The seafood is very good, very fresh, also quite expensive. the staff were attentive although our waitress wasnt very good at helping us when we had questions about the bottles of wines. all she said after asking the bartender, who also gave not tried it, is that one is drier than the other but she doesnt remember which is which. luckily, another staff who was slightly more knowledgeable and actually had an open bottle that he offered us a tasting before we made up our minds which was very nice and helpful. love the qr codes but the menu font is no good because its too narrow making it harder to distinguish in low lighting for many people.
The environment is pretty cool - perfect for a date night. I had the Inca Maia cocktail and it was so delicious! For food, we had a guacamole (perfect!) and also the Governador Taco - this was our favorite, we never thought that steak and shrimp would match so well. We had the Aguachile as well - if you like spicy food, youre gonna love it! Finally, we had the corn and another plate called Cochinita Pibil. For dessert, of course, churros! Such an elegant place with delicious options! The food was full of flavors and the staff was so nice!
I love a HAPPY HOUR and Seaport House has one of the best for anyone who likes to keep it simple and chill. My sister and I opted for appetizers and drinks.. From 5pm-7pm you can go crazy on the $1.50 oysters sold by the dozen or the half dozen. Their Buffalo Cauliflower is some of the best I have ever tasted, spicy with just a bite but not an overwhelming kick. The texture was just right as well, not too hard, not too soft. I also tried the Ceasar Salad $8 HH menu that came with anchovies and a side of Sautéed spinach with garlic $5 side order. Margaritas were a little pricy, but definitely worth it! Everything was DELICIOUS. My personal favorite was the cauliflower.AMBIANCE: We sat in the outdoor space which was VERY posh and comfortable.SERVICE: Even outside, the service was excellent and the waitstaff were very attentive without being annoying.RESTROOMS: 2 clean unisex bathrooms. Who can ask for more?1 star off because we had to ask about the Happy Hour menu. Also, we were charged for sparkling water that we ordered but never received because they didnt have any at the moment. When we pointed this out on the menu it was quickly rectified, so no harm no foul.
Really good Mexican food. I loved the complex flavors of the guacamole with copious amounts of crab, and the crispy and umami tacos al pastor. I thought the fish was cooked really well, but I didnt love the sauce. The service was great, very attentive and communicative. The space is visually interesting, but too loud for me.
Absolutely amazing and stunning place! The vibes were articulate, the staff was attentive and generous, and food was delicious! My family and I were very well taken care of, by the host and our server Francisco. Francisco was truly amazing! He did a fantastic job in surprising my father for his birthday. Made sure we had everything we needed, continuously checked up on us and was just overall awesome. If you come, make sure to ask for Francisco! We are definitely coming back and becoming regulars! Casa TuLum, stupendous job, keep up the good work!
Great vibe and experience.... the food was good but the Margaritas were exquisite. A lil pricey for the drinks BUT would definitely go back!!!!! Ambiance is nice, decor beautiful, hosts came around to see how we were doing. Great feeling and energy. I dig it!!!! We dressed up and had a great date.
Honestly a terrible experience here. Food and drinks were terribly sub-par. Execution of cooking the meats was really bad - my boyfriend’s duck was chewy, and my steak was not cooked to the right temperature I ordered (med-rare). The staff was friendly enough but very undertrained. It is clear that the owner is more concerned with his friends and Instagram posts than gaining and maintaining loyal guests aka long term sustainability. He was chatting with two girls, giving them free drinks, entertaining his friends and even gave my drink to them that I ordered since they wanted the same as soon as they sat down (after I ordered). No one checked on us to see how we were liking the food (we didn’t), and it took nearly 15 minutes of us sitting there with our food in front of us to get someone to notice we wanted the check. The restaurant was pretty empty so busy-ness isn’t an excuse. It was our anniversary and we paid nearly $250 for drinks, apps, and entrees that were underwhelming to say the least. Not to mention it was freezing cold and the staff kept opening the door to move chairs and tables around. Honestly just a poor and disappointing experience all around. Sucks too because I was very excited to go here. Will not return. See photo of manager chatting with influencer girls and ignoring all other guests.
Wow. Best seafood in the city and so fresh! You can tell real thought goes into every piece of fish selected. The tiger shrimp is to die for! And the crispy rice tuna and the shrimp scampi and the snapper. Could go on and on but you should just come and check It out. Haven’t had such good seafood in so long! Wish I took a pic but it was too good! ^_^
I had the Alaskan king crab and avocado sushi rolls which was great, but very overpriced. I had the New England clam chowder which was just okay, for $22 it could have been better, it had actual clams in the shell present for a total of two clams, and the consistency of the sauce was very watery, definitely not worth that price point. My guest had the salmon which was horrible, it was seared to perfection on top but no taste or flavor to it at all. It was an experience but nothing to rave about.
We were so excited to try Casa Tulum tonight when we saw it was open! Absolutely delicious enchiladas, tampiqueña, seafood empanada and guacamole!! The staff is incredibly attentive with excellent recommendations and made sure we were taken care of! 10/10 dining experience! So excited to have casa tulum in the neighborhood
Phenomenal service, delicious food and drinks! Favorite dish is the shrimp and steak tacos. Good for small or large groups but make a reservation!!
Big flavor, small portions. Left me wanting more.Excellent drinks.
Nice Seafood Selection, especially the octopus salad, gotta try it!
Ambience was perfect , it was 12 of us. Every body loved the restaurant, the food amazing and the staff the best . Recommend
A great warm atmosphere with amazing food and drinks! New favorite spot in the Seaport District.
New place in a heavy competitive area and definitely isnt making a good impression. Came in on a Saturday night with 2 other tables and a couple at the bar. We sat close to the kitchen where you would think youd be warm, but youd be wrong. Because they had tables out for outdoor dining, they were bringing them in. Please note, this was the weekend of February 4th, where temperatures were at 12 degrees. Im not sure why theyd think anyone would sit out there in that kind of weather...but here we are.We were welcomed by the host who took our coats and showed us our reserved table. Our server arrived shortly after with a warm greeting and took our drink order. I got their cocktail house special version of an old fashion that at par at best. For starters, we had guacamole that was overly priced for its basic taste. We also ordered the Panuchos Yucatecos, which were probably the highlight of our meal. My girlfriend ordered the Prime Skirt Steak medium but came out rare, and the refried beans had a hint of star anise (black licorice). In my opinion, the unique taste of star anise should be mentioned because not a lot of people enjoy that sort of flavor. I had the Pato con Mole and hate to admit that I hated it due to how much I spent on it (41 dollars and didnt even eat half). Duck has a red meat taste and can be incredibly juicy with flavor -- this had neither. The Mole was overwhelming, the breast was chewy and unevenly cooked. It was accompanied by a side of rice that was mediocre at best.Atmosphere was okay, but for a place that was supposed to give you that Mexican jungle vibe (my experience in tulum), Ive received a wannabe yacht vibes instead. It was clear that the owner/manager was there but never touched a table unless it was their friends. At one point, it seemed like there were these annoying Instagram I fluencers were there and started to blast their phone to them on what garbage they put out.My girlfriend requested a Pisco Sour, and the couple at the bar was interested in the drink, but because of their friendship with the manager/owner, they were prioritized. We had asked the server when the place opened up, and she told us just about a month (at the time of this review). We were so annoyed by everything that we just asked for the check, sent back more than both plates full, and just left in the blistering cold until we found the Tuck Room. All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and please believe that I will not be returning.Their best bet of survival at the seaport is those trashy influencers.
Absolutely delicious! I had the best lobster ravioli of my life - huge chunks of lobster perfectly cooked in a delicious light tomato sauce with cheese ravioli. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere is very cute. Definitely worth a try!!
Really great outdoor dining setup. Set next to the wall... Its a must. Great food all around!
The drinks were good. The food was interesting as the menu was recently changed and we couldnt order the stuff we saw on Google. We ordered the lobster caveche and while it was decent, it wasnt as fulfilling as we would have liked it to be.
We arrived without a reservation and they had a nice seat in their covered outdoor seating. They greeted us warmly with a smile, which was really nice. We waited a really long time for some one to take our order. Then when the food came it was not as we requested. We waited another long time for someone to deliver the check. The staff were not being attentive to the customers. They would be checking their phones and talking to each other but not really paying much attention to the customers. They would check in on them occasionally but it was a little late. We really liked the food, but the staff just need a little coaching on how to be more efficient with their work and this place will be so much better.
The best lobster roll I have ever had. The hot lobster roll had Buffalo sauce, lettuce, carrots, celery, and blue cheese; absolutely amazing. Fried calamari was also very good.
I know its a seafood restaurant, but they advertised a hamburger and I have to say, it was one of the best burgers Ive ever had. I went back again the next night and it was jut as good. Really, really tasty. Fresh patty, fresh bun, fresh avocado, bacon and carmelized onions. Now, I do recommend holding the cheese (which I do all over the USA) unless you actually like american cheese slices on a real burger that isnt made at a fast food restaurant - if they had a proper cheese like a nice cheddar, it would put this burger over the top! The service was awesome and they make a top notch Old Fashioned. Highly recommend.
Luis was an excellent waiter thank you just an amazing place for any occasion mostly you could have a conversation….
Fresh seafood and delicious drinks. Very good oysters!! Such a cute little space, perfect for events or dates! Their outdoor seating is excellent too! They offer blankets and pillows.
The governador tacos are so delicious. The guacamole is very fresh and tasty and I really enjoyed the elote. Highly recommend. Very nice restaurant vibe.
Had an amazing birthday dinner here last night. Danica and the staff went above and beyond for my family and friends. The food? Wow! The service? Couldnt have been better. I highly recommend and will be back soon!
No price next to the meals/drinks unless you have to go to Seamless to get prices. One cocktail was posted for 1k. Even Jean Georges wouldnt dare charge a price like that for a cocktail. Calamari was super salty. Bartender does not know how to make cocktails. It’s like a Monet. Seaport House looks good on the outside bur ugly on inside.
Very expensive, underwhelming food. Every seafood item was overcooked and under-seasoned. Caesar salad absolutely soaked with dressing, watery New England clam chowder, mushy pasta, dry lobster: Not a single member of our hungry group finished his or her entire plate of food. So disappointing, we wanted to love it.
Staff were super friendly here but food was average. Portions were small for both cocktails and entree.
My friends and I planned to go to dinner at a neighboring place but they were closed for a private event. So we decided to meet here instead. Best. Idea. Ever. Im picky about Mexican food. Ive lived in Mexico. This is some of the best Mexican Ive had in the city, hands down. We shared guacamole to start and it was super fresh. I opted for the enchiladas for my main. The sauce was delicious and the chicken tender. My friends had various tacos, rice, and elote. All very well flavored. We shared the churros with Mexican chocolate for dessert. The service was lovely. We met the manager Louis as he made an effort to come over and say hello and welcome us. Apparently theyre not even a month old. But Im certain theyll last for years to come. Buen provecho!
Crispy skin duck with dark chocolate mole was outstanding. Great drinks and service as well. Excellent addition to Front St!
Perfect meal outside and lovely staff. Had brunch menu. High quality ingredients and perfectly cooked steak with my very orange eggs.
If you get bad seafood here and send back an entire untouched dish, no one will ask. Odd for a restaurant that might want to stay in business. It’s the bottom of the barrel for neighborhood Italian/ seafood choices. Avoid.
Attention was good and the aesthetic, chill, Cancún environment i loved it But in terms of food the pollo borracho was kinda dry and unflavored and the enchiladas verdes the recipe could be better.
Place was nice, clean and welcoming. Music was fun.Food was very good. Would return and recommend!
I love this place, it has a really beautiful set up and club like atmosphere. Their drinks are alll good and they make really good fried calamari.
Excellent place to eat, nice drinks money well spent
Love the style of seaport house - super modern comfort style / great atmosphere/ friendly stuff/ love the seafood pasta - all the seafood is super fresh and delicious cocktails ❤️
Love this gem on Front St. Feels like a mini escape from the city
Was on a solo wander thru the South Street Seaport and was looking for a bloody mary. The other restaurants next to Seaport House didn’t have one so I landed at their bar. The place has a cute vibe and the staff was warm. I only had the one drink, so I can’t speak to the food. Pretty solid bloody mary - a little on the sour side which was unexpected but good.
We got the ceviche, grace, Al pastor tacos and fish tacos. The ceviche talcum was good. Guac fresh but such a small serving for 16 bucks ( think chipotle side). The tacos were so disappointing. Cooked well and so pretty but taste was so blah.
The food and drink were fabulous and I loved the blankets and hot water heaters provided and outside seating! Also the waitress Nicole is terrific!
Greatest seafood restaurant in NYC. Try the Lobster Flambé and maybe upgrade to Surf & Turf, you won’t be disappointed!
Fabulous food, great wait staff and beautiful restaurant.
Very cosy place, we had oysters and tuna tartare
Very nice restaurant, very good drinks and food. I just really enjoyed the night
Great atmosphere, amazing service, food absolutely delicious cocktails to die for best New restaurant in the area.
Delicious , fresh authentic food and very friendly service. hope you open for lunch soon!
Excellent service and great cocktails with fresh oysters!
Just got drinks, and the cocktails were delicious! Juan was super helpful as well!
This place has the best seafood 🦞 in NYC and their cocktails are amazing!
Top notch cocktails. The classy lounge the seaport always deserved.
Outstanding food and beautiful atmosphere!
Came here to discover theyre packing up to move location. The guy said to check their Instagram for new location
I loved it! Very good Mexican food and service!
Great service, nice selection of libations and dinner tasty menu options.
Fantastic food. A really unique and innovative take on traditional food, fused with unique flavors. This menu is a home run and a haven for foodies. The atmosphere is a mixture of young professional and hipster. Very cool mix of people and a great environment. Definitely a must try.
Delicious food and outstanding service!Definitely goes to favorites list!
Love it. So cute. Great custom cocktails
Amazing atmosphere great drinks and nacho’s
Great area for summer dining. The food is incredible! Try the pastas!!!!! The pesto sauce is phenomenal.Wine list is super accommodating and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Went there the first time a while ago and decided to have my birthday there. Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem!
This could not have been more mediocre. My boyfriend and I went on 5/12/23 for dinner and we got ceviche to start and the shrimp and tomatoes and everything was just huge chunks and it came with 2 circle like hard tortilla things. It was hard to eat with the chunks so big and we have only one tortilla per person. Then I got the asada tacos that was literally just steak pieces on a tiny tortilla. My boyfriend got the lamb shoulder which was literally just a chunk of meat. We were hungry after. So pathetic.
Nice atmosphere and cozyHostess and staff very pleasant and although we waited a bit too long for our meal they explained the delay and offered on the house beverage, dessert or appetizer. we were very pleased with their accommodations. They were very pleasant..thank you manager Danika and server Rafaela for a pleasant experience
Utterly disappointed coming from jersey at that & wanting to take myself on a self date. Place was not what I expected it to be , ate my tacos in a matter of seconds how small portioned they were & how hungry I was. My waiter tried to kiss me after having basic polite convo. Left disappointed , frustrated & still hungry.
Great new Mexican restaurant at the Seaport. Aquachile was amazing. Will definitely go back.
We stumbled across this place after a failed attempt elsewhere in September 2022.Fate was on our side that evening as we walked the summer night.Decor is classy, elegant, clean lines. There is a design sense through out. The light fixture above the bar stools is but one example. The food quality is outstanding. Fresh, tasty.Atmosphere, vibe, crowd, refreshing to feel. But the real draw to this place is its unique staff. Not only are the bartenders strikingly beautiful (l mean it), they are alchemists (with apprentices openly conjuring too). There is one young lady named Becky. She is surely a witch of some sort. Watching her craft is magic. She makes the finest Purple Margaritas. Highly, highly recommend you go out of your way to try one.The music is another major draw too. Its next level.Additionally, the owner Kion is accessible and approachable. Genuinely cares about the customers experience. This place is a must try.
Wow this place has a great vibe. new management, new menu, total 180. Im too full to order any thing else but Ill be back!
The food was good, but we didnt think it was anything special. The cocktails followed suit. We had the enchiladas suiza ($26) and cochinita pibil ($32), which seemed like small portions especially considering they didnt come with any sides. A small bowl of rice or beans was $6 each. We asked for hot sauce with our guacamole and were charged $5 for a tiny serving. The bottom line is we felt it was overpriced and ended up with a bill over $200 for the two of us. The atmosphere was cool and the service was great, but overall we were disappointed with our experience.
We were incredibly disappointed in our experience at Casa Tulum. In addition to finding the food underwhelming (which was the least of our concerns), we had a horrible experience with respect to dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and upon ordering our appetizers I informed our waitress and asked to confirm everything we had ordered was gluten free. She said yes. When we ordered our entrees I once again reminded her I was gluten free and she confirmed again that yes everything we ordered was gluten free. I bothered to double check and ask her specifically if the tortillas they used for our meals would be corn or flour (as flour tortillas are not GF) and she confirmed that everything would be gluten free. Our meal arrived and in the darkness of the restaurant I could barely see my food. I bit into my tacos and about 2 bites in I realized I was most definitely eating a flour tortilla. I immediately called the waitress over, reminded her of the fact that I was gluten free (for now the fourth time) and asked if I was in fact eating a flour tortilla that would have gluten in it. Her response was the equivalent of “oops” and her only resolve was to bring me a corn tortilla on the side. Thank GOD I do not have a serious allergy (though I was ultimately up all night ill as a result) but I cannot imagine what would have happened if I did. On top of all that, she didn’t even bother to remove the item from our bill. I have never experienced such poor service with respect to dietary restrictions and this restaurant and the treatment I received truly is so dangerous and potentially deadly for some. If you are a person with any sort of dietary restriction I would NOT go near this restaurant.
Very average drinks and lackluster food. Friendly albeit distracted service. Went for happy hour, which was a decent experience but would not return.
A hidden spot with delicious Mexican cuisine. They filled up quickly and seems like they need more staff.
Excellent food and service. Cool ambience playing really good music. Back to the food. CRISPY RICE my new face crave. Seemed to be repeat guests. Will definitely become a new fave neighborhood place. Great job!
We live in FiDi and decided to give this place a try for Valentines Day. We ordered the tasting menu at $150/pp for 5 courses. The food was average and took 30 min in between courses. The restaurant was only at 35% capacity so I don’t understand the reasoning. We had a reservation at 5:00pm and left at 7:40. And no, we don’t eat slow. We pretty much devoured it as soon as a dish came out because we were hungry from waiting. For that price point, I expected the menu to be more complex and refined. The first course was guacamole and stale third party tortilla chips. There were also scales left in the grilled fish entree. During the whole dinner, we didn’t have a server and one of the managers greeted us and took our order. After about the third course, he was never to be seen again and no one ever stopped by our table to see how we were doing. We waited about 25 min for our dessert to come out, while the table next to us got the same dessert for free within 5 min because they were mutual friends with someone from the restaurant. After eating the mediocre, typical molten lava cake and tres leche cake, we asked for the bill. I always tip at least 20% but they did the work for me by throwing a 20% gratuity. Maybe that’s why we didn’t need good service because we’re paying it already. And to my surprise, a $12 fee if paying with a credit card.I never review restaurants, good or bad, because I have been in the industry for 17 years. I tell the managers privately while dining if I have a bad experience. But this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had and needed to share with future diners.
Food was decent but Ive never sat at a bar with 4 different people looking at my empty glass and not asking if I wanted anything else. I wouldve spoke up but the music was so loud, nobody could hear me. Ive been in dive bars with better service.
Great Food, cool music and very friendly service!
Seaport House is the perfect place to go for an amazing selection of fresh and creative seafood dishes. Together with the modern, tasteful yet fun design, this is my favorite place to go in Seaport! Also, their wood grilled tuna steak is simply to die for!
When downtown and looking for fresh seafood- head down to the seaport, and I mean the Seaport House! Freshest oysters, lobster rolls. All kinds of seafood that would make any dieter say when I see food I eat food! 🦞🦞🦞
The experience at Seaport House was amazing as we savored many of the dishes and drinks. If you are out of town but love seafood, go check it out. My wife can’t stop talking about the Clam Chowder
Great happy hour specials... super pretty/chill atmosphere... friendly waitstaff
We got both the flambe snapper and lobster; both were great! The fried rice with tuna was a delicious surprise too. Definitely need to come back whenever were in nyc again.
Best of everything!! Campfire martini is amazing! Love the interior design and outdoor seating! The staff is amazing too!!
The owner of the Seaport House is generous to his staff and to the patrons, as the owner went to great lengths to build in safety measures with special lights and protocols to keep the dining areas, both indoor and outdoor safe during this climate, every cooking and washing elements are top rated. We believe the Seaport House owner loves his business and wants to pass his joy to all the staff and patrons.
#1 nautical themed bar & restaurant around the seaport. The best hummus!!! Must try the Midnight martini 🍸
Tldr: eating here ruined my night, and I would not recommend this place if you have any sort of food allergens.I have celiac, so the first thing I did was confirm what gluten free options they had. I was told that they had a gf gnocci and ordered it, stressing once again that it needed to be gluten free. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday night, so the food came out fast.My date and I stayed a while after finishing, and everything was going good until it suddenly wasn’t. A feeling of sickness struck my entire body, and I barely had time to make it to the bathroom. After fighting for my life on the toilet, I asked one of the waiters if he was sure that the food I ate was definitely gluten free because the brain fog, dizzyness, and joint pain I was starting to feel was telling me otherwise. Surprise! It wasn’t.The manager apologized, refunded (only) my meal, and offered to give me a voucher for a free one if I came back…which I definitely won’t considering their food poisoned me. My date and I had an entire night of plans and reservations for the rest of the night that I unfortunately wasn’t able to go to. Instead, I had to head straight home to wait out the sickness that was only getting worse. Thankfully the Uber drive I took was willing to pull over when I started vomiting.I really would not recommend this place if you have ANY sort of food allergies because seriously, what if I had a gluten allergy instead of celiac and ended up asphyxiating? It literally could be life threatening. It’s not even like they had to change the recipe. They have a gluten free alternative, but I was straight up given the dish that has it. If they can’t handle that, I really wouldn’t trust them with much else.Anyways, I’m still waiting to feel better, but I definitely regret eating here. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else (I wish I did).
This is the newest seafood restaurant in Manhattan’s seaport area. We are from out of town and when we return this is our first stop. The food and drinks are creatively served and delicious. The staff are generous and kind. 😊
Nice cosy place. I liked raw seafood bar there. The main dish we were waiting for a while.
I like music there, but % alcohol in drinks is so low, after 2nd margaritas was decided to move next placeAnd too expensive for such drinks
Great ambience! Love the outdoor seating.
This place spent so much time focused on the aesthetics (its absolutely beautiful inside) that it forgot to think about the food, the music, the glassware, the flatware, the wine list, and even the name. The food that came out of the kitchen belonged more at a midwestern rest stop than an instagram-worthy lower manhattan bistro. but maybe thats all people care about these days? our meals were laughably bad. Service was v. friendly and attentive without being overbearing, but I got the sense the bartender even know how awful the food was.
Amazing food and better atmosphere! Love the cocktails at this place and tuna sliders is a must try here.
Read carefully this place is AMAZINGBest service you can ask for the owner him self such a incredible person the food is top notch the seafood so fresh and delicious looking forward coming back here
The food was super delicious, the cocktails were innovative and the ambience was fun, casual, and I love that the outdoor dining looked like a boat.
Fresh oysters, amazing lobster roll with uni, beautiful drinks! Recommend for seafood with friends or date night
Excellent food, fun staff, and an all around beautiful new seafood spot. Plus they have plenty of heaters and even blankets to help stay warm while we have to dine outside!
Cute place, but the only place we have ever been to that has no prices on the actual menu not even when you are sitting at the table because apparently everything is market price and changes every day, even the French fries 😳 and maybe you feel bad to ask the price of every single item you order but maybe you should do it because the small plates prices are more expensive than the entrees, and the New England chowder was actually warm milk with raw cut potatoes, celery, carrots and 2 clams. The most important to the bubbly lovers in us was the fact that we order the blue baby champagne bottle and they brought a flat glass with no bubbles; then we asked for the actual blue bottle and they charged us for the rosè version. You know when you send back the glass with no bubbles, you can’t even be honest about the fact that the soup was unacceptable, and you feel bad to ask why does the small crab crispy rice appetizer is more expensive than the uni lobster pasta because there was already something you sent back. But hey, it felt like the Greece hustle lol.
Horrible service, even worse food. Too expensive for the quality of food served. Will never go back.
Tasty small plates and good service. Chowder was over salted, but the scallops were delicious
Food is amazing cocktails is really good tasty I will back soon ... Red lobster linguine best 👍
My girlfriend and i ate here on their reopening night (20AUG2021). The food was amazing (lobster taquitos were to die for), the pier 17 cocktail was wonderful, the service was outstanding without being intrusive, and a man i assume was the owner was incredibly friendly and an outstanding host.
They messed up my order and the clam chowder wasn’t even clam chowder it was too watery and my cousins salad had too much sause and the lobster was over cooked the staff was nice but the food needs to be improved but the staff doesn’t listen and it’s over priced and the food is supper dried I hate this place and will never come here again . Im so disappointed
Nothin special, service is meh, food meh, drinks are grossly overpriced… I get a real cheap vibe
Found this place walking around the area, saw 2 sandwich boards that were on two opposite sides of the street. My date was craving some oysters and to our surprise the restaurant was obviously a seafood haven because of the decor. The restaurant is beautiful, looks new. Before walking inside I was questioned my age (sort of rude the way asked). We sat and waited for water, waited to be asked drinks, served our montauk summer ales, (a great beer) we waited so long for our drinks the foam on the cup sank and left this foam ring on the glass. We ordered oysters, the oysters so fresh, mignonette, fresh horseradish and Cocktail sauce amazing. I tried to ask server the type of oysters we were having but she zoomed away. We waited a long time for our oyster shells to be taken away and place our mains. We ordered a clam chowder, the lobster bisque and fries and another round of drinks. 3 items, and unbelievably we only received our soups. I was waiting for the server to come to our table and check on us but never did. We finished our soups and I finally got to mention the fries she said “they’re coming” and zoomed away. We intended to have more oysters and another round of beers for our dessert. But what was the point we’d we sitting and waiting forever. When I went to tell the server nvm the fries I’ll take the check the food runner brought the fries. No longer interest by this point. The food was great. The clam chowder a little heavy on the mire poix but still great, fresh. Service not good. Service so terrible they decided to tip themselves more than what I agreed to. Which has never happened me, EVER. Smh. 2 stars because of the food and restaurant decor. Won’t be returning. I rather other great restaurants like Cull & Pistol, Burger & Lobster, Grey Lady, lobster joint, mermaid inn.
Great atmosphere and delicious.high highly recommend it
Amazing edition the neighborhood. The food is fantastic.
Great food & cocktails!Beautiful outdoor section!
Steph was great the food was decent
This place was okay. Food was mediocre for the price & waitstaff okay.
I love this restaurant vibe and the food
Bad menu and service was poor..
Bad service and limited food options
Amazing food and service ❤️🍲
Amazing
It was very nice.
