Chase Sapphire at the Seaport

Totally pointless, you have to pay for all the food and beverages so theres no real benefit. Why would I pay here when I could go literally anywhere else in NYC?We had 5 people and 2 were cardholders. So, we asked how strict they are on the two entries per card rule and they politely said very strict, unfortunately. So only 2 of us went in to see if it was even worth it, but they didnt check our card, just immedately put on wristbands. Very strange considering they just said they were strict and turned our extra person away.They explained everything is for purchase and they usually have yard games and entertainment but because it had rained earlier that day, they dont. Two of us went in, saw that it was really nothing, and immediately exited.

There is no benefit for a chase reserve member for this lounge. It’s just like any other restaurant with no additional benefit of being a chase reserve member.You experience the awesome lounge in La Guardia airport( which ironically is not exclusive and open to priority pass ) & come here thinking Atleast a complimentary drink but it’s just like any other garden bar in NYC.

Atmosphere was great.However, foods, they went too far. Would like to have more traditional food. Wast food today

Very disappointed as a sapphire account holder in New York, to be told my dog is not allowed in a place that is all outside seating. Every restaurant allows a dog outside except for the sapphire lounge .
