What a great spot! I went to a private party here, the food was really wonderful. The drinks were well prepared and good selection for an event (Thank you to Chandon sponsor). The food was delicious! A really lovely selection. My only complaint when having an event like this… the food is presented for the visual display more than convenience of serving oneself.

We had Trevor as a server and he was phenomenal! Such a great personality and genuinely a great server despite being very busy. He really *made* the experience for us. I had the grilled octopus appetizer as my dinner and it was beautifully cooked. My mom had the red snapper and it was quite good but a little salty and a little dry. The price was a little high for the quality of the food but we were able to get in quick without a reservation.

Very nice experience. Friendly staff from front to servers and bus staff (huge shout out to our super friendly and attentive bus person from Bangladesh, he was amazing!). Great food, recommend the pepperoni pizza and house salad. We also had two aperol spritz and they were really refreshing as we came during the June heatwave. Thanks for a great time, we will return.

What a delightful surprise! My husband and I stumbled upon Bond45 while looking for a pre-show bite before Hamilton, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! Located right across from the Hamilton Theatre, it was a convenient option, but we were blown away by the exceptional service and cuisine. When we mentioned our time constraint to our server, they expedited our experience, serving us within 30 minutes, while still being extra attentive. The food and drinks were simply lip-smacking! Id visit again in a heartbeat. The ambience was also perfect for a romantic date night. If youre looking for a great meal with exceptional service, Bond45 is a must-visit. 5/5 stars!

Had a great dinner here last night before seeing Death Becomes Her which was literally 2 doors down. This restaurant is located right in the middle of several Broadway theaters. Lemon chicken was delicious and my sister in law loved her large Cobb salad. Many options for vegetarians too. The service was great and super fast which is perfect when you have to catch a show. Lastly the chocolate cake was one of the best we have ever had!!

Terrible. Do not recommend this spot. Ordered the lobster daviolo and was provided with a tiny piece of lobster with pasta. Also served lobster shells with no lobster. Spoke to the manager and he attempted to explain reasoning for small piece (literally one bite of lobster) and did not provide a solution. I will never return to this restaurant due to lack of service and portion was terrible. Maybe other entrees are better but if your order is wrong do not trust they will fix it for you.

We found this place through the restaurant partner page for Six The Musical. Since we were taking our daughter to see the show we thought it would be fun to book the Queens Corner table for a pre-show dinner. Due to traffic we arrived a little late, but the staff was right on getting us served quickly so we could make the show on time. I have to say the meal was fantastic! My wife had the burrata ravioli, my daughter a pepperoni pizza, and I had the rigatoni alla vodka with bacon. All meals were prepared perfectly and were absolutely delicious. We all tried each others, which was a bonus, since they were all so good. And dont forget to get the Queens Cup/Goblet. It was a great Six themed drink that was very refreshing on a hot Summer day. This may be one of the most underrated Italian restaurants in the city. Great vibe, great food, great service. GO!!!! You wont be disappointed.

Had reservations for party of 9, wonderful table downstairs, spacious and comfortable. Waiter took our drink order. Ordered appetizers & entrees, our appetizers came out in 20 minutes, they were fantastic! Unfortunately, we weren’t served our entrees for another hour and half! Flagged down the waiter And manager, couldn’t light a fire under their asses with a blow torch! Here’s the thing…”if you bumbling knuckleheads would have addressed the table that there was a Timing issue & dinner would be delayed Instead of Avoiding Us, you would have pulled off a great review. Potential customers should let their server know not to blow them off after taking your order.

I had a lovely dinner with my wife here the day before New Years Eve. The food was the finest of any restaurant Ive dined at anywhere, including London and Paris. Emanuel C, our waiter, was fantastic! He checked on us regularly without being pushy or intrusive, he was very knowledgeable about their vegetarian options for my wifes needs, and we all joked together about how my fish would be served with the head on, so he would face it away from her! I could not have asked for a better experience! Be sure to try the cannolis!

This is a great place to come to when doing a play and/or if you want decent Italian food with no surprises, that will hit the spot. Bond 45 is located in the Edison hotel, very close to Times Square. For drinks, had the Bond Spritz and the Bond Cup (?). Forgot name of the second drink. Both drinks were on the sweet side. Our waiter was attentive, and quick without being annoying. For food we had the lasagna, two meatballs and a mozzarella stick. All meals were good and yummy. Only thing I found odd was that we werent served bread prior to our meals. Other than that, meals and service were great. Seems like they always take in walk-in customers, as its a pretty large place

Food looked great but tasted the opposite, sadly.Had the chicken parmigiana and shrimp fettuccine. The chicken was great, but was definitely missing pasta. We weren’t really in a spot to pay $13 for a side of it. Shrimp was strangely grainy, and was really off taste-wise. The pasta also had WAY too much lemon. We would’ve told the waiter but he never came to check on us.

The food was tasty, very low meat quantity for the carbonara (four pieces the size of fingernails), but overall good quality. The service was mostly great; however, mid-meal, one of us went downstairs to use the bathroom and was told we dont have a public restroom. This was very upsetting and I would like to assume the best, but there is simply no reason to assume a person in a long sleeves top, with no jacket (it was under 30° outside) or other baggage on their person, was downstairs as someone just trying to use their restroom and leave. We are paying customers, made a reservation earlier in the week, and had we not already started the meal, we would have gone elsewhere. Thus, we have no intention of returning.

I went with friends and family to Bond 45 for dinner after seeing The Wiz musical. I have researched 4 other restaurants in the theater district and what made us decide on Bond 45 were the following: the menu had a nice variety of dishes; positive reviews from across the Web; photos of the restaurant s atmosphere & reasonable prices considering its located in the theater district. The average cost of dinner is $80 which includes a 20% tip. It is worth it! The food is EXCELLENT. Service by the wait staff is awesome! If you & your party want separate checks, let the waiter/ waitress know.If you do not drink alcohol, you got to try the Rose Lemonade. It is such an exotic drink! Youll see in the picture :-)The vegetarian options are plenty. I had the pick 3 vegetable plate which included eggplant parmesan, asparagus and broccoli rabe.It was delish! We were seated downstairs and the air was on so if you get chilled easily bring a sweater or a scarf to wrap around you.You got to try to take the chicken parmesan dish. The meat was well breaded and crispy topped with tomato sauce and cheese. You had the option of adding pepperoni to its topping. The size of the pepperoni is small which is perfect. If youre a carnivore try the short rib meatballs as an appetizer. Trust me you wont have beef meatballs for a long while after eating this. Another hit with my taste buds!We will definitely come back for brunch or lunch. For theater goers this is a place to dine after or before the show. Your tummy will thank you and will be happy as youre enjoying your food.Oh I forgot the most important part: dessert! The best dessert on the menu or the chocolate mousse and the limoncello tart. Youll see a picture of the mouse . The chocolate mousse is very decadent. It is meant to be shared by two people.

Alright food, nothing to write home about. I began my meal with a warm cup of Earl Grey tea with cream, followed by the Scrambled Eggs dish ($15.00) that comes with roasted pepper potato hash, challah toast and mixed greens. I added two patties of Italian sausage (+$6.00). Nothing special, really. Even though it was beautifully presented, the dish lacked any flavor and I never got a chance to ask for any hot sauce because our waiter didnt check on us (it was busy, and they were probably short staffed). I asked for jam to spread on my toast but it never came. My total came out to $28.85 before the tip, incredibly cheap by New York standards. My friend ordered the Skillet Baked Eggs (Italian sausage, crispy prosciutto, tomato, pepper, potato hash, $22.00). Pretty cool. The eggs come raw and literally cook on the super hot skillet while you mix it and eat it. She liked it quite a bit.

I had dinner here last night. For $70, I had 2 meatballs (side), a plate of antipasti vegetables (main), and a glass of cabernet. For that price, i expect great food, but the meatballs were served lukewarm, and the eggplant was served FROZEN in the center. I informed the bartender of my frozen eggplant, and he apologized and kindly ordered me another slice of eggplant. When it arrived, the outer edge was warm, but it was still very cold in the middle. The service here was fine, but the food was just bad.

When I planned my visit to NYC, I mapped out a few restaurants that I wanted to visit, but Bond 45 was not on my list. My show at The Marquis Theater ran longer than I expected so I realized I wouldnt be able to get to the restaurant I planned because of the time crunch. Im so glad these chain of events happened because if it did not I would not have ended up dining at this restaurant. When I walked out of the theater building, I saw Bond 45 right there so I said why not and I could not be happier that I did. I walked in and sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Ava who was a delight. The Bond cup cocktail she made me was perfectly potent and that dried pineapple garnish was delicious. I ordered the spaghetti with short rib meatballs and Ava was kind enough to explain how they are marinated in bone marrow which gives them that rich taste. Although I felt the portion amount of my pasta was smaller than what I would have liked, I still enjoyed my meal very much. I think 4 meatballs instead of 2 should come with it. Hopefully I can visit again to try some of the other menu items. I recommend this establishment 100%

Still miraculously cold. Our waiter did speak with the manager to get the filet Mignon taken off the check, which was appreciated.Would not recommend unless you truly are unable to get a reservation anywhere else on Friday night before show.Oddly enough they have all unisex bathrooms which seemed a bit odd especially for kids.Otherwise, service was good and vibe in the restaurant was alright.

Shout out to Bond45 in Times Square, absolutely deserves its reputation. Went pre show and sat downstairs, seating was prompt and very attentive. The fried calamari was loaded with flavor, my wife had this outrageous lasagna. I only eat veal when I go to an Italian restaurant, thats how I judge the food so I had the veal chop parm with pepperoni, yes pepperoni. At first, I was concerned that pepperoni would overcome the subtlety of the veal. But that was not the case. This was one of the best veal parms I ever had, the cheese was incredible and the sauce perfect, and perfect amount. Again, it was great service, and at least 3 managers stopped by to make sure everything was good. We passed on desert, but the restaurant kept our leftovers in the fridge to pick up after the show! Thats how you run a restaurant.

We were a bit early for the Tina Turner musical next door at the Lunt-Fontanne Theater, my spouse spotted the sign and said Thats where were going, LOL!ATMOSPHERE:It totally reminded me of the restaurant inside of Harrods department store in London with its similar design cues and furnishings. We sat at the bustling bar that turned seats quickly. A portion of the bar featured a buffet of what looked like really good charcuterie.BEVERAGE:Bond Cup - $18.00Got vodka? Ill take it! I thought I was back home in Hawaii with all of the floral decorations that adorned the drink, which was a purple orchid and slivered slice of dried pineapple that was reminiscent of a sunset or sunrise. Im not a fan of pineapple but enjoyed the blend of tropical fruits.Peach Froze - $18.00My spouses and niece-in-laws selection. The spoonful I had of this red, icy daiquiri-like prosecco drink was really delish, and made me wish I had ordered this instead. Bond 45 is located right in Time Square by the Marriott Marquis New York, an awesome location for catching a meal before and after a show on Broadway. The restaurant is set up with very close tables, and the noise level is very loud. We arrive on-time for our reservations and were greeted and seated right away. The server came by right away for drink orders and provided us ample time to review the menu. We went all out on the meal, with a 3 choice Antipasto tray, Toasted Gorgonzola Loaf, entrees of Lasagna, and Veal Cutlet Milanese, and ending with a slice of Cheesecake. All the food was good, but the Gorgonzola loaf was an outstanding item with a loaf of bread stuffed and baked with cheese, very decadent. The portions were generous, and we left satisfied. The rigatoni with vodka sauce minus the bacon and other additions was flavorful and actually well blanketed in the pink sauce. We had eaten there before and ot was good so we tried it again, this time, on a Sunday after a 3pm show. Service was good, although it felt like they were a little short-staffed that day. It took a long time for the entrees to arrive. We had ordered the Porterhouse steak for 2. It arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing. We chose not to send it back for fear of the cook spitting in my food or doing worse to it. We may or may not try this place again. It was a stones throw from the theater, which was why we had chosen it.

We managed to find a main meal each & a drink. Bottle of wine was sixty dollars. You cant eat or drink cheaply in Times square New York unless you use the street vendors. Such is life. My burger was good. Staff were attentive & friendly. Your bill is not what you expect as tax & gratuities are added on at the end. Expect to hit $200+ in total for a bang average meal for 4. Went to this restaurant as a treat for our last night of our holiday. Walked in, very pleasant, sat down and was served promptly. Ordered starters which were great but before we could get finished the waiter was over at the table with our main courses. I was actually taking the last bite as the waiter lifted our starter plates with one hand and put mains down with his other hand. He then continued to hand me my dirty knife and fork just used.We were not ready for our mains, it was sickening trying to eat that fast. I said to the waiter who just looked at me and walked off. We had spaghetti bolognese which was very dry and my lasagne wasBland and I could not eat it. They may as well put the two courses on one plate, the way it was delivered. As soon as I put my fork down , my plate was whisked away and bill given. Even the table next to us made comments about it. What a disappointment. Cost $120 plus tip. For a very FAST FOOD service. No time to enjoy the food or surrounding . A definite NO.

We initially saw Bond 45 across the street from our hotel, but we assumed it was a tourist trap with mediocre food, primarily due to its proximity to Time Square. However, a NYC resident friend recommended the restaurant as a meeting spot, so I setup a reservation using OpenTable and was able to reserve a table for 5 at the time we wanted (early 4pm dinner on a Saturday). We went in and were greeted by a very friendly host who seated us at a nice booth that had celebrity names on metal nameplates around the booth. Once our friend arrived, we spent a good 30 minutes catching up and neglected our menus, but our server was super patient and didnt give off any signs of irritation despite our thoughtlessness. Im sure it helped that it the restaurant wasnt initially busy at that time, but I still give credit to the professionalism of the server who throughout the meal was fantastic. All the restaurant staff, including the gentleman who continually provided refills of our drinks and waters, were incredibly friendly and attentive. We did not order anything particularly fancy: Veggies from the Antipasto Bar, Lemon Chicken, Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti with Short Rib Meatballs, and Chef Brandos Lasagna; but we were really happy with how the taste, temperature and presentation of the food.I would definitely go back to Bond 45 and recommend it as a nice pre-Broadway show dining experience.

Unfortunately, my ravioli was still raw dough with cold filling. The desserts were good, and the fresh whipped cream was my favorite part. We unfortunately were not offered more water after ordering entrees, nor checked on during the duration of eating entrees(dessert we were checked on 4 times), and I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I ate my bad pasta, as did the rest of the party, and we didn’t mention it to staff (or each other) how bad it was until the walk home. The ambience is cute, but keep in mind that your conversation will be interrupted various times with loud renditions of “Happy Birthday dear stranger”. My friend’s fork on the table was dirty and some other issues. If you’re going to eat here, just know the food isn’t that great, or even good, but service isn’t awful and the location is ideal.

Was going to see a show in the city so we walked into bond 45 since it was near our show. The decor is really weird. Lots of naked paintings and a bronze butt you rub for good luck. There were 8 of us and 3 of us had food restrictions. One is gluten free and myself and friend are vegans. I didn’t have high expectations because I usually only end up eating fries. Our waitress Eva found quite a few dishes for us and even made sure they didn’t put the mayonnaise on our vegetable plate. My friends couldn’t stop raving about the meatballs. They said the pizza was subpar though. Not as spectacular as you’d expect from an Italian restaurant. I wish there were a vegan desert option but unfortunately there wasn’t. Now to the drinks. Pricey but decent. Beautifully decorated. Someone at my table had a drink with a flower in it, the other had a martini that looked so tasty. I’d go back because there were plenty of vegan options and I’m tired of just having fries every time I go out with friends. The red sauce was really good and tasted like someone’s grandma made it. Service was impeccable. Thanks Eva!!

Lots of history in this place. The original Bond in NYC (around 1960~70) was a department/clothing store on 45th street. This Bond play homepage to its roots (hence 45 in the name). It is conveniently positioned, right next to time square and a few minutes from the Port Authority. This place is home to one of the BEST NYC style pizza youll ever have. With the crust literally being paper thin, yet does not feel like a biscuit but rather dissolves in ones mouth and packs a ton of flavor. Its pizza dough magic or science depending on your perspective. The other food I tried pretty good as well, namely their pizza-like Chicken Parm and steak. But unfortunately they other items, while tasty in their own rights, are unlikely to be the best Italian dishes youll ever have. Still, I command the copious portions. That being said, the drinks were almost undrinkable and we had to send them back for tweaks (Tried a margarita and an old fashioned). What is also (unfortunately) holding Bond 45 back are that, for that price point, the ambience and atmosphere were barely above average.

Ate in three times while on a business trip and did the Grab and Go breakfast the morning I left. The food was excellent. Prices were what I expected of NYC. Im giving them 4 stars because as a single, middle aged woman dining alone I felt that my patronage wasnt as valued by the wait staff as other guests. There was one exception, the young man who waited on me the first morning I dined there was lovely. However, the second morning I went back and he wasnt working. I had an older waiter who was not as personable, I get that, but dont circle the suggested tip amounts at the bottom of the check. I tip well, my daughter waits tables, Ive waited tables. If you circle the tip amounts at the bottom Im going to pick the lowest amount, even while out of town on an expense account. The third morning I did the Grab and Go breakfast which was a bit of a pain because I didnt stay at the Edison. The young woman downstairs had me go back up and try and purchase a voucher, which arent for sale, theyre given to Edison Hotel guests. When I went back down I told her Id pay and it seemed like it was a bit of an inconvenience to her.I cannot fault the food. I had dinner there my first night and the burrata Ravioli was delicious. Also had the garlic bread and a glass of Chianti. Breakfast day one was the Fontina Cheese Popovers with a fruit plate. Breakfast day 2 was the French toast.Prices: Dinner $70 with tip. Breakfast day 1: $35 with tip. Breakfast Day 2: $20 with tip. Grab and Go: $20 with tip.For the grab and go I had the croissant with the yogurt parfait. I have no problems recommending any of these menu items.Stayed at the Paramount and for showing my room card I received a 15% discount. (dates 12/5, 12/6, 12/7 and 12/8). But the chicken was dry and bland (though the little bit of sauce was tasty). My carbonara, was not carbonara. The sauce was very heavy and unlike anything Ive had before. My experience was not good. Some of downstairs seat table area is too small. The server was not to friendly. I requested a different table, and it w was provided. The chicken parm my wife ordered was dried out, and not edible. Not a place I would come back too. My spaghetti with short ribs meatballs was a 7 out of 10.

Just left Bond 45 with the family. We had a terrific experience from the appetizers, the main course and desert….all terrific! The highlight of the experience was probably Peter, our waiter. He’s friendly, fun, incredibly attentive and personable! We will absolutely be back and will request Peter, for sure!!!!!

This place is absolutely incredible! Was in NY for a show and went through a ton of reviews for local restaurants and just happened to stumble upon this one. The short rib meatballs, the bruschetta, the Caesar salad, the chocolate mousse….one of the best meals we ate in NY. Highly recommend!

Dissappointed breakfast all day was advertised, and we didnt get a menu- I had my entree picked out for weeks. The Black Truffle was off, Racotta Ravioli for $34 was bland, pasta was overcooked, and portion size should have been larger or at least served with bread. The ambiance is nice. I hope they step it up.

It started off well with our waiter, however when they asked whether we wanted bottled water or tap. We chose tap and their attitude changed for the worst. Our waiter was extremely rude and condescending. Apparently this restaurant cannot split checks, they are unable to put an alcoholic beverage in a taller glass. Its also impossible for them to take strawberries off of the cheesecake. The waitress snatched our appetizer plates from our table since we didnt order any.I had the hamburger ($28) and they couldnt even cook it correctly, ordered it medium and was rare. Food was flavorless. Had a lil squirt of sauce and day old ketchup.Do not go to this restaurant unless you have money to waste and prefer rude service.

In my opinion, this place is at best an upscale Olive Garden. They covered the calamari in red pepper flakes to where all you can taste is heat. The pasta was OK but no real rich tomato flavor. More of a canned sauce flavor. The their $50 veal was soggy and again bland. I guess if they don’t flood your food with spicy flakes, then they almost don’t season it at all. Overall, it was a highly disappointing meal.

Went on a non busy afternoon and was very pleased with the restaurant as a whole. My server was kind and the food came out warm and very fast. Loved the old New York vibes. Go here!

Ordered two apps because we were in a hurry and just wanted a quick bite in civilized place, waited more than an hour. It took over one hour to get them and no one ever apologized, and our waiter was nowhere to be found.Bruschetta was good, meatballs were mediocre and tasted like generic microwaved Walmart meatballs. Drinks came fast, but Aperol had too much ice.Update: we were able to speak to the manager and he apologized and explained situation, and took the meals off the check. I just wish the waiter was more proactive and updates us on the progress, but he just disappeared for almost an hour.

Pricey for what it is. I ordered the Frittata for $24 or something and it was sad. My local diner would be a hit if they took over. For the price, they need someone to come in and dazzle up the menu. Location, great! Food, meh, do more looking.

I ordered the housemade burrata ravioli and, while the taste was outstanding, the pasta was really al dente. It needed about another 2 min and it would have been perfect. Decent wine list. Service was okay but I think it was because she was new. Pricing was above average (mostly due to location) but would definitely return.

Let me start by saying that I walked into Bond45 last night with the expectation that a place with such high prices would run like a well oiled machine. I had a reservation, walked in on time, and was seated immediately... So far, so good. We were seated in a two-top section (row of tables for two). They sat 4 tables in the section almost simultaneously (putting a lot of pressure on the server). We ordered drinks. They came quickly. My wifes side of ice she requested came about 10 minutes after we asked... We ordered a ceased salad, the salmon (medium), the tomahawk ribeye (med rare), and a 3 vegetable plate as a side dish. The salad was very small for $16 (about 10 leaves of romaine lettuce, a tasty dressing, and an underwhelming crusty cheese thing on top (croutons would have been better). At least it came 3 minutes after I ordered it. The entree was a different story; mine anyway. My wifes $32 salmon was perfect; worth it. She asked for more bread, and it NEVER CAME. My $65 steak came out very overcooked. I sent it back. The server apologized. 10-15 minutes later (my wifes dinner was almost done by now) my new steak arrived; VERY undercooked (black and blue in some spots). At this point, I was very disappointed and didnt have enough time for a new order as we had a show to catch. I called the manager. She was very nice and apologetic. She took the steak off the bill. She sent us coffee and dessert on the house (a $25 value); which we planned on ordering anyway. Regardless of the forgetfulness on the servers part, and the inability to cook a steak to the right temperature, we still had a good time... I left feeling super underwhelmed though. If everything by had been prepared properly, we would have ended up spending over $200 for 2 people. You would think for that price, the restaurant would run better. Ill probably go back anyway, but I will not go in expecting to be blown away.

The food was good, especially for an after theatre meal. The portions were large and the servers were great. And the seats were really comfortable (we were sitting at a small two top with these comfy cushioned chairs). And theres this great mural on the back wall of old Hollywood stars in a saloon. Im just not sure why it was old movie stars and not theatre stars as its located in the theatre district...

Attended the #EtheridgeFoundation Dinner with ME on Broadway fund raising event. The building is the historic Bond Clothing Store so combine that with the best filet mignon in NYC and your evening is set!
