We went for just one drink and we had a great time. The bartender made the drinks in no time. We ordered an espresso martini and old fashioned.

Great chill bar with a wide selection of beer and food. Tucked away from the main stretch, so you can get away from the crowd here.

This place is great, they have a very full rotating craft list. Unfortunately they are very overpriced but I get it, quality kegs arent cheap. I think its the only bar I know of that sells draughts as low as $10. Food is good, bartender is nice and knowledgable. Good spot for a beer or two.

Super chill craft beer bar. Stopped here on the way to dinner. They have a great selection of beers for those in the know...Hill Farmstead, Fox Farm, and Foam, just to name a few. Happy hour knocks $2 off each pour. Will def be back

Love the vibes, the people and the music. Wish I could be a frequent at this bar and just have a beer every week. Food is really good too but nothing out of the ordinary.

Great beer bar. Tiny but never feels that way. Staff has always been a treat. Of the now three beer bars on this stretch of St Mark’s, this is the best. Great beer without the pretentious attitudes at Proletariat.

Laid back beer bar - their house lager was really refreshing! Generally has space to sit in or outside so its a good spot to relax for a bit

Stopped in for a few beers and met the owner who was welcoming and friendly. Nice place to chill and have a few good drinks.

When I was nearly finished, he said hed accidentally overcharged me (I thought the original charge was fair, given it wasnt an official offering), and offered a top-up of my favorite - - thanks!

Been there a few times. Solid beer selection and food. Stars off for the open time confusion. Went on a Sunday at 2:30 - closed. Came back at 3:10 - still closed. Every place you look shows different hours. Would be awesome if they had standard hours since I came in from Queens specifically to go there. Wah wahhhh.

What great bar. Located in east village next to PDT. The best selection of Craft Beer I found in NY. Met a lot of wonderful regulars and they have a very friendly bar staff.

Remarkably good food for such a tiny spot. Originally went for drinks but got a bit peckish and was astounded.

Always a good time, always good beers. Plus Cric Dogs is right next door. What more could you want?

Excellent selection of beers and the BBQ wings were amazing! Crispy, lots of meat, and theyre large for regular size wings. The bartender was also extremely nice and so easy to talk too. Definitely recommend for a good beer and quick bite.

Great spot but NO happy hour

Definitely my favorite spot on St Marks. Great place for some amazing food too. Sliders and tacos are incredible, and the kitchen stays open late. The staff are amazing and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

We ended up here twice during a recent trip to the city. The neighbourhood is chilled out and quite bohemian, and this bar is a lovely refreshing little spot to get out of the NYC heat. They had a really good selection of craft beers and good prices, and the service was consistently friendly and fast. The bar has nice big wooden tables to sit at and feels like a good old fashioned pub with modern touches. Id definitely go there again.

This is one of the best beer bars in the city. The tap list is always changing and often has beer on draft days before anyone else. Its easy to miss with so many great beer spots in the city but I promise you, youll regret it if you do. Also, the sliders here are great.

August wells has a pretty decent on tap list that is even better because they are a verified venue on untappd. What makes them even cooler is that they have a good selection on bottled beer that is pretty rare that can be pouredwhich just adds to the amount of good beers available. Definitely a nice place to stop by if your a fan of beer.

Solid bar, with a deep beer list. My rum and coke was a bit weak, with ice machine ice, so not the most sophisticated drink, but not as good as other run and cokes Ive had in my alcoholic lifetime. Nice ambiance, in a cozy setting.A Mets, Rangers and Knicks fan bar, so expect to see one of the teams on the TV if you stop in.

Not the best place, I was there with some friends and there was only one bartender in the place, the table was sticky and smelled bad. It was very dirty and we had to clean it as there was not one single waiter. The service was slow, the food was average, just a plain regular hamburger. I wouldnt come back.
