Grove Street Social

Stumbled across this wonderful place by accident and so glad we did. Warm welcoming bar with a great selection of food and drinks. Steak sandwich was outrageously good washed down with an amazing Guinness. I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough, I challenge anyone to come to Grove Street Social and not leave with a smile.5 stars simple not enough 👍

Enjoyed late afternoon/early evening Happy Hour at Grove Street Social on Thursday, 10/17. Welcoming and cozy environment. Drinks and food were great! Co-owner, Conor, is very attentive, sociable and appreciates his patrons. Definitely going back. This place is a gem!

Cool vibe in The Village. Limited selections but pretty good ones. Feels like a neighborhood bar with a bit more culture. Met some interesting people in our 90 minutes there!

While visiting the area we stumbled across this gem and spent a couple of hours enjoying their cocktails and wine. The service was fantastic and very knowledgeable, wine and cocktail selection amazing. We loved the overall vibe, and wish it was in our area so we could wander over every Saturday or Sunday.Well definitely go back the next time we travel to NYC.

A new addition to the area. It was cozy, the bartender/owner? was super friendly and nice!Got an old fashioned definitely one of the better ones in the city.If you want a cozy, quiet spot to relax and chill this is the spot.

10/10 recommend this spot - vibes, drinks (cocktails to wine to beer are all fab), and service are 5 star. I visited here after work and on a Sunday afternoon, great for casual fun in the village. I also threw my boyfriend a surprise birthday here with 45 guests and Conor and Nick and the staff were a joy to work with! Perfect relaxed addition to the neighborhood.

Great little spot that feels cozy and welcoming. Bartender was delightful and the warm mulled wine was excellent. The Cod bites were awful though.. Should not be on any menu and the lights need to be a lot dimmer. TVs also feel unnecessary at a place like this

Very nice cozy spot. I was walking around the neighbor and decided to step in, and I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere in here. The two owners were very friendly and great guys to talk to. I will be back for the great drinks they served. 10/10 would recommend!

My girlfriend threw me a surprise birthday party here recently and it couldnt have been any better! Conor and his team did an incredible job. Great staff, atmosphere, drinks, location.

Such a cute hole in the wall! great happy hour drinks, cozy decor, rustic vibe. perfect for a catch up or hosting small events. great location and lovely people coming in and out all day. must go.

This is one of the best new bars Ive seen in a while. Really interesting cocktail menu, great drinks selection, premier league soccer on the TV and really friendly bar staff - everything you want in a bar. Didnt get to try the food so cant comment on that (despite them offering me a free omlett) but this place is truly excellent.

Great place for casual time with friends. Good food with a wide variety of options to suit budget and taste. Comfy couches. Top notch bar staff, and great patrons (excepting yours truly, of course).

The salt and vinegar home made chips are quite possibly the best chips I’ve ever had. The olives were delicious as was the orange wine. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing time. I loved the decor too.

Came in for a couple a drink while waiting for our dinner reservation and so glad we did. cute quaint spot that also has EPL games on for entertainment, staff was also very friendly. definitely be back soon

Move over Attaboy, there’s a new sheriff in town! This is by far the BEST cocktail bar in the city, and they’re just gettin started baby!! From the drinks to the food to Dune on the bookshelf, and Tom Waits on the wall. What more could you possibly want.

Such an amazing bar! The drinks are excellent and the service is so fast.

Terrible staff. I don’t see how bartenders and hosts can be rude to begin with and then expect a 20% tip on top of that. This entitlement culture is not appreciated and will not be tolerated.

Stumbbled across this cosy corner irish bar today had a lovely afternoon here the vibe was soo lovely relaxing and up beat . . From the decor to the drinks and staff was fabulous ! This is a must visit on your trip to new york city !

The best addition to the neighborhood. I work right around the corner and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The service made me feel like I was in my old neighborhood bar where I grew up 25 years ago which is so hard to come by these days. The food menu is the perfect size with matching portions. I’ve been back to this place a half dozen times in two weeks and I will never stop visiting.

The way they are washing glasses here is just disgusting, awful and shocking. Awful 🤮

A cozy bar with excellent cocktails and a great atmosphere. The bartender/owner was very friendly. The drink selection is extensive. My husband and I went in after our anniversary dinner and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back!!

Its very cool, ramonera but current music. At a good volume, neither too high nor too low. Good atmosphere. Ill be back!
