Nice rooftop bar. The bar is very well decorated and they play good musics. Their last call is at 11:30 and by midnight we were asked to leave the bar. The view is great if you can sit outside (we did a bit and decided to come in since it was cold in mid November). The cocktails are decent and the bartender is friendly.

Great staff, relaxing place. You need to ask the front desk for the elevator to the top. My friend and I visited on a early Saturday. The inside was beautifully decorated and had beautiful views of the city. Not a great place if your afraid of heights like myself 😜 because the balcony is all glass- giving an even more uninterrupted view

Don’t come here looking for anything fancy, but it’s a nice place to grab a drink and relax while watching the sun set.

Cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks with an Amazing view! Less crowded than elsewhere. We ended all our evenings during ou stay at the Citizen hotel, with a drink on the top floor.Very nice service each night!

Nice viewing and nice seating. Food and wine were mediocre. Good post afternoon day debrief place. Quiet. Secluded away from the nyc noise.

Hidden gem in time square, the cocktail price is around $15-20. the taste of these drinks are creative and delicate, great atmosphere and chill vibes !

A fab spot to chill in after a busy day. The inside area is small and cosy but they have a wraparound balcony with amazing views. The drinks are nice and the staff excellent. I really liked that the bar was for customers only. We didnt have to worry about getting a space there, or changing out of comfy clothes to fit in with the drinking crowd.

The view over the city that the bar offered was breathtaking! Such a wonderful experience to enjoy refreshments with that view. The first rooftop we visited during our stay. The initial moments were spent walking around the terrace to look over the (almost) 360° view the rooftop offers!

The bar had such an enjoyable vibe and the fantastic view is hard to beat. Our bartender Corey was amazing. He was so welcoming and made some really delicious cocktails!

Love the bar aesthetic and the views from there are amazing. They have inside and outdoor seating. The bartenders are lovely, ask them for their recommendations (they are really good)

A great rooftop bar with open N & S sides a beautiful inside area. The views may not be the best but the atmosphere & great staff make it feel very welcoming.

The view, oh lord, the view! This is the dream, baby! The drink prices are high, absolutely, but it absolutely pays off the incredible ambiance and view. If you get the chance, absolutely go here.

We took advantage of the bar since we were staying at the hotel.The view is magnificent on the rooftop, an idyllic setting for enjoying cocktails just a stones throw from Times Square!

Magnificent hotel, the reception is also a place of relaxation where many people meet for business or simply meet up with friends. The decor is superb, the staff adorable, the intimate roof top, the quiet and designer rooms... in short, if you are looking for a hotel in New York, dont hesitate
