This store is horrible i came here two times, on one instance i waited 20 minutes when there was no line. But this second time, i ordered a vanilla bean frap no whip cream. Sounds simple right, wrong because i noticed they put whip cream and then removed it and handed it to me, the entire top was caved it and like 1/3 of the drink was gone. I gave them a chance with a remake because i know its a hassle to refund, and the drink tasted nasty like someone spat inside of it or something. I threw the drink and im never ordering again and am looking into getting food service to inspect the place.

I agree with other reviewers that this place takes way too much time for being an “order in advance and pick up” place. Takes longer than regular Starbucks. There’s only 1 Barista making all these orders in the weekend which doesn’t make sense at all when it’s located at one of the busiest area in the USA.

My first time drinking a coffee in New York.It gave me a bad Impression of the daily breakfast in the United States especially considering that it was not my first time at a Starbucks. The Starbucks that I have tried so far in the United States have grave problems. Starting from the poor service provided by employees. Although I could forgive this if they could at least make coffee without burning it. Worst coffee i drank in my life.

This location needs real help. There must be no management because there is always an insane amount of wait even if you order ahead. And there is always an issue with my drink which is just a iced chai tea latte with oat milk. I highly hope a manager steps in to retrain staff.

You can only order ahead and pick up here. If you come during rush hour, the entire sidewalk is mobbed with people trying to enter one tiny door to pick up your drink. Not worth it. Dunkin’ is around the corner and much faster.

Waited 5 min for some one to come to the window. Rude man came and said he couldnt take my order because of the wind and if I had the app. I have order by walk up everytime before. All the bad reviews make total sense

I said cold VENTI cup without ice. They gave me a SMALL cup diluted by tap water. I paid 7 dollars for sweetened tap water.@Starbucks: Make sure to add some PURIFIED Tap Water Next Time.

This is a pick up/order booth only!! There is an insanely long wait time. Over 15min. There are people that work nearby that place mobile order pickups. They only have two people inside rush hour on a weekday. I recommend any other one or two order at least 20 min ahead. Good luck!

I got the hot chocolate and it was not fully made. The top was too watery and the bottom was too chocolaty I asked for whipped cream and I did not get any. It made me sick. I literally threw up. if I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is the worst starbucks Ive ever been to and Ive lived in the city all of my life. I go almost everyday and theres always a line. Theyre usually nice about things, but today was the last straw. I got there any my order wasnt ready but it said it was. I then waited an extra 15 mins on the side. I then asked if it was ready as it was quite a long wait. They finally gave it to me which was just sitting there and theres a guy who I believe the manager accused me of skipping the line. Clearly this place has zero ability to have customer service. Update to the response: It was not the long wait, it was the interaction with the team.

I placed an online order in the morning before the rush. when I got there my name said on the board that my order was done and receive the email saying it was complete to pick it up. I said my name at the window and my order was not done. She gave me an attitude, closed the window and walked away on me while I was standing there. Trying to tell them my order. Extremely unprofessional.

I came to this location because its across the street from my job, but after waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order I placed ahead of time (which seems to defeat the purpose of ordering ahead) I still didnt have my drink. All I ordered was a grande vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Several people around me complained to the employee at the register that they had also been waiting for over 1/2 an hour. I asked what the status was of my drink and after confirming my name, a different employee went back and made my drink in like 30 seconds. It wouldve taken less time to walk to a further location. Absolutely no reason for something like this to occur. Especially when I saw at least 6 employees behind the counter. Get it together.

Absolutely horrible wait and service. Super slow staff. Not even that many people, and waited over 15 minute for a cup of coffee. Could have went to any other starbucks a few blocks away, even two avenues away and would have gotten what I needed way faster. Never coming back again. Easily the worst service of any starbucks I ever waited on. Highly not recommended!

Great idea but they can’t seem to get the online ordering working correctly and they are closed more than open. For a 5th Avenue location in Manhattan this is really bad. Would be very convenient if they can get it together.

A terrible experience to say the least .. ordered 2 simple caramel frappes & the barista made the wrong drink & when i asked him to fix it he gave me an attitude because he messed up the drink . The gentleman who made my drink then purposely sabotaged the drink by drenching it with caramel syrup & at that point I walked away & threw the drink out . Horrible service I don’t recommend coming to this pickup only store . The employees are miserable there & want to take it out on the customers
