer along with the lamp lollipops and cheese plate all were good. Bartender was great. Friendly and even made a custom martini cocktail for my wife who loved it.
I was very pleased with the Industry Kitchen we had a reservation for our outing, but really didnt need it they were rather slow in the dinning area. The bar had a few patrons enjoying themselves, but didnt interfere with our conversation at all since its on the other side of the restaurant. One gripe I had was they gave us the dinner menu before they were serving dinner so we had to wait an extra 10min before we were served. Walking in your greeted by a lovely smokey sensation from the open kitchen design. After perusing the menu I noticed a good amount of diversity before landing on the $2700 gold flaked pizza that Im sure must cure cancer. Otherwise the other options were rather affordable for the average NYC salary. Otherwise the service was good and the night was an experience Ill enjoy looking back on.
Monica was amazing !!! We stopped in for cocktails. I had a lychee martini and my friend had the red sapphire. Monica mix and served the drinks, but her Colombian Personality was so warm, sweet and inviting. She did an amazing job. And kept us company while bouncing around the bar to mix other cocktails. AMAZING !!! And best vibes!!!
Perfect scenery and a very nice and professional restaurant in general. The food is good the people working there are friendly, you shouldnt miss out on it.
Food was lovely and very fresh! I ordered a frozen mango daiquiri and it was strong!
Omg large birthday celebration and the service was bad.The food was amazing!!!But our table was never really waited on after. We had to ask to water, flag down our server for drinks, and the table was never cleared of cups and all the dirty plates. We had sever cakes that came and they lit up with sparklers. They brought the cakes while our table was still full of nasty leftovers and dirty cups.Literally ruining every video and photo. We had to ask several time to get the table clear before the cakes came and it never happened. They then had the audacity to add their own gratuity. We should have spoken to the manager and reduced it dramatically. Lack of service and cleanliness alone was a huge issue.Besides the horrible service and complexity ruining the execution for a simple happy birthday the food was really really good.Entire experience was ruined all because they couldn’t clean our table and attended to us Adequately.
This place is amazing. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. We came during the lunch hours and were seated very fast. Our food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The place was packed but we we got our meals in no time!
This was my first time there and I looooooooved it. I sure will be back! OMG! the pop candy land pizza is a must try. I thought is going to be to much after a meal but its not. Everything was perfect.
Place is cool has a nice atmosphere service is quick but asked for some water the waitress came gave me my water then spilled beer all over me overall food is good and overall the restaurant is a 3.5/10
The food was awesome. This industry egg Benedict was delicious. However, service was very slow. Maybe there were not enough staff. We had a very hungry three years old with us waiting/screaming for almost 1 hour ish for the food to come out.
Love this place, right by our hotel (the AC), great environment- food and service! Artichoke pizza great, the tuna appetizer is perfect.
Food and service are both on point. Outdoor seatings have a great view to the harbour. Request the ones underneath the FDR bridge if you dont want to be overexposed under the sun. The table was quite sticky, not sure if it was the cleaning agent they used...
We had the Ahí Tuna Nachos and Margherita Pizza. Service was quick and both dishes were a shareable portion. Can’t beat the views of the pier, either. This place is right on the water near Pier 11. Highly recommend.
Excellent place for any meal with a beautiful view of the water. Our waitress was nice. Clean establishment with fair prices.
This restaurant has a great view, our server was pleasant and thats where the accolades end. My sister and I were excited to dine here for lunch; we ordered the grilled octopus $21 and we got ONE tentacle...Im not kidding. $21 for 1 tentacle of over cooked octopus with a few fingerling potatoes, a sprig of greens and some unidentifiable sauce. Definitely will not be returning.
Finaly a good place with good prosciutto pizza. My server was Stefan and he is amazing person and server. We meet and he recomended me his working place so I needed to come and check. Amazing staff and amazing food. Thank you for great service.
Great place on the waterfront great food choices
One of my fav spots in Fidi during the summer/warm weather! Brunch menu + cocktails are fantastic. Friendly and fast service, great view. A tad pricey but expected when you have waterfront seating in Manhattan.
My husband and I both had pizza, I preferred my husband pepperoni pizza to the one I ordered, both where very nice, service was good with friendly staff.
Small place with a lot of outdoor seating. Good place if youre waiting for one of the ferries (just leave enough time before departure to get there). We had beer and a pizza at a tall boy inside. Views of the water and the Seaport, and good for people watching.
Lots of places serve what LOOKS like pizza. Industry Kitchen serves the real thing. Absolutely delicious. Just ask my grandson, the pizza maven. Service was quick and very friendly. Food came on in a timely fashion. Price was right. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. And accessible ♿️. Ambience was very relaxing, it was a laid back kind of place. Perfect place for a beautiful Spring Sunday. We loved it.
The waiter n waitress were not friendly. Regular tasting food but was soooo expensive! Hated that the waiter included almost 30% of tips. Would not recommend and would not go again. Every other table had a nice pizza set up except ours. Not sure if because we were a different race.
This venue was fantastic. Seems like the hot spot for great food and drinks. We were in a hurry because we were going to take a helicopter tour and only had 45 min. At the time we were there, there was a large group of DEA agents for an event. I let them know we needed to get food fairly quickly. We ordered the Lobst3r tacos and the Bao Bums to share. We were served 2ithin 10 min of ordering. The food was fantastic. Flavor beyond my expectations for both dishes, and the server was attentive to our needs. Highly reccom3nd but would recommend taking time to enjoy the view and restaurant atmosphere more than we had time for.
Update: August 2024Returned to Industry Kitchen for lunch. The weather was perfect and you really cant beat that view. I ordered the salmon poke and brussels sprouts. The food is always fresh and delicious. Special thank you to my hostess Rachel for the perfect table and to Miguel for the wonderful service. Ill be back! Highly recommend!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My cousin and I had dinner here last night and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We sat outside in one of the cute huts (heated and so comfortable) with a beautiful view of the Hudson River. We ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon and the fattoush salad with salmon. My cousin and I ended up swapping our meals in the middle and suffice it to say, we both thoroughly enjoyed both entrees. My salmon was cooked to perfection (I like it rare).I also ordered a Downeast Cider which was delish!I was greeted by Ishaeb when I arrived who was so chill and welcoming. Ditto re: Salesta too. Our server Merlin was outstanding - attentive, efficient and friendly.Kudos to the hiring manager!I highly recommend Industry Kitchen. The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect and the service was fantastic. The staff really epitomize what exemplary customer service is all about!
Great place to enjoy a sunny view on the water in the summer. Surprisingly not too crowded for a Sunday brunch, casual outdoor seating right in front of the river, friendly service (they offered us a round of drinks), simple but well-made food. The crab cake was delicious.
My boyfriend and I had the best experience here. We had a long day of walking over the BK bridge and taking the ferry back to Pier 11 when we finally hobbled into Industry Kitchen for lunch. We were thoughtfully seated with a fantastic view, had excellent service from our waitress and couldn’t ask for better food! Just check out this salad with “grapefruit caviar”
Handled a crowd and a big table well! HUGE space by the pier. Loved our brunch items like the wood fired cinnamon bun and pizza. Crème brûlée for dessert was pretty good too!
Hostess was a doll for making sure we were in the shade, drinks were amazing, food was good but nothing to write home about.Fun atmosphere right on the water - I would go back.
I love going to Industry Kitchen. They have great dinner and brunch menus. I also love their drinks and beer selection. It’s also in a great location. They have greenhouses outside which are perfect for the cold weather ahead. Looking forward to returning soon!!!
Tasty, okay service, and a very nice view. The pizza was absolutely yummy.
Dining beside the river with a stunning view of the Brooklyn Bridge at Industry Kitchen was memorable. The exceptional service from the super friendly server, Sam, was the cherry on top.
We had a nice brunch here recently. Yes - the food was only ok/good - but the the service was great and the atmosphere, view and people watching were excellent. We stayed at the table for a long time - no one rushed us out at all.
This place is the absolute best it has Awesome views, An outstanding cocktail list, great food and an amazing staff! Huge outdoor seating space that is Covid friendly!
Have been here few times in past and had pleasant experience always.Awesome view if you get the chairs outside(during summer) for couple drinks/snacks during summer. Its fairly upscale restaurant but with decent prices for quality and variety of food plus drinks. Staff is always friendly and patient.
The fries are insanely amazing, a long with the other food. But the pizza is... Ok get something else.Nice plastic huts dog friendly.
Only Had beer and dessert. The cheese cake was awesome! The lava cake was dry and crumbly.Nice beer options but were served rather cool instead of chilled.Good covid precautions! Staff double masked, Online menus, plexiglass pods (which were very nicely done... Cute decorations etc) however a little dirty like they were wiped with a dirty cloth... So the pretty views were a little obscured by that.Fabulous service. Would go again!
Just stopped in for a couple of cocktails while walking around. We sat at the bar and loved the vibes of the place. Our bartender, Connor, was SUPER friendly and gave fast service. We were first-time travelers to NYC and he was very helpful with some questions we had. I can’t say anything about the food, but everything I saw come out looked great!
Came in for an early quick meal. Hostess and bar tender were friendly and attentive. The kale & Brussels salad is on-point, and the portion of curry steamed mussels are outrageous! Couldn’t finish it. Easily could’ve been 24+ shells and the mussels inside were a decent size. The broth was delectable and the bread also on-point. The drink menu and coffee options looked great too.
Would order the lamb again, but pass on the cured meat board and tuna. Great to meet friends to catch up in the winter since you have those private plastic mini-houses.
Love the views. Love the food and cocktails. The steak and salmon is recommended. Service was also amazing. 10/10 experience for my friends and I.
I dont recommend it. Before I went in for lunch a local told me she had stomach problems after eating there but I went anyway. Bad decision. I also had stomach problems (it was bad). Go somewhere else!
Place and service were good, but I still think its a bit pricey for what it is. E.g. huevos rancheros for $20, steak and eggs for $32 + a $15/$17 drink!
I dont want to say too much because we live in the neighborhood. my husband and I had lunch at this place, the food absolutely sucks, very low quality, terrible presentation. I ate the octopus that tasted like paper just because I was hungry then I left everything else to spend almost $150 with tips. I dont have high expectations but this place is really below the average food quality threshold
Sat us under the highway next to the boxes and trash asked for a new table and it was such a thing even though several opened up there was always a reason we couldn’t sit there even with a reservation. Manager wasn’t rude but kept explaining what a reservation meant and I already understood it doesn’t give you a specific table didn’t need it explained….
Great afterwork, sunset spot. Food is awesome and waitress was very friendly and professional. Will def come back
The food was delicious and very tasty! Coffee ok not special, very nice atmosphere.
Industry Kitchen has a lot going for it between the food quality, great drinks, and perfect location, but falls short in two other areas.First, my guests and I found the interior so oppressively loud, we could barely hear each other. Second, I ordered the steak and it was not good at all. No seasoning, over cooked, and seemed microwaved or baked somehow.I would still try it again and try to sit outside for drinks and apps with a small group on a cooler day and fully expect to have a great experience.
Went here and ate at an event with some friends. The staff were friendly and the view was beautiful. Heads up! Bathrooms are mixed gendered bathrooms. I personally dont have a problem with it. Felt bad for the men that walked in and then walked out of the doors not realizing it was mixed gendered bathrooms. 🤣
For the second year in a row, and third time ever, I had Thanksgiving at Industry Kitchen. This place knows how to cook turkey so that its moist and tasty. All the sides are great, if you like Brussels sprouts. I dont know how they can train their servers to be so good and attentive, but I wish more restaurants did the same. The location gives you a view of New York harbor, so depending on where you sit you can look at a tall ship with the Brooklyn Bridge behind it, or across to Brooklyn Heights. Both are especially beautiful at sunset. Great place to bring a date. Even if the date doesnt work out, the food, service and view will be worth it.
Great spot for lunch and a drink, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
The service was incredible and the food was just wonderful. I had such a great time at Industry Kitchen!
Giving this one star because chef Haffmans wants to lie about the cost of edible gold on the pizza to falsely justify ripping people off. Edible gold sheets cost $3 each on the high end, if you have 10 sheets on your pizza, thats $30 buddy, not $850 WORTH OF GOLD. Why do you feel you need to lie to people? Do you think people are that ignorant to the price of gold? Are you telling me you put half an ounce of gold on your pizza? What is the lie you want us to accept???
Wow - I really enjoyed my visit. We sat outside in the sunshine looking over the river - wonderful. The restaurent was busy but felt bustling rather than crowded. The service was first class - geniunely - the staff were really helpful. The food was some of the best I had on our trip to NYC - I had the Watermelon and Feta Salad - incredible - I still think about it today! :-) One of the best salads Ive ever had tbh. Its on my list to revisit when Im back!!
Amazing place! Great location, great food, great service. Highly suggest.
A must go for out of towners.
Great ambiance sitting by the water. Our waiter Christian was so friendly and attentive. Would not, however recommend the white sangria.
Amazing restaurant with great variety, atmosphere and service. Appetizers, cocktails and alligator pizza were phenomenal. Will be returning!
The food is great ! The serves was great ! Was there on brunch , try the eggs Benedict ! During the dinner you have to try lap !!!
Great spot! Beautiful area by the South Street Seaport. Food was delicious but portions felt a little small, considering it was brunch. They were very accommodating, our party increased in size drastically at the last minute and they somehow found a way to seat us!
Food was a failure. Pizza made of frozen dough. Artichokes fail Spinach Gnocchi. Onion fails watermelon salad. Margarita (drink) wasn’t the best choice either. The only thing that is beautiful here is the view, unfortunately.
Stopped in here to get a drink with some friends. A guy came in with a camera and said he would take a picture of us. He said it would be FREE, it was in fact not free. He gave us a tiny sample photo and said a large version would be $20 a photo. Felt scammed. Is this Times Square or a restaurant?
Very cute and nice restaurant. Indoors is very spacious perfect for big groups, and the bar area is comfortable enough for you and/or your party be there as well. BAR seating are my faves. This time around I opted for the outdoor seating which is the biggest charm of this place this holiday season, they have individual seating room, house like, big enough for a party up to 4 even 6 Ill say.You get a nice view of the river and natural light, at night must be gorgeous.Service is Top Notch. Our server Daria was very attentive and accommodating which we greatly appreciate. Her recommendations for the drinks according to my taste were perfect. The food menu is very welcoming since it has all types of allergies subs and request available which makes it more pleasant. From vegan friendly to Gluten free options. The drinks options are very diverse from holiday cocktails to mocktails!I will totally recommend this place, specially who wants to have a intimate experience I will choose outside seating!!
The service was excellent. Beautiful day to be outside by the water. Food was amazing. I recommend the Summer House cocktail. Delicious!
I have never been here before. I can complain. It was not busy or overly crowded. It was a Monday afternoon. Service was quick and professional. The food was delicious. The octopus and the porkchop with the purple cabbage and apple puree. It simply was yummy. Love the fact that they had a mocktails listing. I just couldnt resist getting for dessert the creme burlee.
Amazing view! The most delicious artichoke & mushroom pizza and excellent service from Tyler at the bar.
How pompous and pretentious this place is. Its geared moreso to the hip bohemian. Big time tourist trap, hardly any locals eat here unless they choose. Food tastes premade, like it was prepped and nuked, not all the dishes, but a good majority. I get its NYC and all, but whose gonna spend over $2,000 on a pizza? That sums the greed that is this country, and you sheep buy into it. Theres tons of mom and pop joints in the city, and foodtrucks that serve more affordable and fresher, and better food this then overpriced slop. This place makes Eli Zabar and Eat, with their equally pretentious $40.00 ham and cheese sandwiches on white bread look cheap.
The name well represents the quality of the food here...industrial! The service was good except when we arrived the host tried and seat us in the back if the restaurant, practically looking at the street, when there were seats available on the river view side. She didnt stop long enough to ask us if that location was acceptable and she did not greet us, she just put the menus on the table and left. My date and I looked at each other and said forget this, were going somewhere else! On the way out we saw a different host and told here wed like to be seated somewhere else with a look of the water and she immediately did. We had 4 appetizers each of them a disappointment. The squid was supposed to be grilled but it was obviously not, probably boiled with some smoke flavor enhencer. The grilled octopus was unevenly cooked making parts of it mushy and other parts rubbery. The crab cake arrived to the table almost cold, and since we had just ordered it Im assuming it was a pre-cooked and reheated dish. Fortunately a manager asked if everything was fine so we told her and she immediately replaced it with a warm one. The quinoa salad seed with the squid was overly sweet, we actually left it all in the plate. In conclusion Id come back here just for the view and a drink.
I wanted to find a cool unique idea that I could do on my birthday, when I seen that Industry kitchen had a Cotton candy land pizza I knew thats where I wanted to go. It is a beautiful location right on the water front secluded on its own. I booked a reservation on Open table on Google. I recieved a confirmation call seconds later confirming. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, when I told the waiter it was my birthday he bought me a sparkler and the bartender gave me a drink on the house. The prices are good and The Cotton candy pizza lived up to the expectations.. Very delious! Overall, my sister, boyfriend and I had a great time and would definitely come again! The only downside is there is no parking but thats typical for New York city.
Great during the weekend. Able to find space. Crowd was friendly and bartenders were knowledgeable. Dessert was great. Friends ordered Gaspacho and loved it. Great Dummer food options.
Get the tomahawk steak!!! I am so glad we accidentally found this restaurant. Highly recommend. Service is a little slow but the food is worth the wait.
Nice restaurant right by the water; small quality/pricey plates but definitely a great vibe.
Food, staff, view, atmosphere. My go to place every other month. Highly recommend
Corn salad and miso salmon were good. Outside seating has a good view of the river
Great place! Only found it on the last day of travel. Great menu, great staff, nice location/view
Excellent spot to grab your pizza. Their cocktails 🍸 are unique.
The food was pretty good and it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be. Great place to sit down in the summer
Loving the rainbow pizza there! Pretty and tasteful. I was too full to finish the cotton candy at all.
Really solid food, decor, and service. OK value, but the pricing for certain dishes was rather steep, like avocado toast that went for $16.
Never!! Never!! The pizza is the worst!!! The juice was diluted with water. They simply ruined my familys evening!
Pros:- It’s waterfront. There are ton of tables outside. And if you sit in the area by the bar, there is no wait. There is also AC blowing here. It’s cooler than other tables that are outside.- Food is very good!! I have been here many times. I was never disappointed.- The view!!Cons:- Servers may or may not come fast to get your order. If you are going here to chill, this is a pro. If you are here because you are truly hungry, this becomes a problem.- Menu is a bit limited. It’s either brunch stuff or pizzas. They have a few salads.Generally the cons don’t bother me so much so I do recommend this place, especially when the weather is good…
I really like this place the service and atmosphere hear the South Street Sea Port is really alluring and refreshing. I wish they had some more chicken items on the brunch and dinner menu. Definitely will be back on a Saturday night
Water servers were very attentive on this HOT day, wait staff seemed they needed help but were friendly. I had eggs Benedict but my english muffin didnt taste toasted, husband had pepperoni pizza, crust shouldve been crispy. May try again. FYI, bathroom is unisex
Cool spot. Food was great. Melanie our waitress was great. The soap was phenomenal and so was the lobster ravioli and lobster tacos. Even the ice tea/ lemonade was great. It’s a great place, hidden away but very accessible.
So i took my girl out on our 3rd date and researched the area prior as she has a shell fish allergy. this place stuck out as an option for their DIABLO PIZZA. now im a spice feen so i love a good spicy meal. she is also down to clown if you catch my drift. but she didnt believe that it existed, but it does and we went.service was great, bar tender was helpful and polite. we ordered frozen margaritas, DONT recommend. idk if the mix had salt added as well but it was extremely salty. he ended up tasting it for himself and agreed so he swapped them out for other drinks. now, as for the pizza, now presentation was awesome. the pizza itself tasted really good, the flavor of the spicy cheese tortilla crust, and chorizo ragu gets lost in the end as what you really taste is the cheese and the oh so good avocado aioli. they also include two pickled red eye bird chilis which WARNING they ARE spicy, but sooo flavorful! its almost like a roasted tomato and a california reaper had baby. it was really enjoyable for me. i feel they should of maybe incorporated some of the jalepeno or even the pickled red eye bird chili in the dough to give the overall pizza a kick - that could earn its name the DIABLO! but sadly without eating the chili alongside the pizza, its not spicy at all. but presentation is everything, and it was good enough to get me to return so that counts for something 😁
Good food. Great views. They have plenty of vegetarian options.
Excellent view of the Hudson River. Great service. Definitely going back!!
This is one of my favorite spots every time I hot downtown. Sitting at the bar, getting a couple of drinks, and eating some appetizers is my way to go. I will definitely recommend their octopus. Great service, as usual. Bar tenders are super nice.Thats all I have to say.
Great space with interesting cocktail options. Food is wholesome and good, but not exotic. Prices are a bit high for Manhattan but your expect that with this amazing location. Great place to meet friends or colleagues for drinks after work I bet. Though I went on a weekend when, I suspect, its less busy than normal.
I just love being able to sit by the water and this restaurant has the best view. My server,Monica, was so great and attentive. The food does not disappoint! Try the lobster tacos!!
Excellent spot but little more expensive. Food doesnt feel that great but provides nice ambience.
We were visiting NYC with our daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday and reserved one of the outside “igloos”. Ryan was our server and he could not have been more awesome. The girls adored him and he made great recommendations for food and drinks. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely return here on our next trip to NYC.
Portions were decent and everything taste good. The wedges/fries had a string truffle smell but was a bit bland. Brussel sprouts were also good but also lacking a bit of flavor. Salmon was delicious and pizzas were flavorful.
Lovely place to eat. The food was excellent, the service, was ok. The atmosphere is lovely you keep warm in the mini green houses. Its not a cheap place to eat at, but very interesting!
A great place to eat! The food is amazing and the service cant be beat! This is all about class. Thank you! A +++++ on my list!
Fun atmosphere with plenty of outdoor sitting options that don’t feel crowded. Pizza was pretty good. Lots of wine options.
Good spot to get a drink and catch up on the game. Great view!
