Bowlero Times Square

I came here with a group of friends for my birthday and had such a great time. Nae and Anthony were so incredibly helpful and kind and made our experience what it was. The food was great and they had decorated the lanes for my birthday. Definitely planning on returning!

Service is always great here. Server Matt was precise and attentive. Food was great and they had drink specials. Even if the wait for bowling ends up. You have entertainment and good atmosphere. We didn’t mind the wait , we ate and had a couple drinks

I totally enjoyed my time at Bowlero! My company had a Holiday bowling event here and I handled the process with Victoria who was patient and knowledgeable. We were working with a specific budget and any changes or concerns I had Victoria answered them expeditiously. She was always pleasant during our conversations. Once we arrived at the bowling alley, everyone was very attentive. They assigned a team to us that handled putting out our food and tending to our drinks and such. The food flowed the drinks were drank and the bowling balls made a roar down the lanes. I havent seen the team this excited in a long time! We will definitely do another event here if the time comes.

A close friend and I went here this past Sunday for girls day. Originally I purchased two tickets on Groupon and disclaimer; Do not buy tickets from Groupon and go the same day because theres a 24 hour wait after purchase. So we ended up buying again to bowl and the shoe rental which were cheap. Anyways, we had so much fun! Our server was Ian, he was awesome, attentive, and made us comfortable. There is a really cool arcade too. Lots of places to take cute pictures. The drinks were 10/10 and the food was alright.

I had to give a review Brandon was wonderful to my family he was very attentive brought food out quickly set our table up with everything needed. Hope we get him the next time we come! Thank you Brandon for a great experience!

Came for a work event that had food and beverage included as well as a few hours worth of bowling.The service was top notch. Our server kept coming back to check in on us.The facilities were nice. Only comments were that the shoes should be better inspected for things like poor laces. The lanes we were at also didnt have a working air vent to cool off our hands.Otherwise the food and drink was all typical bar food, and what youd expect. Nothing gourmet, but it all hit the spot.

Bowling in the heart of Times Square.I believe the place is a fairly new location.The staff was nice and the place was clean, we ordered nachos and beer and the size was very large.Nothing stands out, but the place is more than adequate if you are in the mood to bowl near Times Square.

Brandon was nothing short of magnificent and held it down for 20 of us. There were no complaints at all. We really enjoyed your kindness and hard work. Very fun place, right in the middle of the city! Two floors of bowling + an arcade. Great spot for a birthday party or just a fun night out! Prices are reasonable and they serve drinks and food. Highly recommend!

I attended with my job. The place is very nice and clean. I enjoyed myself. The pizza was delicious. I would definitely go back again. The staff was professional and friendly. I noticed when leaving the establishment they had the scanning machine up for customers who attended later at night. Our bowing game started at 7pm and ended at 9pm.

We stopped in waiting on our dinner reservation, it said huge arcade. Unfortunately it wasnt exactly huge. The games cost quite a bit per play but 30$ did last us about 45 minutes. The ticket pay out isnt terrible. The prizes are actually decent and okay on ticket prices. The bowling alley is clearly the main attraction, as it should be, and it was amazing. They have a full bar in the arcade area which was really nice and clean.

Fun bowling experience with friends!!! Place is very clean and all the lanes work. Had all the shoe sizes for a party of 20 and a good selection of balls. Would definitely come back!!

I came in for Monday night unlimited bowling & the manager didn’t know what time it started which took 5 mins to figure out ! The manager NAE Tried to communicate w Caesar if lane 36 was closed out and ready for seating , however Caesar didn’t have his headset w him this shift which is suppose to be the standard before he even gets on the floor ! She called and asked the same question 4 times so I took it upon my self to lead by example and go upstairs and speak w Caesar directly ! After I found Caesar which took me 2 mins , I proceeded to communicate w Caesar that his manager is calling you about lane 36 and he replied thank u and he immediately radioed her back giving her the confirmation she needed ! When I came back down stairs NAE had a nasty attitude and asked me “DO YOU WORK HERE OR SOMETHING “ I replied no & said however I lead a building on W57th st Look cinemas dine in & I know how the business in this type of industry works ! Bottom line NAE your hospitality really sucked tonight & im sure your going to work on that as a leader and as a face for bowlero ! Caesar your service tonight was trash , it took you 25 mins to get me a simple honey mustard ! I had to come to ask about it on 3 occasions ! You gave me honey mustard when the fries where gone ! Great service DUDE !! It was a slow night for you guys and so there’s no excuse on why you couldn’t give us a 5 star service! I send you guys abundance prosperity & growth in all you endeavors! Thank you anyway for doing your best tonight ! I’ll be back :)

Nice atmosphere best staff tasty food.

Great place to go with your friends for a quick bowling session. The price is affordable, and the bowling was fun. They also have a lot more attractions that we didnt get to check out, but would love to try them.

This place has really gone down in customer service the past year…… they used to be very friendly, inviting and respectful. Now all you get is rude fake tough guy security (desperately needs a refresher course in manners) and the nonchalant or I don’t care attitude by the front desk. The all of a sudden attitude to patrons with Groupons (purposely making us wait for more than a few hours) the last few times is annoying and unnecessary. I was there last night with my family (as we are frequent regulars over the years) about 5 and had to wait (because of Groupon) for over 3 hours while we spend spend spend and they suck up to “non groupon users” even though the place looked lite for a Wednesday…… between that and the fake tough guy security downstairs (laughable) playing like a wanna be club bouncer in a “bowling place” (news flash they not paying you enough clown) My days here are more than likely over. 360 BOWL here we come!!!

We had a blast ( Sisthas On The Go. I recommend Bowerlo Time Square. The drinks were good and the food was good also. If you want to hang out with friends or family, this is the place to go.

Brandon is the best at bowlero!! He’s been quick on his feet the whole night serving me and all the students who are in my school! He’s been nice all night despite numerous orders being thrown at him!

Bowlero Times Square is a excellent destination to bowl while in Manhattan. They have a cheap arcade and friendly staff. They put my friend and me in a semi-private area and we were offered free soda. As with everything in New York $20 for a single game is expensive, but with all things considered it was worthwhile.

Bowlero was fun! Great placeto bring a corporate team with you. Food is pretty good and so are the vibes l.

This place is my and my family’s fav place . The reason is the staff over here right from the entrance till end is so amazing and friendly ✨✨✨. We enjoyed this bowling alley! We almost didnt go because of the posts about being turned away because of the dress code, but the staff couldnt have been nicer, and they said that was from a former owner, or management, or something to that affect. We enjoyed the ambiance and the music!!

This was one of the best family bowling games we’ve had. They have different themed lanes and a good arcade. It’s reasonably priced and the food and drinks are great value. Definitely worth having the pizza deal. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a family activity in central NYC.

Came here on a Tuesday evening with a whole group - was a fun time. The atmosphere was very fun and the staff were friendly. Only issue was with the bowling itself, it just didnt register several shots and repeatedly froze - meaning we had to waste time to get the manager and technician.

Brandon supported us through our session and was great! He was attentive and helped support us with everything we needed. Would def come back and hope he will be in our section!

We went to Bowlero Times Square for our team event. Our group had a great time! The food was delicious, juicy sliders, tender chicken, etc. Brandon was excellent and tended to everything that we needed in a timely, friendly and courteous manner. Thank you.

One of the best bowling alleys. Food is great, the pita with hummus is some of the best stuff Ive ever had. I would also recommend the Margherita pizza. Staff is exceptional, very willing to help and get information about ingredients in food for dietary restrictions and their service in general is really good. Great for office parties, or with friends/family. Had a lot of fun, they also have a pretty cool arcade. Definitely recommend this place for a great time.

Its overpriced, I spent about $50 on One Game, especially given that I went with my kid, and they did not have one assistant railing that was straight. It was all gutter balls. She says she doesnt wanna go bowling again, smh!

I bought a Groupon for my kids and I and we decided to go on 06/27/2024. When we got there, we were told they were having a corporate event and the attendant said that it would take up to two hours for a wait and that if we wanted to, we could come back a later date and they would honor our Groupon even though it was expired. However, when we returned on 7/1/24, we were told that they dont accept Groupon anymore, so we were given the cash value of our groupon even though the cashier said they would honor our groupon so instead of getting unlimited games for 3 hours we only got 1 game. We were highly disappointed as we travelled over an hour to visit this venue.

Had a fantastic time here on a Sunday. Everything was super clean, staff was fantastic, not serving food to keep everyone safe! Was a great night out. Bowlero in Times Square is a fun date spot. We had a groupon deal, $36 for two hours of bowling. Definitely worth it! We got drinks and food, food which was a little pricey. We ended the night at the arcade, which was actually very fun!

A few days ago we were having a good time at the Times Square Bowling , where we enjoyed games and a variety of drinks and snacks. I loved the atmosphere and the good attention of the staff. Junior was our patron and we received very good attention and recommendations from him when it came to enjoying the food and drinks, always very attentive and courteous, I recommend that you look for him to make your stay the best. I am sure we will return here.

I had an okay time there I had a little issue with one of the lady staff workers from The Bar because of her attitude but other than that everything else was good especially the food too .. I was with a group of content creators like myself to enjoy the atmosphere

We had a big birthday party at Bowlero and they accommodated us really well! Tiffany who was the event sales manager was really helpful and communicative while we were planning it, and Serena made sure that we were taken care of on the day of. Mia, our server, was fantastic! She made sure that we always had drinks and remembered what we liked before we even had to ask for it! The food was plentiful, the space was great, and everyone had a lot of fun.

I just wanna start off by saying the customer service here was absolutely top tier ! My reservation was for 4pm and I was on my lane at 4pm sharp. My server was Cesar and he was amazing and so attentive! I was never with out a drink in hand ! I also want to point out my host and the operations manager! I am someone who comes from a hospitality background and I truly appreciated the fact that both party’s continued to ask me if I was doing okay. They were more than willing to make my experience amazing ! Which I appreciate greatly! Host irie & operations manager Nae were absolutely amazing ! I appreciate the hospitality greatly and I will definitely be back because of them! I don’t do reviews at all but I could not leave with out making this one because I absolutely enjoyed my experience! Thank you too everyone who assisted me !

This is a pretty fun place to bowl. The ambience is cool and I was pretty blown away by the staff – –Jamal and Nae were incredibly helpful and everybody was nice.It’s not perfect; Lane 15 is convex and my son wished the video games were more exciting.That said, it felt authentic in way much of time Square does not.

Union Christmas party for the last couple years has been amazing

The food left a lot to be desired and they don’t have a full cocktail bar. All of the bowling pins are also on strings that many times present them from being knocked over the way they would at a real bowling alley

Went here for my very first date here with my boyfriend, so Im a little bit biased, but I really do enjoy coming here. Downstairs you go through security and they dont allow you to bring up any food, so they make sure they give you a tag to pick it up before you leave. Once you go upstairs you pick up some shoes and youre ready to start bowling! They have different New York teams around each little bowling area so the decor is very on point. We went recently on Sunday after 8 PM which was Sunday Funday and it was a little bit cheaper. We were in the Chinatown area and from there it just like any bowling alley.They have a decent menu options for snacks, though my favorite are the nachos. They also have an arcade as well so you can play some arcade games before or after bowling.Bowlero is a great spot. Its biggest con is how expensive it can be. My recommendation is to come on Sunday after 8 PM or on Wednesdays for half price Wednesdays.If it helps, two games of bowling for two people, including shoes, ended up being about $53, and that was after 8 PM on a Sunday where the prices are a little lower.

Went there for an event and the service was slacking a bit. The music was great however, and being able to just cool back watch a movie and bowl, made for a fun time.

Awesome place to relive your childhood or go with children and enjoy a quality family time. While Bowling is the idea here, they do have arcade games as well as a pool table. Ambience is great. Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food can be served and there is a small shop for gifts.

Fantastic experience bowling ! Have been here multiple times! With family and with my partner its Fantastic. Probably the best bowling experiences ever. Its as if youre at a club. The music is loud and the lights are wicked. The food is decent and the servers are nice too. Cant wait to be back. They have an arcade also and great pool table. Theres an open bar too. My one feedback Is its a little expensive. Otherwise its wonderful Ive even been by myself once!

My experience was a pleasant one. I went to celebrate my birthday. Private party of two. My package was inexpensive and thorough. I had the Party of Two package, about $130. I enjoyed 1.5 hours of bowling, bottle of wine, sampler tray and free shoe rental. The staff was so attentive. The alley where I bowled was very intimate and cozy. Dim lights, cool music and Goonies playing on a big screen by the pins. I truly enjoyed myself and would definitely come back.

Good, but when the couple live the space next to me, they only clean the table (NOT THE CHAIRS, NOT THE BOWLING BALLS, NOT THE SEPARATION PLASTIC). In the another line next too us arrive a big group without masks, and without separation with plastic or other thing. I love the place, I love the guys that attended Us (receptionist, cashier, waiter). My order (food) come wrong, but this things happen something and its okay (they fixed it). $60 entrance for 3 and $60 fr food.

Bowlero Times Square is an amazing location! Many great employees but one in particular is Larissa. She is ver accommodating and very helpful. She took very good care of us for our outing and would definitely recommend coming here. Thank you so much Larissa for everything!

It was so clean and the food was a little cheap, it was ranged from 6-20 dollars but most stuff were 6-9 dollars. I loved the bowling and the arcade and would want to go again.

AT FIRST I LIKED IT. I WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME. THE PROBLEM AROSE WHEN MY SON PAID IN FULL AND WE WERE EXITING.THE SECURITY GUARDS, ALL 3, STOPPED US AND TOLD US TO GO BACK UPSTAIRS. THEY INTIMIDATED ME AND I NEARLY HAD AN ANXIETY ATTACK.MY SON REFUSED TO GO BACK UP STATING HE HAD HIS RECEIPT, PAID IN FULL. IT WAS HIS GIRLFRIENDS BIRTHDAY AND HE WAS JUST TRYING TO IMPRESS HER AND SHOW HER A GOOD TIME. THEY SHOULD HAVE BETTER COMMUNICATION AND BETTER TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

It’s a family friendly alley but not a real bowling alley. Pins are on a strings. Great service but I was expecting a real bowling alley.

Such a cool and unique bowling alley. Prices are a little bit expensive and if two people fold two games you can charge for four games which is a little surprising but otherwise a great time

I mean its a bowling alley in the middle of the city. Food is okay, its a bowling alley dont expect anything gourmet. But it was a fun time, admittedly a number of the balls seemed pretty jacked up but didnt seem much worse than your average run of the mill bowling lane. Overall if youre gonna bowl and happen to be around time square its a fine spot. Personally still prefer to bowl in like a queens middle of nowhere alley, but its fine.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, when you call the phone number it does NOT go to the registration desk, it goes down to the bottom lobby and those people are the most unhelpful security officers I’ve ever met.My friends and I had a Groupon to go bowling and we wanted to know if there was lane availability since they don’t have reservations only walk-ins. When we call the phone number, the security guard picks up and tells us that he doesn’t know because he’s downstairs and he can’t check because he’s not allowed to leave. Now what is the purpose of giving him the main telephone line if he can’t answer any questions about the alley itself?When we got to the location, they were making an unfortunate family of four dump out All of their food. I imagine they were tourists or a family on a day trip but they were made to dump EVERYTHING out of their bags, and it was truly awful seeing all that food go to waste. But whatever, company policies are policies. The problem was the complete and utter lack of empathy these lobby people had for the group. And this extended to my friends and I as well. We went out for food right before bowling, and so we had leftover water and chicken-over-rice in our bags. At this point they gave me the nastiest look and told me I couldn’t enter without throwing out my water. No sympathy just a stone face, and so they threw out my (basically full) water bottles into the trash. I get they want you to buy alcohol and water from the bowling alley, but this is just a little too much greed for already pricey bowling tickets.At this point my friends and I contemplate if it’s even worth it to throw away their leftovers for a bowling alley that can’t even confirm if there’s lane availability. But we came all this way and have been trying to plan a bowling trip for a few months now. After some thinking we decide surely it cannot be that full on a Tuesday night, right? We were very wrong.We get to the alley and they tell us it’s an hour wait. Now if we knew this information before entering the bowling alley we would have either a) finished our food elsewhere before coming in or b) not have gone in at all and lost our stuff.I’ve never had such an awful experience bowling before. Do NOT waste your time here unless you have nothing on your person and time to kill. And even then, you’d probably only enjoy it if you’re a tourist.

Beware of their Groupon vouchers! Theres no guarantee youll be able to secure a lane since you cant make reservations with it. Youre literally placed at the bottom of the barrel and might have to wait 2-4 hours to bowl. There are definitely better options in the city, spend your money elsewhere!

Although I have never been to a Bowlero location, there were fraudulent charges to my card at their Times Square location. The company was very helpful and polite during their attempts to help me recover the funds. In the unlikely event this country hick finds herself in Times Square, I will happily spend money at their establishment. Their customer service was top notch!

Very decent place. Definitely get the Manhattan vibe when walking in. Definitely give a theater feel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Pricing is decent and aligned with other bowling alleys. Lanes were well oiled and there were enough sized balls in each lane to accommodate any players. I definitely had a great time and would recommend it.

Very nice and clean. If you use living social you can get an great deal. Staff here is nice and helpful. They have great music to keep you in the groove.

Very crowded place, alcohol is served here and side dishes like pizza and chicken wings. Soft drinks are available. Metal detectors and security guards will check your belongings before entering the establishment but allow people to bring drugs inside I had a small bad experience I witness customers rolling Marijuana next to us and they were very drunk we move from that tables to another area which it was less crowded and more family friendly. The tickets for bowling are expensive per person. You have to pay for parking because it is inside Chelsea Piers very expensive parking. Plenty of parking available. They have games. You have to pay for a game card to be able to play. My special needs teenager had a great time. Due to high cost we might visit in a few years. I dont recommend this place for minor children. For teenagers and adults, it is great. They made accommodations for my disabled teenager after our request for no drugs less crowded table. They gave us another better option without no hesitation it worked out well. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Nice bowling place, balls were old and bumpy however. We were three persons, two on sightseeing pass and our daughter was extra. I think that what she had to pay extra is extraordinary expensive (21$ for one play and 8$ for the shoes!). If these are the normal rates... wow

My team went as a department bonding day and it was the best experience. The food was good, the atmosphere was great, and Jordan and A Love were incredible hosts!

Fun to go bowling and there were arcade games and a bar, food, etc. Good private packages for groups in your own set of lanes.

I love this place. Went here for a party. Entire floor was booked. Clean place, friendly staff, great food. Many lanes. Renewed my interest in bowling.
