Great place to go and enjoy a nice brunch ! The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Elisa is the best bartender ! And Joan is a great manager, he’s always willing to accommodate everyone to the best of his ability. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great time and amazing vibes !! 10/10 every time !!

Went here for a birthday brunch. Overall good experience if this what you want. Think turn up brunch with loud music, decent food, and strong drinks.$35 pp for app/ main course/ +$10 for dessert with unlimited mimosa/red sangria.Food was decent and plentiful, came out timely.No hookah available.Minus one star as water had to be repeatedly asked for

Honestly the only reason this place even gets 3 stars is bc of the food and music being great. DJ was funny, great attitude but couldve played more English music. Food was absolutely delicious (I had the churrasco & eggs), service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Not only did the waitress spill some of the pitcher on my back as she was serving the person next to me - she had such a snarky attitude whenever she was told ANYTHING. They tried to cut our brunch down to an hour which we had to fight for them to give us the full 1.5 hrs. They also brought out our appetizers and didnt bring out our food til about an hour later and we were starving! So much that we were all hangry by the time the food came out. Such a shame because we were celebrating a birthday and were a party of 17 and were spending quite a bit. NEVER AGAIN.

My friends and I went on a Thursday night so it wasn’t busy but we had an amazing time. The dj was playing the best music and the staff was very friendly. The hookah was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼and our drinks were strong. Will be back :)

A local group celebrated Juneteenth here with speeches and a film (Harriet). Brasier kindly offered their space. The food was delicious and attractive. The atmosphere was lit for a nightclub that caters to a young crowd. Thankfully they were able to tone it done. The event was very inspiring. Thank you Brasier on 202 St in Northern Manhattan.

Only one bartender and one waited for a group of more than 60. Not acceptable!

The spot is ok just a bit small. The Dj kept repeating songs, bartender never gave me back my change after ordering my FIRST drink and I was constantly being moved around with a hookah because people where buying bottles, so my money wasn’t good enough obviously. Their customer service sucks and their attitudes!! Won’t be coming back. Thanks!!!!

I attended a brunch yesterday Saturday and it was the worst experience! The service was horrible, they took our food order at 6pm and we didn’t get an appetizer until 9pm. The unlimited mimosa and sangria was over and we still didn’t have our food! People that arrived later than us ate before us. Also when doing the reservations, we were not informed that there was going to be a talent show during the brunch. They did not mix up the music, just stuck to one genre. NO SECURITY in the facility, so drunk people started a fight and there was no security to stop the fight. Tables, chairs, glass cups were being thrown while there were kids in the facility!! Completely horrible! Go at your own risk, because there is no way you are safe in this place. Im good love, enjoy.

Overrated , they want to charge $80-100 each at the door at night time for the club when they bring certain DJs. This makes no sense when you are already going to come in and buy over priced bottles and spend money on mediocre hookah. The waitresses / bottle girls are rude, the moment they see you finish your bottle they kick you off your table.

Food was great and so was the music. Our bad experience for Saturday brunch was rushed. One of my friends even received her appetizer and main plate at the same time. The place was empty compared to sunday brunch and was no need for them to rush us. The waitress i had also lost my credit card -_-.

Brunch in the heights is about the ambience not the food or the service. Music was your typical uptown vibe goes without saying loud and impossible to hear anyone.You need a certain amount of patience to do brunch in the heights. That being said, our reservation was at 3:30 we were not sat till 4:40 we didn’t order till about 5:10 and we got our appetizers at 6pm. Management needs to do a better job of managing. The hookah refills were more on point than the waiters. Once the food did come out it was good but at the point of starvation I guess anyone would eat just about anything.

They do not have 5 stars for a reason. I went with a group of 11 people (all from uptown, spanish & with the vibes) and their customer service was terrible, mind you there was only 17 customers including us! There were kids (5-7 yrs old) running around & yelling till 10:15PM, even with us smoking hookah. The music did not get loud until 10PM. It was absolutely a terrible experience for my friends birthday. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON A WEEKDAY.

The waitress had no clue who Order what and was just on the side eating the food I order. They should have more competent staff and at least have a manager making sure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant.

Terrible service, we were a party of 8My salmon was very good, my husband skirt steak came out cold. Appetizers came out after dinner, two dinners came out one45 minutes after the 6 other dinners. We tried to make the best of it. The manager ended up comping the crab cakes and one skirt steak. The manager was very nice.

But I came For brunch , i understand 2 hr seating limit but honestly i felt Like i just sat down and got my food and right away the server was trying to give us the check ... i didnt even digest my food , we just paid for hookah which was $40 overall n i couldnt enjoy it because i felt i was being rush. For that i wouldnt spend $40 if i was being kicked out quick ,Honestly i didnt like that , that once she left to the next table, i said you know what im leaving i rather go somewhere else where is worth it. Also there were other ppl before us and they still was there and wasnt even eating they were chillin and drinking and i didnt see anyone rush them. Over all two drinks n we had to ask them to refill the drinks since is only 1.5 hr if not we would of only had one water down drink. smh they need to do better.

Amazing experience! The staff was very nice and made me feel safe as they made sure to follow all covid guidelines. Fernando, who was my waiter, walked me through the menu and recommended the remy passion as a drink and the coconut seafood spaghetti personally. Both were absolutely delicious! Despite covid, the vibes were great also and the DJ was good. I will definitely be coming back!

Celebrated my bday here on Friday the 13th, The service was terrible, bottle girl was so unprofessional and the door was straight up robbing people. Bottle girl told us one price and when the bill arrived it was way different than what was said! She was also Yelling and threatening us! DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THE LOUNGE HAVE THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. I made a reservation for the restaurant good service I can’t complain,BUT when it turns into lounge everything was about the money. We was celebrating a birthday with 14 people we spent more than 1,000. And the treatment was horrible.after we pay they didn’t care the good services was gone. When they move us to the next table they want to charge us $20 for each person after we were inside already. If not they was going to take us out. Soo unprofessional I haven’t seen this in Ny. In New York the rules are you consume you get a good services.honestly don’t recommend the LOUNGE.

Horrible Service , attitude from the host and bottle girls. We had to wait to be seated after we had reservations. We planned to get bottle service and they still treated us horrible. We ordered a MOET bottle and the bottle girl literally tapped my friend on the shoulder to hand it to him. To MUCH money spent for such a horrible experience. NEVER going back

This place is absolutely horrible and whoever MIGUEL P is, he is a LIAR!!! If I have to get the police involved I will. They have no security, they just let anyone in, there was a table full of thugs that started a fight, they threw chairs and tables and almost brought great harm to my family who was there for a celebration meal. I would not recommend. The service is horrible, slow, unprofessional, the manager blames everything on the owner for not being there. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Worst service in NYC. My family attended a 30th birthday brunch that started at 4:30 PM, and the food was served at 9:00 PM. They hosted a fashion show simultaneously and the service was horrible. The night ended with a fight, children crying and scared, tables turned and lots of broken glasses. The location has no security available and allows all kinds of people without checking IDs. Once the police arrived and were felt secure to leave the location, we were informed there was an arrest a guy with lots of knives arrested around the premises. This place shouldnt be open to the public

I had a negative experience this past Saturday at Brasier , Not to mention it was my first time going there ,Although I am very familiar with the area . As a sales professional I try my best to provide excellent customer service and do exceptional business. I came to brasier based upon the reputation of it being a fun /new popular place due to all the closings . There was a promotion on there instagram account for a premium bottle for package. We all rushed to make it to the location on time so that we can get the deal , we showed our waitress that we were on time and that the special was on there page , she was very persistent on us paying more than what we saw , she would not honor the deal and I was told that the manager was unavailable to speak with me . In other words pay the new price or lose out on our couch area , after paying 30 dollars to enter the club for me and 3 of my guest it would have been a waste of time and money to turn around. It was very disappointing and it’s all about the principle. I can assure you that I will not recommend or be visiting brasier in the future . Thank you for the learning experience.

To top off a LONG WAIT. WE NEVER GOT SAT after having a reservation. I look over to the bar and the bartender is sticking her finger in her mouth and then making drinks. Im just going to keep it nice and short because that just says more than enough. (Dear owner check your cameras)

BY FAR THE WORST BRUNCH EXPERIENCE! my party of 8 had a reservation for 3:30pm we were still waiting at 5:30pm after we were told the wait was 30min.. we had no choice at that point but to walk out and go somewhere else. Not only were other parties getting seated before us but the host kept telling us that the brunch is only for an hour and a half but during the duration of our wait I did not see anyone get up. Very unprofessional!

Went here Friday night not only was the cover charge different from what they promoted bottle service was terrible. The bottle service girl who was serving us tried to change prices on bottles and then threaten us that security would beat us up and take the money from us. A1 service

The brunch is not ideal if you’re in it for the food. I was very disappointed with the quality, I’ve seen better food in hospitals. The drink specials and hookah are what saves them. Recommended , but not for dining.

I went for a friends bday, the prices are good, so is the hookah quality and the service, the place is well decorated and clean, bartenders are nice and friendly but the ambiance there is not so lit, like we felt bored and left to another place, there was a tipico band playing live there, but is just wasnt fun

Its a DIVE BAR for Dominicans. Enuf said. Music was sooooooooo loud, you MUST yell to have somewhat a conversation. Ghetto AF. ONLY for locals. DO NOT bother if you come from another borough. SO NOT WORTH IT. Called to get Rsvp but not avail same day. Place was EXTREMELY ordinary. And if you read my other ratings, I SPEAK TRUTH. Sangria was okay since I only stayed enough for that. We quickly went to COCINA TALLER to eat. LOOK UP THAT SPOT FOR MY GOOD REVIEW.

Came here for this Sunday brunch special. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. The only thing I didnt care for was how LOUD the music, was... you really cant have any conversations. It was actually uncomfortable for me. But if you like your meal with loud music....this is the place for you!

Andrea was absolutely amazing! She made sure all my needs were met for my baby shower. They made sure that all 65 of my guests had food and drinks. The atmosphere is a lit brunch environment with modern decor. I highly recommend this place for any events people may be thinking of hosting.Cost per head for the guests was $45 including gratuities and tax. That price includes a fixed appetizer and entree menu with 2 hour bottomless mimosas and sangrias. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of food and drinks.

However, we saw the mimosas bei g only orange juice when returned the mimosa and asked our server damaris to put more champagne in it she said the brunch was over. She did not have the decency to bring the check instead send someone else. Ive been to this stablishment several times and it is the first time this happens. There was no manager present. Most likely wont ever be returning.

The workers here are very racist! I went to a hosted happy hour here on 1/6 and the bartender was very rude. I wish I got her name because she needs to get fired but she had a bun and glasses. She intentionally ignored my friend and I as we sat at the bar waiting to order. She did not make eye contact with us, kept her back turned, pretended to be busy, walked past and ignored us, and helped others around us or who came after us. We even told the other workers what she was doing, watched them ask her to help us, and she even refused to them. I’ve never waited 20 minutes to order and get a simple drink while literally sitting at the bar. If you guys don’t want to serve Black women at least say that because she only did this to us and was helping the other black men and non-black women. At least say you will not serve black women so I don’t waste my money at this place ever again and can let others know. Terrible service and overpriced drinks.

Came here for my friends 23rd birthday celebration. 1. we came a bit late but then they took forever to seat us yet still made us leave at 4pm… not even though. they came at 3:50pm to our table saying we need to leave. we tried to fight them on that but they did not care 2. they don’t even leave pitchers at the table. very weak drinks. & to get a refill is a struggle because there’s very little waiters and a lot of guest. 3. the food is not great. it’s ok. i wont eat meat only seafood and they refused to give me an order without the bacon? very easy to fix that. so they said to get the omelette. i did… and there was still bacon inside??? i was very confused and let down. overall wouldn’t return. you can go to so many other places with great music that serves you bottomless alcohol and leaves it at the table & also serves better food. my friends entire family was so disappointed.

I want to start by saying that I thought this establishment was the bomb. Went there with friends and family to celebrate a birthday we were at our table within minutes. This was back in July 2019. We had an amazing time food was on point the service was great. But a few days ago my family and I went to spend some time at night time and this place was a disaster management and workers were all on their phones. The service was terrible. You would think that they would be prepared for any situation but they weren’t. I have been to many clubs before and this one beats it by being the worse.Y’all need to really dedicate your time to a great customer service. Your employees being on their phones 24/7 shouldn’t be acceptable. We paid money to be in there we shouldn’t have to wait for services. Unacceptable. Hopefully you get some customer service training.

Me and my friends booked a reservation for brunch this past sunday to celebrate a friends bday. One good thing i can say is that the food is amazing and their sangria is perfect nice and strong. Now was dissapointed me was that we only had an hour and a half of unlimited mimosas & sangria. The brunch package was a great deal but i had to constantly chase down our server to refills our glasses for our party. She wasnt on point with that at all. A couple of ppl from our party only got to drink one cup each bcuz our server wasnt on point. Then i ended up buying many rounds of shots im talking at least 12 rounds. They were overpriced as well. I asked for a free round. The bartender gave me just one free shot.. if we spent so much money there the least that could of been given were a round for free. Also the hookah was too expensive 40 dollars and it only lasted 15 mins. We bought 2 hookahs and got bout 4 refills each. Do the math. Gotta do better for the ppl in large groups.

I will never return here ! We ordered 3 bottles and had our section the manager makes us move because a party of 30 came in and haven’t even ordered a bottle and they did nothing for the inconvenience we are spending money here like everyone else as well as again it’s now 3 am they took away one of our tables and we are a large party to accommodate someone else it is not our fault when we have been here for hours to remove our table ! This place is b.s than she wanna be like I’m one of the managers .. excuse me where the hell were you. When they kept moving us around from different vips ! They need some real training I’m customer service making people move who have been here for hours !

Worst place ever to visit did a vip, i was sit by other next to each other barely fit. I did Johnny walker 18 for $800 plus tax bottles very expensive than one of my guest arrived at 1a.m they were charging $100 dollars at the entrance. about $50 dollar extra because employees force people to leave jacket at the door or keep it inside the room. after i reserve for vip for 6 people. Music wack horrible customer service not worth to visit.other places bottles 2x300.

For this place to be newly opened your staff and managers are very unprofessional, disorganized you guys don’t have the sense or any idea how to deal with the business that you have. You have the worst customer service ever that I have had experienced in my life. You guys need to analyze your strategies of dealing with a business and give your staff professional development in how to deal with the clients that come to your business.

STAY AWAY!!!! Brought my girlfriend here with her family they took atleast an hour to make sure her cake was safe then one of the servers stole her Oreos from out of her box some didn’t speak English and messed up our order. And then they charged everyone wrong

When on Easter Sunday and the service was terrible. The waiter took our order wrong, how do you order Salmon and they bring you a Hamburger. Then she tell us that is only one round of Mimosas when the table next to us has two pitcher on the table. Then to top it off the waiter forgets to bring the rest of our order and when we ask her she gets bother. To top it off I give my Debit Card to paid the bill and she bring back someone else debit card. Never again will i go to this place.

Worst brunch I’ve ever been to. Take so many reservations without being space. Very unorganized! Waited a 1:30 mins just to be seated after being on time. Then two hours passed and still not even the appetizer.

This is the worst of all places in Washington Heights when it comes to customer service. The hosts are rude and incompetent. The manager nor the owner know how to manage. My friends and I made reservations for 4:00 PM, and they made us wait for two hours until we decide to leave after we learned we were not the only group in same situation. I hear drinks and the food are not worth the wait. It was my first time there and my last. I see it going out of business soon.

I attended with my family for my cousins birthday. As we walked in, we are required to check-in our coats. The girl conducting the coat check did not have change and asked us for change. We didnt have so she went to the bar to get change. As we proceed to giver her our coats, she runs out of change again. She goes to the bar and returns just to say the bar didnt have either but when she gets change she will find us and give it to us. That should have been our red flag. We walk in. Its about 11:30pm and they are still setting up. No one attends to us. After standing for a while, I am assuming the gentlemen was a manger finally approaches us. We told him the name of the reservation, He gave us a hard time at first but finally found it due to the fact that they misspelled her name. He tells us to sit anywhere as they are still prepping. When we sit, he asks us if we would like to stay where we are, which comfortably accommodates about 5 people. we were a party of 10. We ask for different seating as we were expecting more people. He takes to another small corner.Point being: POOR ORGANIZATION, MORE SECURITY THAN PEOPLE. THIS SPOT IS FOR OLD HEADS RECOMMEND IT TO YOUR PARENTS AND TIAS/TIOS.

Went there on Friday. Ladies are free until 1am, me and my girls were charge at the door at midnight, we were there for a birthday reservation. They change the prices on the bottles after we received them. Then the bottle girl screamed at the guys we were with and threaten them with security because we wouldn’t let them change the prices on us.

They were so rude to me and my family they had like five guards at our table they just kept asking to specific people for ID they kept insisting that to specific people were minors when they weren’t we told them that they were not going to drink but they just kept harassing us I am blind and in a wheelchair myself my family just felt uncomfortable and discriminated against

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying Saturday brunch at Brasier and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. The menu offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, each beautifully presented and packed with flavour.A special thanks to our waitress, Luna, who really went above and beyond to make our night memorable. She was attentive, knew the menu and her recommendations were spot on. Lunas warm and friendly personality made us feel at home and she made sure everything was perfect during our meal.If you are looking for a place with good food and top service, Brasier is the place. We will definitely return!
